[00:00:00] here with reaction. South Carolina [00:00:01] Senator Lindsey Graham is with us. First [00:00:03] on the issue of the assassination. Okay. [00:00:06] You know, I I fell off a roof. Three [00:00:08] stories, fell down, broke, dislocated my [00:00:11] arm, busted up my face, and um became a [00:00:15] conservative. Knocked some sense. And to [00:00:16] me, I could have died that day. Nearly [00:00:18] three stories. [00:00:20] >> Um that's number one. She claimed in the [00:00:22] beginning that that was a slope roof. Uh [00:00:25] Lindsay, you could put water in the [00:00:27] wintertime on that roof and skate on it. [00:00:30] That's how uh that's the kind of roof it [00:00:32] was. It was not sloped. Then she said [00:00:34] that she put the the agents inside the [00:00:37] building rather than around the [00:00:39] perimeter so nobody can get on the roof [00:00:41] of the building. Makes [snorts] no [00:00:43] sense. They had eyes on the the wouldbe [00:00:45] assassin at one point, but then lost [00:00:47] sight of that person. Um none of this [00:00:50] makes sense. Now, why are we finally now [00:00:53] learning more? [00:00:54] >> Well, I think I think the question is [00:00:56] what motivated this man to want to kill [00:00:58] President Trump? Was he radicalized on [00:01:00] the internet? Uh did he have people that [00:01:03] he chatted with that talked about [00:01:05] killing President Trump? How deep and [00:01:07] wide did it go? I think there's a lot to [00:01:10] be learned and we need to ask these [00:01:11] questions. But, you know, I don't think [00:01:13] I've ever been on a show more unnerving [00:01:15] than tonight. You've got United States [00:01:18] senators and members of the House [00:01:21] suggesting to our men and women in [00:01:22] military that they should be disobeying [00:01:25] unlawful orders issued by President [00:01:28] Trump and his organ and his military. I [00:01:33] was a military lawyer for 33 years. I [00:01:35] was a prosecutor, defense attorney, and [00:01:38] a military judge. And if you're [00:01:40] listening to this program tonight, I [00:01:42] find no evidence that President Trump or [00:01:45] anyone in your chain of command has [00:01:48] issued unlawful order to you. To the [00:01:51] people who made these accusations, I'm [00:01:53] going to write you a letter tomorrow and [00:01:56] I want you to tell the country what [00:01:58] orders you think are unlawful. What did [00:02:01] President Trump do wrong as [00:02:02] commander-in-chief? You owe that to the [00:02:05] men and women of the military to be [00:02:06] specific about what you're talking [00:02:08] about. If you're in the military, you [00:02:11] need to follow the lawful orders of your [00:02:13] commanders and article 92. Check it out. [00:02:17] So, what these senators and house [00:02:19] members did was unnerving and it was [00:02:22] unconscionable to suggest that the [00:02:25] president of the United States is [00:02:26] issuing unlawful orders without giving [00:02:29] an example. The hatred of Trump cannot [00:02:32] spill over to putting our men and women [00:02:35] in the military in jeopardy. You're [00:02:37] going too far. [00:02:40] >> That sounds like a call for [00:02:41] insurrection. And you're correct. They [00:02:43] did not identify a single ins. [00:02:45] >> Please identify the order in question. [00:02:48] >> They can't. [00:02:49] >> Well, they should because they're [00:02:51] suggesting they exist. They're [00:02:53] suggesting that men and women in the UN [00:02:55] in the military uh you should disobey [00:02:58] unlawful orders. Tell me an example of [00:03:01] an unlawful order that exists under the [00:03:03] Trump administration. I want to see what [00:03:06] you're talking about and I'll give you [00:03:07] my opinion. The reason they didn't say [00:03:10] anything is because there is none. [00:03:13] >> Senator, you were one of the people that [00:03:15] was targeted and they went after [00:03:18] >> Okay. Your your phone records. [00:03:21] >> Um, [00:03:22] why do I believe at some point I'll find [00:03:24] out I was as well. But in all [00:03:26] seriousness, [00:03:27] >> yeah, [00:03:27] >> um I think you should have the right to [00:03:29] sue and get damages for what they did to [00:03:32] you cuz you know that sounds like [00:03:35] unreasonable search and seizure to me. [00:03:36] Oh, you are? You mentioned what I'm [00:03:38] going to do there. Okay, so let me just [00:03:40] boil this down. Uh in 2022, President [00:03:44] Trump in November says, "I'm going to [00:03:46] run again in 24." Three days later, Jack [00:03:50] Smith is appointed special counsel in [00:03:53] November 2022. By August of 2023, there [00:03:58] are 91 felony charges against him coming [00:04:01] from New York, Washington, uh, and [00:04:03] Atlanta. Uh, my phone records were [00:04:06] seized [music] as part of this. I am [00:04:09] tired of this. The third leading DOJ [00:04:12] lawyer left DOJ in Washington to work [00:04:15] for Alvin Bragg in Manhattan. What was [00:04:18] that all about? Uh Fanny Willis's [00:04:20] boyfriend spent a day in the White House [00:04:23] talking to the Jack Smith people. What [00:04:25] was that all about? I think this was an [00:04:28] worse than Watergate. An effort to [00:04:30] destroy [music] President Trump, charge [00:04:32] him with uh crimes that are just [00:04:34] ridiculous and come after people like [00:04:36] me. I'm not going to put up with this [00:04:37] crap anymore. I'm going to sue I'm going [00:04:39] to sue the hell out of these people. [00:04:41] >> How much you going to sue them for? [00:04:42] >> Tens of millions of dollars. because I [00:04:45] went to Fanny Willis in Atlanta, spent [00:04:48] $1.2 million with that uh in [00:04:51] Atlanta. Now I find out they tap they [00:04:54] they spy on my phone records as a [00:04:57] senator and a private citizen [music] [00:04:59] chairman of the judiciary committee in [00:05:01] 2023. I'm going to sue. [music] If you [00:05:04] don't sue, they'll keep doing it. Don't [00:05:06] run away from this, Republicans. Fight [00:05:09] back. [00:05:11] Senator Lindsey Graham.
