[00:00:00] President Trump just passed one year in
[00:00:02] office, so I think it's time we give him
[00:00:04] a report card. One thing that drives me
[00:00:07] crazy is how bad the news coverage is on
[00:00:10] Trump. If you watch MSNBC,
[00:00:13] everything he does is horrible. If you
[00:00:15] watch Fox News, everything he does is
[00:00:18] brilliant.
[00:00:19] Here's where I'm coming from. If you
[00:00:22] watch my channel, you already know that
[00:00:24] I publicly endorsed Trump during the
[00:00:26] last election. Since he's been elected,
[00:00:29] there have been several things I've been
[00:00:31] unhappy about and I've called him out
[00:00:33] about them. So, I want to take a more
[00:00:35] measured approach. I'm going to give you
[00:00:38] five things I think are problematic and
[00:00:40] five things that I like that Trump is
[00:00:42] doing. And then we are going to give
[00:00:44] Donald Trump a grade. And I want to do
[00:00:46] this together. Watch this video all the
[00:00:49] way through and then comment down below
[00:00:51] your grade for Donald Trump.
[00:01:01] >> [music]
[00:01:08] [music]
[00:01:10] >> number one, lowest congressional record
[00:01:12] in modern history. I want to start with
[00:01:14] Congress because this directly reflects
[00:01:16] on Trump. We have seen that Trump is not
[00:01:19] good at working with Congress to get
[00:01:21] bills passed. And this year, Congress
[00:01:25] sent over only 38 bills to President
[00:01:27] Trump to sign into law, the lowest for a
[00:01:30] first year of a presidential term in
[00:01:32] modern history. It turns out that Trump
[00:01:35] is no different than any other
[00:01:36] president. We typically see that a
[00:01:38] president will get one major piece of
[00:01:40] legislation passed in the first 100 days
[00:01:42] of his term and then basically do
[00:01:44] nothing for the rest of the term because
[00:01:46] they've used up all their political
[00:01:48] capital.
[00:01:49] Trump pushed through the big beautiful
[00:01:51] bill and then any momentum in Congress
[00:01:53] has been very limited. This is a big
[00:01:56] problem because much of what Trump has
[00:01:58] done has been with executive orders,
[00:02:00] which means when a Democrat takes
[00:02:02] office, they can just reverse everything
[00:02:04] because nothing has been put into law.
[00:02:07] So, the only major thing Trump has
[00:02:09] accomplished is the big beautiful bill,
[00:02:12] which did implement some pretty
[00:02:13] incredible things. It gave everyone a
[00:02:16] massive tax cut and funded the border
[00:02:19] wall. The biggest problem with the bill
[00:02:22] was it did not include Doge cuts. In my
[00:02:26] opinion, Doge was a massive failure. And
[00:02:29] I put most of the blame on that on Elon
[00:02:31] Musk because he left. He was the only
[00:02:34] person who really cared about cutting
[00:02:36] the government budget. In government,
[00:02:39] you really need someone in the room the
[00:02:41] entire time pushing to cut the budget or
[00:02:44] it's never going to happen. Elon left,
[00:02:47] so it's no surprise that the budget cuts
[00:02:49] never materialized. What we have seen is
[00:02:52] that in the day-to-day efforts of
[00:02:53] governing and passing bills, Donald
[00:02:55] Trump has not been very successful.
[00:02:58] Number two, ICE raids. There has been
[00:03:01] growing concern over the extreme actions
[00:03:03] we have seen in the ICE raids and the
[00:03:05] effort to deport illegal immigrants from
[00:03:07] the country. I think it is important to
[00:03:10] note that even with the controversies
[00:03:12] around the ICE raids, strong border
[00:03:14] policy is still extremely popular among
[00:03:17] Americans. In a Reuters poll this week,
[00:03:20] they found that 39% of Americans
[00:03:22] approved of Trump's handling of
[00:03:24] immigration. That is the lowest this
[00:03:26] issue has ever pulled. But you have to
[00:03:28] keep this in context. For a political
[00:03:31] issue, this is still relatively strong
[00:03:33] polling. In a year, it has only dropped
[00:03:37] 7 percentage points. This remains one of
[00:03:40] Trump's biggest areas of support. People
[00:03:43] want a strong border. Most of the
[00:03:46] discussion has been centered around the
[00:03:47] violent riots in Minneapolis.
[00:03:50] I think what is happening in Minneapolis
[00:03:52] should be blamed on Governor Tim Waltz.
[00:03:55] I believe he's trying to create as much
[00:03:57] chaos as possible to take attention away
[00:03:59] from all the money he has been allegedly
[00:04:01] stealing from fake Somali daycare
[00:04:03] centers. I want to highlight another
[00:04:06] aspect of immigration that I find
[00:04:08] problematic. The treatment of asylum
[00:04:11] cases.
[00:04:12] It has always been the policy of the
[00:04:14] United States that we will not deport
[00:04:17] someone if it means that being sent home
[00:04:19] would be a death sentence.
[00:04:22] I've been monitoring some of these court
[00:04:24] cases and it seems like this policy
[00:04:26] under Trump has been thrown out the
[00:04:29] window. Judges are ignoring asylum
[00:04:32] requests and it's pretty disturbing. I
[00:04:35] realize that asylum requests were abused
[00:04:37] under Joe Biden. Everyone wanted asylum.
[00:04:41] That is obviously ridiculous, but we
[00:04:43] should not throw the whole system out.
[00:04:47] Let me give you an example.
[00:04:49] Last week, a young Iranian woman who is
[00:04:52] an anti-hijab activist was deported back
[00:04:54] to Iran. This is someone who was
[00:04:57] fighting for women's rights not to have
[00:04:59] to wear a headscarf. We sent her to
[00:05:02] Iran.
[00:05:03] She is being sent to her death. This
[00:05:07] happened last week.
[00:05:10] I understand that having a strong border
[00:05:12] is important, but we should not be
[00:05:14] sending people to their deaths.
[00:05:18] Another example is Russia.
[00:05:20] A lot of these people are immigrants who
[00:05:22] fled to the US because they protested
[00:05:24] against Putin and the war in Ukraine.
[00:05:28] When we send them in a plane back to
[00:05:30] Russia, they are met at the airport and
[00:05:32] they're either sent to the front lines
[00:05:34] of the war to die or they're sent to
[00:05:36] prison. Putin wants his hands on these
[00:05:39] people and we are doing Putin's dirty
[00:05:42] work. I realize that we cannot give
[00:05:44] asylum to everyone, but Russia and Iran
[00:05:47] are two examples that are so blatantly
[00:05:50] obvious that we should be recognizing
[00:05:52] these cases as legitimate asylum cases.
[00:05:55] These are vulnerable populations and
[00:05:58] Donald Trump should be making sure that
[00:05:59] we are not sending people to their
[00:06:01] death.
[00:06:03] Even if we did continue to deport these
[00:06:05] people, why not allow them to go to
[00:06:08] another country that is willing to
[00:06:10] accept them? For example, we could be
[00:06:13] sending people to Kazakhstan instead of
[00:06:15] back to Russia to die. To put this in
[00:06:18] context, I'm only talking about roughly
[00:06:20] a thousand people who are currently
[00:06:22] being held in detention centers awaiting
[00:06:24] deportation.
[00:06:26] In the general scheme of things, this is
[00:06:28] a drop in the bucket. We should let
[00:06:31] these people out of prison, give them
[00:06:33] temporary asylum, and deal with the
[00:06:35] other immigration cases first.
[00:06:38] The Russians and the Iranians are not
[00:06:40] the people causing the immigration
[00:06:42] problems. They're not bringing in the
[00:06:44] drugs. They do not have criminal
[00:06:46] records. They're not gang members from
[00:06:47] Central America. They are not creating
[00:06:49] fake daycare centers with Tim Waltz.
[00:06:52] These are hardworking, educated people
[00:06:54] who love America and are here because
[00:06:57] they were protesting against oppressive
[00:06:59] regimes.
[00:07:00] I would think these are the people we
[00:07:02] would want in America.
[00:07:05] We are talking about a thousand
[00:07:07] exceptional people and we could save
[00:07:09] their lives. Number three, strawberry
[00:07:12] shortage. On a less serious note, the US
[00:07:15] has been experiencing a strawberry
[00:07:17] shortage.
[00:07:18] I don't know about you, but I like
[00:07:21] strawberries. And it's not like I eat
[00:07:23] them everyday, but I would like to be
[00:07:25] able to find them in the grocery store.
[00:07:28] Where I live, there has been no
[00:07:30] strawberries in the grocery stores
[00:07:32] starting around Thanksgiving. It has
[00:07:34] been two months with no strawberries.
[00:07:38] Now, I realize that it is the middle of
[00:07:40] winter and this is not exactly
[00:07:42] harvesting season for strawberries, but
[00:07:44] with modern supply chains, there's
[00:07:46] usually some place somewhere growing
[00:07:48] strawberries. This just raises questions
[00:07:51] whether this is a sign of problems with
[00:07:53] the US economy. If we cannot buy
[00:07:56] strawberries, Trump just did a big deal
[00:07:58] with Argentina. We bailed them out with
[00:08:01] a $20 billion credit line. Well, if
[00:08:04] we're giving them all this money, why
[00:08:06] doesn't Trump tell them to send us all
[00:08:09] their strawberries?
[00:08:11] That seems like a no-brainer to me. Can
[00:08:13] you put in the comments, do you have
[00:08:15] strawberries in your grocery store?
[00:08:18] Actually, this week I did find one store
[00:08:21] that was selling strawberries. This was
[00:08:23] the first time in 2 months.
[00:08:26] If these shortages continue and I find
[00:08:29] out that they're still serving
[00:08:30] strawberries at Mara Lago, I'm going to
[00:08:33] lose my mind. Number four, Venezuela
[00:08:36] invasion. This month, the United States
[00:08:38] invaded Venezuela and captured their
[00:08:40] leader Nicholas Maduro and his wife.
[00:08:43] This has raised a lot of criticism on
[00:08:44] whether the US should be invading other
[00:08:46] countries. And I think that people have
[00:08:48] a valid point. However, what really
[00:08:51] bothers me about this story is the news
[00:08:53] coverage is so bad. No one is telling
[00:08:57] you what is really going on. For months,
[00:09:00] Venezuela has been launching attack
[00:09:02] boats towards the United States. Trump
[00:09:05] has been destroying these boats. I have
[00:09:08] lost track of how many boats have been
[00:09:10] destroyed, but it is well over 20
[00:09:13] attacks. Here's a map with some of the
[00:09:16] locations. You can see the boats were
[00:09:18] heading from Venezuela towards the
[00:09:20] United States. In my opinion, the US is
[00:09:24] justified in defending our mainland from
[00:09:26] these attacks. Trump got tired of the
[00:09:28] attacks and took out their leader. This
[00:09:31] is where the news media is so unethical.
[00:09:35] They were covering these boat attacks
[00:09:36] non-stop, talking about how mean Trump
[00:09:39] was. Then after Trump responded against
[00:09:41] Venezuela, suddenly the news completely
[00:09:44] stops mentioning the boat attacks and
[00:09:47] tries to tell the story that innocent
[00:09:49] Venezuela was doing nothing wrong.
[00:09:52] Venezuela was just minding their own
[00:09:54] business and evil Trump invaded them.
[00:09:57] That is not at all what happened. I
[00:10:01] don't care what country you are. If you
[00:10:03] are going to send armed boat attacks
[00:10:05] towards the US mainland for months,
[00:10:07] we're going to take out your leader. End
[00:10:10] of story. Number five, FBI failures.
[00:10:14] Probably the thing that people are the
[00:10:15] most upset about is the FBI's inability
[00:10:18] to do anything. Under Joe Biden, there
[00:10:21] was a huge long list of political
[00:10:22] persecutions, including President Trump
[00:10:25] himself. We are one year into Trump's
[00:10:28] FBI, and they have not made any major
[00:10:30] arrests. They've indicted James Comey
[00:10:33] for lying to Congress and that is pretty
[00:10:35] much it. What about prosecutions for co?
[00:10:39] What about election fraud? What about
[00:10:41] conspiracy over January 6 prosecutions?
[00:10:44] What about Hillary Clinton's emails?
[00:10:48] Instead of prosecuting these people, we
[00:10:50] have had very bizarre FBI investigations
[00:10:53] like allegedly arresting the wrong
[00:10:55] person as a January 6th pipe bomber or
[00:10:58] refusing to release the documents on the
[00:11:00] murder of Seth Rich or refusing to
[00:11:03] release the Epstein files. Congress even
[00:11:06] passed a law mandating that they release
[00:11:08] the Epstein files and they still have
[00:11:10] not released them. The Trump
[00:11:12] administration and the Department of
[00:11:14] Justice has slow rolled this release at
[00:11:17] every turn. Today they released 3
[00:11:21] million of the 6 million documents we
[00:11:23] know they have. We know they have 6
[00:11:24] million because they said it. They
[00:11:27] released 50% of the documents and the
[00:11:29] 50% we have today are heavily heavily
[00:11:33] redacted. So they continue to cover up
[00:11:35] the full truth that's in in the files.
[00:11:38] The worst offense is the poor
[00:11:40] investigation into Charlie Kirk's
[00:11:41] murder. I think more than any other
[00:11:43] issue, this will determine whether the
[00:11:45] Republicans win in the midterm
[00:11:47] elections. If Trump's FBI is still
[00:11:50] trying to convince us that Charlie Kirk
[00:11:52] was shot with a 30 six, the Republicans
[00:11:55] are going to lose the midterms.
[00:11:57] I don't know what stupid person came up
[00:12:00] with that story, but when so many of
[00:12:02] your voters are gun owners, no one's
[00:12:04] going to vote for you when you're
[00:12:06] pushing such an obvious lie. Let's
[00:12:08] switch into five positive things that
[00:12:10] Trump is doing. Number six, January 6
[00:12:13] prisoners. My number one biggest
[00:12:16] accomplishment of Donald Trump was when
[00:12:17] he released the January 6 prisoners on
[00:12:20] day one. I have followed their cases
[00:12:22] closely and hundreds of innocent people
[00:12:25] were caught up in January 6. These were
[00:12:28] people who were waved in by police and
[00:12:30] simply walked through the capital
[00:12:32] building. These innocent people spent 3
[00:12:35] to four years in prison. Think about
[00:12:38] that. Their lives were destroyed. Their
[00:12:42] families were destroyed. Several of them
[00:12:44] committed suicide.
[00:12:46] It was such a horrible injustice.
[00:12:49] Donald Trump on day one let these people
[00:12:52] go home. This is the reason why I give
[00:12:55] Trump leeway on so many of these other
[00:12:58] issues because I think this one decision
[00:13:01] showed real character.
[00:13:04] He was under a lot of pressure not to
[00:13:06] release the prisoners and he did it
[00:13:08] anyway. And these were not rich or
[00:13:11] powerful people. These weren't his
[00:13:12] friends. Trump was getting nothing out
[00:13:15] of this. He did it because it was the
[00:13:17] right thing to do.
[00:13:19] Because of this one decision, I give
[00:13:22] Trump the benefit of the doubt on
[00:13:24] everything else. Number seven,
[00:13:26] comparison analysis. Something you do a
[00:13:29] lot in business is comparison analysis.
[00:13:32] You compare your business against others
[00:13:33] to see if you're doing a good job. Well,
[00:13:36] we can also do this with presidents.
[00:13:40] Do you remember what it was like under
[00:13:42] Joe Biden?
[00:13:44] Here he is stroking the arm of one of
[00:13:46] his supporters.
[00:13:49] >> [music]
[00:13:56] [music]
[00:14:01] >> Okay, this is just creepy. Who shakes
[00:14:05] someone's hand like this? I don't
[00:14:08] understand what is going on here. You
[00:14:10] may not like everything about Donald
[00:14:12] Trump, but he seems to me to be a
[00:14:15] massive improvement to Joe Biden. When
[00:14:18] you compare Donald Trump to other past
[00:14:19] presidents, he still comes out on top.
[00:14:22] We don't have the sex scandals we had
[00:14:24] with Bill Clinton. We don't have the
[00:14:26] Iraq war we had with George Bush. And we
[00:14:28] don't have the secret communist takeover
[00:14:30] we had under Obama. In a comparison
[00:14:34] analysis, Donald Trump looks pretty
[00:14:36] good. Number eight, time. People need to
[00:14:39] allow time for Donald Trump's actions to
[00:14:41] kick in. Many of the things in the Big
[00:14:44] Beautiful bill do not kick in until
[00:14:46] 2026.
[00:14:48] People are doing their taxes right now,
[00:14:50] and they're going to start to see
[00:14:52] benefits. For example, no tax on tips is
[00:14:55] a policy that is affecting people's
[00:14:57] taxes. That is extra money in people's
[00:15:00] pockets that they're going to start
[00:15:01] spending from their 2025 tax returns. A
[00:15:05] lot of the decisions that Trump made in
[00:15:06] 2025, we're going to start feeling in
[00:15:09] 2026, and I think it's going to be very
[00:15:12] beneficial. Number nine, central bank
[00:15:14] digital currency or CBDC.
[00:15:17] Central bank digital currency is one of
[00:15:19] the most important issues. This is one
[00:15:22] of those topics that really only finance
[00:15:25] nerds care about, but it is something
[00:15:27] that will affect everyone's life in a
[00:15:30] [snorts] massive way.
[00:15:31] The government was racing towards
[00:15:33] implementing CBDC under Joe Biden. This
[00:15:37] is a governmentcont controlled form of
[00:15:39] cryptocurrency that would replace the US
[00:15:41] dollar. Thank goodness Trump has put a
[00:15:44] stop to this. He signed an executive
[00:15:46] order his first month as president. This
[00:15:49] is another example that did not benefit
[00:15:51] him that much politically, but he did it
[00:15:54] because he understood how important it
[00:15:56] was. The big problem is that the ban on
[00:15:58] CBDC is only in the executive order.
[00:16:02] Trump needs to codify it in legislation.
[00:16:05] Otherwise, if the Democrats take over,
[00:16:07] they're once again going to try to take
[00:16:09] control of your money. If you refuse to
[00:16:12] take the vaccine, they can just turn off
[00:16:14] your money. If they don't like your
[00:16:16] speech, they can turn off your money.
[00:16:19] Trump needs to take further action on
[00:16:22] banning CBDC.
[00:16:24] Number 10, AI investment. AI is
[00:16:28] currently the fastest growing new
[00:16:30] business sector. We always want the US
[00:16:32] to be on the forefront of developing any
[00:16:34] new technology. Now, I know that a lot
[00:16:37] of people are scared of AI. We've all
[00:16:40] seen the Terminator movies, but I do not
[00:16:43] believe it is in our best interest to
[00:16:45] ignore the problem. We should remain
[00:16:47] involved so that we can implement AI
[00:16:49] responsibly. People really underestimate
[00:16:52] what Trump has done in terms of AI. Let
[00:16:55] me play you a clip of what Kla Harris
[00:16:56] was doing with AI under the Biden
[00:16:59] administration.
[00:17:00] >> AI is kind of a fancy thing. It's first
[00:17:02] of all, it's two letters. It means
[00:17:04] artificial intelligence, but ultimately
[00:17:08] what it is is it's about machine
[00:17:10] learning.
[00:17:12] And so the machine is taught
[00:17:15] and part of the issue here is what
[00:17:18] information is going into the machine
[00:17:22] that will then determine and and we can
[00:17:25] predict then if we think about what
[00:17:27] machine what information is going in
[00:17:29] what then will be produced in terms of
[00:17:32] decisions and opinions um that may be
[00:17:35] made through that process.
[00:17:37] >> The Democrats focus was on making sure
[00:17:39] that AI was woke. that is what they
[00:17:42] cared about. They wanted to teach AI to
[00:17:44] lie so that it did not hurt anyone's
[00:17:46] feelings. That would have been a huge
[00:17:49] disaster.
[00:17:51] I've been very happy with Donald Trump's
[00:17:53] embrace of the AI industry and making
[00:17:55] sure that American companies have the
[00:17:57] ability to remain on the cutting edge.
[00:17:59] So, those are the 10 main issues during
[00:18:01] Trump's first year as president. Now, it
[00:18:04] is time to give him a grade. Let's see
[00:18:07] how other people are grading Donald
[00:18:09] Trump. This is what Candace Owens had to
[00:18:11] say.
[00:18:12] >> If you had to grade his presidency of so
[00:18:14] far within what we're 11 months in
[00:18:15] roughly, what would you say?
[00:18:17] >> So, I would say I'm biased. So, if
[00:18:18] you're asking me to grade, you know how
[00:18:20] you would have those teachers where if
[00:18:21] you you would take a test and they would
[00:18:23] automatically flunk you if you didn't
[00:18:24] put your name on the paper.
[00:18:25] >> Oh, yeah.
[00:18:26] >> Yeah. The Epstein thing for me is like
[00:18:27] automatic flunk if you don't put your
[00:18:28] name on the paper, right? So, like it's
[00:18:30] I'm a mom now. So, this was the most
[00:18:32] important thing to me was figuring out
[00:18:34] where the pedophiles are in our society.
[00:18:36] An F
[00:18:38] really
[00:18:40] that seems a little extreme.
[00:18:42] Let us see how Donald Trump would grade
[00:18:45] himself.
[00:18:46] >> But I do want to talk about the economy,
[00:18:48] sir, here at home. And and I I wonder
[00:18:50] what grade you would give
[00:18:51] >> A+ A+.
[00:18:53] >> Yeah. A++ plus.
[00:18:55] >> Well, it's
[00:18:55] >> Trump gives himself an A+ plus.
[00:19:00] I didn't even know that was possible.
[00:19:03] So Candace Owens gives him an F. Donald
[00:19:06] Trump gives himself an insane grade I've
[00:19:08] never heard of before. Here is my grade.
[00:19:12] I give Donald Trump a B. I think there
[00:19:15] are some issues, but I'm willing to give
[00:19:16] him more time to address some of these
[00:19:18] concerns. My grade might not still be
[00:19:21] that high by the time midterms come
[00:19:22] around, but for right now, I'm still
[00:19:24] supportive of his administration. Now, I
[00:19:27] want to hear from you. I want to know
[00:19:29] what grade you would give Donald Trump.
