[00:00:00] plan at turning point usa [00:00:02] we had to go and start this project [00:00:04] called turning point academy and it was [00:00:06] going to be this online school and all [00:00:08] these amazing things and this was back [00:00:10] in february and it just totally blew up [00:00:13] it was just within 48 hours the whole [00:00:16] thing just unraveled in front of us and [00:00:18] i remember i turned to one of my team [00:00:20] members i said if god wants us to do [00:00:23] turning point academy god's gonna have [00:00:25] to raise this one from the dead because [00:00:26] we went from we had the plan to just [00:00:29] totally obliterated [00:00:31] in like 48 hours we just kind of put it [00:00:32] on the shelf we said we'll just kind of [00:00:34] put that there i went on a trip to [00:00:35] florida and i remember exactly where i [00:00:37] was i got a text from luke and i still [00:00:39] have the text but i'll paraphrase it he [00:00:41] said hey charlie just shot in the dark i [00:00:43] don't know if you guys are turning point [00:00:44] of any interest in ever collaborating [00:00:47] you know in k-12 education but you know [00:00:50] we have an awesome school and we'd love [00:00:52] to potentially maybe work with you guys [00:00:54] and do some things like just just an [00:00:56] idea pray on it think about i said you [00:00:58] know what lord you're up to something [00:01:00] you're raising this idea from the dead [00:01:02] and you've done that before i'll tell [00:01:03] you what and [00:01:06] [Applause] [00:01:08] and this was all because we had a built [00:01:10] friendship and partnership because of [00:01:13] all of you because of what we've been [00:01:14] doing and we had a couple meetings and [00:01:16] it just all kind of seemed to work and [00:01:19] kind of be put together and so [00:01:22] i want to play a short video officially [00:01:24] announcing this and i rarely do this but [00:01:26] i'm going to read sp just word for word [00:01:29] off of what we are going to do and what [00:01:31] we stand for uh because we there was a [00:01:33] lot of prayer and intention [00:01:35] based on exactly this project that we're [00:01:37] going after but here's the big takeaway [00:01:39] is that we are no longer just [00:01:41] complaining about the problem okay [00:01:43] scottsdale unified is terrible right but [00:01:45] we're going about fixing that problem we [00:01:47] are being toward the solution everybody [00:01:50] so [00:01:51] i am pleased [00:01:53] thrilled and thankful to be able to [00:01:55] announce through this video [00:01:57] dream city christian a turning point [00:01:59] academy now accepting students k-5 in [00:02:02] scottsdale k-12 and glendale enjoy the [00:02:04] video [00:02:11] as young as three and four are actually [00:02:12] aware of their gender identity you don't [00:02:14] have to do everything your parents say [00:02:17] when you make the decision to send your [00:02:19] son or daughter to public school it [00:02:21] could be a mistake you can never take [00:02:23] back [00:02:24] young students need a safe haven a [00:02:26] school that reinforces the biblical [00:02:28] american values you're already teaching [00:02:30] at home [00:02:31] dream city church and turning point usa [00:02:33] are uniting to unveil the dream city [00:02:35] christian school a turning point academy [00:02:39] we are working to continue to invest in [00:02:41] and develop numerous classrooms across [00:02:43] arizona that combat morally bankrupt [00:02:46] woke ideology [00:02:48] students from pre-k through 12th grade [00:02:50] will be offered curriculum and programs [00:02:52] to equip our children with the tools [00:02:54] necessary to defend objective truth [00:02:57] graduates will walk away within refined [00:02:59] christian values that parents can trust [00:03:02] it's time to draw a line in the sand and [00:03:04] take back control of your child's future [00:03:06] and the future of america [00:03:09] learn more about our programs and what [00:03:11] we have to offer at dreamcityschools.org [00:03:14] how awesome is that right [00:03:19] and [00:03:20] this is why i love dream city yesterday [00:03:23] i was meeting with two other schools [00:03:26] that are just getting started they said [00:03:27] charlie we're in we want to be part of [00:03:30] the turning point academy network we [00:03:31] want to be part of this education [00:03:33] revolution this is the starting point [00:03:35] for so many amazing things so some of [00:03:37] you are saying charlie what makes this [00:03:39] school different what are you gonna do [00:03:40] so i'm gonna read just word for word [00:03:42] because this this i think really hits it [00:03:45] home inspired by the verse proverbs 22 6 [00:03:48] train up a child [00:03:50] in the way that he should go and when he [00:03:52] was old [00:03:53] when he is old he will not depart from [00:03:55] it dream city christian and turning [00:03:57] point academy know that in these [00:03:58] troubling and uncertain times we are in [00:04:01] need of bold teaching and education more [00:04:03] than ever [00:04:04] this new venture promises to do the [00:04:06] following number one [00:04:08] to never waver from the truth and to [00:04:10] teach self-government and liberty to our [00:04:13] students the bible is the center of our [00:04:15] teaching and our students will learn to [00:04:17] reason from biblical truth [00:04:21] number two [00:04:23] we're just going right after it no kind [00:04:25] of dancing around lying in the sand [00:04:27] right to reject all woke and untruthful [00:04:31] ideologies being pushed on students [00:04:33] including but not limited to [00:04:36] critical race theory post-modernism [00:04:39] woke-ism [00:04:40] deconstructionism queer theory radical [00:04:43] lgbt agendas and anti-american ideas [00:04:46] such as the 16-19 project will have no [00:04:49] place at this institution [00:04:51] [Applause] [00:05:09] praise god [00:05:11] all curriculum is thoroughly vetted and [00:05:13] approved and teachers must undergo a [00:05:15] serious vetting and training process [00:05:18] before ever being empowered to teach [00:05:20] your child number three we will [00:05:23] celebrate exploration and journey [00:05:25] towards truth we believe students must [00:05:28] work hard through challenging [00:05:30] environments to develop a strong [00:05:31] character and the tools necessary to [00:05:33] succeed in today's world we believe that [00:05:36] there is a truth [00:05:37] there is beauty and there is a good and [00:05:40] students will work diligently to [00:05:41] discover those things and what it means [00:05:44] number four we believe in god's promise [00:05:47] that all are created equal no one will [00:05:49] be treated preferably or differently [00:05:51] based on the color of their skin or [00:05:53] immutable characteristics we believe [00:05:56] that character not skin color is what [00:05:58] defines a human being [00:06:01] number five [00:06:02] we will raise a generation of courageous [00:06:05] leaders [00:06:06] our nation is lacking courage [00:06:09] we will train and develop your child to [00:06:11] understand that the strong must protect [00:06:14] the weak and beautiful things must be [00:06:17] defended from evil and that being a [00:06:20] spectator is not enough at the end of [00:06:23] their tenure at this institution they [00:06:26] will have a fire in their belly to act [00:06:28] and boldly make changes in the world for [00:06:31] christ and for liberty in america [00:06:37] and finally [00:06:39] we believe america is the greatest [00:06:41] nation ever to exist our short [00:06:43] experiment in self-government is a gift [00:06:46] from the lord we will teach our students [00:06:49] to be proud citizens understanding their [00:06:51] history thankful for their predecessors [00:06:54] and compelled towards action we will [00:06:56] teach honest history that elevates our [00:06:58] heroes and speaks openly about our [00:07:00] failures our goal is to inspire [00:07:03] gratitude in a generation that is so [00:07:05] often unthankful to live in our country [00:07:08] our students will develop an [00:07:10] understanding of what it means to be a [00:07:11] biblical citizen and what is required to [00:07:14] save this republic [00:07:16] that is what we are doing at dream city [00:07:18] christian at turning point academy [00:07:21] so [00:07:22] we need all of your help [00:07:24] so we need to get the word out [00:07:26] we need you to send out the link [00:07:29] text 1015 parents friends people with [00:07:32] children tonight [00:07:33] this is going to be one of the most [00:07:34] exciting one of the most i think life [00:07:38] changing you just saw the mission [00:07:39] statement we're diving in on curriculum [00:07:40] we're diving in on an economics 101 [00:07:43] course that i think will just make your [00:07:44] students your child so excited [00:07:47] understand biblical economics we're [00:07:48] diving into it through teacher trainings [00:07:50] and other things but we need your help [00:07:52] to get the word out so maybe i know we [00:07:53] have some dream city parents here raise [00:07:55] your hand give it up for them they do [00:07:56] such a great and [00:07:58] this is awesome [00:08:00] but we want to we want to boost [00:08:02] enrollment we're going to be running [00:08:03] local ads those go live very soon but we [00:08:05] need your help i know a lot of you have [00:08:07] kids you have grandkids in the valley we [00:08:10] want you to pray about it and maybe take [00:08:11] that leap of faith take that step to [00:08:13] help expand enrollment and to grow this [00:08:15] so it's dreamcityschools.org [00:08:17] and this is going to spread all across [00:08:19] the country now people they always tend [00:08:21] to underestimate some of the projects [00:08:22] that we do our goal is to have hundreds [00:08:25] and hundreds and hundreds of these [00:08:27] schools of these collaborations and [00:08:29] these alliances across america because [00:08:31] we're up against the government school [00:08:32] system [00:08:33] that has 12 million teachers and they [00:08:35] are pushing this forward it's about time [00:08:37] that we start to push back about time [00:08:39] that we start to build new and exciting [00:08:41] and beautiful things i want to [00:08:44] in closing before i invite our amazing [00:08:47] guests tonight i want to thank the [00:08:49] leadership at dream city christian [00:08:51] school for how quickly they've been [00:08:53] working how diligently [00:08:55] chris amazing [00:08:57] and [00:08:58] it's easy to sit on the sidelines it's [00:09:01] easy to do what most of these schools do [00:09:02] in the valley we don't do that there's [00:09:04] no crt here when you see in front of [00:09:06] your eyes [00:09:07] it's hard to do what we just did and to [00:09:09] proclaim it and now we need your help to [00:09:11] get the word out [00:09:12] to help to help get enrollment where we [00:09:14] want it to get so and you've all played [00:09:16] an amazing role in that by your [00:09:17] attendance by your prayers by your [00:09:18] thoughts and by your support it's just [00:09:20] extraordinary and we're gonna have more [00:09:21] exciting updates [00:09:23] to come in the coming weeks and as [00:09:25] freedom night in america continues to [00:09:26] grow so i'm just so thrilled to be able [00:09:29] to announce our guest here tonight [00:09:32] um it's somebody that i've gotten more [00:09:34] text messages about you in the last [00:09:35] couple of months people say have you [00:09:37] seen pastor john have you seen pastor [00:09:38] john it's like yeah i mean i think we're [00:09:40] having him at an event and like matt set [00:09:42] it all up it's just amazing and i'll [00:09:45] tell you what we were just kind of [00:09:46] collaborating we were having some fun [00:09:48] upstairs and pastor john says yeah you [00:09:51] know uh we're going to get in some [00:09:52] trouble tonight and i said oh that's the [00:09:54] best kind of freedom nights in america [00:09:55] we get in some kind of trouble right and [00:09:58] it's such a great honor our guest [00:10:00] tonight master's degree from liberty [00:10:01] university and christian ministry he [00:10:03] played football able to tell as soon as [00:10:05] he gets up on stage he's been a pastor [00:10:07] for 15 years he's unafraid to talk about [00:10:09] how the left talks a good game on black [00:10:11] lives that does nothing about it he's [00:10:13] unafraid to talk about god's truth for [00:10:15] us what we could do about it it's such [00:10:17] an amazing honor to be able to have him [00:10:19] tonight as we get back into gear here at [00:10:21] freedom night in america please join me [00:10:22] in welcoming pastor john [00:10:25] amanchukwu and i think i said that right [00:10:27] did i do good [00:10:29] give it up [00:10:32] [Applause] [00:10:44] thank you everybody so we're going to [00:10:46] play back and forth with the mic now so [00:10:48] um [00:10:50] pastor john uh it's actually right here [00:10:52] thank you guys so much um pastor john [00:10:54] welcome to phoenix thank you for having [00:10:56] me you came here in the cool season so [00:11:00] now i know why you're all here tonight [00:11:02] air conditioning i get it right it's the [00:11:04] only reason why you would be here [00:11:05] tonight um pastor john tell us about [00:11:07] yourself tell us about your walk with [00:11:09] the lord and the work you do yeah so my [00:11:10] name is john i'm in chukwu and i'm [00:11:12] blessed to have my wife with me here [00:11:13] today come on crystal just stand up [00:11:16] i'm a man married to a woman and i [00:11:18] celebrate that [00:11:20] amen we have three wonderful children 12 [00:11:24] 11 and 5. we've been married going on [00:11:26] now 15 years another big hand clap goes [00:11:29] there [00:11:32] and so i'm just a country preacher from [00:11:35] raleigh north carolina that believes in [00:11:37] god's truth and i'm not afraid to stand [00:11:39] up for biblical truth and biblical [00:11:41] authority i'm a pastor who's a true [00:11:44] watchman and not a wimp and i'm not [00:11:46] afraid to speak truth to power and to [00:11:49] push back against the god-awful [00:11:52] ideologies that have been pushed down [00:11:54] our children's throats but also upon the [00:11:57] black community [00:11:59] you know i want to say something tonight [00:12:01] and i want you to hear me clearly [00:12:03] blacks have become [00:12:05] the chief prostitutes of the democratic [00:12:07] party [00:12:09] they screw us and barely pay us but we [00:12:11] keep running back for more [00:12:15] that took you like 90 seconds [00:12:18] we already got new york times washington [00:12:20] post keep going [00:12:22] [Laughter] [00:12:25] and and so [00:12:26] you know i'm sick of this notion that [00:12:28] blacks need the government to think for [00:12:31] them [00:12:32] you know when you have men like [00:12:34] president joe biden who come out and say [00:12:37] you know if you're going to vote for [00:12:38] president donald trump then you're not [00:12:40] black why does a black man or black [00:12:43] woman have to have his color question [00:12:46] when we want to support school choice [00:12:49] versus the public education system why [00:12:52] do we have to have our skin tone [00:12:54] question when we want to celebrate [00:12:56] biblical marriage [00:12:59] instead of perversion [00:13:02] why do we have to have our skin tone [00:13:04] question when we support low taxes [00:13:08] you know [00:13:10] look at what's going on in our economy [00:13:12] it is the result of failed policies and [00:13:16] ideas president biden cut the keystone [00:13:19] pipeline [00:13:20] and we're in a mess [00:13:22] and we're not going to get out of this [00:13:24] mess until we turn our face back towards [00:13:26] god [00:13:28] let me say that again we're not going to [00:13:29] get out of this mess [00:13:31] until we turn our face back towards god [00:13:34] and put god in his proper place because [00:13:37] this nation was founded upon [00:13:39] judeo-christian principles [00:13:42] it was not founded upon islam [00:13:45] it was not founded upon buddhism nor [00:13:48] taoism or scientology no this nation was [00:13:51] founded upon judeo-christian principles [00:13:53] you better start talking guy [00:13:55] no i'm i'm enjoy i hope i'm enjoying [00:13:56] this as much as you are i mean [00:13:59] so [00:14:00] tell us you wrote a book recently yes [00:14:02] and you talk openly about wokism how [00:14:04] would you define wokeism [00:14:06] walkism is the loser theory [00:14:11] if you want to become a loser [00:14:15] in ingest wokism [00:14:18] every time i think about critical race [00:14:20] theory and what the pundits say about it [00:14:23] and those who support it i just say to [00:14:25] myself you know [00:14:26] for me to believe that you are [00:14:28] inherently racist because of the color [00:14:30] of your skin that's asinine [00:14:32] racism is not a color it's a sin [00:14:36] it's a sin [00:14:38] the bible says in romans 3 and 23 that [00:14:41] all have sinned and come short of the [00:14:44] glory of god when a reference to sin [00:14:46] there is talking about sin in general [00:14:49] or all kinds of sin and so [00:14:53] sinners sin [00:14:55] black people can be racist [00:14:58] contrary to popular opinion hispanics [00:15:00] can be racist pacific islanders can be [00:15:03] racist others can be racist asians can [00:15:06] be racist and white people can be racist [00:15:08] as well but racism is not a skin tone so [00:15:10] i push back against that lie i believe [00:15:12] that critical race theory is the jim [00:15:14] crow era in reverse [00:15:18] blacks are now doing to whites what was [00:15:20] once done to [00:15:22] them [00:15:23] now it was wrong in the 60s amen [00:15:26] a big hand clap goes there [00:15:28] it was wrong in the 60s [00:15:30] to disenfranchise minorities because of [00:15:33] the color of their skin and it's wrong [00:15:35] for us today to say that whites are [00:15:38] inherently racist because of the color [00:15:40] of their skin critical race theory [00:15:42] equals racism and the church needs to [00:15:45] fight it [00:15:49] so tell us more about your book it's [00:15:51] called erased yes tell us more about [00:15:52] that erased uncovering the lies of [00:15:54] critical racist theory and abortion [00:15:56] during the summer of 2020 while being [00:15:59] out at one of the busiest abortion [00:16:01] clinics in the southeast i had a black [00:16:04] father approach me and tell me that i [00:16:06] was standing outside of the abortion [00:16:08] clinic where i had gone to you know for [00:16:10] the past eight years he told me that i [00:16:12] was fighting a white man's issue because [00:16:15] i was trying to save babies [00:16:17] now on that saturday morning [00:16:20] seventy percent of the people outside [00:16:23] trying to save the babies were white [00:16:26] but nearly 80 to 85 percent of the [00:16:28] people in the building prepared to abort [00:16:31] that baby on or their baby on that [00:16:32] morning they were black but this [00:16:35] father's gonna tell me that i'm fighting [00:16:37] a white man's issue because a black man [00:16:40] who has three children who has several [00:16:43] things to do goes down to a local [00:16:45] abortion clinic just to save babies he [00:16:47] was a liar and let me tell you something [00:16:49] man [00:16:51] abortion is not [00:16:54] a white [00:16:55] evangelical issue [00:16:59] calling abortion murder is not a white [00:17:02] evangelical issue you know if we would [00:17:04] put the 10 commandments back in our [00:17:06] schools it would reduce some of these [00:17:08] school shootings [00:17:10] and people will understand that it was [00:17:12] god that called killing innocent people [00:17:17] and so in my book [00:17:20] you find a biblical approach [00:17:22] to come alongside some of the toughest [00:17:25] issues of our day like critical race [00:17:27] theory and abortion and wokism and [00:17:30] transgenderism and school choice it is a [00:17:32] support system to pastors who have weak [00:17:35] voices pastors who are afraid to deal [00:17:38] with these issues and i also deal with [00:17:41] the lgbtq [00:17:43] issue in my book as well you know we are [00:17:45] in the midst of pride month right [00:17:48] this is pride month you know and i [00:17:49] believe that every [00:17:51] pastor [00:17:52] should speak up and say something about [00:17:56] pride month [00:17:59] every preacher [00:18:00] who's worth his salt [00:18:02] should say something about this month [00:18:04] now if you're if your pastor has nothing [00:18:07] to say about pride month i want you to [00:18:11] know something that you need to check [00:18:13] his posts [00:18:15] check his allies [00:18:17] and check his draws because someone's [00:18:20] wearing lace [00:18:22] hear me [00:18:24] you [00:18:26] cause [00:18:26] here's the reality [00:18:28] the left is coming for our children [00:18:32] and over my dead body not on my watch [00:18:35] i'm not going to allow anybody can i [00:18:38] stand up [00:18:39] i'm not going to allow anybody to come [00:18:42] after my children and attack my family [00:18:46] why because a man lives in my house [00:18:50] can i get the real men to make some [00:18:52] noise [00:18:56] can i get the mama bears to make some [00:18:58] noise [00:19:01] yeah it's time to fight charlie so time [00:19:03] to fight so what what should a pastor [00:19:05] talk about what should they say pastors [00:19:07] are afraid they say you know i don't [00:19:09] know how to navigate these issues how do [00:19:10] they how do they tackle pride month well [00:19:12] here's the reality we had this book [00:19:14] called the bible [00:19:17] you know if pastors would stop preaching [00:19:20] about their vacations [00:19:22] the dog the cat and the lizard [00:19:25] and their quaint vacations and get back [00:19:28] to preaching from genesis to revelation [00:19:31] we could save this nation [00:19:34] we can do it [00:19:36] see the bible is more current than [00:19:39] tomorrow's newspaper [00:19:41] if you want to know what's going to take [00:19:44] place tomorrow turn your face to the [00:19:47] book [00:19:48] and god will show you what's taking [00:19:50] place but many of our preachers they [00:19:52] know what to say [00:19:54] but they hold the truth in [00:19:56] unrighteousness [00:19:57] the bible says if our gospel be hid [00:20:01] it is he to those that are lost [00:20:04] and so many of our preachers would would [00:20:05] rather hide the truth to keep rear ends [00:20:08] in the pews you know [00:20:11] you can't cancel a true born-again [00:20:14] preacher [00:20:16] i was canceled at the cross of calvary [00:20:20] when i gave my life to christ when i was [00:20:22] baptized i was canceled i became a new [00:20:25] person i became a new creature all [00:20:28] things are passed away and behold all [00:20:30] things are become new and here's another [00:20:32] thing whatever you say about me you [00:20:36] can't change my reputation because i [00:20:38] laid my reputation down as well [00:20:41] and i'm standing for jesus [00:20:43] every chance that i get [00:20:46] i could just listen to him i'm i'm good [00:20:48] um [00:20:49] so but why is it so many pastors are [00:20:51] afraid to talk about it then i mean [00:20:52] there seems to be [00:20:54] a courage gap is there a willingness gap [00:20:56] here [00:20:57] here's the issue [00:20:58] more concerned about resources [00:21:01] rather than the source [00:21:03] you have resources [00:21:05] and sources [00:21:07] the progenitor of the resources is the [00:21:11] source the source is god many pastors [00:21:14] are afraid to preach against lgbt issues [00:21:18] because they might have a child that [00:21:19] might be in that lifestyle or a family [00:21:22] member or there might be a board member [00:21:24] who's influen influential who has deep [00:21:26] pockets [00:21:28] and we would rather keep the board [00:21:30] member happy and not tick him off [00:21:33] because he might withdraw his money the [00:21:36] bible says allow your money to perish [00:21:39] with you so if you want to pull your [00:21:41] money out of a local church because the [00:21:43] pastor is preaching goodbye and let your [00:21:46] money perish with you but you should [00:21:49] expect your preacher to speak to these [00:21:51] issues and it's easy as one two three [00:21:55] just preach the bible [00:21:58] amen [00:22:00] so [00:22:01] let's talk about the black community yes [00:22:03] this is something that [00:22:05] i think really is confusing to a lot of [00:22:07] people the black community is actually [00:22:08] more socially conservative correct in a [00:22:10] lot of different ways than white [00:22:12] liberals especially in california or new [00:22:14] york why is it that the black community [00:22:17] being more socially conservative not on [00:22:19] board for this transgender stuff they [00:22:22] they [00:22:22] polls show that they actually the least [00:22:24] approving of it sure why is it then that [00:22:27] black pastors or black leaders then tend [00:22:30] to tilt with the political left [00:22:32] yeah and you know charlie if i knew the [00:22:33] true answer to that question i might be [00:22:35] a rich man [00:22:36] all right but i'm glad you asked a black [00:22:38] pastor we can explore it together [00:22:42] but but here here's here's the reality [00:22:44] consider reverend jesse jackson [00:22:47] who when he uh who who coined the turn [00:22:51] the term black genocide [00:22:53] who once preached against abortion but [00:22:56] when it was time for him to run for [00:22:58] office he sold his community down a [00:23:00] river and would not touch the issue [00:23:03] anymore consider barack hussein obama [00:23:06] the first black president who had a [00:23:08] chance to right some wrongs and do some [00:23:10] true work what did he do the majority of [00:23:13] his support went towards two groups [00:23:16] planned parenthood [00:23:17] and the lgbt community we have blown so [00:23:21] many opportunities the issue is this [00:23:24] many in my community [00:23:26] happen to be low information voters and [00:23:29] they're getting their information from [00:23:32] the wrong people [00:23:34] you should expect to go to church and to [00:23:36] hear the truth about these issues but [00:23:39] the pastors are woke [00:23:42] and the pastors are preaching woke [00:23:43] sermons [00:23:45] so therefore you have a woke pew [00:23:48] right if the pulpit is woke [00:23:51] then the parishioners are going to be [00:23:52] woke but many blacks they don't espouse [00:23:55] of these things but they oftentimes vote [00:23:58] one way and pray another but guess what [00:24:00] there's good news there is a remnant [00:24:03] there are a group of blacks in this [00:24:05] country who believe [00:24:07] in black excellence who believe in the [00:24:10] two-parent family home both sexes there [00:24:13] is a group of minorities in this country [00:24:16] who are rising up who supported donald [00:24:19] trump overwhelmingly right you saw [00:24:22] something change there i believe that [00:24:24] there is a remnant coming and all we [00:24:26] need to do is continue to sound the [00:24:28] alarm keep the message out there before [00:24:31] the masses create opportunities for [00:24:33] black voices to speak nationally and we [00:24:36] will turn this nation in the right [00:24:38] direction in the black community [00:24:42] this is such an important point because [00:24:44] so many of these advocacy groups it's [00:24:47] driven by white liberals not by [00:24:49] grassroots in the black community sure i [00:24:51] mean you look at blm otherwise known as [00:24:53] by large mansions [00:24:55] organization [00:24:56] that in the last couple years raised [00:24:58] over a hundred million dollars how much [00:25:01] of that went to black charter schools [00:25:03] zero how much that went towards getting [00:25:05] black fathers back in the home zero [00:25:07] so let me get your thoughts on this [00:25:09] there is an accusation mostly thrown by [00:25:12] the way by white liberals that this idea [00:25:14] of a two-parent household speaking [00:25:17] properly showing up on time doing [00:25:19] mathematics doing science are all it's [00:25:22] all whiteness in fact the [00:25:23] african-american history museum the [00:25:25] smithsonian african-american history [00:25:27] museum said that a couple summers ago [00:25:29] correct help us walk us through that [00:25:31] well that's a lie it's not white to be [00:25:34] articulate [00:25:36] it's not white to walk around with a [00:25:39] belt on you know i put on a belt today [00:25:41] and i guess i'm white right because i [00:25:43] put on [00:25:45] a belt you know and also i intentionally [00:25:48] put on a suit because oftentimes the [00:25:50] media portrays [00:25:52] the black character as the buffoon [00:25:54] right and so every chance i get to [00:25:56] present black excellence and to look [00:25:59] adorned the proper way i take an [00:26:01] advantage of that opportunity to do so [00:26:04] because i want to project the right [00:26:06] message [00:26:07] for the masses [00:26:09] now [00:26:10] this issue of you know excellence uh and [00:26:13] uh [00:26:14] blacks you know [00:26:17] in the in in their dress or in their [00:26:20] attitude being white if they are proper [00:26:23] these things are lies [00:26:26] you know in our schools [00:26:28] they are attempting to make victims out [00:26:30] of black students they're teaching them [00:26:32] to hate their nation to hate their [00:26:36] country rap and hip hop music is further [00:26:39] angering them and turning them against [00:26:41] the white man because the white man has [00:26:44] disenfranchised them let me tell you [00:26:46] something if hispanics can come to this [00:26:48] country and speak english as a second [00:26:51] language and become successful black [00:26:53] people don't have an excuse [00:26:55] asian americans [00:26:58] do well in this nation and many of them [00:27:02] have two parent family homes why is [00:27:05] because of the culture that they are [00:27:08] pushing on their children they preach [00:27:11] education they focus on education [00:27:14] education education education they teach [00:27:16] them to be ceos and entrepreneurs and to [00:27:20] own their business and when you do that [00:27:22] you strengthen the family [00:27:24] but when dad is out of his place we [00:27:27] can't put the blame on white people [00:27:30] black fathers need to take [00:27:31] responsibility for their litter [00:27:34] for their children for the children that [00:27:37] they have produced and stand in their [00:27:40] rightful place you know kamala harris [00:27:42] said that she was going to [00:27:44] astronomically reduce black poverty by [00:27:47] providing a four hundred dollar check [00:27:49] i immediately said [00:27:51] that i'm so glad that my wife [00:27:55] and my children [00:27:56] don't need the government to give them [00:27:58] four hundred dollars because my family [00:28:01] has a father and a daddy [00:28:04] but so much so many have made a god out [00:28:09] of government and that is the issue so [00:28:13] so talk about when that changed because [00:28:15] in the 1940s and 1900s [00:28:17] america was definitely more racist than [00:28:21] it is today i'm not saying it was a [00:28:23] racist country but there is definitely [00:28:25] more of the feelings of resentment and [00:28:26] prejudice right for example the major [00:28:28] league baseball didn't yet break the [00:28:30] color barrier until the 40s or 50s and [00:28:32] despite that though black families were [00:28:34] actually more intact yes now we have 25 [00:28:38] or so you know the numbers depending on [00:28:40] the year walk us through that so from [00:28:41] the early 1900s all the way up until [00:28:44] about 1968 which represents the death of [00:28:47] mlk the black marriage rate rivaled that [00:28:50] of whites we did better under jim crow [00:28:53] laws than we are doing in 2022. [00:28:56] and here's here's here's the issue when [00:28:59] you had monumental leaders like dr king [00:29:02] who was speaking truth to power and [00:29:04] causing black men and women to rise up [00:29:08] you know they killed him all right we're [00:29:10] still trying to figure out who did it [00:29:11] but we believe it possibly it was the [00:29:13] government involved [00:29:15] but after the death of mlk lyndon b [00:29:18] johnson comes in with a new deal which [00:29:21] was really a sour deal for black america [00:29:25] they replaced [00:29:26] the black father with government cheese [00:29:30] they provided a handout [00:29:33] a check you know there are some people [00:29:35] who need welfare support [00:29:38] but where fair welfare was never [00:29:40] intended to be a hammock it was intended [00:29:44] to be a safety net [00:29:47] and many people have remained in a [00:29:49] hammock [00:29:50] for too long they're comfortable in the [00:29:52] government's lazy boy hammock so they [00:29:55] won't work and you see generations of [00:29:58] parents who are not working they're [00:29:59] living off the government and that [00:30:01] destroys the family so when you push dad [00:30:05] out of the home the patriarch is no [00:30:07] longer there [00:30:09] and when you lose the patriarch the [00:30:11] family dies [00:30:13] and that is the issue black men [00:30:15] represent five percent of the overall [00:30:17] population in this nation [00:30:20] black women represent eight percent [00:30:22] what does that mean a lot of our women [00:30:24] may not get married [00:30:26] and while the naacp is pushing more [00:30:30] abortion [00:30:31] and more support towards the left [00:30:34] we are decimating the black community [00:30:37] so yeah talk about that talk about the [00:30:39] statistics you have the naacp which says [00:30:42] they stand for black progress right and [00:30:44] against you know institutional prejudice [00:30:46] and all this but the glaring [00:30:49] truth is that the most dangerous place [00:30:51] for a black person in america is in the [00:30:53] womb right [00:30:54] yes why is it that we are not seeing a [00:30:57] celebration from black america that roe [00:30:59] v wade might be repealed in a couple [00:31:02] weeks instead we're seeing mass amount [00:31:04] of public interest groups do the exact [00:31:06] opposite sure well i can speak for the [00:31:08] church that i'm at you know we celebrate [00:31:10] it you know our church [00:31:12] uh in 2011 we had a fatherhood [00:31:15] initiative and we led hundreds of our [00:31:18] members out to the local abortion clinic [00:31:20] we have been working there as an [00:31:22] abortion clinic called a woman's choice [00:31:23] of raleigh and we've been able to win [00:31:26] over 2000 babies over the past uh 12 [00:31:29] years a big handclap goes there [00:31:33] and so so there's a movement afoot there [00:31:35] are a group of people who are rising up [00:31:38] to push against these issues but the [00:31:41] naacp [00:31:43] about nine years ago [00:31:45] they got in to a jam [00:31:48] they were in the red and they needed [00:31:51] financial support [00:31:53] they changed their initiative [00:31:56] and they started supporting the lgbtq [00:31:59] community [00:32:01] overnight [00:32:02] they went from being in the red to now [00:32:05] being in the black [00:32:06] and now they're more concerned about [00:32:10] perversion [00:32:11] than they are the true civil rights [00:32:13] movement we gave away [00:32:16] our civil rights movement [00:32:19] to a group of people [00:32:21] who did not choose their color you know [00:32:23] i didn't choose to be black you didn't [00:32:25] choose to be white but a person chooses [00:32:28] to go after the same sex [00:32:31] it is sad to liken the struggle of a [00:32:35] person who has gender dysphoria to the [00:32:38] plight of black americans in america in [00:32:40] the 1960s [00:32:42] that's a travesty but guess what they're [00:32:45] doing it and they did it with the help [00:32:48] of the naacp and so what you're [00:32:51] beautifully articulating is the [00:32:53] expansion of the civil rights [00:32:56] regime yes which is a righteous and [00:32:58] noble cause in the 60s and 70s is now [00:33:01] being expanded to use the force of [00:33:03] government the instrument of the state [00:33:06] right now to be able to punish people if [00:33:08] you disagree with [00:33:10] preferences on the gender dysphoria or [00:33:12] you might have religious conscious [00:33:14] objections right and so this is a very [00:33:16] important issue because there is a bill [00:33:18] right now in front of congress not going [00:33:20] to pass thankfully called hr5 uh and [00:33:24] what they want to do is they want they [00:33:25] they act as if it's so simple you talk [00:33:27] to the bills the kind of bill sponsors [00:33:29] they oh no all it is is adding to the [00:33:31] civil rights act yes you know lgbt and [00:33:34] trans people to be able to get the same [00:33:35] protections that were in the you know [00:33:37] the 60 67 68 or 60 yeah uh civil rights [00:33:41] act why would that be such a terrible [00:33:43] idea [00:33:44] it would it would set minorities back [00:33:47] we don't want to go backwards [00:33:50] i want to go forward america is not a [00:33:53] perfect nation or a perfect country but [00:33:56] you don't see people trying to leave [00:33:58] america by the droves you see people [00:34:00] fighting to get into this promised land [00:34:04] this great country [00:34:06] by called america who god has made great [00:34:10] and so as you see that there is a plan [00:34:14] there is a scheme [00:34:16] how do we keep blacks marginalized [00:34:20] keep them angry [00:34:23] keep emotional tactics before them [00:34:26] keep them in the past so they can't go [00:34:29] forward [00:34:30] and it has [00:34:32] worked [00:34:33] to our own demise so something that is a [00:34:37] emphasis on college campuses [00:34:39] in the media is this issue of police [00:34:41] brutality [00:34:42] do you think that is a top 10 top 20 [00:34:45] issue facing the black community because [00:34:47] it gets all the attention sure i don't i [00:34:49] don't i don't think that it is you know [00:34:51] i believe that we have good cops [00:34:54] and i believe that there are some some [00:34:56] bad cops we should address the bad cops [00:35:00] and get on with allowing the cops who [00:35:02] are black white hispanic to defend our [00:35:05] neighborhoods and protect us and keep us [00:35:07] away from criminals and thugs [00:35:11] you know oftentimes when a person says [00:35:13] thug they think of someone who is black [00:35:16] but that's not true [00:35:17] there are thugs in all people groups [00:35:20] right what we saw happen during the [00:35:22] summer of 2020 we saw white thugs [00:35:26] we saw asian thugs we saw pacific [00:35:28] islander thugs we saw hispanic thugs [00:35:31] transgender thugs [00:35:35] all kinds of thugs looting [00:35:38] and robbing stores [00:35:40] burning down the cvs pharmacy stores in [00:35:43] your own community these things as [00:35:47] governors and mayors who were democrats [00:35:50] stood back [00:35:51] and allowed anarchists to rule the night [00:35:55] it's a travesty and that is a blot upon [00:35:59] us that we would probably never get rid [00:36:00] of we would rather talk about an [00:36:02] insurrection [00:36:04] something that took place for a few [00:36:06] hours right which was a setup in and of [00:36:09] itself we would rather talk about that [00:36:11] than to talk about the summer of 2020. [00:36:15] listen don't talk to me about january 6. [00:36:17] i want to hear about this uh what truly [00:36:20] happened in the summer of 2020 as we [00:36:22] allowed blm [00:36:25] all of the george soros people and [00:36:28] antifa as we allow them to rule our [00:36:32] neighborhoods and to burn down [00:36:34] businesses with the support of the [00:36:37] government [00:36:38] and we've seen violent crimes skyrocket [00:36:41] yes as we have our war on police which [00:36:43] has just continued unfortunately we have [00:36:46] seen every one of the kind of [00:36:48] promises of a stable society and what [00:36:51] should really concern all of us [00:36:53] is that we've seen violent crime go up [00:36:55] back when the economy was relatively [00:36:57] okay right what we're about to see [00:37:00] is i believe an economic catastrophe i [00:37:03] think it's a slow motion car wreck i [00:37:05] don't wish it upon anybody unlike the [00:37:07] left i hope that i'm wrong i hope that [00:37:09] we have an economic renaissance but i [00:37:10] also believe in the laws of gravity and [00:37:12] you do too and i think we're now [00:37:14] experiencing the downfall of a seven [00:37:16] trillion dollar sugar high brought to us [00:37:19] by politicians that never think beyond [00:37:21] 90 seconds ahead of the next headline [00:37:23] from the new york times the washington [00:37:24] post right and [00:37:26] violent crime unfortunately goes up [00:37:28] every time the unemployment rate goes up [00:37:30] you're going to see violent crime [00:37:31] looting and all these other things go [00:37:33] alongside of it so can you talk about [00:37:35] the over-racialization of american [00:37:37] politics there do you think white guilt [00:37:40] is a very real thing as when it comes to [00:37:42] american political dynamics [00:37:44] i'm not white [00:37:46] do you think [00:37:47] all right i can tell you what guilt but [00:37:49] well i'll say this the power of white [00:37:51] guilt [00:37:52] let me let me rephrase it [00:37:54] you see like white liberals trying to [00:37:56] overcompensate saying that i'm going to [00:37:57] come and kind of be the savior of black [00:37:59] people no you're you're so right and i [00:38:01] said that intentionally i am white [00:38:07] now i don't have i have several white [00:38:09] friends all right [00:38:10] but i don't have [00:38:13] hear me [00:38:14] i do [00:38:15] but i don't have any white friends who [00:38:18] suffer from white guilt [00:38:20] if you suffer from white guilt you can't [00:38:22] be my friend i'm going to delete your [00:38:23] phone number from my phone we can't hang [00:38:26] out because here's the issue [00:38:28] if you suffer from white guilt then i [00:38:31] must suffer from black shame [00:38:35] what god did when he made me a black man [00:38:38] in the greatest country ever [00:38:41] was dynamic i'm black and i'm proud [00:38:47] and you should be able to say that [00:38:49] you're white and you're proud and me not [00:38:52] get angry if i said that white [00:38:54] supremacist problems here tonight [00:38:56] charlie just say it tonight you're a [00:38:57] white and person i'm not saying it [00:38:59] listen [00:38:59] [Laughter] [00:39:02] no [00:39:04] listen [00:39:06] but you you should have you should have [00:39:08] a right to to [00:39:12] let's give charlie kirk a big hand [00:39:15] come on make some noise for him [00:39:18] 10 years running [00:39:19] [Applause] [00:39:20] [Laughter] [00:39:23] but you know [00:39:24] i i don't i don't like that [00:39:26] ideology white guilt [00:39:29] i'm i'm not a beggar [00:39:32] i take care of my family [00:39:35] i work hard [00:39:37] i labor i toil for the amanchukwu family [00:39:41] my children knows what it means to be an [00:39:43] amanchukwu my father came to this [00:39:46] country in the 1970s [00:39:48] that's where i get the last name it's uh [00:39:50] ibo is from nigeria my last name means i [00:39:53] know god [00:39:57] and without god [00:40:00] i would [00:40:01] be nothing [00:40:03] i'm not trying to imitate anyone [00:40:06] i'm not jealous or envious [00:40:09] of your lot in life [00:40:11] i'm trying to build for the amanchukwu [00:40:14] family [00:40:15] i'm trying to support my family and take [00:40:18] care of my responsibilities because i [00:40:21] have [00:40:22] a burden upon me [00:40:25] it's that beautiful black woman right [00:40:27] there [00:40:29] and my three beautiful black chocolate [00:40:32] colored skinned children [00:40:34] and we have a tan that you keep in the [00:40:36] winter [00:40:37] and i am not ashamed of that at all [00:40:42] and so [00:40:43] in closing here before we do some [00:40:45] questions and some back and forth [00:40:46] something that bothers me and this is [00:40:48] not a race thing by any measure meaning [00:40:50] that it's not just pertaining to one [00:40:53] group is that i think we have become [00:40:55] accepting of men impregnating women and [00:40:58] abandoning them i think that we have to [00:41:00] be harsher towards men that are cowards [00:41:03] and that abandon talk just as a man [00:41:06] about how we as christians and the [00:41:08] church need to hold men to a higher [00:41:09] standard a higher account not to flee [00:41:12] women when they're in the time where [00:41:14] they need nurturing and support the most [00:41:15] well you know oftentimes if the father [00:41:17] will remain in the life of the mother [00:41:20] who's pregnant nearly 85 of the time the [00:41:23] mother will keep the baby [00:41:25] right but when the father abandons that [00:41:28] woman the woman chooses you know hey do [00:41:30] i have the child or do i abort the child [00:41:33] you know now more than ever we should be [00:41:35] compelling men to stand in their [00:41:38] rightful place matt walsh just did a [00:41:41] documentary entitled what is the woman [00:41:43] it's one of the great films i'm telling [00:41:45] you it's it's excellent i'm trying to [00:41:48] get matt here it's a project but yeah [00:41:50] you know what is the woman the question [00:41:52] is also what is a man [00:41:54] you know that's right because today you [00:41:56] know it's they're blurred lines you know [00:41:58] we have this notion today that just [00:42:00] because a person has a large stomach and [00:42:02] they're a male that they could have a [00:42:03] baby [00:42:05] you know we're confusing a beer gut [00:42:07] where the person is pregnant [00:42:10] men can't have babies can i say it again [00:42:13] men [00:42:14] can't have [00:42:16] babies [00:42:20] in order to have a child you got to go [00:42:21] to genesis 5 and 2. god created them [00:42:24] male and female [00:42:27] you can put 10 000 women in one room [00:42:30] you're not going to germinate or grow [00:42:31] anything in their room you can put 10 [00:42:33] 000 men in one room and you're not going [00:42:35] to produce a child but it's when you do [00:42:37] it god's way [00:42:39] you know god's way is clean [00:42:41] god's way is safe and god's way works [00:42:45] every time amen [00:42:48] so let's begin to line up for some [00:42:50] questions here i'd love to get to as [00:42:52] many as we can [00:42:54] there are some people here that haven't [00:42:55] yet given their life to the lord put on [00:42:57] the pastor hat [00:42:58] give the why why should they care [00:43:01] there's god that that's out there that [00:43:03] loves them [00:43:04] tell us from your perspective what do [00:43:06] they need to hear tonight sure well [00:43:08] there's there is a god that loves you [00:43:11] who wants to be in fellowship with you [00:43:14] there is a god who is an intelligent [00:43:16] designer and architect that created you [00:43:20] any every manufacturer manufacturer puts [00:43:23] a patent on his product [00:43:25] that's his stamp of approval that he [00:43:27] owns that product right god has placed [00:43:31] in us a god-shaped vacuum [00:43:34] it's a place in our heart that only god [00:43:37] can feel and consume and life won't be [00:43:41] right until you find the god of the [00:43:45] bible and that's when you will find hope [00:43:48] and an answer for your true meaning [00:43:50] calling and existence amen so beautiful [00:43:53] yes all right let's get to some [00:43:54] questions right here [00:43:57] uh hi there so first of all as an [00:43:59] african-american i've got my white [00:44:00] privilege card right here [00:44:02] so i'm all good you know [00:44:05] but um for real uh i'm wondering as an [00:44:07] african-american just about to graduate [00:44:10] from college [00:44:11] where can i be plugging myself in [00:44:13] that i would be able to influence the [00:44:15] most people because like as an [00:44:17] african-american you got more of a voice [00:44:18] now in america where can you be plugging [00:44:20] yourself into these programs to really [00:44:22] have a voice that's going to speak out [00:44:24] and reach people uh especially those who [00:44:26] are confused and think that black people [00:44:28] are suffering in ways that they're [00:44:30] obviously not [00:44:31] got it so you're getting ready to [00:44:33] graduate right [00:44:34] all right how old are you 21 21 do you [00:44:37] have a girlfriend no all right [00:44:40] all right [00:44:41] i got married at the age of 23 it was [00:44:43] the best decision i ever made [00:44:45] if you want to change the tide in this [00:44:48] country you're doing well you're getting [00:44:51] ready to graduate you're getting ready [00:44:52] to get a job get married [00:44:55] have children [00:44:57] replenish your community to be the [00:44:59] example that's pushing the right right [00:45:02] the right stuff [00:45:03] go to your local abortion clinic get [00:45:05] involved with youth camps and activities [00:45:07] get involved with turning point usa [00:45:12] volunteer at the new school that they're [00:45:14] getting ready to create and you'll see [00:45:16] god cause you to flourish [00:45:18] get married god bless you yeah [00:45:20] yeah [00:45:22] we'll go over here [00:45:24] hi charlie it's kayla from ccu again but [00:45:27] i wrote this out on my phone because i'm [00:45:28] nervous so i'm going to read it the [00:45:31] public school system is failing america [00:45:33] and with indoctrination and even a [00:45:35] federally mandated sexual education [00:45:37] curriculum it's only getting worse for [00:45:39] parents who cannot afford to send their [00:45:41] children to christian schools or do not [00:45:43] have the time or qualifications to [00:45:44] homeschool what other choices are there [00:45:47] what are your practical what is your [00:45:49] practical opinion on educational reform [00:45:51] what can we as christian conservatives [00:45:54] advocate for debate over and push for in [00:45:57] our local and state governments yeah i [00:45:59] would encourage you to take a look at [00:46:00] dream city might be able to make it work [00:46:02] um there are scholarships potentially [00:46:05] available no guarantees obviously but [00:46:06] it's something that [00:46:08] and the table outside go to the table [00:46:10] outside um and so just you know we'll [00:46:13] try to make the work the best we can [00:46:15] obviously um but look that's one of the [00:46:17] reasons why we want to do what we're [00:46:19] doing but look i i hear you it's all [00:46:22] about [00:46:23] if you're not able to send kid your kid [00:46:25] to private school and government schools [00:46:26] is the answer and you can't homeschool [00:46:29] you know at some point you're going to [00:46:30] have to make a very serious sacrifice to [00:46:33] make sure your kid isn't going to be [00:46:35] kind of captured by the government [00:46:36] school and [00:46:38] just something to think about and pray [00:46:39] about i was so moved the other day where [00:46:41] mom came up to me and she said charlie [00:46:43] she said you know we have barely we [00:46:46] haven't taken a vacation in 10 years [00:46:48] she said you know uh we we make 51 000 a [00:46:52] year as a combined family right i home [00:46:55] school my husband's a carpenter [00:46:58] but we made a decision that we are not [00:47:00] going to send our kids to the government [00:47:02] schools [00:47:03] and my kids love the lord they know [00:47:05] history they're committed patriots [00:47:07] they're ready to start their own [00:47:08] businesses and she said you know i this [00:47:11] is the greatest decision we ever made i [00:47:13] was so moved and what she was [00:47:15] articulating [00:47:16] and everybody's different [00:47:18] is this amazing example of delayed [00:47:20] gratification [00:47:22] and delayed gratification is what built [00:47:24] the west uh delayed gratification is a [00:47:26] christian biblical principle by the way [00:47:28] which is that you're not just going to [00:47:29] please yourself in the immediate that [00:47:31] you're going to start store up the [00:47:33] harvest for maybe the more difficult [00:47:34] days to come and what she articulated to [00:47:37] me that just blew me away is that she [00:47:39] was willing to have a decade without a [00:47:41] vacation never going out for a movie [00:47:43] they had to ate out a restaurant once a [00:47:45] year [00:47:46] all because she said she just wanted to [00:47:48] be able to homeschool their kids [00:47:49] otherwise she could send the government [00:47:50] schools and she could go work at a local [00:47:52] you know place and she could increase [00:47:54] their wage they could live with a nicer [00:47:56] lifestyle but her closing comment to me [00:47:58] was she said charlie you need to [00:47:59] challenge parents to live with less so [00:48:01] their kids can live free [00:48:06] thank you so much [00:48:08] i'm a man [00:48:09] you keep getting taller [00:48:12] i'm like i just wanted to ask the [00:48:15] question [00:48:16] about [00:48:18] gas prices because i know this [00:48:21] you never know where he's gonna go [00:48:24] i know yes i know this one guy he quit [00:48:27] his job because he couldn't afford to [00:48:30] even drive to work [00:48:33] the gas prices were higher than his pay [00:48:36] so i was wondering if we could do [00:48:37] anything to help lower them [00:48:41] i'm doing my best um but i will say this [00:48:44] sean i love your thoughts john on this [00:48:47] what i believe we're living through [00:48:49] is an intentional destruction of of [00:48:51] people's freedom mobility to travel um i [00:48:54] believe that we are living through a [00:48:56] state-sponsored obliteration of your [00:48:58] autonomy via your fossil-fueled car [00:49:02] something we take for granted [00:49:04] is when you have cars and cheap gas [00:49:07] you're free you're actually freer [00:49:09] um [00:49:09] you when you have when you are not [00:49:11] thinking daily hourly about how much it [00:49:14] costs to fill up your mode of [00:49:16] transportation [00:49:17] then you're actually able to see more [00:49:19] friends go to church easier now you have [00:49:22] to make sacrifices we get it we're [00:49:23] living through it but it's so [00:49:25] extraordinary i believe they're trying [00:49:27] to get us towards an inevitable almost [00:49:29] mandated electrical vehicle [00:49:32] you know situation [00:49:33] where [00:49:34] i believe that almost that that opens [00:49:37] the door for increased increased [00:49:39] government tyranny who controls the [00:49:40] charging stations they could turn off [00:49:42] the electrical grid where obviously [00:49:44] that's all conceivable if you have oil [00:49:46] you know [00:49:47] gasoline petroleum but it would be a lot [00:49:50] harder to do in my personal opinion than [00:49:53] for the electrical vehicle situation so [00:49:55] what can we do about it man we need new [00:49:57] leadership oh my gosh it's just so [00:49:59] frustrating and [00:50:01] i'll just say one other thing on this [00:50:03] though [00:50:04] i'm sure you share my irritation and my [00:50:06] frustration is that we are doing this to [00:50:08] ourselves [00:50:10] it's not putin's price hike it's none of [00:50:13] that nonsense there is a deliberate [00:50:15] agenda to make you poorer and to make it [00:50:18] harder and more expensive for you to be [00:50:20] able to drive and that should drive you [00:50:22] mad yes [00:50:23] you know i don't think that we have a [00:50:26] gas price problem in this country [00:50:28] i don't think we have an inflation [00:50:30] problem [00:50:31] uh i think that we have a sin problem [00:50:34] america is in [00:50:36] famine [00:50:38] in second samuel chapter 21 [00:50:41] a famine broke out in israel because [00:50:45] saul killed the gibeonites [00:50:49] god visits that sin during the reign of [00:50:53] david [00:50:54] saul had been dead for 30 years [00:50:58] god visits that sin upon the reign of [00:51:00] david and sins of famine for three years [00:51:04] the first year david said okay [00:51:07] something's strange [00:51:08] the cattle are dying and there's there's [00:51:10] no rain [00:51:11] second year same problem by the third [00:51:13] year he said okay it's time to get up [00:51:14] and go to jerusalem when he goes to [00:51:17] jerusalem god reveals to him and shows [00:51:19] him the issue that the blood of the [00:51:21] gibeonites who were sinful people who [00:51:24] were tricksters who found a creative way [00:51:27] to be amalgamated until unto israel [00:51:31] god showed him that saul had killed them [00:51:35] in america we've been in a pandemic a [00:51:37] famine for the past three years [00:51:40] right and we're in a famine because of [00:51:43] the shedding of innocent blood [00:51:46] and this famine will not be removed upon [00:51:49] this land until we get rid of baby [00:51:53] sacrifices [00:51:57] righteousness [00:51:58] exalts a nation you want to make a [00:52:01] nation great again get righteous [00:52:04] the greatest economic development plan [00:52:07] for a nation [00:52:08] is great when you have low taxes right [00:52:11] that works [00:52:12] obedience to god is number one [00:52:15] if you want to get the favor [00:52:17] of a nation and to bring the economy [00:52:20] back to where it should be put god in [00:52:22] his rightful place amen thank you my [00:52:24] friend yeah next question [00:52:26] [Applause] [00:52:27] uh yes hi um [00:52:30] so i'm a canvasser for the susan b [00:52:32] anthony list and [00:52:35] um [00:52:36] i had somebody ask me a question or not [00:52:39] ask but when i was canvassing i would [00:52:43] he said uh that [00:52:47] women [00:52:48] need to have the right to abortion [00:52:52] to preserve their own autonomy did not [00:52:54] deny that the baby is a human [00:52:57] knew the baby was human this guy [00:53:00] and [00:53:01] so i just i don't know what to say to [00:53:04] that if your mind is so incredibly [00:53:06] twisted and depraved that [00:53:08] you just you don't even care that it's [00:53:10] human like [00:53:12] it just you if you if you got to kill it [00:53:15] then you got to kill it [00:53:16] i just i don't know what to say to that [00:53:18] so [00:53:19] yeah well here's here's the thing there [00:53:21] are some people whose minds are so [00:53:23] warped [00:53:25] that they're past receiving the truth [00:53:28] all right the bible speaks of a person [00:53:31] having a conscience that has been seared [00:53:34] with a hot iron have you ever ironed [00:53:36] your clothes before maybe a black pair [00:53:38] of pants and you left the iron on the [00:53:40] ironing board for too long and it seared [00:53:43] the pants [00:53:44] whenever you sear a pair of pants the [00:53:46] pants are no longer useful [00:53:49] and it's just like a person's mind [00:53:51] they'll they will hear the truth but [00:53:53] they won't receive the truth it's [00:53:56] similar to louelle's syndrome [00:54:00] there was a famous astronomer by the [00:54:01] name of sir percival lowell who believed [00:54:04] that there was human life on planet mars [00:54:06] he believed it so much that all of his [00:54:08] comrades believed the same thing over [00:54:11] the process of time as they diversified [00:54:14] technology they came to find out [00:54:16] that sir percival lowell was wrong and [00:54:19] they came up with two reasons number one [00:54:21] sir percival lowell saw life on planet [00:54:24] mars simply because he wanted to see [00:54:27] life on mars [00:54:28] he saw it his way because he want wanted [00:54:31] to have his way [00:54:33] the uh the other reason why he thought [00:54:36] that there was life on on planet mars is [00:54:38] because as he looked through his [00:54:40] telescope he saw his own blood vessels [00:54:45] oftentimes a person does not want to [00:54:47] receive what is right and what's [00:54:49] truthful because they're so bent on [00:54:51] seeing things their own way but our job [00:54:55] as christian believers [00:54:57] is to continue to witness to those [00:54:59] issues [00:55:00] individuals to pray for them and to [00:55:03] compel them and to win them with the [00:55:06] truth that's all we can do [00:55:12] not your dna not your choice [00:55:15] it's a good one-liner there you go [00:55:18] okay um hi i'm heather rooks i'm a [00:55:22] peoria mom here with my son tonight um [00:55:25] connor [00:55:26] and um i had a question regarding um [00:55:30] we've been going to school board [00:55:31] meetings for the past two years in [00:55:32] peoria unified [00:55:34] and a big group of parents [00:55:36] and we've got this organization right [00:55:39] now called bloom 365 going on in a lot [00:55:42] of the school districts in arizona and i [00:55:44] wanted to point on it because you talked [00:55:46] about what is a man and in this [00:55:49] organization [00:55:51] they disguise it as something else where [00:55:53] they [00:55:54] basically paint boys and men as all bad [00:55:58] abusers and that if they're the provider [00:56:00] of the home that's a stereotype [00:56:04] so i guess we're having trouble how do [00:56:06] we get these organizations out of our [00:56:08] schools besides [00:56:10] running for school board because i'm [00:56:11] already doing that this coming november [00:56:13] so i'm going to get on there and get it [00:56:15] out but i just want to help [00:56:18] i just want parents in the community if [00:56:20] they're having these situations where [00:56:21] we've got these big organizations or [00:56:24] these big companies in our schools how [00:56:26] do we get them out of our schools right [00:56:28] and you're speaking about our public [00:56:29] schools correct yeah correct you know [00:56:32] when madeleine o'hara fought to remove [00:56:35] prayer from school [00:56:37] they had to replace prayer with [00:56:39] something they brought in metal [00:56:41] detectors they brought in cops they [00:56:43] brought in dogs [00:56:45] and they brought in all kinds of things [00:56:48] here's the reality [00:56:51] when a place [00:56:53] has told god that he's not welcome [00:56:56] that place becomes cursed [00:57:00] it's kind of hard for us to expect [00:57:03] to [00:57:04] have children receive our viewpoints and [00:57:08] ideologies in a school system that's [00:57:11] post-modern [00:57:13] in a school system that pushes socialism [00:57:16] and marxist ideologies the best thing [00:57:19] for us to do when we see that taking [00:57:21] place is to find [00:57:23] turning point school [00:57:25] find dream city school find a charter [00:57:28] school that's not pushing those woke [00:57:30] ideologies home school you have to find [00:57:33] methods like that because the reality is [00:57:36] this [00:57:37] locism is not going away [00:57:40] is going to continue to increase and [00:57:43] increase but we have to find alternative [00:57:47] alternative ways to teach our children [00:57:49] and to train them in our philosophies [00:57:52] and ideologies if you send your child to [00:57:55] rome don't be surprised that they come [00:57:57] back as a roman [00:57:58] all right that's what we have to focus [00:58:00] on yeah and you're fighting a righteous [00:58:02] fight but you just gotta know going in [00:58:04] that the odds of removing that stuff is [00:58:06] very low but don't be afraid to use [00:58:08] their emotionally charged language [00:58:10] against them right that your child is is [00:58:13] feeling unsafe because of this that your [00:58:15] child might be marginalized we have to [00:58:18] start using their tactics against them [00:58:21] unapologetically and they don't even [00:58:23] know how to handle that so [00:58:25] it's easier said than done you have to [00:58:27] kind of have a realistic way forward but [00:58:29] i do not think we should in any way [00:58:32] shake shape or form retreat from trying [00:58:34] to care about our public schools they're [00:58:36] our fellow citizens and our fellow [00:58:38] countrymen that need us you might be [00:58:40] able to get your kids out but those are [00:58:42] future voters those are future leaders [00:58:45] and we still need to be able to [00:58:46] influence them god bless you thank you [00:58:52] hi i'm braylee and i'm the president of [00:58:55] the turning point usa chapter at liberty [00:58:57] high school awesome [00:58:59] um i am danielle i'm the vice president [00:59:02] and last school year we ran into a lot [00:59:05] of issues [00:59:07] not being able to have meetings due to [00:59:09] people thinking that our club was racist [00:59:12] and that we had a lot of racist point of [00:59:15] views [00:59:16] and [00:59:17] it ran into us not being able to have [00:59:19] any meetings at all the whole school [00:59:21] year and our teacher rep was so scared [00:59:25] that he wouldn't let us [00:59:27] have any meetings at all [00:59:30] and we did donuts red bull like stuff [00:59:33] fun to bring people in and he was [00:59:35] against that because he didn't want to [00:59:37] bring too many people in [00:59:39] that weren't there [00:59:41] for the right reasons so we just want to [00:59:44] know we would love to continue it next [00:59:45] school year [00:59:46] but we have a lot of issues with not [00:59:49] having meetings so we want to know how [00:59:52] we can [00:59:53] avoid that what school again liberty [00:59:55] high school [00:59:57] in peoria is that a public school [00:59:59] it's a public school okay so john can [01:00:01] you help with this though this is [01:00:03] important for these young ladies by the [01:00:04] way give it up for them running a [01:00:05] turning point usa chapter how great is [01:00:07] that [01:00:09] is this is something that [01:00:11] maybe you're just gonna tell us to get [01:00:13] over it or snap out of it but this is an [01:00:15] important point though which is [01:00:17] a lot of young conservatives or [01:00:19] conservatives all ages they kind of get [01:00:21] in a place of paralysis as soon as [01:00:23] they're called a racist regardless of [01:00:25] the lack of accusation [01:00:27] and you know so many times people say [01:00:29] charlie turning points racist why i [01:00:31] don't know i read it online it's like oh [01:00:32] so you're going to call me the worst [01:00:33] thing you could call somebody with zero [01:00:35] evidence supporting it what's your [01:00:37] advice to young people or all people how [01:00:38] do you deal with that when someone calls [01:00:40] you the r artwork yeah well i i've i've [01:00:43] never been called racist myself [01:00:46] um [01:00:46] and and and i'm not racist right and i [01:00:50] don't [01:00:51] tolerate racist talk around me you know [01:00:55] it all starts there racism [01:00:58] by and large is something that is taught [01:01:01] right if you live in a home where [01:01:02] parents are pushing those ideologies [01:01:05] it's going to creep into the hearts and [01:01:06] the minds of the children but if you all [01:01:08] are out there trying to do a noble work [01:01:10] for a noble cause let those labels roll [01:01:14] off of you like water down a duck's back [01:01:17] right don't allow those things to [01:01:19] paralyze you or you from the [01:01:21] work that you're doing the the left [01:01:24] those who are awoke are always going to [01:01:27] label you right so you have to become [01:01:29] accustomed with being [01:01:31] labeled okay but continue the work that [01:01:36] you are doing because they want to throw [01:01:38] you off [01:01:39] and if they can stop you with the our [01:01:43] word [01:01:44] then you won't go [01:01:45] forward keep fighting keep standing and [01:01:48] know why you're doing what you're doing [01:01:51] and continue to love everyone [01:01:53] let me add one more thing which is kind [01:01:55] of what do i do you got to be relentless [01:01:57] right and so [01:01:59] life is a series of questions you ask [01:02:00] yourself right so you can ask yourself [01:02:02] the question why is this so hard you [01:02:05] know why me or you could say what is [01:02:07] great about this problem what am i going [01:02:09] to learn from this how am i going to [01:02:10] enjoy the process what am i willing to [01:02:12] do these are these are questions you can [01:02:14] ask yourself about that say so what [01:02:16] would possibly be great about a problem [01:02:18] of being called a racist and a teacher [01:02:21] not wanting to you know associate with [01:02:23] you well you got to be more creative [01:02:25] right you could put the teachers on [01:02:27] defense say will anybody possibly [01:02:29] associate with our club now here's the [01:02:32] other thing though how you're high [01:02:33] school 17 18 16 17 18 right [01:02:36] you're going to be tougher and stronger [01:02:38] and a better leader in life because you [01:02:40] have to deal with the nonsense of being [01:02:42] stereotyped and called names where all [01:02:44] of your peers get everything easy you [01:02:46] are now being put in a situation [01:02:48] that will make you a tougher leader for [01:02:50] the rest of your life that's what's [01:02:51] awesome about that kind of a problem [01:02:53] right and so [01:02:55] no easy way but parents in the local [01:02:57] area are going to help you right see [01:02:58] those hands right there then ready to [01:03:00] help that's what the beauty of freedom [01:03:02] night in america and finally you have [01:03:04] the backing of the largest conservative [01:03:07] organization america turning point usa [01:03:09] we're not going to let them win we're [01:03:11] going to make sure that you guys are [01:03:12] able to get the club get the approval [01:03:14] and not be called those terrible names [01:03:16] god bless you we love our high school [01:03:17] chapters we love it thanks for being [01:03:19] here [01:03:23] what's up guys [01:03:24] it kind of took my question in a way [01:03:28] but um my name is blake [01:03:30] sebek [01:03:31] uh the question i have for you guys is [01:03:33] to [01:03:35] with now that the way that technology is [01:03:37] going and the [01:03:39] now now now now now [01:03:41] for us [01:03:42] parents what is a great way example [01:03:46] to teach patients among our youth [01:03:53] and you draw it's interesting that you [01:03:55] drew a correlation between technology [01:03:58] and patience [01:04:00] you know it leads me to to to [01:04:02] focus on another question which is also [01:04:04] at what age should we [01:04:06] open the world of the internet up to our [01:04:10] children [01:04:11] right i think many parents are damaging [01:04:14] their children by giving a [01:04:17] eight-year-old [01:04:18] full access to the world [01:04:21] with a full battery [01:04:24] and the best wi-fi around for them to [01:04:27] scr scroll into search and define things [01:04:30] and to get trapped into pornographic [01:04:33] material and all kinds of evil and uh [01:04:36] secret chats and things of that nature [01:04:38] you know they you think they have one [01:04:40] facebook account or sorry you think they [01:04:42] have one tick tock or snapchat account [01:04:45] but they really have two [01:04:47] you know one is their name the other one [01:04:49] is hot girl 69 you know [01:04:52] and so you you go and you search their [01:04:54] material and you find out that your [01:04:56] child is getting over on you and they're [01:04:58] becoming an individual that you don't [01:05:01] recognize i think first and foremost we [01:05:03] need to put some clamps on the tech [01:05:05] technology [01:05:08] come on clap your hands parents [01:05:10] we need to put some clamps on netflix [01:05:14] we shouldn't just give them free access [01:05:16] to these things where they can go and [01:05:17] scroll and search for hour after hour [01:05:20] after hour [01:05:23] as relates to patients the reality is [01:05:26] this they're going to learn patience [01:05:28] let them keep living [01:05:30] let them keep existing [01:05:33] put the right stuff in them and reality [01:05:36] is going to teach them this thing called [01:05:38] patience the bible says to be careful to [01:05:40] be patient for nothing to be to be [01:05:43] impatient for nothing or anxious for [01:05:44] nothing right [01:05:46] anxiety rules today people want things [01:05:49] now and that's typically because [01:05:51] oftentimes parents give our children too [01:05:53] much too soon [01:05:55] sometimes you got to withhold some [01:05:57] things to train them and to develop them [01:06:00] and to build them up the right way and [01:06:04] i'll add i i don't this is an unpopular [01:06:07] opinion i don't think kids should get [01:06:09] smartphones until they're 18 years old [01:06:11] that's my personal opinion [01:06:13] i know that's unpopular so but let me [01:06:15] give you a middle ground solution we've [01:06:18] partnered on our podcast on our radio [01:06:19] show with a company called canopy [01:06:21] uh canopy is a phenomenal program it is [01:06:25] the best technology i've come across [01:06:26] it's similar to covenant eyes i'm a big [01:06:29] believer in these sort of technologies [01:06:30] but canopy is the best because it [01:06:32] actually takes over the whole phone it's [01:06:34] secure end-to-end encryption and so it [01:06:37] will [01:06:38] if you have an 11 12 or 13 year old [01:06:40] either accidentally or intentionally the [01:06:42] studies show they will come across [01:06:44] pornography both females and males not [01:06:47] if you have this application we've [01:06:49] partnered with them it's canopy dot us [01:06:51] slash protect you guys get a promo code [01:06:53] protect the innocence of your children [01:06:55] they're one of our biggest sponsors on [01:06:56] our radio show or podcast i plug them [01:06:58] every single day i'll say that again [01:07:00] slowly for you guys [01:07:01] it's canopy [01:07:03] dot us [01:07:05] slash protect [01:07:07] and it is the best technology it scans [01:07:09] the whole device it's 99.9 accurate i [01:07:12] tried it out myself and i was blown away [01:07:15] by how quickly they were able to even [01:07:17] like for example i went to foxnews.com [01:07:19] which has awfully suggestive web ads if [01:07:21] you've ever seen it and it blurred it [01:07:23] all out right it was like wow it's [01:07:25] amazing so it works super quickly [01:07:27] and i i'm a big fan of that technology [01:07:29] so that might be one way just to kind of [01:07:30] reinforce that if you're like hey my 12 [01:07:33] year old needs an iphone that's fine [01:07:35] i'm a i i didn't get my first smartphone [01:07:37] so i was 20 years old and that was an [01:07:40] awesome existence you know when i was 13 [01:07:42] years old we used to go outside to play [01:07:43] be home by dark also i miss that country [01:07:46] don't you [01:07:47] but i know that is unrealistic [01:07:50] so there's a good technology middle [01:07:52] ground for that i think god bless you [01:07:53] okay we'll take two more yes hi i'm [01:07:57] serene and i apologize i'm 17 and [01:07:59] already have a phone [01:08:03] canopy [01:08:05] um so recently i posted on my insta [01:08:08] instagram story why do we say to pray [01:08:10] for our schools and yet prayer isn't [01:08:12] allowed inside the school and i got a [01:08:15] response saying because of separation [01:08:17] between church and state plus not [01:08:19] everyone is a christian so my question [01:08:22] for you guys is how do you respond to [01:08:25] that statement yes so you should respond [01:08:27] say hey um interesting comment can you [01:08:30] dig up the clause or the amendment where [01:08:32] separation of church and state is in the [01:08:34] constitution just send it back to me [01:08:36] it's no it's nowhere it's a phrase that [01:08:39] thomas jefferson used in a single letter [01:08:40] to the danbury baptist convention that [01:08:42] is actually taken out of context it was [01:08:45] resurrected by the atheist secular [01:08:47] movement in the 1960s and 70s by the [01:08:49] warren court in the burger court to [01:08:51] remove prayer in schools the second [01:08:53] thing you should send is send them the [01:08:54] prayer that used to be in school it was [01:08:56] not a jewish prayer it was not a [01:08:58] christian prayer and i'm paraphrasing [01:08:59] but you can look it up it's very simple [01:09:01] i thank god that i am here today that i [01:09:04] pray for my classmates and my country [01:09:07] and for the well-being of others i'm [01:09:09] paraphrasing it was it's a unitarian [01:09:11] prayer [01:09:12] it was not a christian prayer it wasn't [01:09:14] a muslim prayer it was a unitarian [01:09:16] prayer and it wasn't even mandatory in [01:09:19] fact what it was doing it was trying to [01:09:20] get students to take a pause and realize [01:09:22] that there's a vertical relationship to [01:09:24] their existence so you should ask a [01:09:25] question hey just uh wondering should we [01:09:28] remove mentions to god in our founding [01:09:30] documents too [01:09:31] because then they'll say well there is [01:09:32] no mention of god well then how would [01:09:33] you say to ordain the blessings of [01:09:35] liberty who are we ordaining it to [01:09:37] exactly zeus [01:09:39] how about the four mentions of god in [01:09:41] the declaration of independence laws of [01:09:43] nature and nature is god we do we do we [01:09:45] do swear this oath to our chu to each [01:09:47] other and our creator [01:09:50] and so these that we've been kind of [01:09:52] hypnotized to believe in this lie of [01:09:54] separation of church and state what it [01:09:55] does say but it's miscategorized is that [01:09:58] congress shall make no law what are they [01:10:00] talking about make no law having us an [01:10:02] official state religion and also make no [01:10:05] law abolishing [01:10:07] religion or the church [01:10:09] it's inverted the exact opposite so the [01:10:12] final thing you say hey hold on a second [01:10:13] separation of church and state where [01:10:15] were you trying to make sure the state [01:10:16] wasn't getting in the church during [01:10:18] covid [01:10:19] where were you trying to say that the [01:10:20] state couldn't shut down the church with [01:10:22] vaccine mandates mass mandates or [01:10:23] lockdowns it's like all of a sudden [01:10:25] you're super worried about separation of [01:10:26] churches oh no no you want the state in [01:10:28] the church but you're worried that god [01:10:30] might be mentioned in a state-run school [01:10:32] maybe you're running a state-run [01:10:34] religion [01:10:35] not worried that people might actually [01:10:37] have some sort of prayer in our schools [01:10:39] that's how i would respond to that [01:10:42] thank you okay the last question [01:10:46] how's it going so i've been uh doing a [01:10:48] lot of forums recently with people [01:10:50] running for state legislature people [01:10:52] running for different positions through [01:10:53] north valley and republicans and i've [01:10:55] asked this question about the housing [01:10:57] market that has not yet been answered by [01:10:59] anybody that i've asked i've asked the [01:11:01] current treasurer uh not during our [01:11:04] panel but a different uh panel and i've [01:11:07] came across a statistic that before [01:11:09] coven eight percent of foreign investors [01:11:13] owned uh land in arizona that is now up [01:11:16] to almost 30 percent [01:11:19] so the question that i asked was with [01:11:21] blackrock [01:11:22] buying up tons of arizona land and [01:11:24] prices skyrocketing this has created a [01:11:26] housing crisis all over the country [01:11:28] arizona is most definitely not an [01:11:30] exception what would you do to combat [01:11:32] this housing crisis to allow arizonans [01:11:34] to afford land yeah so this i'll act [01:11:35] i'll answer directly because i'm not a [01:11:37] politician so [01:11:38] but you know i'm also going to propose [01:11:40] something that might be people say it's [01:11:42] radical i don't think it's radical uh i [01:11:44] don't want to live in a generation or a [01:11:45] country where more people my generation [01:11:47] are renting than owning i think that's a [01:11:48] bad thing i think renting creates [01:11:51] citizens that don't that actually have [01:11:53] equity in the system around them when [01:11:55] young people are renting they're less [01:11:56] likely to feel invested in their nation [01:11:58] care about property values property [01:12:00] taxes where our property tax is going [01:12:02] it's the tragedy of the commons i think [01:12:03] homeownership is a moral good and i [01:12:06] think we should try to develop it and [01:12:08] try to increase it we're seeing home [01:12:10] ownership go down so i think the [01:12:11] legislature in arizona needs to realize [01:12:13] one of the reasons why property values [01:12:15] are being skyrocketing while some of you [01:12:17] are probably getting unsolicited offers [01:12:18] on your house you're getting text [01:12:20] messages and phone calls why is that [01:12:24] it's it's because major funds [01:12:26] both internationally and in new york [01:12:29] they don't know where to put their money [01:12:31] and they're coming and buying your homes [01:12:32] and renting them back to your children [01:12:34] that's wrong [01:12:36] now people say well charlie that's not [01:12:38] very free market of you hold on i love [01:12:39] markets because they serve people [01:12:42] when markets stop serving people we need [01:12:43] to all of a sudden wait a second say [01:12:45] that's not a good or an outcome that i'm [01:12:47] willing to tolerate so if all of a [01:12:48] sudden i have to say well charlie you [01:12:50] know we gotta tolerate markets wait a [01:12:52] second [01:12:53] if i have we have a bunch of asu grads [01:12:55] or u of a at grads that can't even in [01:12:57] the next 10 years conceivably afford a [01:12:59] down payment in a home in paradise [01:13:01] valley scottsdale mesa chandler or [01:13:03] gilbert [01:13:04] then what's that going to do that's [01:13:05] going to create cynical renters that are [01:13:07] more likely to say the system is rigged [01:13:09] against them so what i do the arizona [01:13:11] legislature should be very clear if you [01:13:13] are a multinational firm or a company [01:13:15] that is buying for the intent to rent [01:13:17] you are not allowed to do it young [01:13:19] people and residents of arizona should [01:13:20] get priority over multinational firms [01:13:22] coming in to buy up our property to rent [01:13:25] it back to us [01:13:26] and guess what [01:13:28] that is actually the market thing to do [01:13:30] that is the capitalist thing to do [01:13:32] because that will actually create better [01:13:35] principles and better behaviors and [01:13:36] better citizens you want to create [01:13:37] conservatives three things have a young [01:13:40] person own property get married and have [01:13:42] children you want to create liberals [01:13:44] keep them without without being married [01:13:45] no kids and have them rent for the rest [01:13:47] of their life so what should we do we [01:13:48] need bold decisive action to say new [01:13:50] york woke firms sitting on 10 trillion [01:13:52] dollars have no business swooping into [01:13:54] scottsdale buying up our property and [01:13:56] making so our 28 29 and 30 year olds can [01:13:59] never get a chance at the american dream [01:14:01] so many of us did that's the [01:14:02] conservative capitalist approach in my [01:14:04] opinion thank you [01:14:06] final word john [01:14:08] on just the whole evening [01:14:10] my name is john amenchukwu and i approve
