And there was this [00:01:45] one guy who was emailing me consistently [00:01:49] saying that first and foremost, he knew [00:01:51] that Charlie was going to be [00:01:52] assassinated. all sorts of things that [00:01:55] immediately made my eyebrow raise [00:01:57] obviously. For example, he said that he [00:01:59] knew who killed JFK. Group of people he [00:02:02] said killed JFK. All right, buddy. [00:02:04] That's what I was thinking. I'm sure. He [00:02:07] said that the families of those who had [00:02:10] orchestrated the murder of JFK, corrupt [00:02:12] cops, mafia members. I believe obviously [00:02:15] that yeah, they were a part of the [00:02:16] ensemble. But he said that those same [00:02:19] families were also involved in the [00:02:21] assassination of Charlie Kirk, a group [00:02:23] of Texas boys. I'm like, right, sure. [00:02:26] Got it. Not answering this. He even said [00:02:29] that goldir, the one-time prime minister [00:02:32] of Israel, well, her and Lynen Baines, [00:02:36] he said, are brother and sister, and he [00:02:37] knows this for a fact. Now, I'd say [00:02:40] that's the most convincing thing he said [00:02:41] because they are absolute twins. But [00:02:44] anyway, obviously I was not biting on [00:02:46] any of this because even if it were [00:02:48] true, what am I going to do with all [00:02:49] this information? Like, I can't get into [00:02:51] a time machine and call for new [00:02:53] elections in 1963. I already hate Lynen [00:02:56] Baines Johnson for free. I already think [00:02:59] he's involved in JFK's assassination. [00:03:02] And Goldenir, look, I'm not exactly [00:03:03] known as the voice of the Israeli [00:03:06] people. So then he starts emailing me in [00:03:08] another inbox and he says something to [00:03:10] the effect of,"I see that you have [00:03:13] tunnel vision and all you care about is [00:03:14] Charlie Kirk's assassination. So why [00:03:16] don't I tell you about how that worked [00:03:18] so that maybe you will begin to see the [00:03:20] bigger picture here?" And he says, and [00:03:23] I'm going going to put in a very strong [00:03:26] allegedly here because I don't have any [00:03:27] proof of this, but it's relevant that I [00:03:29] tell you this to get to the part where I [00:03:32] do have proof of what he's saying. He [00:03:34] says that allegedly all of the bought [00:03:37] and paid for cops throughout America are [00:03:41] a part of what's known as the [00:03:44] cattleman's ball colloquially, the [00:03:46] cattle baron ball, uh, which he claims [00:03:49] is just one big massive money laundering [00:03:53] operation from Israel to buy off cops [00:03:56] here in America. He claims that he was a [00:03:58] part of it, by the way. So basically, [00:04:00] this guy's implicating himself in a [00:04:02] crime. Now, in case you're wondering off [00:04:04] the bat, did I report this crime? I [00:04:05] obviously have not even heard back from [00:04:07] the feds regarding my initial report [00:04:09] into what happened to Charlie Kirk. So, [00:04:11] why would I waste my time building upon [00:04:13] the report when I haven't heard from [00:04:15] them? Okay, that doesn't make any sense. [00:04:16] Not really. Uh, they're not really [00:04:18] investigating things. I think we all [00:04:19] accept that at this point. Anyway, for a [00:04:21] little bit of background here, in case [00:04:22] you're not familiar with sometimes known [00:04:25] as the Cattleman's Ball, but more [00:04:27] correctly, uh, should be known as the [00:04:29] Cattle's Baron Ball down in Dallas, [00:04:31] Texas. It's a single night fundraiser [00:04:34] for the American Cancer Society and it's [00:04:36] massive to be clear. It's the world's [00:04:39] largest single night fundraiser. It was [00:04:41] founded 50 years ago in Dallas, Texas [00:04:44] and now it's basically spread its [00:04:46] tentacles into other states presumably [00:04:48] again fighting cancer. And we can pull [00:04:50] up the website here so you can see [00:04:53] multiple states that they're in. [00:04:54] majority Texas obviously. Uh but you can [00:04:57] also see they got Kansas, Oregon, uh and [00:05:00] some other states. Florida, Orlando, [00:05:01] Florida's up there. Nebraska also once [00:05:06] hosted its own cattle barons ball. That [00:05:08] might be relevant. They eventually from [00:05:11] the cattle baron's ball minted their own [00:05:14] separate 501c3 [00:05:16] referred to as cattleman's ball which is [00:05:19] the same exact idea but it benefits a [00:05:21] different cancer center the Fred and [00:05:23] Pamela Buffett cancer center. Same idea [00:05:26] different beneficiary. Now again I want [00:05:28] to assert that I cannot confirm those [00:05:32] claims that that's how cops are being [00:05:34] paid off. I'm telling you that uh [00:05:37] because the next piece he he gave me I [00:05:40] was able to research [00:05:42] again paraphrasing but he kept going on [00:05:44] with you're upset you're obsessed with [00:05:46] Fort Wuka. His last assignment was with the [00:06:58] Bosque County, Texas Sheriff's Office. [00:07:00] Okay. Now, we're going to pull up his [00:07:02] LinkedIn because it's a bit of a [00:07:04] journey. It's a journey. Okay. It tells [00:07:07] us that he and and honestly, I don't [00:07:10] know if you can scroll to the bottom [00:07:11] here so we can get we can go bottom up [00:07:13] and kind of get into Yeah. First and [00:07:14] foremost, yes, FBI graduated from the [00:07:17] FBI National Academy. It tells us that [00:07:20] uh state of Texas master peace officer. [00:07:23] But if you can go to show uh sorry, [00:07:26] scroll up a bit and we're going to just [00:07:27] go to yeah, show all 10 experiences and [00:07:29] scroll from the bottom so we can look at [00:07:32] this live. Okay, so we know he's a [00:07:34] Marine. We learned that that he was a [00:07:35] staff sergeant for the Marines and he [00:07:38] was particularly in charge of [00:07:41] surveillance and target acquisition, [00:07:44] small arms and weapons, tactical radio [00:07:47] communications, aviation ordinance and [00:07:49] weapon systems. You scroll up and it [00:07:51] tells us that he was working in Franklin [00:07:54] Park, Illinois for over a decade. That's [00:07:58] right on the basically a couple of [00:08:00] streets over from where Charlie Kirk uh [00:08:02] was raised. And it I was going, "Okay, [00:08:06] that's really interesting." I then tried [00:08:08] to find a single trace of his name [00:08:10] mentioned in the news in Illinois. You [00:08:12] would think if you were a, as it states [00:08:14] here, crime scene technician, SWAT team [00:08:17] leader, patrol division supervisor, [00:08:19] criminal investigator, there would be [00:08:20] tons of articles about I couldn't find [00:08:22] anything. Doesn't mean doesn't exist. It [00:08:24] just means that I could not find [00:08:25] anything at first, second, and third [00:08:27] glance. Okay. Then this random electro [00:08:30] rent corporation, [00:08:32] which runs from Tokyo, Japan to Chicago. [00:08:36] Let me know if you guys know what that [00:08:38] is. Then we learn he became a lieutenant [00:08:39] colonel in the Army Reserve. Okay, we [00:08:43] can scroll up here. Uh then he retired [00:08:46] as a lieutenant colonel. He was then the [00:08:50] captain of police. And some of this is [00:08:52] concurrent. So it's interesting for the [00:08:54] University Park Police back down in [00:08:55] Texas, chief deputy sheriff for Texas [00:08:58] law enforcement. [00:09:00] It goes on and on. Okay, this guy, no [00:09:02] question, is and was a fed. And then it [00:09:06] interestingly tells us that he joined [00:09:09] the FBIA. [00:09:14] So in case you're like me and you have [00:09:15] no idea what the FBIA is, that stands [00:09:18] for the Federal Bureau of Investigations [00:09:21] Agent Association, which is another [00:09:23] charity founded in 1981. I can't believe [00:09:26] this is legal, but I guess if you're the [00:09:27] feds, it's all legal. founded in 1981 [00:09:30] where former and current feds come [00:09:33] together to, and this is directly from [00:09:35] their website, help FBI special agents [00:09:38] join together to protect and advance the [00:09:41] interests of their profession. Okay, [00:09:43] what does that mean? Bunch of agents are [00:09:45] coming together. That's according to [00:09:46] their website. It says it says that [00:09:48] their force, this FBIA, consists of [00:09:51] 14,000 [00:09:53] former and current feds. Again, this is [00:09:56] a charity. So, if I'm a billionaire, [00:09:59] I could just cut a check and buy me some [00:10:03] federal officers. Again, I'm asking [00:10:05] questions. That's how it works in [00:10:06] charity world. We're learning that about [00:10:07] Turning Point USA. The bigger the check [00:10:09] you cut, uh, the more influence you have [00:10:12] on their operations. You get to tell [00:10:14] them what they think about, what they [00:10:15] talk about. So, if I write a $10 million [00:10:17] check to the FBI aa, do I have federal [00:10:20] officers in every state? [00:10:23] Anyway, yes, Dan Flood's family, as you [00:10:25] can see. Um both his mother and his [00:10:27] father by the way are from Illinois just [00:10:29] where Charlie in the same area that [00:10:30] Charlie uh came up in. And though I [00:10:33] cannot assert this certain like I can't [00:10:36] say this with certainty I would be [00:10:38] willing to bet that Mr. Flood Dan's [00:10:42] father Robert Eugene Flood probably knew [00:10:46] Bill Montgomery the guy who convinced [00:10:48] Charlie to start Turning Point USA in [00:10:50] Illinois in uh the same neighborhood. [00:10:52] Don't forget Bill Montgomery was also [00:10:54] military as well. Air Force. Now, to [00:10:57] clarify, because he got a lot of emails [00:10:58] about this, uh, the X-Men school, I keep [00:11:00] referring as the X-Men school that [00:11:01] Charlie went to after they wanted to [00:11:03] drug him for being brilliant, and his [00:11:05] mother said no. That school is Quest [00:11:07] Academy in Palentine, Illinois. It was [00:11:09] formerly named the Children's Creative [00:11:11] Academy. I maintain my belief that [00:11:13] Charlie was being monitored by the [00:11:14] government since he was young. And it [00:11:17] was Bill Montgomery who organized and [00:11:19] initially paid, you should know, for the [00:11:22] fulltime security that Charlie would [00:11:24] need. He arranged that. Bill Montgomery [00:11:27] chose to hire Schaefer security, which [00:11:29] was run by Greg Schaefer. And working [00:11:32] under Greg Schaefer was Dan Flood and [00:11:34] Brian Harpole. And there's no mystery [00:11:36] regarding Greg Schaefer, okay? He also [00:11:38] is from Dallas, Texas, working for the [00:11:40] FBI on the elite hostage and rescue [00:11:43] team. He was a supervisor on the Dallas [00:11:46] joint terrorism task force and get this [00:11:49] also another Eastern European connection [00:11:51] because he was also a part of their [00:11:54] organization in in Budapest in Budapest, [00:11:57] Hungary. If you didn't know, the FBI [00:11:58] also has sub offices all around the [00:12:00] globe. And Greg was at least stationed [00:12:02] in Budapest. He probably was stationed [00:12:04] in other places. So Bill Montgomery, [00:12:06] you've got you got this guy. He hires [00:12:08] Greg Schaefer and Dan Flood. And these [00:12:10] are they're gonna stay with Charlie [00:12:12] forever. Brian Harpole. So, we jump back [00:12:15] into the narrative because it's gonna [00:12:16] get even more interesting. We had closed [00:12:19] out last week informing you about New [00:12:20] Bron Falls, Texas because people on the [00:12:23] internet who had been tracking Erica's [00:12:25] plane noticed that it kept going to this [00:12:27] seemingly random city in Texas. And we [00:12:29] dismissed that as potentially a nothing [00:12:31] burger or something that makes sense um [00:12:33] a sensible burger because Turning [00:12:36] Point's number one donor who last year [00:12:39] in June cut a check for $10 million. [00:12:43] The couple NDA and Carl Buckman, they [00:12:45] live there. Okay. What we didn't know at [00:12:47] the time, we didn't know until this [00:12:50] weekend is that they aren't the only [00:12:51] ones that live there. Dan Flood also [00:12:54] lives in New Bronals, Texas. I can [00:12:56] confirm that. That's a fact. The [00:12:58] question is why? What or who inspired [00:13:02] Dan, who was from Allen, Texas, to move [00:13:04] out to New Bron Falls. [00:13:07] That's where he graduated high school, [00:13:08] by the way, in Allen, Texas. We know [00:13:10] that for a fact because one of his high [00:13:11] school buddies after the assassination [00:13:13] posted this, "Bro, the head of Charlie [00:13:16] Kirk security team, the guy they say is [00:13:19] in on it, was my friend as a kid. We [00:13:20] grew up together. I went to middle and [00:13:22] high school with Dan Flood. Matter of [00:13:24] fact, last time I saw him, he was doing [00:13:27] security for some Dallas billionaire at [00:13:31] the Cattleman's Ball. What a crazy small [00:13:34] world. [00:13:36] Yeah, this dude has been in private [00:13:38] security for at least 20 years. I had no [00:13:40] idea he was running it for TPUSA. [00:13:43] I would like to know since he happened [00:13:46] to mention the should be cattle barons [00:13:49] ball in Texas where he ran into him. Who [00:13:52] were the billionaires [00:13:54] that Dan was working with? I think that [00:13:58] could be a very interesting thing to [00:14:01] know, don't you? Couldn't that be [00:14:02] interesting to know? Uh because there [00:14:05] have been a lot of things that are [00:14:06] coming up here. it. We've not noted that [00:14:09] oddly all of Charlie's security that day [00:14:12] was from Texas. From Rick Cutler to Dan [00:14:14] Flood, even Brian Harpole. Brian [00:14:16] Harpole, you should know, was also born [00:14:18] in Dallas, Texas. And similar to Dan, [00:14:20] his father, Bobby Harpole, um, back in [00:14:24] 2018 when he was running for county [00:14:26] sheriff in Arth, Texas. He gave an [00:14:29] interview about his upbringing where he [00:14:31] said, and I quote, "I was born in [00:14:33] Denton, Texas, and grew up a quote [00:14:35] unquote military brat, living in [00:14:38] numerous states and Europe. I started my [00:14:41] law enforcement career in 1968 with the [00:14:43] Texas Department of Public Safety, [00:14:45] living in Amaro, Amarillo for the [00:14:48] Texans, uh, Childress, Amarillo, [00:14:50] Floresville, and Stevensville. I retired [00:14:52] from TDPS as a sergeant in highway [00:14:55] patrol. I then went to work for the Aith [00:14:58] County Sheriff's Office and after 12 [00:15:00] years of service retired as captain. [00:15:02] Okay. Interesting. They have tons of [00:15:06] military ties. It's unbelievable. In [00:15:07] fact, now his dad is working at a [00:15:11] funeral home, which feels a [00:15:14] interesting interesting change of career [00:15:16] there at the end. The point is is that [00:15:19] when you begin to look into Harpole's [00:15:22] extensive military and law enforcement [00:15:25] ties, it brings you to the Pacific, [00:15:28] through Europe, and of course all [00:15:30] through Texas, just like the Flood [00:15:31] family. And yes, it goes back decades. [00:15:36] Okay. All of this to say maybe the [00:15:38] Dallas Buyers Club might get a new [00:15:41] meaning. What are we buying down in [00:15:43] Dallas? Actually, what did happen in [00:15:46] 1963? Why did this person know that he [00:15:48] claims that he has worked with their [00:15:49] families? Are we expected to believe [00:15:53] that the feds are meaningfully [00:15:55] investigating the feds? [00:15:58] How does that work? [00:16:00] As a as a hypothetical question, if Dan [00:16:02] Flood and Brian Harpole were actually [00:16:05] guilty of organizing Charlie Kirk's [00:16:09] assassination, again, this hypothetical, [00:16:11] do you believe that the feds would turn [00:16:13] them over? [00:21:21] This letter is showing the world the [00:21:24] type of organization Turning Point has [00:21:25] become under Erica Kirk. They want to [00:21:28] send legal letters to small YouTube [00:21:31] creators. [00:21:33] So, we're going to go through this [00:21:34] letter. Now, it is nice that we have [00:21:36] this letter with their official [00:21:37] statements, but the letter does nothing [00:21:39] to change my suspicions. It does not [00:21:42] address most of my questions. Instead of [00:21:45] answering my questions, it is the [00:21:47] precursor to a lawsuit unless I change [00:21:50] my statements. That does nothing to [00:21:53] reduce my suspicions. For the sake of [00:21:56] avoiding miscommunication, I can change [00:21:58] the title of the video if that makes [00:22:00] them more happy. I already changed it [00:22:02] from more fraud at TurningPoint USA to [00:22:05] more fraud at TurningPoint USA. [00:22:07] Allegedly, [laughter] [00:22:09] I'm sorry. You know, get into [00:22:41] your car, accidentally gently touches [00:22:43] somebody else's car, now you need the [00:22:45] cops there. The insurance agencies get [00:22:47] involved. I mean, the whole scam of uh [00:22:50] suing people just needs to end, okay? It [00:22:53] just needs to end. Get a job. Work hard. [00:22:56] If you feel that someone is putting out [00:22:58] wrong information about you, don't start [00:23:00] a cease and assist letter with we don't [00:23:02] intend to sue you. That's what he's [00:23:04] saying is correct. That is exactly what [00:23:05] a cease is for. It's the first step to [00:23:07] suing somebody. Otherwise, this could [00:23:10] have been an email. If I got him to take [00:23:13] something out of his video after I [00:23:16] shared it, I said, "This is incorrect." [00:23:17] And he did it when I say instantly over [00:23:19] like immediately took down the video and [00:23:21] corrected it. Why can't Turning Point [00:23:23] try to behave like a human and just have [00:23:25] somebody email from the PR office, "Hey, [00:23:28] Andrew, [00:23:29] this could be you." And say, "Hey, I do [00:23:32] PR for Turning Point USA. Happy to [00:23:33] answer some of your questions. Just send [00:23:34] them over." Or say, "Hey, you got this [00:23:36] wrong. Do you mind please updating [00:23:38] this?" Like, it's like this is not [00:23:39] right. They just they have so much money [00:23:42] they just are spending money on [00:23:43] stupidity. And again, what is your end [00:23:45] goal? As he says later on, he's like, I [00:23:46] don't have any money. What do you what [00:23:47] is your end goal here? Was sending this [00:23:49] letter. It's obviously going to [00:23:51] backfire. But I just want to say the [00:23:53] energy of this I have lawyers. I can sue [00:23:55] you. I'm rich. It just it needed to be [00:23:58] left behind in 2025 with Breijit Mcron. [00:24:01] Okay. And of course, uh it backfires [00:24:04] immediately. It it backfires [00:24:07] spectacularly uh because now Turning [00:24:09] Point is on record because of this video [00:24:12] and because of this letter that they [00:24:13] sent him. They are now on record going [00:24:15] against themselves on record. We have [00:24:19] received so many different stories from [00:24:21] them regarding the drones that were [00:24:23] there um on the day of Charlie's [00:24:25] assassination. First, Frank Turk came [00:24:27] out and he said that while they were [00:24:30] driving over to the event, he was [00:24:33] showing Charlie live drone footage on [00:24:36] his phone and Charlie loved it. He was [00:24:38] like, "It's amazing." Then Brian [00:24:40] Harpole, apparently unaware that Frank [00:24:42] Turk had already told the truth, he [00:24:44] moved to tell Shawn Ryan that actually [00:24:46] there were no drones because the [00:24:48] university denied their request to fly [00:24:51] them. And people were like, "Hey, wait a [00:24:52] minute. That's ridiculous. You you guys [00:24:53] are saying two different statements. Why [00:24:55] does it look like you're lying all the [00:24:56] time? So, of course, Andrew Kovette came [00:24:59] out, swooped in with his always [00:25:02] perfecting PR, and he said this [00:25:05] regarding the mixup. Take a listen. [00:25:08] >> Early on, Frank Turk talked about that [00:25:10] on the way there that um you know, he [00:25:13] actually was looking at Charlie's phone [00:25:14] and he saw drone footage from the event. [00:25:17] Now, I had talked to with that in mind, [00:25:20] I was I number one, I went to UVU and I [00:25:23] actually put the drone up. we were going [00:25:24] to do the the survey. Immediately we [00:25:27] were um law enforcement came up and [00:25:29] said, "Hey, look, we need you to take [00:25:30] down that drone." Now, my drone pilot [00:25:32] had already made all the necessary steps [00:25:35] with the FFA to make sure that we could [00:25:36] do that. And I explained to the law [00:25:38] enforcement officer, "Hey, look, you [00:25:40] guys don't control this airspace." He's [00:25:43] like, "Well, we got policies. You have [00:25:44] to do this." And we're not going to sit [00:25:46] there and argue with them, right? So, uh [00:25:48] we ended up grounding the drone. We went [00:25:49] and jumped through some hoops. We were [00:25:51] trying to get some documents done. Long [00:25:52] story short, what we ended up having to [00:25:54] do was leave campus. We flew the drone. [00:25:57] We were off campus. We flew the drone. [00:25:59] We got the survey. So, that kind of [00:26:01] reinforced other people saying, Brian [00:26:04] Harpole specifically saying like, "Hey, [00:26:06] we couldn't get we couldn't get [00:26:07] permission to get a drone up in the [00:26:08] air." And of course, people took that [00:26:10] what Frank said at the beginning and [00:26:12] said, "Hey, this is clear indication of [00:26:14] lying and andor a conspiracy." Well, [00:26:17] what I found out was the picture that [00:26:20] was being pushed around saying, "Hey, [00:26:22] this is proof that there was drone [00:26:24] footage was actually it was very clear [00:26:26] to me once I saw that picture. It is a [00:26:29] wide angle shot of the crowd from second [00:26:32] floor." [00:26:33] >> Yeah, let's throw that up. That's This [00:26:34] is actually the I think the images, [00:26:36] guys, I sent them to you. Yeah, this is [00:26:38] actually there was a a walkway or a [00:26:40] bridge elevated that that was just that [00:26:43] was just from our events team that was [00:26:44] setting up that event. They went up [00:26:45] there to as they always did to show [00:26:47] Charlie the crowd size. So they took [00:26:49] those images. [00:26:51] >> Yeah. And I completely understand Gary. I point out the massive [00:27:50] contradiction where he says they were [00:27:53] not allowed to fly drones. Then I show [00:27:55] the interview with Frank Turk where he [00:27:57] says he was watching drone footage with [00:27:59] Charlie Kirk. This part is breaking news [00:28:02] because I'm not aware this has ever been [00:28:04] discussed. The lawyer in this letter [00:28:07] says the following. There was no [00:28:09] discrepancy. [00:28:10] UVU prohibited Turning Point USA from [00:28:13] flying drones for security purposes [00:28:15] during the event, but did allow a [00:28:18] Turning Point USA media production drone [00:28:20] to briefly fly over the location before [00:28:23] the event to collect limited B-roll [00:28:25] footage. First of all, how could this be [00:28:28] defamatory if I had no idea about any of [00:28:31] this? [00:28:33] Second, I find this explanation absurd. [00:28:37] [laughter] You are telling me that the [00:28:39] security team was not allowed drones, [00:28:41] but the media team was. [00:28:44] That is the official explanation from [00:28:46] Turning Point's lawyer. My honest [00:28:49] opinion is I do not believe that. But if [00:28:53] that did happen, that is really silly [00:28:56] and it may have cost Charlie Kirk his [00:28:58] life. [00:29:01] >> He is all of us. It's just it's so [00:29:03] absurd. If you figured out the [00:29:38] media team could do it and they get it [00:29:40] to Frank, why didn't they get it to you? And [00:30:42] so I was interested in uh Erica having [00:30:47] said that while she was quote unquote [00:30:49] living in China, she was working with [00:30:53] victims of sex trafficking. I was living [00:31:30] in China and doing a lot of work with um [00:31:34] the victims from sex trafficking. um and [00:31:37] then began to um phase that into working [00:31:41] with the Marine Corps um and the Army [00:31:44] and then was able to uh work with a [00:31:48] orphanage in Romania um to help sustain [00:31:51] them during um their winter seasons and [00:31:55] and giving them more clothing items or [00:31:58] tangible items rather than just money. [00:32:01] Then I told you guys that having asked [00:32:04] this question to through an official [00:32:06] channel Turning Point USA, I received a [00:32:07] response alleging that Erica never lives [00:32:09] there. So that's coming from Erica. She [00:32:11] actually never lived there. They said [00:32:12] that she simply visited for 2 weeks, you [00:32:15] know, like a tourist just to visit the [00:32:17] Great Wall and perhaps see other [00:32:19] monuments in history. Then somebody [00:32:22] emailed me an interesting video of [00:32:25] Charlie Kirk and apparently he disagrees [00:32:29] with that new assessment.
