There's about 170 of [00:03:27] them of misidentification [00:03:29] of, you know, they pulled over the wrong [00:03:31] guy, apprehended the wrong person, and [00:03:33] then they release them. Okay? They don't [00:03:35] just deport American citizens. It [00:03:37] doesn't matter what color you are. This [00:03:38] is what's so infuriating about Tim Waltz [00:03:41] and Keith Ellison and Jacob Fry. They're [00:03:43] they're trying to create panic in the [00:03:46] people. ICE has a flawless track record [00:03:48] of deporting non-citizens. One of the [00:03:50] biggest and most dishonest and dangerous [00:03:52] media hoaxes concerns ICE arresting [00:03:54] citizens. ICE, an elite federal law [00:03:57] enforcement agency, will arrest those [00:03:58] regardless of immigration status. Cuz [00:04:00] there's this whole rumor going around. I [00:04:02] don't know if you've seen it, Blake, [00:04:03] with the activists saying, you know, I [00:04:05] don't have to do whatever you tell me to [00:04:07] do because I'm a US citizen. No, these [00:04:09] are law enforcement officers and they [00:04:11] will arrest those regardless of [00:04:13] immigration status who are criminally [00:04:14] obstructing or impeding a law [00:04:16] enforcement operation. It's no different [00:04:18] than if the police are conducting a [00:04:19] murder investigation and you get in your [00:04:21] face and you're like, "Well, I'm not a [00:04:22] murderer. It doesn't matter. You can't [00:04:24] get in the way of the police." [00:04:25] >> Well, check this out. It's even more. [00:04:27] People need to understand what HSI is. [00:04:30] So, Miller goes on, ICE has an entire [00:04:33] division, HSI, Homeland Security [00:04:34] Investigations, whose special agents [00:04:37] have all the same criminal investigation [00:04:39] investigative authorities as the FBI. On [00:04:42] any given day, HSI is making arrests for [00:04:44] sex trafficking, labor trafficking, [00:04:46] kidnapping, counterfeiting, financial [00:04:47] fraud, terrorism, and all the other [00:04:49] threats to the US homeland. People need [00:04:51] to understand these are real police. [00:04:53] These are real officers, rather. These [00:04:55] are real law enforcement officers, and [00:04:56] they have the ability to arrest you. [00:04:59] They have the right and duty to arrest [00:05:00] you if you are obstructing them. So once [00:05:03] again, to all of these cosplaying [00:05:05] radicals that have purple hair and nose [00:05:07] rings and piercings all over that think [00:05:10] that they're going to go cosplay as GI [00:05:11] Jane, you are putting your life on the [00:05:13] line for a stupid, stupid cause. I [00:07:39] don't know what it is about that city, [00:07:40] but it is a hotbed for radicalism, for [00:07:44] protest, even in the dead of winter when [00:07:46] it's freezing cold. And last night was [00:07:49] no uh no different, unfortunately for [00:07:52] the country. At approximately 6:30 p.m., [00:07:55] there was an ice involved shooting, a [00:07:57] second shooting. This one involving a [00:07:59] Venezuelan national, illegal, a foreign [00:08:02] national, who is not supposed to be in [00:08:04] this country. He was allowed in in 2022 [00:08:07] under the watchful in quotes eye of Joe [00:08:10] Biden in the Joe Biden administration. [00:08:12] Alejandro Morcus, don't forget that [00:08:14] guy's name, by the way. Alejandro [00:08:15] Mayorcus is a is a traitor who deserves [00:08:18] to be prosecuted. [00:08:20] 2022 comes in here. He gets into a [00:08:23] targeted stop with an ICE agent. The ICE [00:08:27] agent tries to pull him over. He flees. [00:08:29] A pursuit in ensues. Goes running after [00:08:33] them. apparently catches up with them. [00:08:35] An altercation happens. Bystanders who [00:08:38] have nothing to do with this incident [00:08:40] come out and then attack the ICE [00:08:42] officer. So then it's multiple people [00:08:44] against this ICE officer that he starts [00:08:46] getting attacked with either a broom or [00:08:48] a shovel. It remains a bit unclear. He [00:08:52] then fires a defensive shot shooting the [00:08:55] Venezuelan illegal in the leg. [00:08:58] Now, instead of having our ICE officers [00:09:01] back, what does the city of Minneapolis [00:09:02] do and their many protesters, their [00:09:04] vigilantes, their radical leftist [00:09:07] communist front groups that are training [00:09:08] them to obstruct and harass ICE? They [00:09:11] start protesting again. So, within about [00:09:14] 50 to 60 minutes, I'm told protesters [00:09:17] had gathered in mass around the [00:09:19] incident. There were cops that were [00:09:22] creating a perimeter. The Minneapolis [00:09:24] Police Department created a perimeter [00:09:25] around the scene and they said they were [00:09:28] not defending ICE, mind you. They were [00:09:30] protecting a crime scene. So, the read [00:09:32] on this is that either Minneapolis [00:09:35] officials had instructed them to gather [00:09:37] evidence in hopes that they could [00:09:38] prosecute the ICE agent involved in the [00:09:41] defensive shooting, but they were not [00:09:43] there to protect the ICE agents, which [00:09:44] became clear afterwards because, of [00:09:47] course, protesters ended up surrounding [00:09:50] FBI vehicles, DHS vehicles, and then [00:09:53] looting them. [00:09:58] Apparently, they and this is caught on [00:10:00] live stream. They grabbed documents out [00:10:04] of the FBI vehicle that then had the [00:10:07] names and phone numbers of DHS and ICE [00:10:10] agents that were dispatched in [00:10:13] >> Well, we got a clip of it. We got a [00:10:14] clip. Let's uh let's play. This is [00:10:15] riders looting an ICE vehicle. Let's [00:10:17] play 434. [00:10:36] So, they're actually taking documents [00:10:38] out of this and then it's caught on live [00:10:40] stream that this was documentation of [00:10:42] who the agents were in the field. Mind [00:10:44] you, again, police in Minneapolis stand [00:10:47] by. They do nothing while this is [00:10:49] happening. Throw up image 436. This is [00:10:52] some of the carnage in the aftermath [00:10:53] here. It says F ICE. We had to blur that [00:10:56] part out. But then it says the only good [00:10:59] agent is a dead one [00:11:04] that's spray painted on the side of this [00:11:06] unmarked DHS vehicle that was looted and [00:11:10] vandalized, windows broken out. [00:11:14] And to make matters [00:11:16] this bizarro world we are living in [00:11:18] where up is down and left is right and [00:11:20] right is wrong. [00:11:22] Governor Tim Waltz of Minneapolis says [00:11:26] he wants all of these protesters to get [00:11:28] out their phone and document this and [00:11:30] you won't believe his rationale for [00:11:33] doing so. 409. [00:12:11] So [00:12:13] you have the governor of Minneapolis or [00:12:16] Minnesota coming out saying that we need [00:12:18] to bank evidence for future prosecutions [00:12:20] of ICE agents and DHS officials and law [00:12:22] enforcement when they are doing exactly [00:12:25] what the law prescribes, which is remove [00:12:29] foreign illegals that have no business [00:12:31] being in this country that the American [00:12:34] people voted for and that multiple polls [00:12:37] have said they they still support mass [00:12:40] deportations. [00:12:42] Here's Minnesota Attorney General Keith [00:12:44] Ellison calling Renee good, which [00:12:48] sparked all this off when she tried to [00:12:50] drive away, disobey orders, potentially [00:12:52] ramming and injuring an ICE agent. He [00:12:56] calls Renee Good a martyr. 405. [00:12:59] this surge which has resulted in not [00:13:02] only people being beat up, not only [00:13:04] people being thrown to the ground, not [00:13:06] only people not going to school, not [00:13:07] only in people not going to work, but [00:13:10] has resulted IN THE DEATH OF ONE OF our [00:13:12] neighbors, Renee Good. I want you to [00:13:16] remember her name. She's a martyr. She's [00:13:18] sacrificed. [00:13:20] She's been taken away from us and we [00:13:22] will never forget her. We'll always hold [00:13:24] up her memory. Are we right? Now, it's [00:13:27] not just happening in Minnesota. This is [00:13:30] this is at risk of spreading. So, for [00:13:32] example, Larry Krasner, notorious [00:13:34] Sorosbacked prosecutor in Philly, [00:13:37] notoriously loves to not prosecute all [00:13:39] manner of crimes, but he's finally found [00:13:41] a crime. He he's very agitated about and [00:13:43] it's of course anything involving ICE, [00:13:45] trying to enforce federal law. And he [00:13:47] said yesterday he had a press conference [00:13:49] and he said, this is a quote that he [00:13:50] just reposted online to make sure [00:13:52] everyone took him as directly as [00:13:53] possible. Quote, "We will arrest you. We [00:13:56] will handcuff you. We will close those [00:13:58] cuffs. We will put you in a cell. We [00:14:00] will set your bail and I'm going to ask [00:14:02] for it to be appropriately high. This is [00:14:04] a man who otherwise was a big fan of no [00:14:06] bail. And he actually continued on in [00:14:08] the article where he says, "We're going [00:14:10] to sentence you and Trump won't be able [00:14:11] to pardon you. They really want to [00:14:13] terrorize these ICE officers." And we [00:14:15] were saying before the show happened, we [00:14:17] we can show the clips of the riots and [00:14:20] be a gasast at them or what walls is [00:14:21] saying, but we have to be very clear [00:14:24] here. This is this is becoming it's not [00:14:27] the definitive test for this [00:14:28] administration. It's not Iran. It's not [00:14:31] Venezuela. It's really not anything [00:14:33] abroad in our opinion. The definitive [00:14:36] test for this administration right now [00:14:37] is what is going on in Minnesota because [00:14:41] they're willing to keep upping the [00:14:42] stakes on this, which is they're betting [00:14:46] if we engage in flagrantly illegal [00:14:49] behavior, if we have if we have people [00:14:52] block up ICE, get in the way of ICE, get [00:14:55] in the face of ICE, make it so ICE has [00:14:57] no choice but to use force to actually [00:15:00] carry federal law, that the [00:15:01] administration will back down and that [00:15:04] their gamble is if we willfully break [00:15:07] the law, we can make it so federal [00:15:09] immigration law no longer exists. And if [00:15:11] they can do it once in Minneapolis, they [00:15:14] can do it anywhere they want. And it's [00:15:16] it's basically open borders again. And [00:15:18] it's also the gamble. They're taking [00:15:20] this gamble that President Biden totally [00:15:23] ignored US immigration law and did open [00:15:25] borders, let in 10 plus million people, [00:15:28] 15 million people into this country, the [00:15:30] Biden wave, and then they can say trying [00:15:32] to undo that flagrantly illegal act, [00:15:34] which was hugely unpopular and cost them [00:15:36] the White House, but that they can say [00:15:38] if we scream and howl and throw a temper [00:15:40] tantrum and get crazy people like Renee [00:15:43] Good to go out there and do something [00:15:46] stupid and get themselves killed, then [00:15:49] we can get away with this. We can get [00:15:50] away with this flagrantly illegal act by [00:15:52] saying it's too difficult. It's too [00:15:54] disruptive to undo this and we can't [00:15:56] fall for this lie. They're saying what [00:15:58] ICE is doing is disruptive. None of this [00:16:00] would be disruptive if they weren't [00:16:02] rioting. if they weren't getting in the [00:16:04] way of ICE, if they didn't have their [00:16:06] DAs and their chiefs of police and their [00:16:08] mayors and their governors and their AGs [00:16:11] collaborating in this systematic effort [00:16:14] to subvert federal law. And that is why [00:16:16] it's very important, and we'll talk [00:16:18] about this in the next segment, that [00:16:20] President Trump said if they do not back [00:16:24] down on this, he's going to have to [00:16:27] invoke the Insurrection Act, which has [00:16:29] not been invoked since the Los Angeles [00:16:31] riots, [00:16:32] >> 1992. [00:16:33] >> 1992, 30 plus years ago. And that is the [00:16:35] stakes we are at. What will win? [00:16:38] Leftwing temper tantrums or the law? [00:16:41] >> The rule of law.
