[00:00:00] I wish you health, dear Ukrainians. A
[00:00:02] brief update on this day. First, today
[00:00:05] we launched a new format of work with
[00:00:06] the regions, with regional authorities,
[00:00:08] and with our communities.
[00:00:10] We must use all the real experience of
[00:00:12] our Ukrainian communities for more
[00:00:14] effective national solutions.
[00:00:17] Every community that is getting through
[00:00:18] this winter with stronger protection for
[00:00:20] people, with more efficient and faster
[00:00:22] recovery after strikes, and with more
[00:00:24] successful projects to safeguard
[00:00:25] critical infrastructure, we will scale
[00:00:28] up all of that experience.
[00:00:34] Today I discussed this in detail with
[00:00:36] Ukraine's Prime Minister Julius
[00:00:37] Firidenko.
[00:00:40] The government will establish an
[00:00:41] appropriate coordination center. All
[00:00:44] necessary officials will be involved in
[00:00:46] the cent's work and the office of the
[00:00:48] president of Ukraine as well as strong
[00:00:49] regional leaders will also help.
[00:00:53] We spoke about this today in particular
[00:00:55] with even Fedorov, head of the Zaporia
[00:00:57] regional administration.
[00:00:59] We will work together with other leaders
[00:01:01] of regions, cities, and communities.
[00:01:04] Everyone whose experience deserves
[00:01:05] attention.
[00:01:08] >> Second,
[00:01:10] today all members of our negotiating
[00:01:12] team will be back in Ukraine. And for
[00:01:14] tomorrow, I have scheduled a special
[00:01:15] meeting with them on our next steps and
[00:01:17] our decisions.
[00:01:20] There will be a report here in Kev on
[00:01:22] those aspects of the talks that
[00:01:24] shouldn't be discussed by phone.
[00:01:27] We will also define the next framework
[00:01:29] for our dialogue with our partners with
[00:01:31] the American side, with the Europeans
[00:01:33] and with the Russian side.
[00:01:36] >> It is important that Europeans were
[00:01:38] present in Switzerland.
[00:01:41] This is exactly how we expect to work
[00:01:43] further so that Europe's positions are
[00:01:44] taken into account.
[00:01:47] I also want to thank all members of our
[00:01:49] delegation for strict compliance with
[00:01:51] the directives during the negotiations.
[00:01:54] It is very important that Ukraine speaks
[00:01:56] with confidence, speaks strongly and
[00:01:58] speaks in a coordinated manner.
[00:02:01] Ukrainian unity always gives the
[00:02:03] greatest results. One more thing today I
[00:02:06] want to thank the national police.
[00:02:09] Minister Eho Clemenco reported on one of
[00:02:11] the largest operations against crime.
[00:02:15] The police carried out more than 500
[00:02:17] searches, detained nearly 100 people,
[00:02:19] dismantled 34 drug laboratories and
[00:02:21] seven dozen storage sites.

[00:02:28] Ukraine. I am grateful to all our
[00:02:31] institutions and services that helped
[00:02:33] the security service of Ukraine, the
[00:02:35] prosecutor's office and other state
[00:02:36] bodies as well as our foreign partners
[00:02:38] who were involved.
[00:02:41] I also want to recognize today the
[00:02:43] National Guard members who together with
[00:02:45] all our warriors defend our state and
[00:02:47] Ukraine's independence on the front

[00:03:04] the front, including the Pocross

[00:03:10] and search operations. Thank you.

[00:03:17] and cities across our country are the
