Ian Carroll Unleashed 2 | Urban Air Gets Darker And Trump Turns On Israel | Candace Ep 185

[00:00:00] Well, there's a new immigration scandal
[00:00:02] today and this time it is white people
[00:00:04] trying to come to America and everyone's
[00:00:06] got a hot take. All that while Trump is
[00:00:08] seemingly reversing the status quo
[00:00:10] policy on Israel and simultaneously
[00:00:13] making deals with Saudi Arabia for
[00:00:14] hundreds of billions of dollars. And
[00:00:16] we'll get to that right after we drop a
[00:00:18] big bombshell on the story we started
[00:00:20] yesterday about Unleash Brands, Michael
[00:00:22] Browning Jr. and the Little Gym. All
[00:00:24] that today on Canvas.
[00:00:30] right

[00:00:31] [Applause]
[00:00:35] [Music]
[00:00:40] now. Today, we're going to start with a
[00:00:42] brief reminder of what happened to Toys
[00:00:44] R Us, famously bankrupted by the private
[00:00:47] equity firm KKR and Bane Capital,
[00:00:50] because it's important to highlight just
[00:00:51] how much private equity will do for
[00:00:53] profit and how little they care about
[00:00:55] who they hurt while they do it. Before
[00:00:58] private equity bought them out, Toys R
[00:00:59] Us had $1.8 billion of debt. After
[00:01:03] private equity was done with them, they
[00:01:04] were loaded with more than 5 billion of
[00:01:07] debt. By 2007, interest expenses
[00:01:09] consumed 97% of their profit. Amazon was
[00:01:13] a juggernaut that spelled the demise of
[00:01:15] traditional retail stores. And in 2017,
[00:01:17] roughly 7,000 stores and 50,000 jobs
[00:01:20] evaporated. Between 2015 and 2017, of
[00:01:23] the 43 large retailers and supermarket
[00:01:25] companies that filed for bankruptcy,
[00:01:27] more than 40% were owned by private
[00:01:29] equity firms. But what's worse, private
[00:01:32] equity has started to master the art of
[00:01:34] the leverage buyout, where they don't
[00:01:36] actually put up the money to buy a
[00:01:37] business, but instead just take out a
[00:01:39] loan using the business they are about
[00:01:40] to buy, but don't yet own, and they use
[00:01:43] that as the collateral to secure that
[00:01:45] loan. Quote, "Many private equity firms
[00:01:47] ship in only about 1 to 2% of the equity
[00:01:50] needed for a leverage buyout and skim
[00:01:53] fees and interest throughout the deal.
[00:01:55] If things go well, the firms take a huge
[00:01:57] cut of the profit when they exit. If
[00:01:59] everything blows up, they usually still
[00:02:01] escape with nar a burn. Another common
[00:02:04] tactic used to gut a company is once you
[00:02:06] control it, you sell off all the real
[00:02:08] estate to your real estate buddies and
[00:02:10] then force the company Toys R Us to
[00:02:12] lease back its own properties for
[00:02:14] monthly rent." further sinking the
[00:02:16] balance sheet. The private equity model,
[00:02:18] often called vulture capitalism, is to
[00:02:21] loot and flip, not to invest or run
[00:02:24] companies well. And many people don't
[00:02:26] realize just how many beloved brands
[00:02:29] have been bought out through these types
[00:02:30] of leverage buyouts. This is just a
[00:02:32] small smattering of recent leverage
[00:02:34] buyouts, mostly by private equity, but
[00:02:37] sometimes by public mega corporations as
[00:02:39] well, as in the example of Craft Hind.
[00:02:42] The big boys also realized during these
[00:02:44] years that forming cozy relationships
[00:02:46] with big consulting firms is a great way
[00:02:48] to simultaneously mismanage a company
[00:02:50] and take exorbitant fees while you do
[00:02:52] it. The consulting industry is ruled by
[00:02:55] the big three. That would be McKenzie,
[00:02:57] BCG, and Bane and Company. Some of the
[00:03:00] big private equity firms even have
[00:03:02] associated consulting firms or vice
[00:03:04] versa. McKenzie and Company has MIO
[00:03:07] partners. Bane Capital spun off Bane and
[00:03:10] Company, which are obviously totally
[00:03:12] separate companies. And although they
[00:03:14] sometimes work together, they would
[00:03:16] never collude or do anything below
[00:03:18] board. Never. This is actually exactly
[00:03:21] what was happening to GameStop leading
[00:03:23] into the 2021 short squeeze that rocked
[00:03:24] the world. Their board of directors had
[00:03:27] been infiltrated and they had hired BCG
[00:03:29] to consult them on the way down.
[00:03:32] GameStop said that BCG showed
[00:03:35] prioritization of excessive fees over
[00:03:37] clients interests. And Ryan Cohen, who
[00:03:40] was the white knight who bought his way
[00:03:42] into GameStop right before the 2021
[00:03:44] squeeze, he knew what they were doing
[00:03:46] and he kicked out the corrupt board
[00:03:48] members and fired BCG. He was very vocal
[00:03:51] on his Twitter talking literally about
[00:03:54] BCG and this practice. The exact same
[00:03:57] playbook happened at Bed Bath and Beyond
[00:03:59] recently, including selling off all
[00:04:01] their real estate and forcing them to
[00:04:02] lease back their own buildings shortly
[00:04:04] before driving them into bankruptcy. But
[00:04:07] that's a whole different story. I
[00:04:09] mentioned all of that just to show that
[00:04:11] this is a pattern for private equity and
[00:04:13] the big boys that will do just about
[00:04:15] anything to grow their wallets. And now
[00:04:17] back to our boy Michael Browning Jr.,
[00:04:20] You know, this guy who owns the
[00:04:22] trampoline park company where yesterday
[00:04:24] we saw videos of kids falling off of
[00:04:26] rides and getting seriously injured. You
[00:04:29] might think it's not his fault. He's
[00:04:30] just running a business. And sometimes
[00:04:32] his employees make mistakes. Could be.
[00:04:35] That would be reasonable to assume if we
[00:04:38] were talking about most people. But
[00:04:40] today, we're going to take a look at how
[00:04:42] he founded Urban Air through the
[00:04:44] absolute cannibalization and then
[00:04:47] apparently the outright theft of another
[00:04:49] man's work. That man is G Price and his
[00:04:52] life's work was Leap of Faith
[00:04:54] Adventures. And a side note here, in
[00:04:56] trying to find photos of G and Leap of
[00:04:59] Faith Adventures, this video that we're
[00:05:01] about to show you was just about the
[00:05:03] only thing I could even find publicly
[00:05:04] available online because he and his
[00:05:06] business have been so thoroughly erased
[00:05:08] by Michael Browning Jr. and the story
[00:05:10] we're about to tell. My name is G Price.
[00:05:13] Name of our company is Leap of Faith
[00:05:15] Adventures and we're in Bell Fountain,
[00:05:17] Ohio. Here at Leap of Faith, we work
[00:05:18] with family entertainment centers, also
[00:05:20] known as FCC's. We help manufacture. We
[00:05:23] help install. We help with risk
[00:05:25] management. We help in all those things
[00:05:27] to make other people successful. Average
[00:05:30] week as a B business owner is crazy.
[00:05:33] It's chaos. It seems like it's chaos
[00:05:36] most of the time. I need a lot of help.
[00:05:38] When I started, it was just me building
[00:05:41] attractions in my father's garage. So,
[00:05:43] it went from me being the bookkeeper,
[00:05:47] the welder, the fabricator, the
[00:05:48] designer, all those things. I cannot do
[00:05:52] everything by myself and be successful.
[00:05:54] I need other people in my life to to
[00:05:57] allow me to be successful as well.
[00:05:59] That's what Fifth Third did and that's
[00:06:00] what Jason did. Fifth Third has been
[00:06:02] very important. Fifth Third is this
[00:06:04] building that we're in. Our research and
[00:06:06] development lab that we have and without
[00:06:08] Fifth Third, we would have had none of
[00:06:10] that. So, I want you to just remember
[00:06:13] that man. He's going to be central to
[00:06:15] this whole story. And we're going to be
[00:06:17] telling the story of his company and how
[00:06:19] it went down today. And I also want you
[00:06:21] to remember that that is what a founder
[00:06:24] looks like. That's what a man that
[00:06:26] founded his business on his own
[00:06:28] interest, his own passion, his own hard
[00:06:30] work looks like. Because now I want to
[00:06:34] introduce you to the two
[00:06:36] bombshells. the two documents that are
[00:06:39] going to guide a lot of our reporting
[00:06:41] today and are going to inform all the
[00:06:44] rest of Unleash Brand's actions against
[00:06:46] Tiffany Siance and all the other people
[00:06:48] involved in this scandal. This is a
[00:06:51] motion for sanctions and a motion for
[00:06:53] injunction and restraining order. On the
[00:06:56] right, you have the temporary injunction
[00:06:58] and permanent injunction request, and on
[00:07:00] the left, you have the motion for
[00:07:02] sanctions.
[00:07:04] The judge granted the motion for
[00:07:06] injunction while the case was litigated.
[00:07:08] And the judge extended that injunction
[00:07:10] eight times. And a little bit of
[00:07:12] background on injunctions, just for
[00:07:14] anyone that doesn't know, an injunction
[00:07:16] is the highest legal standard that you
[00:07:18] can achieve in a lot of ways because
[00:07:20] it's used to stop someone immediately
[00:07:22] from doing something that is
[00:07:23] irreversible, such as a lethal
[00:07:25] injection. In this case, it was because
[00:07:27] they were apparently stealing his
[00:07:29] business and once his business is taken
[00:07:31] from him, he will never get it back and
[00:07:33] he also won't be able to litigate
[00:07:35] anymore. So, it's extremely hard to meet
[00:07:37] the requirements for an injunction. And
[00:07:39] in this case, the judge granted the
[00:07:42] injunction and then further renewed it
[00:07:44] eight times, which is generally unheard
[00:07:46] of. A judge would only grant an
[00:07:48] injunction in the first place if it
[00:07:50] clearly had merit. And this one was
[00:07:51] renewed eight times until later Gar just
[00:07:54] didn't have any money left to fight. Two
[00:07:56] years after that first injunction, the
[00:07:58] document on the right,
[00:08:01] Grice and Leap of Faith Adventures filed
[00:08:04] the motion for sanctions, which is on
[00:08:06] the left. But they were already almost
[00:08:08] out of money and had to settle shortly
[00:08:10] after that was filed. So much of what
[00:08:12] we're going to read today is from right
[00:08:14] at the end of the line, right before it
[00:08:16] all crashed down around him. And that's
[00:08:18] why it includes so much information
[00:08:19] because it was after everything had
[00:08:21] already transpired. But it's important
[00:08:23] to clarify that this case never won out
[00:08:25] in a court of law and never even had
[00:08:27] time and money to even be fully tried.
[00:08:29] So these are simply allegations made
[00:08:32] against Urban Air by Loa. Before Loa,
[00:08:37] Leap of Faith Adventures, Urban Air was,
[00:08:39] let's just say, not a very successful
[00:08:42] company. to quote, "Despite growing the
[00:08:46] UATP concept to eight parks over its
[00:08:49] four and a quarter years of operation,
[00:08:51] UATP is Urban Air theme parks, the
[00:08:53] business still only realized annual
[00:08:55] revenue of
[00:08:56] $87,000 with a net income of
[00:09:01] $168,329 for the year ending December
[00:09:04] 31st, 2015. That is a very small number
[00:09:08] if you're running eight big theme parks
[00:09:11] and you're only
[00:09:13] netting
[00:09:15] 168,000. So it was literally just
[00:09:19] trampolines and video games. Michael
[00:09:21] Browning was still working a day job and
[00:09:23] he had built all of that on his daddy's
[00:09:26] money. But then Michael brought Leap of
[00:09:29] Faith Adventures in and Urban Air was
[00:09:31] completely transformed.
[00:09:34] So to be clear, these two men founded
[00:09:38] their businesses in the same year
[00:09:41] independently. One founded his business
[00:09:43] with hard work, relationship building,
[00:09:45] and a vision. The other founded his
[00:09:47] business with daddy's money, and a
[00:09:49] distinct need for
[00:09:51] validation.
[00:09:53] So Leap of Faith Adventures gave Urban
[00:09:56] Air all of their attractions, all of
[00:09:58] their new brand identity. Everything
[00:10:00] that your kid thinks of as Urban Air
[00:10:02] today, that was installed by Leap of
[00:10:03] Faith Adventures because this is what
[00:10:05] Leap of Faith Adventures did. They were
[00:10:07] a company that installed these types of
[00:10:09] rides and attractions for these types of
[00:10:11] parks. And they did it by forming
[00:10:13] relationships with the people that
[00:10:15] invented these different rides and
[00:10:17] attractions and then bringing that
[00:10:19] technology and those attractions in and
[00:10:21] installing them for the business like
[00:10:23] Urban Air. Fast forward to the end of
[00:10:26] 2016. UATP's business model was now
[00:10:29] dramatically different. Leap of Faith's
[00:10:31] hard work, experience, and expertise
[00:10:33] made the Urban Air model scalable and
[00:10:35] reproducible, allowing Urban Air to open
[00:10:38] 13 new parks in a single year and expand
[00:10:40] its previously limited attraction
[00:10:42] selection. Remember, eight parks across
[00:10:44] the whole founding, then 13 parks in a
[00:10:47] single year. So, in short, Leap of Faith
[00:10:49] enabled Urban Air to grow and made its
[00:10:51] franchise a more attractive investment
[00:10:53] opportunity. Browning extended the
[00:10:55] following offer to Leap of Faith. Urban
[00:10:57] Air would send its franchisees business
[00:10:59] exclusively to Leap of Faith for the
[00:11:01] sales and installations of attractions,
[00:11:03] but in return, Leap of Faith would remit
[00:11:05] 70% of the net profits to Urban Air on
[00:11:08] top of profit sharing. Urban Air also
[00:11:10] promised to bide Leap of Faith with back
[00:11:12] office services to assist with the
[00:11:13] influx of associated business in
[00:11:15] exchange for Leap of Faith agreeing to
[00:11:17] pay $1,000 per park fee for those
[00:11:19] services. But Urban Air later increased
[00:11:21] that fee at 2,000 per park. And that
[00:11:24] service, back office services, will
[00:11:27] become very relevant later. It included
[00:11:30] two main items. A semi-dedicated back
[00:11:32] office managerial and accounting
[00:11:33] employee Abby Crowley and the
[00:11:35] procurement setup and hosting of a
[00:11:37] private web domain for Leap of Faith.
[00:11:39] Browning insisted Leap of Faith needed a
[00:11:41] more professional email address. So
[00:11:43] Urban Air purchased or $11.86 86 and
[00:11:46] hosted the
[00:11:48] lofadv.com email domain for Leap of
[00:11:50] Faith. Leap of Faith understood and
[00:11:52] expected, however, that the
[00:11:54] lofadv.com account would be maintained
[00:11:56] as Leap of Faith's private business
[00:11:59] account. That will become very relevant
[00:12:01] later in this case. And so, just to
[00:12:04] clear this up and make it obvious, they
[00:12:06] agreed to this profit sharing agreement
[00:12:08] because Leap of Faith was getting all
[00:12:10] kinds of business and Urban Air was
[00:12:12] getting everything.
[00:12:14] Leapase work was predicated upon
[00:12:16] significant investment including 375
[00:12:19] hours of employee training on
[00:12:20] installations, building codes, ADA
[00:12:22] compliance, OSHA and other on the job
[00:12:25] training to learn. Leapace investment
[00:12:27] however was recognized and lauded by the
[00:12:29] attraction manufacturers. It built and
[00:12:31] installed more than 45 parks during its
[00:12:34] tenure from 2016 to 2018 compared to
[00:12:37] mere eight parks UATP had accomplished
[00:12:40] from its inception in 2013 to the end of
[00:12:43] 2015. And you start to see how relevant
[00:12:45] it is that Michael Browning would later
[00:12:47] start flying in Chinese labor to install
[00:12:50] his new parks when this is the type of
[00:12:52] cost associated with doing it correctly.
[00:12:55] And Leap of Faith was very particular
[00:12:58] about doing it correctly. Browning at
[00:13:01] this point emailed his dad and said,
[00:13:04] quote, "Gired
[00:13:06] $75,000. That's a good way to end a
[00:13:08] Friday. In a month's time, Urban Air was
[00:13:11] earning as much or more in rebates as it
[00:13:13] had earned as an operator of eight parks
[00:13:16] the entire prior year, 2015. So, you
[00:13:19] can't overstate how much of a
[00:13:21] transformation this was for Michael
[00:13:23] Browning's business. And it's also worth
[00:13:26] noting how apparently attached to his
[00:13:29] daddy's opinion Michael Browning Jr. is.
[00:13:33] We'll continue with the story in a
[00:13:34] second, but first, I want to take a
[00:13:35] quick second to tell you about Smile.
[00:13:38] Have you seen the latest fluoride
[00:13:39] headlines in the water supply? The
[00:13:41] future of oral care isn't fluoride, it's
[00:13:43] peptides. And the wellness company just
[00:13:45] launched the first ever peptide paste
[00:13:47] that regenerate gum tissues, strengthens
[00:13:49] enamel, and naturally whitens your
[00:13:50] teeth. It's called Smile, a doctor
[00:13:53] formulated breakthrough that works with
[00:13:54] your body's natural repair process. This

[00:14:02] blood flow, stimulate collagen, and help
[00:14:04] rebuild lost gum tissue. All while
[00:14:06] gently whitening without sensitivity. No

[00:14:32] candace today. Within the first year of
[00:14:34] the party's partnership, Urban Air
[00:14:37] started spending on extravagances,
[00:14:38] including buying a company plane. Once
[00:14:40] Browning got a taste of real revenues,
[00:14:43] he sought to increase his revenue share,
[00:14:45] all at the expense of Leap of Faith. By
[00:14:47] April of 2017, a mere year and a half
[00:14:49] into the partnership, Browning was
[00:14:51] already seeking to alter Urbanire's 7030
[00:14:54] arrangement with Leap of Faith. Browning
[00:14:56] wrote, quote, I am trying to modify the
[00:14:58] arrangement and therefore the statement
[00:15:00] about 70% will no longer be accurate.
[00:15:03] Quote, percentage was subject to change.
[00:15:06] Browning consistently operated to limit
[00:15:08] leap of faith income while expanding
[00:15:10] Urban Air's own. If you were junior, a
[00:15:13] nepo baby with an extremely successful
[00:15:15] father like Browning Senior, what would
[00:15:18] you do to protect your newfound success,
[00:15:20] your new private plane, your new access
[00:15:23] to the big boys club? Would you censor
[00:15:26] journalists and publications? Would you
[00:15:29] forge documents or commit perjury? Would
[00:15:32] you hire felons to do your dirty work or
[00:15:34] compel a woman to have an abortion?
[00:15:36] Would you plant drugs or harm children
[00:15:38] or terrorize small business owners or
[00:15:40] bankrupt veterans? And I'm I'm not
[00:15:42] saying that Michael Browning Jr. or
[00:15:44] anyone else did those things. I'm just
[00:15:46] posing you the question, if you had made
[00:15:48] your millions, how far would you go to
[00:15:51] keep them,
[00:15:53] okay? Michael Browning Jr. offered to
[00:15:55] move Leap of Faith's whole team from
[00:15:57] Ohio to Texas. And Leap of Faith had all
[00:16:00] the relationships. Leap of Faith had all
[00:16:02] the connections to everyone that had
[00:16:04] invented these various rides and was
[00:16:07] selling them through Leap of Faith to
[00:16:09] Urban Air. They also had all the
[00:16:11] expertise that made this transformation
[00:16:14] possible. So, it wasn't long before
[00:16:16] Junior tried to alter their profit
[00:16:18] sharing agreements and take in more
[00:16:20] money from the partnership. And now that
[00:16:23] Junior had an expanding business, he
[00:16:25] started to shop around among interested
[00:16:27] private equity investors. Quote, in
[00:16:30] response, Polo drafted a letter
[00:16:32] informing Price that Urban Air and his
[00:16:34] prospective partners wanted to bring
[00:16:35] Leap of Faith in-house and make him
[00:16:38] Urbanire's vice president of
[00:16:39] attractions. But if Price refused the
[00:16:41] offer, then Urban Air insisted Price had
[00:16:43] to sign the infamous rebate agreement
[00:16:46] that Price never signed, but that
[00:16:47] Browning now claims that Price did sign.
[00:16:50] We'll come back to forging of documents
[00:16:53] another time in another part of this
[00:16:55] story. Leave it to say for now that that
[00:16:58] was never quite resolved and Price was
[00:17:00] never able to prove that he did not sign
[00:17:02] that in court. But when they offered to
[00:17:06] buy him out and he gave a resounding
[00:17:08] hell
[00:17:09] no, the next step got taken. Unable to
[00:17:12] acquire Leap of Faith for the price they
[00:17:14] wanted, the Urban Air defendants simply
[00:17:16] altered course and embarked on quote
[00:17:18] project Leaprog. This was their plan to
[00:17:21] steal Leapace business assets and
[00:17:24] eliminate any remaining viable
[00:17:26] enterprise so it could not then operate
[00:17:28] as a competitor. Shortly thereafter,
[00:17:30] Urban Air personnel began sending emails
[00:17:33] to franchises with whom Leap of Faith
[00:17:35] had active sales and installation
[00:17:37] contracts in progress that contained the
[00:17:39] following message. Quote, Urban Air is
[00:17:42] assisting Leap of Faith in the
[00:17:44] administration of the attractions
[00:17:45] contracts. Please use the attached
[00:17:47] wiring instructions for future payments.
[00:17:49] Browning admitted sending such emails.
[00:17:51] And it's important to note really
[00:17:52] quickly that these new wiring
[00:17:53] instructions no longer linked to Leap of
[00:17:55] Faith's bank accounts, but instead
[00:17:57] linked to Urban Heirs bank accounts. And
[00:17:59] we will come back to that shortly. But
[00:18:01] now that he had private equity backers,
[00:18:03] he needed to get in line and run the
[00:18:05] private equity playbook the way they
[00:18:07] wanted to play it. After successfully
[00:18:09] diverting Leapace business funds using
[00:18:11] this ploy, Urban Air began using the
[00:18:13] following warning on its own email
[00:18:15] communications.
[00:18:17] Warning. We are actively working to
[00:18:18] reduce the possibility of email hacking
[00:18:20] and fishing. If you receive an email
[00:18:22] letter or package containing wire
[00:18:24] transfer instructions, call us using
[00:18:26] previously known contact information to
[00:18:28] verify the information prior to sending
[00:18:30] funds. Never use the information
[00:18:31] provided in the email. And so when they
[00:18:34] had just sent an email with new wiring
[00:18:38] instructions that did not go to the old
[00:18:40] Leap of Faith bank accounts, but instead
[00:18:43] seemed to go to Urban Air's bank
[00:18:45] accounts, diverting all the payments
[00:18:47] that all of their franchises should have
[00:18:49] been making to Leap of Faith, but
[00:18:51] instead are now making to Urban Air
[00:18:53] apparently. Then they're sending out
[00:18:55] this email saying, "And if you get any
[00:18:57] communications telling you to send money
[00:18:59] to this old, you know, the old
[00:19:01] communications, don't listen to them. It
[00:19:03] might be a fishing scam." So, in
[00:19:05] addition to diverting Leap of Faith's
[00:19:06] incoming payments, Urban Air also moved
[00:19:09] substantial amounts of money
[00:19:10] attributable to Leap of Faith into Urban
[00:19:12] Air Attractions new account. Urban Air
[00:19:14] would later take steps to clean out a
[00:19:16] Leap of Faith checking account. Such
[00:19:18] theft would never have been possible
[00:19:20] except for the fact that Leap of Faith
[00:19:22] accepted Urban Air's offer to provide
[00:19:24] Leap of Faith with the necessary back
[00:19:26] office accounting and invoicing on
[00:19:28] franchisee products for a per park fee.
[00:19:32] That was that thing we mentioned earlier
[00:19:34] that was going to come back around.
[00:19:35] Allegedly, it came back around. In
[00:19:38] addition to diverting funds, Urban Air
[00:19:41] also began an active campaign to solicit
[00:19:43] Leap of Faith's trained and experienced
[00:19:45] employees to come to work for Urban Air.
[00:19:47] and in that process learned Leap of
[00:19:49] Faith's installation trade secrets. They
[00:19:52] also allegedly put up cameras that right
[00:19:55] there it says, quote, "It's obvious to
[00:19:57] me that you are trying to learn how to
[00:19:59] install a park with the line of
[00:20:00] questions you've asked of my team and
[00:20:02] the cameras you have placed facing the
[00:20:04] attractions build at the Bedford job
[00:20:06] site." In his arrogance, Browning
[00:20:09] readily admits their intentions was to
[00:20:11] learn and steal leap of faith experience
[00:20:13] and proprietary know-how so that Urban
[00:20:15] Air defendants could use it without leap
[00:20:18] of faith. Quote, "It is correct that we
[00:20:20] have placed cameras at the Bedford
[00:20:21] location to record the build. It is
[00:20:23] correct that we are learning how to
[00:20:25] perform the installs. Myself, John, and
[00:20:28] Doug have told you numerous times in
[00:20:30] person that our investors and board of
[00:20:32] directors will not allow us to have all
[00:20:34] of our eggs in the LOFA basket. They
[00:20:36] want us to have a contingency plan.
[00:20:38] Notably, no such videos have been
[00:20:40] produced in the litigation. On July
[00:20:42] 24th, 2018, the Urban Air defendant
[00:20:44] successfully poached 26 of Leap of
[00:20:46] Faith's 40 full-time trained and
[00:20:48] experienced employees or three of its
[00:20:50] five active crews. So, Michael had
[00:20:54] cameras installed in urban areas that
[00:20:56] were being built so they could record
[00:20:58] Leap of Faith installing those
[00:21:00] attractions and use that footage to make
[00:21:02] training videos because a lot of the
[00:21:04] attractions arrived without installation
[00:21:06] instructions. But Leap of Faith's teams
[00:21:08] were aces and they knew exactly what
[00:21:10] they were doing cuz they'd had all that
[00:21:12] training that he had paid for, which
[00:21:14] Michael Browning was not as hot on
[00:21:15] paying for it, didn't seem.
[00:21:17] Then Michael went through a long series
[00:21:19] of manipulations to acquire everything
[00:21:21] he needed and file patents on
[00:21:23] attractions brought to him by Leap of
[00:21:25] Faith Adventures. And I don't know how
[00:21:28] much intellectual property he might have
[00:21:30] stolen this way. There's an immense
[00:21:32] amount of legal documentation to go
[00:21:33] through, but I'll show you one or two as
[00:21:35] an example. So when Leap of Faith
[00:21:37] finally took Michael Browning to court,
[00:21:39] a man named David Evans was deposed and
[00:21:41] testified about theft of his
[00:21:42] intellectual property. He owned
[00:21:45] Rascalface, which is one of the
[00:21:46] companies that Leap of Faith had worked
[00:21:48] with over many years, because he had
[00:21:50] invented one of the attractions that
[00:21:51] Leap of Faith installed in parks, the
[00:21:54] Sky Rider. Remember the zipline like
[00:21:56] contraption that we were watching kids
[00:21:58] falling off of in yesterday's episode?
[00:22:00] It's that one, right? So, this other
[00:22:02] company invented Sky Rider, and Leap of
[00:22:05] Faith is responsible for bringing that
[00:22:08] attraction to all these different
[00:22:09] various parks for all these different
[00:22:11] companies and installing it there. So,
[00:22:12] they're kind of like a middleman, right?
[00:22:15] David Evans gave an affidavit in this
[00:22:17] case and he said, quote, "I met with
[00:22:20] Michael Browning at a picnic table
[00:22:22] inside the park to discuss the manuals
[00:22:24] and I explained to him they contain
[00:22:25] sensitive information and therefore that
[00:22:27] I would need a confidentiality agreement
[00:22:29] signed by him to cover the urban air
[00:22:31] organization." Michael Browning read the
[00:22:32] confidentiality agreement and he signed
[00:22:34] it on February 17th, 2017. A true and
[00:22:36] correct copy of that signed
[00:22:38] confidentiality agreement is attached as
[00:22:40] exhibit 39. By the way, notice how the
[00:22:43] text is all messed up on this document.
[00:22:45] That's because Michael Browning paid a
[00:22:47] lot of money, I presume millions of
[00:22:48] dollars, but I don't know, to try to get
[00:22:50] this entire case sealed. So, all the
[00:22:52] copies available to the public online up
[00:22:55] until about right now, are missing huge
[00:22:57] chunks and look really weird. It's very
[00:23:00] strange at first when you find it, but
[00:23:02] we have the official one leaked to us.
[00:23:05] Quote, "I did not know that Michael
[00:23:07] Browning was going to file a patent on
[00:23:08] my design for the multi-level play
[00:23:10] attraction, which included Sky Rider and
[00:23:13] my non- returnturn gate. I did not
[00:23:14] consent to that and would never have
[00:23:16] shared my invention to him had I known
[00:23:18] that he was going to file a patent
[00:23:20] application on it." Here's a copy of the
[00:23:23] confidentiality agreement that Michael
[00:23:25] signed with Rascalface, this company.
[00:23:28] Quote, "You undertake that all
[00:23:30] confidential information and our
[00:23:32] approach to you and all discussions and
[00:23:34] negotiations will be held in complete
[00:23:35] and strict confidence and shall not
[00:23:37] without our prior consent be disclosed
[00:23:39] by any means of communication in whole
[00:23:41] or in part to any person nor used for
[00:23:44] any purpose other than your involvement
[00:23:46] in a business relationship with the
[00:23:47] company. The restrictions in this
[00:23:48] paragraph do not apply to confidential
[00:23:50] information which blah blah blah blah
[00:23:52] blah blah blah is a very normal and very
[00:23:54] thorough confidentiality agreement that
[00:23:56] as you can see Michael Browning signed
[00:23:59] in addition to Rascalace at the end here
[00:24:02] is a copy of Rascalace's intellectual
[00:24:04] property notice and here you can clearly
[00:24:08] see that it states note that any product
[00:24:10] process or technology described in this
[00:24:12] document may be the subject of other
[00:24:14] intellectual property rights reserved by
[00:24:16] Rascalace Ltd.
[00:24:17] / Sky Rider, Thrills, or a third party.
[00:24:20] No right to use such intellectual
[00:24:22] property rights is granted here. It was
[00:24:25] very clear that this is owned by
[00:24:26] Rascalace and that it is confidential
[00:24:28] and that you are not to disclose such
[00:24:30] things. But here is a copy of the patent
[00:24:35] that was eventually filed and it clearly
[00:24:37] lists Michael Browning Jr. of Bedford,
[00:24:40] Texas as the inventor. And you can see
[00:24:42] the diagrams for the Sky Rider. We also
[00:24:45] have another patent. Same thing showing
[00:24:49] the inventor Michael Browning Jr. This
[00:24:52] was originally invented by Cheer, which
[00:24:54] is another company um similar to
[00:24:56] Rascalface that had invented these
[00:24:57] attractions and then it had been, you
[00:24:59] know, passed through Leap of Faith
[00:25:01] Adventures and installed for Urban Air.
[00:25:03] Here's the trademark on Sky Rider owned
[00:25:05] by Urban Air. As you can see,
[00:25:07] highlighted in pink, UATP LLC. That's
[00:25:10] Urban Air Theme Parks LLC. So, when
[00:25:13] David Evans finally found out about
[00:25:15] this, naturally, he was pretty
[00:25:17] surprised. Quote, "On October 20th,
[00:25:20] 2017, I looked up trademark filings for
[00:25:22] Sky Rider online at the United States
[00:25:24] Patent and Trademark Office. I
[00:25:26] discovered that UATP had filed for a
[00:25:28] service mark on the name Skyrider. This
[00:25:30] was done without my permission and
[00:25:31] without the permission of anyone at Sky
[00:25:33] Rider. The public records reflected that
[00:25:35] Michael Browning filed for the Sky Rider
[00:25:37] Mark in the United States in February
[00:25:39] 2017, directly after he signed the
[00:25:41] confidentiality agreement at exhibit 39
[00:25:44] and in Europe and the United Kingdom in
[00:25:46] October 2017. The filings in Europe and
[00:25:48] the United Kingdom occurred the day
[00:25:50] after I notified Michael Browning that I
[00:25:52] would not sign an exclusivity agreement.
[00:25:54] So, here is an email chain showing where
[00:25:58] our boy Junior claimed that he needed
[00:26:01] detailed drawings of the Sky Rider
[00:26:03] because the regulators needed them in
[00:26:06] order to operate the park or they were
[00:26:07] going to shut it all down. Note the
[00:26:09] date. Saturday, March 11th at 8:34 a.m.
[00:26:13] 2 days later, he bugged them some more.
[00:26:16] We need the drawings quick. March 15,
[00:26:20] 2017. That same day, the drawings were
[00:26:23] sent to him.
[00:26:24] Note that there are six people copied on
[00:26:27] this email on March 15th, 2017. Dear
[00:26:30] Michael, attached as the drawing for
[00:26:31] Sugarland Hub with black and white
[00:26:33] colors only. I hope this files I hope
[00:26:36] this file is available.
[00:26:38] Thanks. That same day, Michael forwards
[00:26:41] this whole email chain with the drawings
[00:26:43] to two of his attorneys and asks, "Will
[00:26:46] these work?" Note that no one else has
[00:26:49] copied on this forward. I wonder what
[00:26:52] they could possibly have needed those
[00:26:54] drawings for. Who knows? I wonder why
[00:26:57] they only copied two of Michael's
[00:26:59] lawyers onto the forwarding. And I don't
[00:27:02] know what they meant when they said,
[00:27:04] "Jeff, will this
[00:27:05] work?" But shortly after that, patents
[00:27:09] and trademarks were filed. So, as soon
[00:27:12] as David Evans became aware of this,
[00:27:14] many months later, he sent a cease and
[00:27:16] desist letter to Junior, clearly
[00:27:19] stating, "If you refuse to comply with
[00:27:21] our suggested course of action in
[00:27:22] paragraph 2 of this email, we'll have no
[00:27:25] option but to instruct our lawyers to
[00:27:27] commence action to revoke and oppose all
[00:27:29] your applications for the trademark
[00:27:32] Skyrider." Michael Browning responded,
[00:27:35] saying, "Oh, no worries, bud. We just
[00:27:37] filed these patents to protect you and
[00:27:39] our investment." more or less. You can
[00:27:42] read the text here if you want to know.
[00:27:44] In a more formal legal notice, they
[00:27:46] clarified, "When investigating the
[00:27:48] market for zip coasters, Urban Air
[00:27:50] noticed that Rascalace had no US
[00:27:53] presence or sales, had taken no steps to
[00:27:55] obtain patent protection or trademark
[00:27:57] protection in either the UK or its home
[00:27:59] country or here in the US. Urbanire was
[00:28:01] and is remains the sole customer here in
[00:28:04] the US and is working hard to grow the
[00:28:06] market. While looking into your recent
[00:28:08] email, further investigation found an
[00:28:09] article from this past October
[00:28:10] interviewing Mr. Rupert Oliver. That
[00:28:12] article published by Global Amusements
[00:28:14] and Play confirmed Urban Air's
[00:28:16] investigation. Mr. Oliver admitted that
[00:28:18] despite being invented 22 years ago, the
[00:28:20] zip coaster had been a bit of a slow
[00:28:22] burner. So, it all amounts to, in other
[00:28:25] words, we just noticed that you didn't
[00:28:26] have the trademarks on it, so we thought
[00:28:28] we would file it to protect it for you.
[00:28:33] Today, Urban Air continues to install
[00:28:35] and use Sky Riders, and kids are falling
[00:28:38] off of them and suffering lifealtering
[00:28:40] injuries, as we watched on video the
[00:28:42] other day, and Rascalace, the original
[00:28:44] owner, no longer produces them. Weird
[00:28:47] how that works. He then made sure to
[00:28:50] brag all about it to his buddies. FYI,
[00:28:53] we protect our attractions, baby. Thank
[00:28:56] you, Michael Browning. Urban Air
[00:28:58] Adventure Parks. Right on.
[00:29:01] Now during this time, Michael Browning
[00:29:04] Jr. had moved Leap of Faith Adventures
[00:29:06] down to Texas. So they were in an urban
[00:29:07] air owned building. Michael Browning had
[00:29:09] built them a new website and new emails
[00:29:11] because he wanted them to appear more
[00:29:12] competent. At least that's what he said.
[00:29:16] But this gave him control over almost
[00:29:18] all of Leap of Faith's infrastructure.
[00:29:20] And then one day, Leap of Faith alleges
[00:29:23] that they showed up to work and they
[00:29:25] claimed they were locked out of their
[00:29:26] building and locked out of their emails.
[00:29:28] And this is when Michael Browning Jr.
[00:29:30] sent emails to all the franchises that
[00:29:33] owed Loofpha money for installations
[00:29:35] with instructions to pay, but the
[00:29:37] payment link seemed to secretly link to
[00:29:39] the Unleash brands bank accounts, not
[00:29:41] leap of faith. We went over this a
[00:29:42] little bit earlier. So, it's kind of
[00:29:44] like all happening all at once. And when
[00:29:46] that happened, Jen Saraki was a member
[00:29:48] of the franchisee association at Urban
[00:29:50] Air and she had been in it for a while
[00:29:52] and she noticed that the banking
[00:29:54] information was not the same as it used
[00:29:56] to be. So she went to G, the founder of
[00:29:58] Leap of Faith, and asked what was going
[00:30:00] on. It looked like they were
[00:30:02] intercepting a bunch of payments. And
[00:30:04] regardless of why that happened, the
[00:30:06] result was that Gar wouldn't be able to
[00:30:08] afford lawyers if it continued. So
[00:30:11] during this time, Gar sent this letter
[00:30:13] to Michael Browning's private equity
[00:30:15] partners at the time. And as you can
[00:30:17] see, he lists eight different things
[00:30:20] that felt egregious to him, reasons why
[00:30:22] he didn't feel they should continue to
[00:30:24] work with Urban Air. And I just want to
[00:30:25] highlight a couple of the last ones,
[00:30:27] though. They're all pretty wild. Michael
[00:30:30] and Steven are currently hiring slash
[00:30:32] rating Loa's installation crews, but
[00:30:34] it's more than that. They've done so to
[00:30:36] replace us in building franchisee parks,
[00:30:38] another illegal interference with our
[00:30:39] agreements with the franchises. And
[00:30:41] respectfully, we believe they will not
[00:30:43] perform the work efficiently or
[00:30:44] competently, which can lead to any
[00:30:46] number of very bad consequences. It
[00:30:48] seems like a very drastic stance to
[00:30:49] destroy key relationships and undermine
[00:30:51] the only company that has ever built a
[00:30:53] park over such a small difference. One
[00:30:55] of our employees was lured away by Urban
[00:30:58] Air has hired a very large law firm in
[00:31:00] Texas to file an extremely silly lawsuit
[00:31:03] against Leap of Faith. If anyone thinks
[00:31:05] one of our crew chiefs can afford to
[00:31:07] hire a large law firm to sue us and that
[00:31:09] Steven and Michael aren't paying for it,
[00:31:11] I've got a big bridge I'd like to sell
[00:31:13] them. I think our lawyers will be able
[00:31:15] to prove that this is just another step
[00:31:17] by them to try and destroy Leap of
[00:31:19] Faith. So from Gar's perspective, it
[00:31:24] didn't feel like Michael Browning was
[00:31:25] there to be a partner in much of
[00:31:28] anything. And he filed this whole big
[00:31:30] injunction, the one we've been reading a
[00:31:32] bunch from, because he thought that
[00:31:34] Michael was trying to steal his company.
[00:31:37] So Gar files for this injunction to stop
[00:31:39] Browning from doing whatever he was
[00:31:41] doing. and Michael received it. Much of
[00:31:44] what we read today was from that motion
[00:31:45] for injunction, which has never been
[00:31:47] seen by anyone outside of the case
[00:31:49] before now. And Michael Browning Jr.
[00:31:51] went to massive lengths to ensure that
[00:31:54] no one would ever see
[00:31:56] it.
[00:31:58] Whoopsies. Because Michael Browning Jr.
[00:32:00] and his team of lawyers just kept
[00:32:02] dragging the case on and on, G was
[00:32:04] unfortunately bled into bankruptcy.
[00:32:06] Several of Gar's lawyers took this case
[00:32:08] on contingency, which means they're so
[00:32:11] sure you're going to win that they take
[00:32:12] the case without pay because they're
[00:32:14] going to get paid when you win. They
[00:32:16] fought for over 2 years and still hadn't
[00:32:19] even made it to
[00:32:21] discovery. The section where they go
[00:32:23] over all the ways that Browning and his
[00:32:24] lawyers extended, disobeyed, and drew
[00:32:27] out the courts is way too long to cover.
[00:32:30] It's pages and pages and pages long. And
[00:32:33] that's because Junior just kept throwing
[00:32:34] money at the case, filing appeals over
[00:32:36] and over to every level of court that
[00:32:38] they could in Texas. That's likely three
[00:32:41] different levels right up to the Texas
[00:32:42] Supreme Court. And we're talking
[00:32:44] sometimes like $50 to $70,000 per
[00:32:47] instance. This stuff costs a lot of
[00:32:49] money for Michael Browning, but also for
[00:32:51] G Price. And the balance of power is
[00:32:54] clearly not even in that relationship.
[00:32:57] And eventually they bled Gry and he had
[00:33:00] to settle. and Unleash Brands paid Gar
[00:33:02] $5 million, but most of it, if not all
[00:33:06] of it, probably went to the lawyers that
[00:33:08] he'd been using for over two years to
[00:33:10] defend himself against this lawfare. And
[00:33:12] so, the actual case never even made it
[00:33:15] to conclusion. It never even made it
[00:33:17] into discovery. And G never had a chance
[00:33:20] to prove any of these claims that he
[00:33:22] made in this document. And to be clear,
[00:33:25] they are all just claims. They are not
[00:33:27] proven out in a court of law today. In
[00:33:30] all of this, Steven Polizola was the
[00:33:33] lawyer leading the charge for urban air
[00:33:35] and Michael Browning Jr. Prior to this,
[00:33:38] he was a private lawyer at Decker Jones,
[00:33:40] not a huge law firm that specialized in
[00:33:42] contractor law, and he was a small fish
[00:33:44] that mostly just worked in getting
[00:33:45] people to pay money in contractor law.
[00:33:48] When he came on with Browning, he didn't
[00:33:50] take pay, but instead took ownership
[00:33:52] share. And he's been instrumental to
[00:33:54] everything Michael Browning Jr. and
[00:33:55] Unleash Brands has done. And now his
[00:33:58] considerable fortune is inextricably
[00:34:00] tied to the success of Michael Browning
[00:34:02] Jr. and Unleash Brands. And I want to
[00:34:05] bring him back up for a second too
[00:34:06] because it's important as we go forwards
[00:34:09] with the story to remember that he is
[00:34:11] registered with the state bar of Texas.
[00:34:14] He has a duty to fulfill and lawyers,
[00:34:16] attorneys take on certain oaths. And as
[00:34:19] we go through this story, we're going to
[00:34:21] remind us all of the oaths and the
[00:34:23] duties that people like Stephen have to
[00:34:27] America, to the Constitution, and to the
[00:34:30] justice
[00:34:31] system. But we don't have time today or
[00:34:34] even in a million years to cover all of
[00:34:36] Polzola's shadiness. And we've already
[00:34:38] covered so much insane ground. So, we're
[00:34:41] going to leave it here for today because
[00:34:43] that's how Urban Air and Unleash Brands
[00:34:45] was born. That's how it was transformed
[00:34:47] from a sad little trampoline park into a
[00:34:50] nationwide super chain and then an
[00:34:52] umbrella corporation that targeted
[00:34:53] specifically child ccentric businesses
[00:34:56] like toddler
[00:34:57] gyms. And when that's your origin story
[00:35:00] and now you're flying around in your
[00:35:02] private jet rubbing shoulders with the
[00:35:04] big boys, I can only imagine what you
[00:35:07] might do to cover it up. Actually, I
[00:35:09] have documentation showing what he did
[00:35:11] to cover it up. But we'll continue with
[00:35:14] that and get on to Tiffany's story next
[00:35:17] week. Right now, I think it's a good
[00:35:19] time to take a quick break and tell you
[00:35:21] about one of the show sponsors. I want
[00:35:22] to take a quick moment to tell you about

[00:36:23] You might have heard that the Episcopal
[00:36:25] Church refused to settle white
[00:36:27] Africaners, citing moral opposition. The
[00:36:30] Episcopal Church announced on Monday
[00:36:32] that it is terminating its partnership
[00:36:34] with the government to resettle
[00:36:35] refugees, citing moral opposition to
[00:36:38] resettling white Africaners from South
[00:36:40] Africa who have been classified as
[00:36:42] refugees by President Trump's
[00:36:43] administration. And in a letter sent to
[00:36:46] members of the church, the most reverend
[00:36:48] Shawn W. Row who is the presiding bishop
[00:36:50] of the Episcopal Church said that two
[00:36:52] weeks ago the government informed
[00:36:54] Episcopal migration ministries that
[00:36:56] under the terms of our federal grant we
[00:36:58] are expected to resettle white
[00:36:59] Africconers from South Africa whom the
[00:37:02] US government has classified as
[00:37:03] refugees. The request, Rose said,
[00:37:06] crossed a moral line for the Episcopal
[00:37:08] Church, which is part of the global
[00:37:10] Anglican Communion, which boasts among
[00:37:12] its leaders the late Archbishop Desmond
[00:37:14] Tutu, a celebrated and vocal opponent of
[00:37:16] apartheid in South Africa. Ro wrote,
[00:37:19] accordingly, we have determined that by
[00:37:21] the end of the federal fiscal year, we
[00:37:23] will conclude our refugee resettlement
[00:37:25] grant agreements with the US federal
[00:37:27] government. Rose stressed that while
[00:37:29] Episcopal migration ministries will seek
[00:37:31] to wind down all federally funded
[00:37:33] services by the end of the federal
[00:37:34] fiscal year in September, the
[00:37:36] denomination will continue to support
[00:37:37] immigrants and refugees in other ways,
[00:37:39] such as offering aid to refugees who
[00:37:41] have already been resettled. Here is
[00:37:43] Reverend Sha W. Ro discussing it on ABC
[00:37:45] News on Monday. Of course, this was a
[00:37:47] four decades old relationship across
[00:37:49] many administrations that was ended
[00:37:51] abruptly today. Why did the
[00:37:54] classification of these immigrants as
[00:37:55] refugees cross a moral line? Well, the
[00:37:58] reality is we we can't be ourselves in
[00:38:01] the Episcopal Church and take the step
[00:38:03] of resettling white Africaners from
[00:38:05] South Africa. Our our church has a long
[00:38:07] commitment to racial justice and
[00:38:09] reconciliation and we have historic ties
[00:38:12] with the Anglican Church of South
[00:38:13] Africa. Desmond Tutu um is is is a part
[00:38:17] of been a partner in was a partner in
[00:38:20] this work for us. So, we're just not
[00:38:22] able to take this staff. it it it's not
[00:38:24] in line with with anything that that
[00:38:27] we're about. And it also saddens us to
[00:38:30] see that other refugees who are being
[00:38:32] denied entrance to the United States are
[00:38:35] are people, brave people who've worked
[00:38:36] alongside of our military in Iraq and
[00:38:39] Afghanistan, now face danger, have been
[00:38:42] in camps for a long time and and aren't
[00:38:45] being allowed in. And so it this is just
[00:38:48] the the program no longer aligns with
[00:38:50] where we are as a church and what we're
[00:38:52] about. racial justice, but only for
[00:38:55] certain races, despite how funny his
[00:38:57] voice in that clip is. I think it's
[00:39:00] important for us all to remember there's
[00:39:02] some middle ground in these issues. And
[00:39:04] there's a lot of these issues like this
[00:39:05] around the world right now. People
[00:39:07] fighting over land and fighting over
[00:39:09] whose land it is and people dying,
[00:39:11] innocent people dying. And whether it's
[00:39:13] South Africa or whether it's Israel,
[00:39:15] where wherever it is, I I think that
[00:39:18] every side could use a little more
[00:39:20] understanding of the other side's
[00:39:21] humanity. And yeah, uh, South Africa has
[00:39:24] a long history of brutal violence from
[00:39:27] white people towards black people, but
[00:39:29] that does not give us reason to recycle
[00:39:32] that violence into violence from black
[00:39:34] people towards white people. That only
[00:39:36] extends these cycles. And the same is
[00:39:37] true in Israel and Palestine. The same
[00:39:39] is true everywhere that it happens. I I
[00:39:41] would love to remind us all to have a
[00:39:43] little humanity and just advocate for
[00:39:45] not killing innocent people, please. He
[00:39:48] also made a great point about all the
[00:39:49] Afghani people that helped us during the
[00:39:51] Afghanistan invasion, brave people that
[00:39:54] turned on terrorists in order to help us
[00:39:56] in the region. Those people were left in
[00:39:59] the lurch at no fault of their own. And
[00:40:01] I got to say, I would I would be willing
[00:40:03] to listen to the the arguments about
[00:40:06] accepting some of that, but that's
[00:40:08] neither here nor there because the US
[00:40:10] government's left them and they're still
[00:40:11] there. Anyways, that announcement came
[00:40:13] just as flights with Africconers were
[00:40:15] scheduled to arrive at Washington Dulles
[00:40:17] International Airport outside Washington
[00:40:19] DC and the first batch of entries after
[00:40:21] Trump declared via a February executive
[00:40:23] order that the US would take in
[00:40:25] Africconers in South Africa who are
[00:40:27] victims of unjust racial discrimination.
[00:40:29] The South African government has
[00:40:31] stridently denied allegations of
[00:40:32] systemic racial animus. Row noted his
[00:40:35] announcement comes as the Trump
[00:40:36] administration has otherwise all but
[00:40:37] frozen the refugee program with
[00:40:39] Africconers among the few and possibly
[00:40:41] the only people granted entry as
[00:40:43] refugees since January. Shortly after he
[00:40:46] was sworn in, Trump signed an executive
[00:40:48] order that essentially halted the
[00:40:49] refugee program and stop payments to
[00:40:51] organizations that assist with refugee
[00:40:52] resettlement. Ashley Allison, the former
[00:40:55] deputy director and senior policy
[00:40:56] adviser for the Obama White House Office
[00:40:58] of Public Engagement, was on CNN
[00:41:00] discussing how the white Afrey Connors
[00:41:02] should go back to their native land in
[00:41:04] Europe. 35 30 plus years ago, they went
[00:41:07] through a uh revol uh the aparttheid
[00:41:11] system ended and they reformed their
[00:41:14] constitution under the great leader of
[00:41:15] Nelson Mandela and that allowed for a
[00:41:19] racial reconciliation, one that this
[00:41:21] country has yet to do. But South Africa
[00:41:24] did it and they reformed their
[00:41:25] constitution. And part of that is that
[00:41:27] the people who are native to that land
[00:41:29] deserve their rightful land back. That
[00:41:32] is not what the Africconers actually
[00:41:35] want to have happen which are the white
[00:41:37] Africans. And so who are not originally
[00:41:40] from Africa who colonized South Africa
[00:41:43] also. And so that is what they are
[00:41:45] saying is discrimination. Now, if the
[00:41:47] constitution in South Africa is
[00:41:49] discriminatory, they have their checks
[00:41:52] and balances in that land just like we
[00:41:54] do. And that is for them to So, if the
[00:41:56] Africconers don't actually like the
[00:41:57] land, they can leave that country. They
[00:42:00] are. They're leaving to come here. No,
[00:42:02] these refugees are coming here. They can
[00:42:03] actually leave and go to where their
[00:42:05] native land is, which is probably
[00:42:07] Germany. Are you against them coming
[00:42:08] here? Holland. Holland. Are you against
[00:42:10] them coming? You notice how she was
[00:42:12] about to say they got their rights back
[00:42:15] through a revolution? Oh, don't call it
[00:42:17] a revolution through ending apartheid.
[00:42:20] And I don't mean like I want to be
[00:42:22] clear. I'm not laughing at the situation
[00:42:23] cuz it's a horrible situation. I'm
[00:42:25] laughing at the newscasters because of
[00:42:28] who they are. Um the actual situation is
[00:42:31] horrible and it's a tragedy. And anytime
[00:42:33] that innocent people are dying, it's a
[00:42:34] tragedy. And I it bums me out when I see
[00:42:37] newscasters being flippant about the
[00:42:39] plight of regular people that had
[00:42:41] nothing to do with the grievances that
[00:42:43] are coming down to them. And whether
[00:42:45] you're a white Africaner, a Palestinian,
[00:42:47] an Israeli, an American, a Ukrainian,
[00:42:50] whoever you are, wherever you are, if
[00:42:52] you live in a place where your
[00:42:53] government is not protecting your

[00:44:07] Speaking of Israel Palestine, The
[00:44:09] Guardian reported Netanyahu must now
[00:44:11] work for support of US as Trump tires of
[00:44:15] Israel's war in Gaza. Trump's Middle
[00:44:18] East envoy Steve Witoff did not mince
[00:44:20] his words in a meeting late on Sunday
[00:44:22] with former hostages and relatives of
[00:44:24] those still held in Gaza. He told them
[00:44:26] Israel is drawing out a war the US wants
[00:44:29] to end. Local media reported on the eve
[00:44:31] of the release of Edon Alexander, the
[00:44:34] last living American being held by
[00:44:35] Hamas, Witoff spelled out the gulf
[00:44:37] between his boss and the government of
[00:44:39] Benjamin Netanyahu. Quote, "We want to
[00:44:41] bring the hostages home, but Israel is
[00:44:44] not willing to end the war. Israel is
[00:44:46] prolonging it despite the fact that we
[00:44:48] don't see where else we can go and that
[00:44:50] an agreement must be reached." That's
[00:44:53] all according to Channel 12 television
[00:44:55] and sources that were apparently present
[00:44:56] at the time.
[00:44:58] That was just the latest in a series of
[00:45:00] high-profile and highstakes snubs from
[00:45:02] the White House, which seems to suggest
[00:45:04] that Israel's most important ally is a
[00:45:06] little unhappy with the government of
[00:45:08] Israel and possibly even losing interest
[00:45:11] in its fortunes. Quote, "Trump's not
[00:45:14] against Israel, but he doesn't care
[00:45:15] about Israel," said Alan Pinkis, a
[00:45:17] former Israeli diplomat. "As far as
[00:45:19] Trump is concerned, Netanyahu has become
[00:45:21] an irritant and an irritant that doesn't
[00:45:24] contribute to the bank account." On
[00:45:26] April 25th, while on his way to Pope
[00:45:28] Francis's funeral, Trump had this to say
[00:45:30] about Gaza and his meeting with BB
[00:45:32] Netanyahu. But Gaza came up and I said,
[00:45:35] you know, got to be good to Gaza. Those
[00:45:37] people are those people are suffering.
[00:45:39] We got to be good to Gaza. We'll we're
[00:45:41] going to take care of them. There's a
[00:45:43] very uh big need for medicine, food, and
[00:45:46] medicine, and we're taking care of it.
[00:45:48] In terms of like opening up more access
[00:45:50] points or very hard, pushing the
[00:45:53] Israelis, we are open up more access
[00:45:56] very hard to get food and medicine into
[00:45:59] Gaza. How did the prime minister respond
[00:46:01] to that?
[00:46:03] Well, felt well about it. That's good to
[00:46:07] hear, honestly. And that's not an
[00:46:10] endorsement of Hamas. That's him talking
[00:46:12] about aid for civilians, helping regular
[00:46:16] civilians survive. Per the Times of
[00:46:19] Israel, this was the first time Trump
[00:46:21] had publicly weighed in on the issue of
[00:46:22] humanitarian aid for Gaza. The
[00:46:25] revelation of the discussion between
[00:46:26] Netanyahu and Trump came shortly after
[00:46:28] the World Food Program said it had run
[00:46:30] out of food stocks in Gaza due to the
[00:46:32] sustained closure of crossings into the
[00:46:34] enclave. The WFP said in a statement to
[00:46:37] journalists, quote, "No humanitarian or
[00:46:40] commercial supplies have entered Gaza
[00:46:42] for more than 7 weeks as all main border
[00:46:44] crossing points remain closed. This is
[00:46:47] the longest closure the Gaza Strip has
[00:46:48] ever faced, exacerbating already fragile
[00:46:51] markets and food systems. So to to close
[00:46:54] out that story, I'm just glad that we're
[00:46:56] talking about helping the civilians. I'm
[00:46:58] glad we're talking about getting aid to
[00:46:59] the innocent people that are in the
[00:47:01] middle of this conflict. And I'm glad to
[00:47:03] hear Trump saying those things the way
[00:47:04] he did. But that's not the only thing
[00:47:06] that Trump is up to right now. Because
[00:47:09] according to CNBC, the White House just
[00:47:11] announced $600 billion Saudi investment
[00:47:14] in the US during Trump's visit.
[00:47:17] President Donald Trump on Tuesday
[00:47:18] praised Saudi Arabia and its leaders
[00:47:20] after the White House announced a
[00:47:22] commitment by the kingdom to invest 600
[00:47:24] billion in a series of deals with the
[00:47:26] United States. Trump also announced at
[00:47:28] an investment forum in Riyad that he
[00:47:30] will order the removal of all US
[00:47:32] sanctions against Syria in order to give
[00:47:34] them a chance at greatness. Trump's
[00:47:37] speech at the investment conference
[00:47:38] followed him signing a number of
[00:47:40] bilateral agreements during a state
[00:47:41] visit with Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad
[00:47:44] bin Salman. Here's part of a speech at
[00:47:47] that Saudi US investment forum. And it's
[00:47:50] crucial for the wider world to note this
[00:47:54] great transformation has not come from
[00:47:56] western
[00:47:58] interventionalists or flying people in
[00:48:02] beautiful planes giving you lectures on
[00:48:04] how to live and how to govern your own
[00:48:07] affairs. know the gleaming marvels of
[00:48:09] Riad and Abu Dhabi were not created by
[00:48:12] the so-called nation builders, neocons
[00:48:15] or liberal nonprofits like those who
[00:48:18] spent trillions and trillions of dollars
[00:48:21] failing to develop, Cabal, Baghdad, so
[00:48:27] many other cities. Instead, the birth of
[00:48:30] a modern Middle East has been brought by
[00:48:33] the people of the region themselves. The
[00:48:35] people that are right here, the people
[00:48:36] that have lived here all their lives,
[00:48:38] developing your own sovereign countries,
[00:48:41] pursuing your own unique visions and
[00:48:43] charting your own destinies in your own
[00:48:47] way. It's really incredible what you've
[00:48:49] done. In the end, the so-called nation
[00:48:52] builders wrecked far more nations than
[00:48:54] they built. And the
[00:48:56] interventionalists were intervening in
[00:48:59] complex societies that they did not even
[00:49:02] understand themselves. They told you how
[00:49:04] to do it, but they had no idea how to do
[00:49:07] it themselves. Peace, prosperity, and
[00:49:10] progress ultimately came not from a
[00:49:12] radical rejection of your heritage, but
[00:49:15] rather from embracing your national
[00:49:17] traditions and embracing that same
[00:49:20] heritage that you love so dearly. I can
[00:49:24] just picture Alex Jones right now going
[00:49:26] death blow to the globalists. The
[00:49:28] globalists are going to out and I love
[00:49:30] Alex and that's I'm I'm hoping he's
[00:49:32] doing that right now because that speech
[00:49:34] is a outright condemnation of the
[00:49:38] globalists of the interventionalists of
[00:49:41] the propheteers off of war of the people
[00:49:44] that have been running the world
[00:49:45] apparently. But it is important to
[00:49:47] remember he's in Saudi Arabia giving a
[00:49:50] speech to the Saudis. And I would love
[00:49:52] to hear him come and give that speech to
[00:49:54] all the boys in Congress that made money
[00:49:57] off of rebuilding after the Iraq war and
[00:50:00] after
[00:50:01] Afghanistan. And we'll see cuz Trump is
[00:50:03] saying a lot of stuff that I think a lot
[00:50:06] of people did not expect him to say.
[00:50:09] Doing a lot of things I think a lot of
[00:50:10] people did not expect him to do. and I
[00:50:12] can't wait to see what Twitter is gonna
[00:50:15] say about it. So, that's all for today.
[00:50:19] I'll have to read your comments on
[00:50:21] Twitter about that and all the rest of
[00:50:23] the things we talked about later. Don't
[00:50:25] forget to like the episode, subscribe to
[00:50:28] the show, and share it with all your
[00:50:30] friends. Drink some water, do something
[00:50:33] healthy for yourself, and we'll see you
[00:50:36] tomorrow.
