[00:00:00] All right, you guys. So, we received a [00:00:03] couple of weeks ago a very thorough tip [00:00:05] regarding Charlie's assassination and [00:00:07] the Egyptian planes. Now, what is even [00:00:11] more compelling about this tip is that [00:00:13] this individual who works with or for [00:00:16] government sent it before I had figured [00:00:19] out that the Egyptian planes were [00:00:21] tracking Erica and Charlie. Now, the [00:00:24] individual also focused on something [00:00:26] that at first seems to me to be very [00:00:29] micro to the situation and now it seems [00:00:31] quite macro and it's an answer perhaps [00:00:34] to the question, what was the Egyptian [00:00:38] military plane which left Provo on the [00:00:41] morning of Charlie's assassination doing [00:00:43] in Delaware? Actually, we should figure [00:00:46] that out. Welcome back to Candace. [00:01:03] There are so many elements of this story [00:01:05] that as time goes on are clicking into [00:01:09] place. Things that initially maybe we [00:01:11] don't consider that you go, "Oh, wait a [00:01:13] second. Why didn't I consider that right [00:01:15] off the jump?" Right? I was of course [00:01:18] very surprised by the two Egyptian [00:01:22] military aircraft that in general just [00:01:24] why were they here? Why were they there [00:01:26] at all? Um and not even for one second [00:01:30] did I stop and think is this even a [00:01:33] routine flight path at all. Like why [00:01:36] would these jets ostensibly filled with [00:01:39] government level Egyptians, right? [00:01:42] Particularly the yellow jet tail number [00:01:45] SUBTT [00:01:48] which kept overlaying sometimes even for [00:01:51] days in Delaware. Why would why would [00:01:54] they do that? Why would that plane be [00:01:55] doing that? Let's pull up that timeline [00:01:57] again that I put together of you guys of [00:01:59] the blue jet and the yellow jet. And we [00:02:01] virtually in all the stops, you can just [00:02:03] scroll through this. Like we kept [00:02:05] noticing that that yellow plane was [00:02:08] going through Paris, it was going to [00:02:10] Witchah, but very often it was stopping [00:02:14] in Wilmington. Like what goes on in [00:02:18] Wilmington, Delaware? Actually, if you [00:02:22] fly private, even if you fly public, [00:02:24] it's not exactly a hub. People aren't [00:02:26] like, "Let me route through Wilmington [00:02:29] to go overseas." It's not a thing. [00:02:32] The person who emailed me claimed to be [00:02:36] a solid source of what that flight was [00:02:38] doing. And he claimed or she claimed [00:02:41] that he or she was so solid that they [00:02:44] challenged me to find other people in [00:02:47] government, people that were working in [00:02:49] federal agencies and people that work at [00:02:51] the State Department to confirm what he [00:02:53] had said. And I did. People that I [00:02:55] trusted, um, I went to, spoke with them, [00:02:58] waited a while. That's why this email [00:03:00] came in weeks ago, but we're just [00:03:01] telling you about it now. And they [00:03:02] confirmed that what this individual was [00:03:04] saying was true. And that's why I am [00:03:06] presenting it today. Uh despite the fact [00:03:08] that the person who sent this email was [00:03:10] clear of this information is quite [00:03:11] dangerous. Now, to remind you guys so [00:03:15] that you are um understanding what we [00:03:17] are working through here with a lot of [00:03:19] information that is known to virtually [00:03:21] none of us. On the morning of Charlie's [00:03:24] assassination, the plane that had [00:03:26] initially carried over the 12 or 14 [00:03:29] quote unquote unquote Egyptians six days [00:03:32] earlier, that plane departed, the yellow [00:03:35] plane departed on the morning at 7:14 [00:03:37] a.m. local time from Provo, Utah, and it [00:03:41] headed to Wilmington, Delaware. Okay, it [00:03:43] arrived in Wilmington, Delaware at 11:51 [00:03:48] a.m. Eastern. So that's at around 9:51 [00:03:53] am Utah time. Okay. Charlie's going to [00:03:56] get shot at 12:23. This plane has landed [00:03:59] into Wilmington at what would be 9:51 [00:04:03] a.m. So about 2 and 1 half hours before [00:04:04] Charlie is shot. And then for whatever [00:04:07] reason, these Egyptians [00:04:12] decided to stay in Wilmington, Delaware [00:04:15] for a night until the following day. I [00:04:18] don't know. Where do they sleep? Where [00:04:19] did they go again? What goes on in [00:04:21] Wilmington, Delaware? Because they [00:04:24] departed September 11th [00:04:26] at 7:56 a.m. That means that we can [00:04:31] definitively rule out that this was just [00:04:33] a fuel stop, right? Nobody's like, "Let [00:04:35] me fuel up my private military jet um [00:04:38] and sleep on the plane." So there was [00:04:41] something in Wilmington that held the [00:04:44] interest of our [00:04:47] Middle Eastern people that are here for [00:04:50] some reason. Well, like I said, someone [00:04:52] emailed us and we took our time vetting [00:04:54] this tip because it seemed plausible, [00:04:58] right? It seemed plausible to us that [00:05:01] you guys are thinking maybe this was [00:05:02] meant to distract us. We're going to run [00:05:04] down this rabbit hole and no, that's not [00:05:07] the case. We vetted it across multiple [00:05:09] government agencies and to really the [00:05:11] highest levels of government. So, this [00:05:12] is legit. I'm I've printed it out and [00:05:15] I'm going to read around some parts, [00:05:18] removing some parts uh to provide this [00:05:21] individual who, by the way, I have no [00:05:23] idea who this is, but to give him and [00:05:25] her even some more coverage. Uh even [00:05:28] though they said that they were very [00:05:29] thorough in making sure it wouldn't get [00:05:31] back to them, but you never know. [00:05:32] They're taking a tremendous risk. So, [00:05:34] I'm just going to read this to you guys [00:05:35] and I'm going to read it slow for [00:05:38] comprehension because I had to read it [00:05:39] slow myself for comprehension. [00:05:41] It starts out with uh Candace, I'm aware [00:05:44] that you suspect the government and [00:05:45] other entities are involved in the [00:05:47] events leading up to and on September [00:05:50] 10th. I am aware that you also tied the [00:05:53] plane SUBTT yellow plane to this and [00:05:57] that you are receiving tips. You might [00:05:59] have been wondering why SUBTT made so [00:06:02] many visits to Wilmington, Delaware out [00:06:04] of all places, and I can personally [00:06:07] answer that. What I can say about myself [00:06:10] is blank, blank, blank. I'm not going to [00:06:12] read that. I'm not going to read that. [00:06:13] I'm not going to read that. [00:06:16] Some people may tell you that SUBTT [00:06:19] stopped at Wilmington because it was [00:06:20] quote unquote just maintenance. That is [00:06:22] not true. The information I am giving [00:06:24] you will implicate the FBI and various [00:06:26] other government agencies all at the [00:06:28] same time. I am passing this to you [00:06:30] because you are honest enough to see [00:06:32] this for what it is. You may put this in [00:06:34] your notes and reveal this pattern [00:06:35] publicly, but this and then he talks [00:06:37] about why this information is dangerous. [00:06:39] So, I'm going to skip and um get to the [00:06:43] information portion. [00:06:45] The information portion reads this. [00:06:48] As you know, on September 10th, an [00:06:51] Egyptian government do Falcon 7X tail [00:06:54] number SUB BTT came into Wilmington, [00:06:57] Delaware. I tried to pull non-public [00:07:00] movement data and it came up empty for [00:07:03] me. This means that the arrival was [00:07:05] processed under a diplomatic and [00:07:07] dignitary category, which would not show [00:07:09] up in the usual places. That in and of [00:07:12] itself wouldn't be odd if we were [00:07:14] talking about Andrews or Dulles [00:07:17] airports. It's odd at Wilmington. [00:07:20] You can't verify this next piece [00:07:22] directly, but I can independently. I can [00:07:25] confirm that blank uses vehicles which [00:07:30] often leave and enter that airport when [00:07:32] they do covert handoffs. Now, I have no [00:07:34] affiliation with SUBTT [00:07:37] um nor am I an operator anywhere near [00:07:40] Egypt or its planes, but I do know that [00:07:44] only federal vehicles are allowed to [00:07:46] access are allowed access to private [00:07:48] gates housing government planes. Because [00:07:52] of this, I can guarantee you that the [00:07:54] vehicles affiliated with this workspace [00:07:57] arrived and left inside the same window [00:08:00] as SUBTT. [00:08:02] Government vehicles either pick up, [00:08:04] monitor, or escort every government [00:08:07] plane that lands there. So, that's the [00:08:08] standard. It's every single one. Feds [00:08:10] don't just leave foreign government [00:08:12] planes unwatched. It's a government [00:08:14] plane, not a ghost plane. Someone has to [00:08:16] come out, and we all know they're not [00:08:18] going to just call an Uber. Uh given [00:08:20] that I know most of the locations that [00:08:22] these vehicles visit, I am entirely [00:08:25] confident in stating [00:08:27] that the plane and those vehicles are [00:08:30] connected to 920 [00:08:33] North King Street, [00:08:35] which is at a place that is marketed [00:08:38] also as 1 Rodney Square. [00:08:41] Nearly every federal vehicle that visits [00:08:44] the airport will pass through King [00:08:46] Street at least once because that is [00:08:48] where the majority of the vehicles are [00:08:49] ultimately stationed. [00:08:51] We do this because it is discreet. The [00:08:54] reason people don't know about this is [00:08:56] because assets can be transferred to [00:08:58] cars without diplomatic plates. You [00:09:00] can't just do transfers with diplomatic [00:09:03] plates out in the open or it would [00:09:04] immediately tie assets to government. [00:09:07] That's why the fleet is either federal, [00:09:09] unmarked, or local. So, when I say [00:09:11] government vehicles, what I'm really [00:09:13] saying is they most likely immediately [00:09:16] swapped the plates for local, but they [00:09:18] still had federal clearance. [00:09:21] I'm going to skip this because I think [00:09:23] this could be [00:09:28] the whole idea is they get in, they have [00:09:30] a meeting, they get out, the plates are [00:09:32] then changed back, and they go back to a [00:09:35] designated area. However, sometimes it [00:09:37] is decided that they need to have a [00:09:39] meeting in a more convenient spot, a [00:09:42] meeting that's not in a car. That is [00:09:44] what I am telling you happened with [00:09:46] SUBTT. [00:09:48] It obviously would be impossible for me [00:09:50] to show you the evidence of these [00:09:51] activities because I obviously can't do [00:09:53] that. I obviously can't pull dash cam or [00:09:55] cameras. Uh but I am telling you that [00:09:58] this is known among insiders. And if you [00:09:59] want confirmation, you can ask intel [00:10:02] insiders of yours [00:10:04] and they will confirm that that is [00:10:06] exactly what happened. [00:10:09] You may ask why this happened in the [00:10:11] first place and I'll give you my best [00:10:12] information. And here is where it gets [00:10:14] big. [00:10:15] In June of 1997, [00:10:18] the Department of Justice's own [00:10:20] directory lists, quote, Wilmington [00:10:23] resident office, 1 Rodney Square, sweet [00:10:27] 404920 [00:10:29] King Street, Wilmington, Delaware, 1 [00:10:32] 19801. [00:10:33] That is your line to know that it is a [00:10:35] federal resident office. That is at that [00:10:38] exact address. You can open it yourself [00:10:40] in this link and look for a page titled [00:10:43] 675. [00:10:45] Okay, we did that. We confirmed that [00:10:47] Wilmington resident office sweet 4041 [00:10:50] Rodney Square. And so we can confirm [00:10:53] this is like he says or she says the [00:10:56] Department of Justice's own directory [00:10:58] list. Okay. [00:11:00] Today, if you punch that address into [00:11:02] public directories, you will find the [00:11:04] DEA, Drug Enforcement Agency, at 920 [00:11:08] North King Street. And at the same [00:11:09] address, the United States Secret [00:11:12] Service, 920 North King Street, [00:11:15] Wilmington, Delaware 1 19801. [00:11:19] Both are live. Both are at sweet 404. [00:11:22] Both also publish phone numbers. In the [00:11:25] Secret Service case, the AY's own 2025 [00:11:28] field office list still shows [00:11:30] Wilmington, Delaware. That means the [00:11:33] suites that the Department of Justice [00:11:34] owned in the '90s [00:11:38] never actually went away. This [00:11:40] eventually evolved into a multi- agency [00:11:44] space in a commercial building. The [00:11:46] building looks like if you decided to [00:11:48] cut the 33 Thomas Street building in [00:11:51] half. Seriously, if you Google image 33 [00:11:54] Thomas Street in New York City, that's [00:11:55] the building that Snowden leaked, find [00:11:57] one that makes it look brown, and then [00:11:59] compare it to 920 North King Street in [00:12:01] Wilmington. It looks exactly like a mini [00:12:03] version of the thing. The only [00:12:05] difference is that 920 North King has [00:12:07] glass windows. Now, you saw people on X [00:12:10] saying that SUBTT has an alibi because [00:12:14] it quote unquote aligns with a [00:12:16] longstanding Falcon maintenance [00:12:18] arrangement out of Wilmington that dates [00:12:21] back to 1999. [00:12:23] You remember that guys? They told us, [00:12:24] "Oh, they were just doing maintenance. [00:12:26] This is maintenance here, maintenance [00:12:27] there, scheduled maintenance." [00:12:30] That's the part that really sent me [00:12:32] because I know that's the part that [00:12:34] really sets me off because I know that [00:12:36] you are right about the plane and I also [00:12:39] know the truth about this plane. Yes, [00:12:41] Wilmington used to have a Dissult Falcon [00:12:43] authorized center but it shut down [00:12:46] around 2021. [00:12:48] Then, and this is verifiable, in [00:12:51] December of 2024, [00:12:54] a French aircraft finishing company [00:12:57] called SATIDS is S A T YS announced that [00:13:01] it was taking over the shuttered [00:13:03] Wilmington airport hanger. And every [00:13:06] Delaware outlet said the same thing. [00:13:08] SADIDS will invest a little over $1 [00:13:10] million. And get this. So, you see that [00:13:13] we are pulling that up. We have [00:13:14] confirmed that that is true. This is a [00:13:16] French company that said they were going [00:13:18] to take over this hangar in Wilmington. [00:13:22] The Delaware River and Bay Authority is [00:13:24] the one that is making that deal. DRBA [00:13:28] is a bystate authority except the key [00:13:31] part is that it operates on federally [00:13:34] regulated airways waterways, pardon. Its [00:13:37] own January 2024 resolution says that it [00:13:41] was quote acquiring the rights to a [00:13:44] paint hanger currently part of a dissult [00:13:46] leasehold and authorizing the executive [00:13:49] director and board chair to execute that [00:13:52] lease with status. So that is a river [00:13:55] bay authority, the DRBA, that is [00:13:58] executing an aviation lease on a field [00:14:01] that sits on a navigable corridor that [00:14:05] automatically puts it in the orbit of a [00:14:08] federal system. The chain here that [00:14:11] would report from the people who control [00:14:12] the rivers would be DRBA to the Army [00:14:17] Corps of Engineers, [00:14:19] the Secretary of the Army and the [00:14:21] Secretary of Defense to the President. [00:14:22] So now you can say with complete honesty [00:14:24] that the federal government was aware of [00:14:26] and signed off on the plane and hangar [00:14:28] situation. Now I'm not claiming a direct [00:14:30] line of authority for that. I'm saying [00:14:31] that anyone who tells you that the [00:14:33] influence is not there is either [00:14:35] misinformed or lying. I'm also not [00:14:37] saying that pus himself did this, but [00:14:38] the government was undeniably involved [00:14:41] with that hanger and the plane that you [00:14:42] are eyeing. Uh not to mention [00:14:45] Representative McBride is the statewide [00:14:47] rep for that place. Again, I'm not [00:14:49] saying that McBride has anything to do [00:14:50] with this because I wouldn't know that. [00:14:51] But it is noteworthy. What you can [00:14:54] honestly say though is this. [00:14:57] If SUBTT [00:14:59] has been doing this run for decades, it [00:15:02] could not have been using a 2024 French [00:15:06] finishing lease as its maintenance [00:15:08] justification. In fact, your own [00:15:10] timeline shows how they traveled to [00:15:13] France before the deal was even made. It [00:15:16] proves that the maintenance story is [00:15:17] nothing but a cover. That hanger is [00:15:19] undeniably either another site in of [00:15:22] itself or it is a front for something [00:15:24] else. Back to 920 King 920 North King [00:15:29] Street. When you Google FBI Wilmington [00:15:33] Resident Agency, you should check the [00:15:35] address in the Google info panel. you [00:15:37] will likely get 920 North King Street [00:15:39] with the label Federal Bureau of [00:15:42] Investigation instead of the public FBI [00:15:45] address that's at 500 Delaware Avenue, [00:15:48] Sweet 300, which is just a bank tower. [00:15:50] You can confirm that 500 Delaware A is [00:15:53] the burough's public facing spot, but [00:15:55] Google will tell you that 920 North King [00:15:57] Street is also the FBI. That is not a [00:15:59] mistake. The FBI is also stationed at [00:16:02] 920 North King Street. They list it [00:16:04] straight in the DOJ's 90s directory. [00:16:07] Further, the Secret Service is not a [00:16:10] part of the Department of Justice. They [00:16:12] are the Department of Homeland Security. [00:16:14] So, this actually seems to be a joint [00:16:17] DOJ DHS site which verifiably houses [00:16:21] three different agencies and possibly [00:16:23] more all at the same time. [00:16:27] I've looked for a while and to this day [00:16:28] I don't see any other location that does [00:16:30] that. I guarantee you've never [00:16:32] personally heard of a federal site [00:16:34] operating [00:16:36] like that either. [00:16:40] No matter what anybody tells you, if [00:16:41] they say they lease like that all the [00:16:43] time, that is not a justification. [00:16:45] Multiple agents of multiple different [00:16:47] agencies in one suite is not common or [00:16:50] typical in the slightest. A joint office [00:16:52] is common, but there's a line to draw [00:16:54] between a joint office and at least [00:16:57] three different agencies alongside [00:16:59] contractors all operating in one place. [00:17:03] Also, take a look at the bureau's own [00:17:05] press release from December 5th, 2024. [00:17:10] Christopher Ray, quote, "Met with key [00:17:12] partners and stressed how critical FBI [00:17:15] partnerships are to protecting our [00:17:17] communities." They chose to mention [00:17:19] partners. They didn't say that he met [00:17:20] with agents that were assigned in [00:17:22] Wilmington. They foregrounded [00:17:23] partnerships. That's the vocabulary that [00:17:26] they use when the space is not purely [00:17:27] FBI and it lines up with what is [00:17:29] actually happening at 920 North King [00:17:31] Street, which is the FBI, the DEA, and [00:17:35] the USS, [00:17:37] United States Secret Service, and others [00:17:39] are working together in a commercial [00:17:41] tower. Here is the link for that press [00:17:44] release. [00:17:46] In that link, Ry confirms that the place [00:17:48] houses private partners as as well. [00:17:52] He says, quote, "If you step back and [00:17:54] look at how much closer our partnerships [00:17:56] are now than they were 5 or 10 years [00:17:58] ago, it's a defining trend. I think of [00:18:01] significance of this positive [00:18:03] transformation. We have an entire [00:18:04] generation of law enforcement and the [00:18:07] private sector working together trying [00:18:10] to figure out how to help each other and [00:18:12] to have each other's backs." Yeah. To [00:18:15] have each other's backs. [00:18:18] So, let's recap these facts. On [00:18:21] September 10th, an Egyptian government [00:18:23] aircraft with a history of flying to [00:18:25] France and the United States lands at a [00:18:27] small Delaware airport under a French [00:18:30] company maintenance pretext that doesn't [00:18:33] actually match the hangar timeline [00:18:35] because the French visit predates the [00:18:37] French company's deal. Within an hour, [00:18:40] federal SUVs move from that airport to [00:18:44] 920 North King Street. 920 North King [00:18:48] Street has been a federal resident's [00:18:50] office since at least 1997. And today, [00:18:52] it houses the DEA, the FBI, and the [00:18:55] United States Secret Service, all at the [00:18:57] same address. [00:18:59] The hanger the plane would have used is [00:19:01] controlled through a DRBA lease that [00:19:03] itself is nested in federal water in [00:19:05] federal waterways. The FBI also publicly [00:19:09] talks about key partners in Wilmington [00:19:12] on the same year that the hanger [00:19:14] reactivates. [00:19:17] I'm going to skip this next portion [00:19:19] because he tells me how I can verify [00:19:20] this. And like I said, I did that once [00:19:23] more. Go through this logic and ask [00:19:24] yourself how this makes any sense. On [00:19:27] November 13th, 2022, SUBTT flies from [00:19:31] Cairo to Paris to Witchah, Kansas to [00:19:34] Wilmington, Delaware, back to Cairo. [00:19:37] That is already a four-legg [00:19:40] hop that ends in Wilmington before going [00:19:42] home. 4 days later on November 17th, [00:19:46] 2022, it does Egypt to Wilmington again, [00:19:51] departing at 8:54 a.m. And this time it [00:19:54] stays in Wilmington until November 20th [00:19:59] and only then returns to Cairo. So that [00:20:01] is two Wilmington arrivals in the same [00:20:04] week. Nobody burns a Government Falcon [00:20:08] 7X on two separate Wilmington runs for [00:20:10] no reason. I mean, just look at the [00:20:12] choice of St. Louis, St. Louis, Witchah, [00:20:14] Omaha, Lincoln, Willist, May not and [00:20:18] Provo. None of these are standard [00:20:20] diplomatic hubs. Most of those don't [00:20:21] even have major consulates. And [00:20:24] absolutely none of them are known for [00:20:26] large-scale Egyptian presence. So that [00:20:27] immediately undermines the whole it's [00:20:29] just a maintenance stop excuse. Ask [00:20:31] yourself why else the state aircraft [00:20:34] would hopcotch across America to remote [00:20:36] cities if its purpose was just servicing [00:20:38] at a defunct Wilman assault center. [00:20:41] Wilmington is undeniably a terminal [00:20:43] point and the only logical reason points [00:20:46] to 920 North King Street. I could go [00:20:48] through all of the dates and do this, [00:20:50] but you already mapped the flights. So, [00:20:52] you already understand exactly what I'm [00:20:54] saying. Obviously, I can't tell you how [00:20:56] I know this or who I am or exactly who [00:20:58] it is that I work for. My motive is [00:20:59] simply that I can no longer keep the [00:21:00] stuff in my head anymore. I just need [00:21:02] somebody with a history of doing the [00:21:04] right thing and figuring out the entire [00:21:06] truth. I hope you can understand why I [00:21:08] cannot verify my employment here. [00:21:12] I took a big risk to tell the truth and [00:21:13] my hope is that you will at least check [00:21:15] me on it. Analyze and verify the flight [00:21:19] patterns. [00:21:30] So, um [00:21:34] I think we know why Cash Patel is out, [00:21:36] right? I mean, I read this, checked it, [00:21:39] verified it, and [00:21:43] I just want to know why, Charlie. I want [00:21:45] to know why um the decision was made to [00:21:50] murder Charlie Kirk. A decision that [00:21:53] very clearly had to be approved by [00:21:56] Charlie's friends. [00:21:58] That's all I have. I want to know. I [00:21:59] want to know why. I think we deserve to [00:22:01] know why. And instead, we're going to be [00:22:04] sued. Um, I guess is this going to be [00:22:06] the pathway forward? Secret Service, the FBI, [00:22:51] the DEA being involved, why this plane, [00:22:55] the quote unquote Egyptian plane landed [00:22:57] into Wilmington. That checks out. [00:23:02] So, I guess to our government, um, [00:23:05] what's the next move? Like, you're just [00:23:07] are we just going to keep spending [00:23:09] hundreds of millions of dollars trying [00:23:11] to see how much money can be spent on a [00:23:15] psychological operation to convince [00:23:17] people not to believe their own eyes and [00:23:20] to convince people to accept the fed [00:23:22] slop, to convince people that Charlie [00:23:25] ate 3,000 pounds of energy coming at [00:23:27] him.
