Graham Reacts to the FBI Spying on Him & Colleagues with Sean Hannity

[00:00:08] >> Well, here's what I want people to [00:00:10] understand. We have checks and balances [00:00:12] in our country. I was the chairman of [00:00:15] the judiciary committee. Uh, in January [00:00:18] of 2021, I made phone calls to a lot of [00:00:21] people to find out what I should do as a [00:00:23] senator regarding certifying the [00:00:25] election and whether or not as chairman [00:00:27] of the committee, we should have [00:00:28] hearings. and to find out that Jack [00:00:31] Smith in 2023, [00:00:33] 30 months after the fact, wants to know [00:00:36] who I called and uh where they were at [00:00:39] and where I was at is beyond unnerving. [00:00:42] And whether you like me or not or agree [00:00:43] with my politics, it should bother you [00:00:45] greatly that a United States senator [00:00:48] would be his phone records or her phone [00:00:50] records would be subpoenaed by the FBI [00:00:53] 30 months later with no reason to [00:00:55] believe I'm involved in any crime. It is [00:00:57] really an abuse of the process. But [00:01:00] here's what your viewers need to [00:01:01] understand. Trump and November the 15th, [00:01:05] 2022, [00:01:06] two years after the 2020 election, [00:01:10] said he would run for president. He [00:01:13] announced he's going to run for [00:01:14] president in 2022 uh for the 24 [00:01:18] election. Within 8 months, 91 [00:01:21] indictments were levied against him [00:01:23] coming from New York, Atlanta, [00:01:26] Washington DC, and Florida. 91 felony [00:01:30] charges against Donald Trump. Here's [00:01:32] what I believe. If he had never [00:01:34] announced he was going to run for [00:01:35] president, none of this would have [00:01:37] happened. They were trying to destroy [00:01:39] his comeback. This was all orchestrated [00:01:42] by Jack Smith, Alvin Bragg, Fanny [00:01:45] Willis, Leticia James to destroy this [00:01:48] man so he could not win in 2024. I've [00:01:51] seen this movie before. I am going to [00:01:54] look at what happened to me and my [00:01:56] fellow senators. My lawyer, John [00:01:58] Kennedy, will be on next. And if they [00:02:00] did this without good reason and without [00:02:02] cause, I'm sue the crap out of these [00:02:05] people. [00:02:06] >> Are you talking about suing Smith [00:02:07] directly? If they don't [00:02:28] pay a price now, they'll keep doing it. [00:02:30] But I just want you to understand from [00:02:33] the time President Trump announced he [00:02:34] was running for president in 2022, by [00:02:37] 2023 there were 91 indictments against [00:02:41] him for a bunch of BS. Alvin Bragg [00:02:44] brought felony charges against Trump for [00:02:46] misdemeanors combined. And nobody in the [00:02:48] history of Manhattan had ever been [00:02:50] charged under that theory. Jack Smith [00:02:53] released a document about why he thought [00:02:56] Trump was guilty. And October, right [00:02:58] before the election, violating uh [00:03:01] protocol of the Department of Justice. [00:03:03] And October the 24th, about two weeks [00:03:05] before the 24 election, Jack Smith [00:03:08] released to the public his brief [00:03:11] regarding the allegations against Trump. [00:03:13] Trump is charged with compromising uh [00:03:16] classified material. Hillary Clinton [00:03:18] took a hammer, her people did, to the [00:03:21] hard drive to destroy it and bleach bit [00:03:23] to wipe away evidence of her wrongdoing. [00:03:26] And she didn't get charged with [00:03:27] anything. This stinks to high heaven. [00:03:30] I'm tired of it. God bless uh Dan Ban uh [00:03:33] Bonino and uh Cash Patel and Pam Bondi. [00:03:37] We've got new people in town to clean [00:03:39] this mess up. And my goal is not to do [00:03:42] this to Democrats, to make sure it's [00:03:44] never done to anybody in the future. [00:03:51] >> They did used the dirty dossier in 16, [00:03:54] both pre-election and they they wanted a [00:03:57] new intel report. They didn't like the [00:03:58] real intel report to sabotage an [00:04:00] incoming president. They pre-bunk the [00:04:02] very real Hunter Biden laptop and they [00:04:05] use weaponization leading into 2024. [00:04:07] That's three presidential elections I [00:04:09] find cinder blocks being placed on the [00:04:12] scales of an election. Am I wrong? [00:04:14] >> You're not wrong. Within 3 days of [00:04:16] announcing he was running for president, [00:04:18] Jack Smith was appointed a special [00:04:20] counsel. That special counsel indicted [00:04:23] Trump in Florida and Washington DC for a [00:04:26] bunch of BS. Alvin Bragg, Leticia James, [00:04:29] $500 million verdict against the Trump [00:04:32] family. This needs to come to [00:04:35] end. And the only way it will come to [00:04:37] end is for people to pay a price. And [00:04:39] I'm going to do my part to make sure [00:04:40] they pay a price.
