[00:00:00] Did you have anything to repent before
[00:00:01] the state in prison?
[00:00:03] >> Yeah. Well, like I'd said in my sending
[00:00:05] speech, I was I was sad that people did
[00:00:07] get hurt that day. You know, Ashley
[00:00:08] Babbot, Rosanne Bo, Kevin Greon,
[00:00:10] Benjamin Phillips, they were killed that
[00:00:12] day. Um, and so I'm sad that people's
[00:00:14] lives were taken. Um, but I I showed up
[00:00:17] that day to protest the stolen election,
[00:00:19] which we know was robbed from the
[00:00:21] American people, and I was utilizing my
[00:00:23] First Amendment right and making my
[00:00:24] founding fathers proud. And so what
[00:00:27] happened that day uh was rough, but I
[00:00:30] think it ought to happen a lot more
[00:00:31] often to hold the government accountable
[00:00:33] and remind them who actually runs the
[00:00:34] state as opposed to the people inside
[00:00:36] that building that we all collected at 2
[00:00:39] million strong on January 6th, 2021.
[00:00:43] >> Let's go to that day.
[00:00:45] >> Yes.
[00:00:46] >> January 6th, 2021.
[00:00:53] And while we pull that clip, do you see
[00:00:55] the American Revolution in the same
[00:00:57] light as January 6th?
[00:00:59] >> I think it's similar. Absolutely. Um,
[00:01:01] but the interesting thing about that is
[00:01:03] that back in the revolution, we were
[00:01:05] fighting uh tyranny from, you know,
[00:01:07] 3,000 mi away. Um, now I think we have
[00:01:10] 3,000 tyrants a mile away. And so that's
[00:01:14] our problem today in this age. uh the
[00:01:16] tyranny that we tried to unchain
[00:01:18] ourselves from back in the revolution
[00:01:20] across the water has wormed its way here
[00:01:22] into our nation. So there's
[00:01:24] similarities, but our time is exclusive
[00:01:26] because it's ours. Do
[00:01:27] >> we have that clip pulled up? This is
[00:01:29] from January 6th, clip one.
[00:01:44] Where are you in this?
[00:01:46] >> You can see my little afro poking out
[00:01:48] from underneath the magga hat back in. I
[00:01:50] haven't cut my hair since.
[00:01:56] >> Which one are you?
[00:02:00] >> Bottom right hand corner.
[00:02:02] >> Is that you in the bottom of the blue
[00:02:03] jacket, white hat?
[00:02:05] >> No, no, no, no. That was me there. Oh,
[00:02:07] it's right there.
[00:02:08] >> Yeah.
[00:02:10] >> Um, you're taking a shield from an
[00:02:12] officer, right?
[00:02:13] >> Yeah.
[00:02:14] >> Is that a crime?
[00:02:16] >> Robbery, uh, yeah, is definitely
[00:02:18] something that I was convicted of and,
[00:02:20] uh, wouldn't recommend it. But like I've
[00:02:22] said in numerous interviews, uh, sense
[00:02:24] that though there were facts of the day,
[00:02:27] uh, that are visualized here in videos
[00:02:29] like this, there's more facts to be
[00:02:31] considered. Up until that point, the
[00:02:33] police had been attacking innocent
[00:02:34] people, provoking violence, and up until
[00:02:37] that video was shown, the shield wall
[00:02:39] that you witnessed is something that I
[00:02:41] actually asked people to create so that
[00:02:42] they could defend themselves against
[00:02:44] what the police were doing. And so with
[00:02:47] the federal informants in the crowd that
[00:02:49] have been confirmed and with the Antifa
[00:02:51] members disguised as Trump supporters
[00:02:53] within the crowd that has also been
[00:02:54] confirmed egging people on instigating
[00:02:57] violence and the Capitol police officers
[00:02:59] and Metropolitan Police officers that
[00:03:01] were also instigating violence amongst
[00:03:03] the crowd beating uh innocent Victoria
[00:03:05] White near to death um for example in
[00:03:08] that very tunnel where I was. These are
[00:03:10] things that have to be considered when
[00:03:11] the law should be applied. You know, you
[00:03:13] have things like crimes of passion, and
[00:03:15] this is, you know, an issue that is, you
[00:03:18] know, delicately considered. Well, when
[00:03:20] you watch women beaten to death in front
[00:03:21] of you, and you're also now trying to
[00:03:23] defend yourself and others around you,
[00:03:25] like your fellow man, I think that has
[00:03:28] to be considered as well when applying
[00:03:30] the law.
[00:03:32] Let's take the look at clip two. This is
[00:03:35] it's a little hard to hear, but tell me
[00:03:38] if I have this wrong. Um, you are
[00:03:40] instructing a crowd to use shields
[00:03:43] against police. Quote, "Make a shield
[00:03:46] wall. Where's those effing shields?
[00:03:48] Let's go." Do I have Is that correct?
[00:03:50] Does that sound okay?
[00:03:51] >> That's me.
[00:03:51] >> Make a shield wall. And And the shield
[00:03:53] wall was against whom?
[00:03:55] >> Uh, the capital police officers and
[00:03:56] metropolitan police officers at the
[00:03:57] time.
[00:03:58] >> Okay. And the purpose of making the
[00:04:00] shield wall against the police officers
[00:04:01] was for what purpose?
[00:04:02] >> Defending our people.
[00:04:03] >> Defending your people who are retreating
[00:04:06] or advancing? I would say a little bit
[00:04:08] of both because as you can see if you
[00:04:11] look into January 6th there's plenty of
[00:04:13] video footage where the crowd will stop
[00:04:14] and will retreat but then the Capitol
[00:04:17] police officers will fire another
[00:04:18] flashbang in the crowd where someone
[00:04:20] within the crowd will make sure that
[00:04:21] other people like myself are pushed into
[00:04:25] the tunnel. By the way, this is
[00:04:26] something that never came up in the
[00:04:27] court of law. I was pushed into the
[00:04:30] tunnel prior to this video ever being
[00:04:31] captured by someone who then
[00:04:33] mysteriously slips behind the police
[00:04:35] lines without obstruction at all and
[00:04:38] then reemerges hours later in a
[00:04:40] different section of the capital. These
[00:04:42] aren't things that the media wanted to
[00:04:43] show you. But if you had that footage,
[00:04:45] it'd be a different story.
[00:04:47] >> Well, I think everything should be
[00:04:48] recorded.
[00:04:49] >> So do I.
[00:04:50] >> Which which is apparently being proposed
[00:04:52] in the DC Circuit Court of Appeals right
[00:04:55] now fighting.
[00:04:57] >> Do we have team? Do we have clip two?
[00:04:59] Let's let's play it.
[00:05:06] >> Pause.
[00:05:07] >> Pause.
[00:05:09] >> That's you just sc you know saying
[00:05:11] where's where's those effing shields?
[00:05:14] Let's go.
[00:05:16] >> Yeah.
[00:05:16] >> Yeah. And where where are you going?
[00:05:18] What is this image of? Where are you
[00:05:20] going in right now?
[00:05:21] >> So that's the tunnel. Uh you know there
[00:05:23] was uh there's a lot going on that day.
[00:05:25] We're under the impression that should
[00:05:27] we be able to go inside um we would be
[00:05:29] able to stop the proceeding of a
[00:05:31] fraudulent election. Um, and I do
[00:05:34] believe that it is every one of our
[00:05:35] rights and responsibility to prevent an
[00:05:38] election that would end up being the
[00:05:40] result uh to kick off the Ukraine war,
[00:05:43] which has claimed millions of lives,
[00:05:45] kick off violence in the Middle East,
[00:05:47] and then continue to flood our country
[00:05:49] with millions of immigrants that are
[00:05:51] raping and uh killing our women and
[00:05:53] stabbing them on subways and lighting
[00:05:55] people on fire. And so if you think
[00:05:57] about it, the day looked rough, but the
[00:06:00] result of the Biden regime was a million
[00:06:03] times worse.
[00:06:03] >> Do you think did you think about the
[00:06:06] repercussions in in this moment when
[00:06:08] this was happening? Did you think I
[00:06:10] might be arrested for this? I might go
[00:06:12] to jail for this.
[00:06:13] >> Well, it's interesting to consider
[00:06:14] because there were moments where, you
[00:06:16] know, I thought to myself, man, like
[00:06:18] what's going on here? You know, I did
[00:06:19] feel emotionally hijacked. A lot of the
[00:06:21] videos that you've seen don't include
[00:06:23] the fact that there were people playing,
[00:06:25] you know, bag pipes in the background or
[00:06:27] people looking like they just walked out
[00:06:28] of some revolutionary battle with, you
[00:06:30] know, playing the drums and stuff. And
[00:06:31] so there's a bunch of emotional stimuli.
[00:06:33] As a matter of fact, the chemical
[00:06:35] irritants that they used are exact same
[00:06:37] as the ones that are used upon
[00:06:39] infantrymen when they go through the
[00:06:41] school like in the gas chamber. So a lot
[00:06:43] of the veterans in the crowd were
[00:06:44] actually chemically compelled into a
[00:06:46] fight orflight response. And so, yes, I
[00:06:49] was considering like, man, this is this
[00:06:51] is kind of crazy. But something also to
[00:06:52] consider, which I get into in the other
[00:06:54] book here, is that the entire summer of
[00:06:57] love, all of 2020, when we watched those
[00:07:00] Black Lives Matter riots, one goal that
[00:07:02] they might have wanted to accomplish
[00:07:04] throughout them all is to condition the
[00:07:06] mind of the American that behavior like
[00:07:08] this is okay because we didn't see any
[00:07:10] repercussions for any of those peaceful
[00:07:11] protesters back then. And so when the
[00:07:14] MAGA community does it, we're
[00:07:16] subconsciously now conditioned to think
[00:07:18] that this is what we do in America when
[00:07:19] we want our way. But that's when the
[00:07:21] hammer comes down when you wear a MAGA
[00:07:23] hat as opposed to a Black Lives Matter
[00:07:26] t-shirt.
[00:07:26] >> You mean in the court of law where the
[00:07:28] judges
[00:07:28] >> in the court of law, in media, in social
[00:07:30] media, everything that they could muster
[00:07:33] to ruin the MAGA movement, ruin Trump,
[00:07:35] and ruin my life from top to bottom was
[00:07:38] weaponized against us.
[00:07:40] All right, let's talk healthcare because
[00:07:42] the system is a total mess. Do you
[00:07:44] really trust your insurance company?
[00:07:46] You're paying outrageous premiums and
[00:07:48] months later the bills still keep
[00:07:50] coming. Confusing networks, denied
[00:07:52] claims, surprise fees, now rates they're
[00:07:54] saying might go up 20% or more. And did
[00:07:57] you know that medical debt is the number
[00:07:58] one cause of bankruptcy? Those are some
[00:08:01] of the many reasons why I suggest
