[00:00:00] It has been just over a month since
[00:00:01] Charlie Kirk was murdered. There have
[00:00:04] been a lot of conspiracy theories
[00:00:05] discussing what happened. What I want to
[00:00:08] do is focus on the truth. What do we
[00:00:11] know for sure about what happened?
[00:00:14] I'm going to show you some shocking
[00:00:16] evidence that the government is lying.
[00:00:20] [music]
[00:00:24] >> [music]
[00:00:36] >> Tyler Robinson was arrested for Charlie
[00:00:38] Kirk's shooting and was indicted under
[00:00:40] seven criminal counts, including murder.
[00:00:43] The indictment explains that Tyler
[00:00:45] Robinson was a lone gunman. He acted
[00:00:48] alone and in the message to his lover he
[00:00:51] said I had hoped to keep this secret
[00:00:53] till I died of old age. The indictment
[00:00:56] also explains the police found the
[00:00:58] suspected murder weapon a boltaction 306
[00:01:02] rifle nearby. There was also ammo
[00:01:04] engraved with transgender ideology.
[00:01:08] The indictment also explains they
[00:01:10] published photos of the shooter from the
[00:01:12] UVU surveillance cameras. This led to
[00:01:14] people recognizing Tyler Robinson which
[00:01:17] led to his arrest. During this time, the
[00:01:19] police also discovered the messages sent
[00:01:21] from Tyler Robinson where he confesses
[00:01:24] every element of the crime. The messages
[00:01:26] describe a note left by Tyler Robinson
[00:01:29] that read, "I had the opportunity to
[00:01:31] take out Charlie Kirk and I'm going to
[00:01:33] take it." He confesses in the messages
[00:01:36] that he alone did it. He had absolutely
[00:01:40] no accompllices. He explained where he
[00:01:42] left the murder weapon. He explains how
[00:01:44] he engraved the ammo. And he explains
[00:01:47] why he did it. He killed Charlie Kirk
[00:01:51] because of love. He did it for his
[00:01:53] transgender boyfriend who is
[00:01:55] transitioning to a woman. At first
[00:01:58] glance, this looks like a pretty
[00:01:59] airtight case. They have the murder
[00:02:02] weapon, video footage, and the text
[00:02:05] message confession.
[00:02:07] I want to look at each of these things a
[00:02:09] little more closely. Here is a map of
[00:02:11] the shooting. Charlie Kirk was here and
[00:02:14] the shooter was allegedly on the roof
[00:02:16] here, two football fields away. Now, I'm
[00:02:19] not going to show the video of Charlie
[00:02:21] Kirk getting shot, but what we saw was
[00:02:24] blood bursting out of the front of his
[00:02:26] neck. The authorities claimed that the
[00:02:29] murder weapon is a 30 sex. This is a big
[00:02:33] gun. People who are experts in guns
[00:02:36] immediately started calling this out as
[00:02:38] unlikely. Candace Owens has been doing
[00:02:41] her own investigation.
[00:02:43] This week, she made the bombshell claim
[00:02:45] that she has received information that
[00:02:47] the bullet fragment that was removed
[00:02:49] from Charlie Kirk's body was not from a
[00:02:52] 306.
[00:02:53] Now, she has not produced any evidence
[00:02:55] of this claim. So, we have to be careful
[00:02:58] because she is saying the exact opposite
[00:03:01] of law enforcement.
[00:03:03] Law enforcement is saying that Charlie
[00:03:05] Kirk was shot with a 306.
[00:03:09] So I want to look at this issue
[00:03:10] critically. Let me show you a video of
[00:03:13] someone doing a test. So finally we come
[00:03:17] to the 306.
[00:03:19] This is a 150 grain bullet. Muzzle
[00:03:22] velocity 2,910
[00:03:25] with energy footpounds at the muzzle
[00:03:27] about 2,820.
[00:03:33] So that's a powerhouse. Let me just stop
[00:03:36] here.
[00:03:37] Did you see how large that bullet is?
[00:03:41] That is the size of the bullet they are
[00:03:43] claiming pierced Charlie Kirk's neck.
[00:03:46] Now, let's look at the actual test. He's
[00:03:49] going to shoot at a gel head, which
[00:03:51] simulates flesh and bone.
[00:04:08] >> [music]
[00:04:13] >> Do you understand why the weapon experts
[00:04:16] think this story is unbelievable?
[00:04:19] The gunshot wound was not consistent
[00:04:21] with the damage you would see from a
[00:04:23] 306.
[00:04:26] If Charlie Kirk was hit with that
[00:04:28] massive gun, his head would have
[00:04:30] exploded.
[00:04:32] the people standing in the front row
[00:04:33] would have been covered in guts.
[00:04:36] Not only that, the bullet would have
[00:04:38] passed through him and hit the people
[00:04:40] who were standing behind the tent. What
[00:04:43] is even more strange is there is camera
[00:04:45] footage showing the back of Charlie
[00:04:47] Kirk's head. Only a handful of people
[00:04:49] have seen this footage and they have
[00:04:51] reported that it shows that there is no
[00:04:53] exit wound. This has officially been
[00:04:56] confirmed by Turning Point USA in a post
[00:04:58] on X.com. The surgeon who worked on
[00:05:01] Charlie Kirk said his bone was so
[00:05:04] healthy and the density was so so
[00:05:06] impressive that he's like the man of
[00:05:09] steel. It should have just gone through
[00:05:11] and through. The coroner did find the
[00:05:13] bullet just beneath the skin. They are
[00:05:17] claiming that this 3006 bullet entered
[00:05:19] Charlie Kirk's neck, hit his bones that
[00:05:22] acted like steel plates, and it stopped
[00:05:25] the bullet just beneath the skin.
[00:05:28] Let me show you the test again and you
[00:05:31] tell me if their explanation is a bunch
[00:05:33] of nonsense.
[00:05:36] [music]
[00:05:41] I think the allegation that the 306 is
[00:05:43] the murder weapon is false. Let's talk
[00:05:46] about the video footage. One of the key
[00:05:49] points of this case is they claim that
[00:05:51] they have video and photos of Tyler
[00:05:53] Robinson committing the murder. Here is
[00:05:56] alleged video of Tyler Robinson walking
[00:05:59] to go shoot Charlie Kirk. Right now,
[00:06:02] this hour, TMZ has obtained new video of
[00:06:05] the before and after images of the
[00:06:09] suspect accused of killing Charlie Kirk.
[00:06:12] I want to show you the first video here.
[00:06:15] This is of the suspect walking to the
[00:06:18] venue in this neighborhood. Take a look.
[00:06:21] You can see the images now of that
[00:06:24] suspect. They're walking in the street
[00:06:27] and if you can see the person is walking
[00:06:30] with a limp there and it is believed to
[00:06:33] be because that person has a rifle in
[00:06:37] the pants and they are walking very
[00:06:40] difficult because of that object that is
[00:06:42] inside of the pants. Let's take
[00:06:44] [clears throat] a look here of that limp
[00:06:46] right there. And you can see there the
[00:06:48] suspect continuing to walk the street
[00:06:50] there very close to where the venue was.
[00:06:54] And then this is after where we see now
[00:06:57] that suspect clearly running in the
[00:06:59] field. And this was all obtained there
[00:07:03] by TMZ. And of course uh police are
[00:07:06] looking at that. The feds are looking at
[00:07:08] that as well. But this is the newest
[00:07:10] video that we are seeing of uh all this
[00:07:14] play out. And again, just happening
[00:07:15] moments ago as well. We are getting a
[00:07:18] new shot of uh the person of interest,
[00:07:21] the suspect where these new images just
[00:07:23] released by the Utah Department of
[00:07:26] Public Safety. I want to show you this
[00:07:27] one as well, a little bit closer up. You
[00:07:30] can see what they are hoping that by
[00:07:33] releasing these photos and images that
[00:07:36] somebody out there is going to recognize
[00:07:38] this individual. There is a $100,000
[00:07:42] reward
[00:07:43] for the capture and arrest of this
[00:07:46] individual that is accused of killing
[00:07:50] Charlie Kirk just yesterday. Then there
[00:07:52] was this video showing what happened
[00:07:54] after the shot was taken.
[00:08:00] So, supposedly we have video footage of
[00:08:03] the whole crime, but there are a couple
[00:08:06] strange things about this footage. My
[00:08:09] biggest concern is that not all of the
[00:08:11] footage was released.
[00:08:14] They only released small portions of the
[00:08:16] footage.
[00:08:18] Why are they cutting the footage up and
[00:08:20] only releasing parts of it
[00:08:23] on the photos of the suspect walking up
[00:08:25] the stairs? Why did they release grainy
[00:08:27] still images and not the actual video
[00:08:30] footage?
[00:08:31] Isn't that strange?
[00:08:34] Remember, this was released during the
[00:08:36] manhunt.
[00:08:38] Wouldn't they want to release more
[00:08:39] footage and better quality footage if
[00:08:42] they wanted the person to be caught? The
[00:08:44] other problem is that the person was
[00:08:46] limping in the first video, but he's
[00:08:49] clearly not limping in the still images.
[00:08:51] His left leg is bending in one image and
[00:08:54] his right leg is bending in another
[00:08:56] image. He is supposed to be limping
[00:08:58] because he's carrying the gun in his
[00:09:01] pant leg. But then why would the limp
[00:09:04] switch to different legs in different
[00:09:06] pictures? And why are they not showing
[00:09:09] us this footage with the footage of him
[00:09:11] running across the roof? The FBI cuts
[00:09:14] off the footage from before the gunshot.
[00:09:18] Supposedly, there is footage of him on
[00:09:20] the roof preparing to take the shot, but
[00:09:23] for some reason, they won't release it.
[00:09:27] Why
[00:09:29] are they not releasing it? Because it
[00:09:31] would show that there is not enough time
[00:09:32] for him to put the gun together before
[00:09:34] the shot is fired. The official story is
[00:09:38] that Tyler Robinson broke down the
[00:09:40] rifle, hid it in his pants, got on the
[00:09:43] roof, put the rifle together with a
[00:09:46] screwdriver, then jumped off the roof,
[00:09:48] and hid the gun. In the indictment, they
[00:09:51] say, "A camera captures the suspect
[00:09:53] running across the roof carrying an item
[00:09:55] whose shape is consistent with a rifle."
[00:09:58] When I look at this footage, it does not
[00:10:00] look to me like he's carrying a rifle.
[00:10:03] What do you think? It looks to me like a
[00:10:06] tiny backpack.
[00:10:08] It does not look like he's holding a
[00:10:10] gun. He could not have broken it down
[00:10:14] because we have the timestamp on the
[00:10:16] video footage. He starts running at
[00:10:18] 12:23 p.m. right after the gunshot
[00:10:22] happens. Then we have this photo taken
[00:10:24] from a surveillance camera 6 hours after
[00:10:27] the shooting showing Tyler Robinson at a
[00:10:29] Dairy Queen. When we compare these two
[00:10:32] images, the first thing I notice is that
[00:10:34] these are clearly not the same hat.
[00:10:38] Are we supposed to believe that he took
[00:10:40] off one black hat to put on another
[00:10:43] black hat?
[00:10:45] Why is he wearing a different hat?
[00:10:49] In fact, these don't even look like the
[00:10:52] same person. Was the grainy photo even
[00:10:55] of Tyler Robinson? What is even more
[00:10:58] strange is that FBI director Cash Patel
[00:11:01] was furious at his staff over this
[00:11:04] specific photo. The New York Times
[00:11:07] reported that in an online meeting with
[00:11:09] 200 agents, Cash Patel was insensed that
[00:11:12] the agents in Salt Lake City waited
[00:11:14] nearly 12 hours to show him a photo of
[00:11:16] the suspected killer. This is very
[00:11:19] strange.
[00:11:21] Why did the agents wait 12 hours? Was it
[00:11:25] because they were using that time to
[00:11:27] doctor the photo and frame Tyler
[00:11:29] Robinson? But it gets even crazier. This
[00:11:33] is one of the clearest videos we have of
[00:11:36] the shooter.
[00:11:37] >> You think he'd already be in place?
[00:11:39] >> You would think that. So, there's
[00:11:42] somebody on the roof right there. Just
[00:11:44] saying.
[00:11:45] >> He just ran from uh
[00:11:48] >> over Where's my finger? Well, from over
[00:11:50] there, ran in. And now he's right there.
[00:11:55] Just saying.
[00:11:55] >> In Candace Owens investigation, she
[00:11:58] actually spoke with the person who shot
[00:12:00] that video.
[00:12:02] This is probably the one eyewitness who
[00:12:04] had the closest look at the shooter. He
[00:12:08] immediately went to the police when they
[00:12:09] were initially arresting the old man on
[00:12:11] the scene who ended up being the wrong
[00:12:13] person. This is her description of what
[00:12:16] he said. This is the wrong person. I
[00:12:20] observed this person with my eyes. You
[00:12:23] have the complete wrong description. The
[00:12:26] person you're looking for is wearing
[00:12:27] tactical gear and is obviously young
[00:12:29] because I watched him sprint back after
[00:12:31] taking the shot. I saw this with my own
[00:12:34] two eyes. So, the defense is going to
[00:12:37] have an eyewitness that can testify that
[00:12:40] the person on the roof does not match
[00:12:42] the FBI's description of Tyler Robinson.
[00:12:46] This account is verified by other facts.
[00:12:50] One of the commenters on YouTube named
[00:12:52] Kaylee B said this Candace, that
[00:12:56] description of the shooter did go out. I
[00:12:59] was listening to the Utah Valley Public
[00:13:01] Safety Police Scanner immediately after
[00:13:03] Charlie was shot, and the description
[00:13:05] that the witness told you, black pants,
[00:13:08] black tactical vest, black mask, etc.,
[00:13:11] was exactly the description the
[00:13:13] dispatcher gave out to the police in the
[00:13:15] first few hours after Charlie was shot.
[00:13:18] I'm so glad I recorded it. I'm going to
[00:13:21] upload it to YouTube or X and tag you.
[00:13:23] There was some crazy stuff said on the
[00:13:26] police scanner that day. Now, I don't
[00:13:28] know who Kaye B is, but I think they are
[00:13:31] an American hero because they did upload
[00:13:35] the police dispatch. Here it is. is
[00:13:38] going to be wearing all black, black
[00:13:41] long gun, black tactical helmet, a black
[00:13:44] mask, possibly wearing a tactical vest
[00:13:47] and jeans.
[00:13:49] Continuing attempt to locate active
[00:13:51] shooter suspect,
[00:13:55] tactical vest, and a black mask,
[00:13:57] possibly carrying a rifle.
[00:13:59] >> Why was the description the police were
[00:14:01] using on that day different from the
[00:14:03] photo the FBI is now circulating?
[00:14:07] I think someone is lying. With all of
[00:14:10] these problems, I do not believe any of
[00:14:13] these videos actually prove that Tyler
[00:14:15] Robinson was the person who was on the
[00:14:17] roof. Let's talk about the messages. I
[00:14:21] want to be very clear about something.
[00:14:24] These have been widely reported as text
[00:14:26] messages.
[00:14:28] This is wrong. These were not text
[00:14:31] messages. They were Discord messages. If
[00:14:35] you do not know what Discord is, it's an
[00:14:37] online social media space where you can
[00:14:39] send each other messages.
[00:14:41] I'm going to show you a press conference
[00:14:43] by Utah Governor Spencer Cox. Listen
[00:14:46] carefully to what he says. Investigators
[00:14:49] asked if he would show them the messages
[00:14:50] on Discord. He opened it and showed
[00:14:52] several messages to investigators and
[00:14:55] allowed investigators to take photos of
[00:14:57] the screen as each message was shown by
[00:14:59] Robinson's roommate. These photos
[00:15:01] consisted of various messages, including
[00:15:04] content of messages between the phone
[00:15:07] contact name Tyler with an emoji icon
[00:15:10] and Robinson's roommate's device. The
[00:15:12] content of these messages included
[00:15:15] messages affiliated with the contact
[00:15:17] Tyler stating a need to retrieve a rifle
[00:15:21] from a drop point, leaving the rifle in
[00:15:24] a bush, messages related to a to
[00:15:27] visually watching the area where a rifle
[00:15:30] was left, and a message referring to
[00:15:32] having left the rifle wrapped in a
[00:15:35] towel. The fact that these were Discord
[00:15:38] messages means they cannot be verified
[00:15:40] by cell phone data and they can be
[00:15:42] easily faked.
[00:15:44] Anyone could have sent those messages.
[00:15:48] Not only that, the police have these
[00:15:50] messages because they used their phone
[00:15:52] and took a picture of the screen. So,
[00:15:55] they don't even have the actual
[00:15:57] messages. If we do not have the original
[00:16:00] messages, there is no way to verify
[00:16:02] their authenticity. So, when the
[00:16:05] indictment says the roommate told police
[00:16:07] that the roommate received messages from
[00:16:09] Robinson about the shooting and provided
[00:16:11] those messages to police,
[00:16:14] that is not exactly what happened. The
[00:16:17] police took a photograph of the alleged
[00:16:19] Discord messages.
[00:16:22] I don't know how this stands up as
[00:16:23] evidence in court. Now, let me show you
[00:16:26] another interview that FBI director Cash
[00:16:29] Patel gave on Fox News 5 days after the
[00:16:32] shooting. Listen carefully to what he
[00:16:35] says.
[00:16:36] >> I have a two quick questions. One, is it
[00:16:38] true the what the governor said
[00:16:40] yesterday that he had a written note uh
[00:16:43] that you're looking into now prior to
[00:16:45] the assassination? You look did he have
[00:16:47] a note? the written note we believe what
[00:16:50] did exist and we have evidence to show
[00:16:53] what was in that note which is u and I'm
[00:16:56] going to uh summarize basically saying I
[00:16:58] the suspect wrote a note saying I have
[00:17:00] the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk
[00:17:02] and I'm going to take it that note was
[00:17:04] written before the shooting um evidence
[00:17:07] of existence we now have learned existed
[00:17:09] before the shooting was in the location
[00:17:11] um in the suspect and partner's home but
[00:17:14] we have since learned that the note even
[00:17:16] though it has been destroyed we have
[00:17:18] found forensic evidence of the note and
[00:17:20] we have confirmed what that note says
[00:17:23] because of our aggressive interview
[00:17:25] posture at the FBI. Okay, so now the
[00:17:29] note doesn't exist. They claim they have
[00:17:33] evidence of the note. Is this another
[00:17:36] photograph from someone's phone of this
[00:17:38] alleged note?
[00:17:40] Just like the messages, if we do not
[00:17:43] have the original note, there's no way
[00:17:45] to verify its authenticity.
[00:17:48] It sounds like there is no real evidence
[00:17:50] that these messages ever happened. There
[00:17:54] are a lot of reasons why people think
[00:17:56] the messages are fake, but let me give
[00:17:58] you just one big reason. The messages
[00:18:02] talk specifically about the engraved
[00:18:04] bullets, saying, "Remember how I was
[00:18:07] engraving bullets? The messages are
[00:18:09] mostly a big meme. We have already
[00:18:12] established that it is unlikely that
[00:18:14] Charlie Kirk was shot with one of those
[00:18:16] 306 bullets. So, if the bullets were
[00:18:19] fake, that means that the text messages
[00:18:23] are also fake. Let's go back and look at
[00:18:26] the prosecution's case. The murder
[00:18:29] weapon is false. The video footage is
[00:18:32] false. And the text message confession
[00:18:35] is false. I do not see how they're going
[00:18:38] to win this case against Tyler Robinson.
[00:18:42] Now, maybe they have additional
[00:18:43] evidence, but then why have they not
[00:18:46] released any of it? Because all the
[00:18:49] evidence they released so far, I don't
[00:18:51] think proves anything. In the United
[00:18:54] States, in a criminal trial, you have to
[00:18:56] prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
[00:19:00] That means if the jury even has a little
[00:19:03] doubt, they are going to find him
[00:19:05] innocent.
[00:19:07] I don't know about you, but I have a lot
[00:19:10] of doubt. I don't even think they have
[00:19:13] proved this guy was on campus. Now, to
[00:19:16] be clear, I think Tyler Robinson was
[00:19:19] involved somehow, but I don't think he
[00:19:21] was the person who pulled the trigger. I
[00:19:23] don't think he was on the roof. The
[00:19:26] evidence shows us that the lone gunman
[00:19:28] theory is not correct, and there are
[00:19:30] likely other people involved. Cash Patel
[00:19:34] has partially confirmed this with his
[00:19:35] post on X.com saying, "We are
[00:19:38] meticulously investigating theories and
[00:19:40] questions, including the location from
[00:19:42] where the shot was taken, the
[00:19:43] possibility of accompllices, the text
[00:19:45] message confession, and related
[00:19:47] conversations." So, he acknowledges that
[00:19:50] they are still investigating other
[00:19:52] people involved. Here is my concern.
[00:19:55] If someone else committed the murder, I
[00:19:58] am worried that someone is going to try
[00:20:00] and kill Tyler Robinson before he gets
[00:20:03] to trial. If they have already killed
[00:20:05] Charlie Kirk, what is to stop them from
[00:20:08] killing again? There's a lot more to
[00:20:11] this story, but I think it is clear that
[00:20:13] what the FBI is telling us is not
[00:20:16] correct.
[00:20:18] Charlie Kirk deserves the truth.
[00:20:21] I know that some people don't want
[00:20:23] anyone to criticize the ongoing
[00:20:25] investigation,
[00:20:26] but I don't think it does Charlie Kirk
[00:20:28] any good if we convict the wrong person
[00:20:30] for his murder. If there is another
[00:20:33] accomplice who actually took the shot,
[00:20:36] we need to uncover who that is. I hope
[00:20:40] that people continue to investigate what
[00:20:42] happened so that Charlie Kirk can get
[00:20:44] justice. Now, I want to hear from you.

[00:20:49] explanation for the shooting? Let me
