[00:00:00] We have a major announcement to make and
[00:00:02] uh a special guest as well. And here to
[00:00:06] help us make that announcement about the
[00:00:07] Allamerican halftime show is none other
[00:00:10] than Kid Rock himself. Welcome to the
[00:00:12] show. Uh Mr. Rock, M.
[00:00:16] How are you? Welcome to the Charlie Kirk
[00:00:17] show. We're so honored to have you. So
[00:00:19] excited to have you. Uh and this is a
[00:00:21] this is a major major announcement. This
[00:00:23] is the first uh announcement about the
[00:00:25] All-American halftime show. It's
[00:00:27] happening right here, right now. So,
[00:00:28] thank you.
[00:00:30] >> Thank you. Thanks for having me. I'm I'm
[00:00:32] excited, man.
[00:00:33] >> Well, exactly. You gave and we just put
[00:00:35] it all out on social, so this is just
[00:00:37] happening as we speak. And I I read your
[00:00:41] quote and I told your team, I thought
[00:00:43] this is just absolutely amazing. So, I'm
[00:00:44] going to read it. This just went out on
[00:00:46] the press release that just hit the
[00:00:47] wires. Says, "We're approaching this
[00:00:49] show like David and Goliath. Competing
[00:00:52] with the pro football machine and a
[00:00:54] global pop superstar is almost
[00:00:56] impossible. or is it?
[00:00:59] He said he's having a dance party,
[00:01:01] wearing a dress and singing in Spanish.
[00:01:02] Cool. We plan to play great songs for
[00:01:05] folks who love America. Tell us tell us
[00:01:08] what you mean by all that.
[00:01:11] >> Man, I I spent some time crafting that
[00:01:13] quote. I'm not sure if I could top it
[00:01:15] right now. It's pretty much
[00:01:17] >> good, man.
[00:01:18] you know, it's just like it's like I
[00:01:20] said, it's like, you know, comp
[00:01:21] competing with this, you know, this
[00:01:23] powerhouse machine called the NFL, you
[00:01:26] know, and in a certain way you're
[00:01:27] competing with it. And in a certain way,
[00:01:28] you're not either. I think it's kind of
[00:01:30] a I'm actually drafting an op-ed right
[00:01:33] now that I think I might release on
[00:01:34] Wednesday kind of how did this come to
[00:01:36] be? How how did why did Turning Point
[00:01:38] have to have an alternative halftime to
[00:01:40] the NFL? And I think it's, you know, to
[00:01:43] sum it up quickly, it kind of goes back
[00:01:45] to what Taylor shared and figured out,
[00:01:47] you know, years back that that, you
[00:01:49] know, half this country is just
[00:01:50] underserved entertainment wise and we're
[00:01:52] just really so many of us got tired of
[00:01:54] just, you know, having Hollywood tell us
[00:01:56] how things are going to be and hearing
[00:01:57] all their political this and that and
[00:01:59] and trying to, you know, shove shove
[00:02:01] their agendas and the trans thing and
[00:02:03] everything down our throats and it's
[00:02:05] like, you know, I guess we're just gonna
[00:02:06] have to have our own stuff for right
[00:02:07] now.
[00:02:08] >> Well, that's exactly right. and you're
[00:02:09] going to be joined by Brantley Gilbert,
[00:02:12] Lee Bryce, Gabby Barrett, and you are
[00:02:15] going to be the uh the headline here,
[00:02:17] Kid Rock performing at the All-American
[00:02:20] Halftime Show. So, for those, you know
[00:02:23] what's what was great about this, by the
[00:02:24] way. So, I've been kind of seeing some
[00:02:26] of the behind the scenes here. And
[00:02:28] originally we listed all the artists in
[00:02:30] the press release and you know this this
[00:02:31] would be a Grammy. We just hit the
[00:02:33] Grammys in hour one which is ironic but
[00:02:35] the you know because they're all anti-
[00:02:37] ice or whatever but so we send this over
[00:02:39] to your team and we get this note back.
[00:02:41] It's like you know Bob does not want to
[00:02:43] be associated. He you know here's what
[00:02:45] you could say and it was like okay you
[00:02:48] know so we said global superstar and
[00:02:51] Waffle House legend award winner. And I
[00:02:53] was like that is it. as so we we
[00:02:56] stripped any reference of the Grammys
[00:02:59] and all your awards uh next to Kid Rock
[00:03:01] and we we instead we have Waffle House
[00:03:03] Legend Award winner and I just thought
[00:03:05] that is so perfect. That is like exactly
[00:03:09] who we need headlining this made for TV
[00:03:12] concert. And you know it's like this is
[00:03:13] the thing I I agree with you. It's kind
[00:03:15] of a David and Goliath thing. I love
[00:03:16] that framing because like this is a
[00:03:18] machine we're going up against, right?
[00:03:20] But really, but really it's the the
[00:03:22] American people have been underserved
[00:03:24] and they've got this big arena. There's
[00:03:26] big stadium and it's going to be far
[00:03:28] away and it's it's going to be the
[00:03:29] cameras are going to be a mile away from
[00:03:31] the action. This is going to be intimate
[00:03:33] and exciting, high octane, high energy
[00:03:35] and it's going to be made for TV. It's
[00:03:37] just a totally different experience than
[00:03:39] what you're going to get from the other
[00:03:41] guys. And uh you know I you can say what
[00:03:43] you want to say. I have to call it the
[00:03:44] other guys and the you know that other
[00:03:46] guy. But, uh, I just think that what
[00:03:48] what we're offering is so unique and
[00:03:50] you're going to you are the perfect
[00:03:52] person for this. Uh, I I couldn't I
[00:03:54] couldn't be any more excited.
[00:03:56] >> You go into these things, you know,
[00:03:58] there's I'm very good friends with Lee
[00:04:00] Bryce, with Brantley Gilbert's a good
[00:04:01] friend. I do not know Gabby. I love her.
[00:04:03] I love her music. Um, but you kind of
[00:04:06] wonder what's everyone else doing
[00:04:07] because I I, you know, I go into these
[00:04:08] things and I've really I I really spend
[00:04:11] a lot of time and effort putting
[00:04:12] something together and it's going to be
[00:04:14] something very familiar and then I'm
[00:04:15] going to do a complete 180 on people and
[00:04:17] I'm kind of excited about that. And then
[00:04:19] Lee Bryce sent me something that he's
[00:04:20] going to do on there. I was like, "Wow,
[00:04:22] that is powerful and that's good." You
[00:04:24] know, it was so happy for me just to
[00:04:26] hear that
[00:04:27] to know that that what we're going to do
[00:04:29] is go out there
[00:04:31] uh what a crazy concept and just try to
[00:04:33] play some great music for people that
[00:04:36] love this country. It's that simple.
[00:04:37] That's that's the only way we kind of,
[00:04:39] you know, take care of our audience. I
[00:04:40] guess you could call it maybe get a win.
[00:04:42] I'm not sure who our competition is. I
[00:04:44] mean, I I saw some of the Grammys last
[00:04:47] night. Kind of had some people here, so
[00:04:49] we're talking in between, but it was on
[00:04:50] in the background. I was like one point
[00:04:51] I just go, "Wow, this is like literally
[00:04:54] a gathering for people with the woke
[00:04:57] mind virus." You just look around the
[00:04:58] room and you're like, "Wow, man. This is
[00:05:01] terrible."
[00:05:02] >> Totally.
[00:05:03] >> I I couldn't I I mean, honestly, it
[00:05:05] feels like you you can't even imagine
[00:05:08] what media they're consuming, what lies
[00:05:10] they're listening to. There's they're
[00:05:11] anti-IC, they're anti-law enforcement
[00:05:13] that, you know, and and they you could
[00:05:16] feel this like this virtue signaling
[00:05:17] just constantly with them. They think
[00:05:19] that they really are doing something
[00:05:21] good and really what they're doing is
[00:05:22] they're they're destroying so much of
[00:05:23] the of what makes this country safe and
[00:05:25] good, the institutions that that keep us
[00:05:28] safe. And then meanwhile, I
[00:05:30] >> it's it literally feels like and I read
[00:05:32] this book and it was this this doctor
[00:05:34] and she was kind of explaining the
[00:05:35] generation and like going through mental
[00:05:38] illness and stuff. It's like it's
[00:05:39] literally come to be like if you don't
[00:05:41] have some sort of a mental illness or
[00:05:42] claim to have one at some level or
[00:05:44] something's wrong, woe is me,
[00:05:46] everything's bad. you kind of feel left
[00:05:48] out of this elite, you know, Hollywood
[00:05:49] elite group. It's just it's just sad to
[00:05:52] see some of these people.
[00:05:54] >> I mean, I look at that poor Billy Eyish
[00:05:56] girl. I'm like, just look at her. Like,
[00:05:57] she looks like literally sad, just
[00:06:00] unhappy with with everything in life.
[00:06:03] I'm like, that's got to be horrible.
[00:06:04] Like, you might want to look into G. You
[00:06:07] might want to look into Jesus, girl.
[00:06:08] >> That's exactly right. Well, and and
[00:06:10] speaking of which, we're I mean, we're
[00:06:11] going to have there's elements of faith.
[00:06:13] There's going to be country music, rock
[00:06:14] music. There's all of this stuff is
[00:06:16] going to combine into this this one
[00:06:18] beautiful concert. And I I don't want to
[00:06:21] give too much away, but it's going to be
[00:06:23] all over Turning Point socials. So you
[00:06:25] our Turning Point YouTube XR Rumble of
[00:06:27] course. Uh we'll probably throw it up on
[00:06:29] on on some other social media accounts
[00:06:31] that we can't that we control. Daily
[00:06:33] Wire Plus TBN right here on Real
[00:06:35] America's Voice is going to be covering
[00:06:38] it. We love the guys over at Real
[00:06:39] America's Voice. So thank you Parker and
[00:06:41] Rob for covering that. uh o ntd and then
[00:06:44] it's going to be on Sinclair as well. So
[00:06:47] there lots of places you can check it
[00:06:48] out. You can see it on the graphic
[00:06:50] there. But if you're if you're watching
[00:06:51] the big game and you don't want to be
[00:06:54] fed a bunch of woke garbage or worried
[00:06:56] that the guy's going to come out in a
[00:06:57] dress or celebrate like the queer
[00:06:59] agenda, you just want something that the
[00:07:01] family can enjoy, but it's going to be
[00:07:02] excellent and like high octane
[00:07:04] entertainment, that's what we need to
[00:07:06] do. This this is where you can go.
[00:07:08] Charlie loved this country and he loved
[00:07:10] partnering with organizations that truly
[00:07:12] stand for what makes America great. One
[00:07:14] of our most trusted partners, AAC, the
[00:07:16] Association of Mature American Citizens,
[00:07:18] is doing something special in Charlie's
[00:07:20] honor. AAC is offering free memberships
[00:07:22] to all ages. No credit card, no strings
[00:07:24] attached. Just a chance to stand for
[00:07:26] faith, family, and freedom. Join this
[00:07:28] movement. Go to amac. us/charlie
[00:07:32] today. That is amac
[00:07:34] uscharie
[00:07:37] today.
[00:07:41] God bless you guys for putting this
[00:07:42] together. When I first heard, you know,
[00:07:44] you guys just kind of announced it and
[00:07:45] said at Turning Point's going to do an
[00:07:47] alternate halftime, I'm like,
[00:07:48] >> "Oh yeah, right on. Somebody needs
[00:07:51] >> I'm excited today, too, cuz people would
[00:07:53] always ask me and I kind of actually
[00:07:55] didn't know what was going on." They
[00:07:56] were very They were very tight lipped
[00:07:57] about the organization of this, I will
[00:07:59] say.
[00:07:59] >> Um, but we wanted just to get people
[00:08:01] hyped up. So, one of the guests we have
[00:08:03] performing, Lee Bryce, he did a tribute
[00:08:05] to Charlie a few months ago and just
[00:08:07] kind of give people if they're not
[00:08:09] familiar with the artist.
[00:08:11] Let's play 300. And usually we do a
[00:08:14] couple of other songs, but uh
[00:08:17] tonight I would like to
[00:08:19] play a song and uh
[00:08:25] dedicated to Charlie Kirk and
[00:08:29] what he uh
[00:08:33] what he so adamantly stood for, you
[00:08:35] know, and uh
[00:08:38] I don't want to see a picture of this
[00:08:41] country without God in it, you know. And
[00:08:42] uh and it seems like every day is trying
[00:08:45] harder and harder to do that. And I but
[00:08:47] I got faith it ain't going to go that
[00:08:49] way.
[00:08:52] And the song you ended up playing was uh
[00:08:54] Kingdom Come. When Kingdom Comes.
[00:08:56] >> Yeah. Amen. And and could you speak to
[00:08:59] kind of the the faith element of this
[00:09:01] too? This is it's not going to be like
[00:09:02] necessarily a worship set or anything,
[00:09:04] but I just I know that's important to
[00:09:06] you as well. And are you planning on
[00:09:08] integrating any any of that into your
[00:09:10] set?
[00:09:12] Man, I I would love to tell people what
[00:09:14] I'm doing, but I think it the element of
[00:09:16] surprise is really what's going to make
[00:09:17] it special because no one's going to be
[00:09:20] expecting this 180 that I'm going to do.
[00:09:22] It's it's I I'm trying to make it as as
[00:09:24] unselfish as possible, but at the same
[00:09:27] time, just play something great. I'm
[00:09:29] like, there's there's nothing, you know,
[00:09:31] that we can do that I can do. And I
[00:09:33] trust me, I'm going to come out and hit
[00:09:34] him with the kid rock like boom bang the
[00:09:36] whole but that's going to stop very
[00:09:38] quickly and I'm going to take it back to
[00:09:40] music because one thing I know for sure
[00:09:42] no matter what Bad Bunny does, what the
[00:09:44] NFL is doing, nothing nothing is more
[00:09:47] powerful than a good song. Nothing. So
[00:09:50] if you just stick to playing good songs,
[00:09:52] that that's the win right there. And of
[00:09:54] course, I mean there there's an aspect
[00:09:56] of
[00:09:58] there there's a very aspect of faith in
[00:10:00] this song that I'm going to do. It's not
[00:10:01] my song. I'll tell people that. It's not
[00:10:03] a song I wrote, but I did write a verse
[00:10:06] for it, which is very, very faith-based.
[00:10:09] >> I love it. Um, I I I don't know what
[00:10:12] else you can say here, but I know that
[00:10:14] you've got a lot going on right now.
[00:10:16] You've got different announcements you
[00:10:18] can make. Is there anything else you can
[00:10:19] tell us about your plans for the next
[00:10:21] couple of weeks, months, any other
[00:10:23] releases that you want our audience to
[00:10:25] know about?
[00:10:27] Well, you know, funny enough, we're
[00:10:29] going to release the song that I'm going
[00:10:31] to perform uh for the Terry Point, you
[00:10:33] know, uh all American halftime. So,
[00:10:35] we're going to release it at midnight
[00:10:36] that night after the Super Bowl.
[00:10:38] >> Great.
[00:10:38] >> And then, uh we're going to go out and
[00:10:40] do uh I think we're making an
[00:10:41] announcement this Friday. We're going to
[00:10:42] do some shows this year. Not a ton. I
[00:10:45] think it's maybe 10 or so.
[00:10:47] >> Awesome.
[00:10:48] >> Um so, we're gonna I think it's called
[00:10:49] the Freedom 250 tour. It's kind of we're
[00:10:53] going to announce that on Friday and
[00:10:55] that's going to kind of lead to this
[00:10:57] huge thing that we're going to do in
[00:10:58] July 3rd in a stadium which is going to
[00:11:02] be I'm looking at like I know everyone's
[00:11:04] going to celebrate America's 250th
[00:11:05] birthday July 4th. I want to put
[00:11:07] together the biggest party for America
[00:11:10] on the eve of July 3rd. Kind of like New
[00:11:12] Year's Eve, you know, ring a Liberty
[00:11:14] Bell and shoot cannons and fireworks off
[00:11:16] and play some music for folks. So,
[00:11:18] >> well,
[00:11:18] >> and ton of new ton of ton of new music
[00:11:20] on the way with some very
[00:11:22] >> very cool special guests. I think people
[00:11:24] are going to be wildly wildly happy and
[00:11:26] surprised at the same time.
[00:11:27] >> I love that. So, everybody, you have a
[00:11:29] mission. You need to tune in to the
[00:11:31] All-American Halftime show. Uh, you
[00:11:34] know, when when the other guys are doing
[00:11:36] their their sort of queer celebration,
[00:11:38] whatever, speaking Spanish, whatever you
[00:11:40] want to do, that's fine. But we're going
[00:11:41] to be celebrating this country. It's the
[00:11:43] 250th anniversary of this country,
[00:11:44] Faith, Family, and Freedom with an
[00:11:47] absolute packed lineup of Kid Rock
[00:11:50] obviously, and we've got Brantley
[00:11:53] Gilbert, Lee Bryce, and Gabby Barrett.
[00:11:55] An amazing show. And then your second
[00:11:57] mission after you tune in is to take Kid
[00:12:01] Rock's new song and make it number one
[00:12:03] across all the charts at midnight uh
[00:12:06] after the Super Bowl. So, please do
[00:12:08] that. Uh I I've just I I've heard so
[00:12:11] many good things about the team working
[00:12:12] with you uh on this project. They
[00:12:14] they've you've been a an absolute blast
[00:12:16] of energy and a breath of fresh air. You
[00:12:18] to you get it. Uh and uh thank you for
[00:12:21] everything you're doing to help make
[00:12:22] this a great experience, a great event,
[00:12:24] and really successful.
[00:12:26] >> Thank you guys. Thank you guys for
[00:12:28] having the cone ads to put it on. You
[00:12:30] know what I mean? I know it scares I
[00:12:32] know it scares a lot of people in my
[00:12:33] business. Let's put it that Man, it
[00:12:36] that's a whole story for another day.
[00:12:37] But I mean, when you're going up against
[00:12:39] the machine, it's it's a machine. So,
[00:12:42] God bless you, sir.
[00:12:43] >> Lot a lot of lot of people in my
[00:12:45] position. There's there's a lot of big
[00:12:47] acts that are very scared of that
[00:12:49] machine. I'll tell you that. You already
[00:12:50] know. But
[00:12:51] >> I I do know and I eventually there'll be
