[00:00:02] Whoop. There it is. There it is.
[00:00:06] Doesn't always work right away. Doesn't
[00:00:08] always work right away. What is going
[00:00:09] on, guys? Happy night. Merry night to
[00:00:13] all who are watching right now. The uh
[00:00:16] the night owls. This one is for the
[00:00:19] night owls, the nocturnal
[00:00:21] of the audience. Hello. I am here with
[00:00:24] my red glasses on. Are these ones red?
[00:00:26] No, these ones are are orange. All good.
[00:00:29] Let's jump right into it. Coach Redamus.
[00:00:32] Coach Redamus. Okay. Told you Candace
[00:00:35] was gonna talk about alibis. I knew it.
[00:00:37] I That's why I made the video I made in
[00:00:39] the morning because I knew by the time
[00:00:41] she went live she was going to talk
[00:00:42] about alibis. I have some new
[00:00:44] information on the alibis actually that
[00:00:46] I did not see before and that I know you
[00:00:49] have not seen and we're going to get
[00:00:51] into those a little bit. We're going to
[00:00:53] go through some stuff that Candace
[00:00:55] talked about. You know, it's a it's a
[00:00:58] new information slashrecapping
[00:01:01] type of thing. But believe you me,
[00:01:04] [laughter]
[00:01:06] when I do a recap,
[00:01:11] chef's kiss, chef's kiss, it's something
[00:01:14] to wonder about, okay? Something to be
[00:01:17] in awe of. Believe you me, I'm not going
[00:01:19] to leave you hanging here. This is not
[00:01:21] going to be any typical recap here, but
[00:01:23] let's just run through some stuff
[00:01:25] because there's some things that I don't
[00:01:27] know if I'd make full episodes on, but
[00:01:29] man, was I not expecting this. The whole
[00:01:32] thing about Tyler Robinson actually
[00:01:34] traveling to a steakhouse. Um, the whole
[00:01:39] thing that surprised me out of the whole
[00:01:41] ordeal that he traveled this length and
[00:01:43] everything is that he got mashed
[00:01:45] potatoes. He doesn't seem like a mashed
[00:01:46] potatoes guy. Doesn't seem like a steak
[00:01:49] guy. You know what I mean? He's ping
[00:01:51] around with Lance. You know what I mean?
[00:01:53] He's ping around with Lance. I thought
[00:01:55] he'd be a salad type of dude, you know?
[00:01:57] But he got a steak. He got mashed
[00:02:00] potatoes. We're going to hear Candace
[00:02:01] talk about that. Then we're going to go
[00:02:03] through the alibis. And then we're going
[00:02:05] to jump into uh the person who Candace
[00:02:08] distrusts the most out of this entire
[00:02:11] thing. And honestly, I think I agree
[00:02:14] with her. But let's just play this
[00:02:15] little bit right here. Oh. Oh. Oh. Don't
[00:02:17] I have something else? Hold on a second.
[00:02:20] I know I have something else. Hold on.
[00:02:22] Because there's somebody there's
[00:02:24] somebody I I think this guy might owe me
[00:02:27] money. Do you Do you guys think this guy
[00:02:29] might owe me money? Hey, check this out.
[00:02:31] >> Guys, enjoyed it. We'll be back. Oh, I
[00:02:33] stole that from Coach Colin.
[00:02:36] [laughter]
[00:02:37] Whoa. Hey. Hey.
[00:02:40] Hey. I'm copyrighting that thing. What?
[00:02:44] Somebody tell Baron he owes me at least
[00:02:47] $3.13.
[00:02:49] At least that much. Okay, somebody put
[00:02:52] the word out. But uh shout out to Baron.
[00:02:55] Shout out to Baron doing the clap. I
[00:02:57] like that a lot. Shout out to Baron. All
[00:02:59] right, let's jump into this clip.
[00:03:00] >> Tell you that he did when he got there
[00:03:02] was that he pulled into the Cowboys
[00:03:06] smokehouse on North Main Street. He
[00:03:09] grabbed himself a seat at the bar at
[00:03:11] this steakhouse and he ordered himself
[00:03:14] some more food. Specifically, Tyler
[00:03:17] Robinson ordered a steak medium rare
[00:03:19] with mashed potatoes and vegetables.
[00:03:21] There were three servers that were
[00:03:23] working that night. And then after uh
[00:03:27] news exploded the following day and
[00:03:29] people began obsessively sharing of
[00:03:32] course the photo of the suspect Tyler
[00:03:34] Robinson having been captured after 33
[00:03:37] hours. Well, one of the servers
[00:03:40] recognized him as the person that was
[00:03:42] sitting at the bar the night before. So
[00:03:43] they decided to huddle up with
[00:03:44] management and said, "No, that that
[00:03:46] person, Tyler Robinson, he was here. He
[00:03:48] was eating his steak. He was eating
[00:03:49] mashed potatoes." Management said, "Are
[00:03:50] you sure? Are you positive that Tyler
[00:03:52] Robinson said, "Yes, I'm absolutely
[00:03:53] sure." Well, they don't have any cameras
[00:03:56] at this restaurant. So, what they
[00:03:58] decided to do was to verify that he was
[00:04:01] in the building. Not by, of course,
[00:04:03] consulting outdoor video footage, which
[00:04:05] they didn't have access to, um, but
[00:04:08] rather just looking through credit card
[00:04:09] charges
[00:04:11] because D Tyler Robinson, despite
[00:04:13] telling um his roommate how he wanted to
[00:04:16] get away with this, remember the
[00:04:17] messages and like, oh, here's what
[00:04:19] happened. I don't want anybody to know.
[00:04:20] make sure you delete this letter that's
[00:04:21] under the keyboard, but take a picture
[00:04:23] of it before you delete it, but read it
[00:04:26] and then destroy it. He's trying to get
[00:04:28] away with this this crime. Well, he used
[00:04:30] his credit card. That's how they found
[00:04:32] it. And so what they did was the right
[00:04:34] thing. They contacted the feds. Now,
[00:04:36] that's interesting because I would
[00:04:38] imagine that after 33 hour 33 hours when
[00:04:41] they sort of gloriously come out and
[00:04:42] yee-haw, we got them. I would have and
[00:04:45] call me crazy. I don't know how this
[00:04:46] stuff works. I'm not an expert, right?
[00:04:48] We're not experts, but I would imagine
[00:04:49] the first thing that they would do is
[00:04:51] that they would probably just try to
[00:04:53] figure out where he'd been, and maybe
[00:04:54] one way they would do that would be
[00:04:56] going through his credit card charges. I
[00:04:58] would imagine the fed federal government
[00:04:59] had that capability, but they didn't do
[00:05:01] that. Instead, they were contacted days
[00:05:03] later um by this restaurant, the the
[00:05:06] server filed a report responsibly and
[00:05:09] said, "Yeah, he was here. We have the
[00:05:11] literal receipt." The literal receipt.
[00:05:15] And they explained uh that Tyler
[00:05:18] Robinson was not very talkative. He
[00:05:22] seemed absolutely fine and normal and
[00:05:26] was texting on his phone.
[00:05:29] >> That's amazing. He seemed very I can
[00:05:32] only imagine what he was like when that
[00:05:34] whole thing was going on. When he was
[00:05:36] just in there, they're like, "Uh, sir,
[00:05:38] sir, do you need any do you need
[00:05:41] anything else? Do you need some more
[00:05:42] mashed potatoes?" Huh? What? No, I make
[00:05:46] love to a man. What? Huh? That's kind of
[00:05:49] weird. Uh, the man that I make love to,
[00:05:53] I have to message him right now. Please
[00:05:55] leave me alone.
[00:05:57] Guy is acting very odd.
[00:06:00] Why is there a rifle on his table? Huh?
[00:06:02] What? This? No. No. That's nothing.
[00:06:05] That's nothing. Please leave me alone.
[00:06:07] Can I Bernay sauce? Thank you. Thank you
[00:06:09] very much.
[00:06:11] Like what? He's just calm and cool. I'm
[00:06:15] telling you, man. There's a part of me
[00:06:18] that's like maybe he doesn't even know
[00:06:21] what he was doing. I'm telling you, what
[00:06:23] do I call it? Mortal Kombat Ultra. You
[00:06:27] The first letters, okay? Mortal Kombat.
[00:06:30] You spell combat with a K. You
[00:06:31] understand what I'm saying? You
[00:06:32] understand what I'm putting down here?
[00:06:33] I'm telling you, man. They have the
[00:06:35] ability to make someone not even know
[00:06:38] that they've done something. That's a
[00:06:39] real thing.
[00:06:42] H [groaning]
[00:06:43] It's so weird. He just drove all the way
[00:06:46] to that place and he's just like
[00:06:48] mistake.
[00:06:50] It's so odd. And and if it comes out
[00:06:53] that he wasn't even there. If that if
[00:06:55] that actually happens, if he has some
[00:06:57] kind of story that his defense has that
[00:07:00] he was at this steakhouse,
[00:07:02] he went to another place. Candace even
[00:07:04] brings it up. He was helping his
[00:07:05] grandmother with something
[00:07:08] and he wasn't even there and he just
[00:07:10] says I wasn't there.
[00:07:12] I I just I can't wait to see what both
[00:07:15] sides have. Are they going to show more
[00:07:17] video or is that all they have? If that
[00:07:20] if what they have if the picture if what
[00:07:22] we've seen is all they have, which
[00:07:24] Candace has actually verified that is
[00:07:26] the case, he'll walk.
[00:07:30] He'll be like, "No, I was up at the
[00:07:31] steakhouse. Yeah, I was getting Dairy
[00:07:33] Queen. Yeah. No, I like I like to eat,
[00:07:36] your honor. I like to eat dessert first.
[00:07:40] Okay. Everyone knows that about me. Ask
[00:07:42] anybody. I eat dessert first. Okay. And
[00:07:46] then I have steak. That Everybody knows
[00:07:48] that about me. That's how I've always
[00:07:49] been. Ask my parents. It's so weird. The
[00:07:54] case just gets weird. And they didn't
[00:07:55] even check.
[00:07:57] Hi. Um I think I saw Tyler Robinson. Um,
[00:08:02] that's nice. Have a good day. Bye. What?
[00:08:08] What? That's what Dan Bonino did. That's
[00:08:10] That's what Dan Bonino did. And then he
[00:08:12] left the FBI like, "My work's done here.
[00:08:16] I'm coming back for all the grifters.
[00:08:18] I'm starting my podcast tomorrow." What?
[00:08:21] [laughter]
[00:08:23] You're in the deep state? What? What?
[00:08:27] Who's believing that guy when he gets
[00:08:29] back? Who who's actually like can't hear
[00:08:32] wait to hear what Dan has to say. Bro,
[00:08:35] Dan is going to say Cash Patel is a
[00:08:38] great guy and that he's doing a great
[00:08:41] job. You don't even know. I wish I could
[00:08:42] tell you behind the scenes. That's what
[00:08:45] he's going to tell you. And he's going
[00:08:46] to tell you if you don't shut up and
[00:08:48] just trust the plan, then you are a
[00:08:52] grifter. Then you are crazy. Then you
[00:08:55] are a part of the Candace cult. That's
[00:08:57] what he's going to do. That's what he's
[00:08:59] going to do. I'm predicting it. It's
[00:09:01] going to be the hottest, spiciest Fed
[00:09:05] slop anybody's ever dished out. Oh, and
[00:09:08] he's going to have a big bowl of it.
[00:09:10] He's going to have a big bowl of it.
[00:09:12] Have I gotten off track a little bit?
[00:09:13] Let's go back. Don't worry. Don't worry.
[00:09:15] I got another clip. Don't worry, guys.
[00:09:17] Okay, here. Let's go.
[00:09:19] >> What's fascinating to me is what happens
[00:09:21] after because again, I'm expecting that
[00:09:24] the feds would go, "Well, let us get
[00:09:26] down there. Let us get down to Panguage.
[00:09:28] let us start interviewing everybody. Uh
[00:09:31] let's start checking all these cameras
[00:09:32] around here to see if we've got them.
[00:09:34] No, no, that's all they did. They um
[00:09:38] sort of were obliged to call them back
[00:09:40] and just say, "Okay, what happened?" And
[00:09:42] then that's it. The troules cold. Now,
[00:09:44] remember I told you guys that I spoke
[00:09:47] with the lawyer. Um, this would
[00:09:49] obviously be Erica's lawyer because she
[00:09:51] listed as as the victim. And they
[00:09:53] asserted that at this part in the
[00:09:55] process, what happens next is that the
[00:09:57] investigators separate from Erica uh are
[00:10:00] supposed to be well investigating.
[00:10:03] They're supposed to be going around
[00:10:04] trying to gather more information to
[00:10:06] prove their case that this is definitely
[00:10:08] the shooter and he acted alone. I would
[00:10:10] expect that they would have gone down to
[00:10:13] this restaurant. I can tell you guys
[00:10:16] today they have not. Nobody is
[00:10:18] interested in going down to this
[00:10:20] restaurant and speaking with these
[00:10:22] employees and speaking with people
[00:10:23] nearby and seeing what they saw and
[00:10:25] learning about Tyler Robinson's demeanor
[00:10:27] because it's not that kind of an
[00:10:29] investigation, guys. This is case
[00:10:31] closed. Giddy up. That's what he was. He
[00:10:33] was just he went down and he had himself
[00:10:36] a steak after he had um some Dairy
[00:10:39] Queen. Now, 3 hours is a long ride. I
[00:10:42] get it. He's probably hungry and I get
[00:10:44] that he used his credit card because I
[00:10:45] don't know. Guess he's Gen Z. He's never
[00:10:48] heard of like DVDs and stuff. They've
[00:10:50] always had the technological
[00:10:51] capabilities. He doesn't even know what
[00:10:52] cash is. He didn't even think about just
[00:10:54] going to an ATM and getting cash out to
[00:10:55] pull off this crime. He thought through
[00:10:58] everything else. How to scale the
[00:10:59] rooftops, how to make this happen, where
[00:11:00] exactly Charlie was going to sit. But
[00:11:02] everything else kind of falls apart
[00:11:03] afterwards. All he could think about was
[00:11:05] getting food and he decided the best way
[00:11:06] to try to get away with murder was to
[00:11:08] use his credit card. Now, parking aside
[00:11:11] the fact that he's a 4.0 no student with
[00:11:12] a perfect ACT score. Uh,
[00:11:15] >> it is weird. It is weird. And we're
[00:11:17] going to move on to the next part, but
[00:11:19] it is very weird that he thought through
[00:11:21] everything and then the last part he was
[00:11:24] just like, I don't know. He's like, I'm
[00:11:26] going to be honest, Lance, my love, I
[00:11:30] thought I was going to get shot. I
[00:11:31] thought uh I thought that was it for me.
[00:11:34] And for some reason, I'm in the bushes.
[00:11:37] I'm completely I'm I'm naked cuz I'm
[00:11:39] getting dressed. Um I'm changing my
[00:11:41] clothes right now. So I'm just in my
[00:11:42] boxers and um yeah, I don't know what
[00:11:45] I'm going to do now. Um thought I
[00:11:47] already had my last meal, but I think
[00:11:49] I'm going to have some Dairy Queen. Do
[00:11:51] you guys Do you want to meet at the
[00:11:52] Dairy Queen?
[00:11:54] I hope Lance says he wants to meet at
[00:11:55] the Dairy Queen. I can't wait to see
[00:11:57] him.
[00:11:59] He's just driving for 3 hours. Huh?
[00:12:02] There's no one behind me. Thought this
[00:12:05] would be a high-speed chase.
[00:12:07] I guess I'll have another last meal.
[00:12:09] This can't last too much longer, right?
[00:12:12] It's very weird that it all just falls
[00:12:14] apart. Just completely falls apart. He
[00:12:16] doesn't do he doesn't think of anything.
[00:12:18] And that's exactly what Mike Glover was
[00:12:20] talking about. The guy who's like this
[00:12:21] uh military highly decorated guy that I
[00:12:25] showed you guys, the military insider.
[00:12:27] He was saying the exact same thing. He
[00:12:29] was like, "How do you plan out
[00:12:31] everything and then just run across the
[00:12:34] street and throw a rifle into some
[00:12:36] bushes
[00:12:38] and then like and then you know the
[00:12:39] story is he got changed like he went on
[00:12:41] the roof, got changed."
[00:12:44] If they don't show us a picture of him
[00:12:46] jumping around trying to get one foot
[00:12:48] into a into a pair of pants because he
[00:12:51] changed his clothes,
[00:12:53] I don't know, man. None of it makes
[00:12:55] sense. None of it makes sense. But we're
[00:12:56] moving on, guys. We're moving on to the
[00:12:58] alibis.
[00:12:59] We're going to jump in here. I think
[00:13:00] this is the alibi part. We're going to
[00:13:02] jump into the alibis. Uh, she got an
[00:13:05] update on Erica's alibi. And [laughter]
[00:13:10] Kotraamus,
[00:13:12] the alibi sucks. Oh, what? Huh? I'm
[00:13:16] shocked. I'm shocked that it sucks. I I
[00:13:19] thought for sure it would be it would
[00:13:21] just be rock solid because, you know,
[00:13:24] Turning Point with everything they've
[00:13:26] done so far, everything's been rock
[00:13:28] solid, right? Anyway,
[00:13:32] let's jump in here and listen to that.
[00:13:33] Look, she already looks upset.
[00:13:35] >> And on that note, we should get back to
[00:13:37] the Fort Wuka story because this has
[00:13:39] proven to be a very interesting lead and
[00:13:41] we have a couple of interesting updates
[00:13:42] to add to that. First and foremost, I
[00:13:44] should say for good measure that Turning
[00:13:46] Point USA would like us to clarify that
[00:13:48] while yes, it is true the tent idea was
[00:13:52] initially brought up by Elizabeth McCoy,
[00:13:54] it was ultimately a group decision to
[00:13:57] move forward with the idea, a group
[00:13:59] decision between the events team and the
[00:14:01] exhibitor hall team. Now, um, the idea
[00:14:07] from them was that at future tour stops,
[00:14:09] people would use that tent to grieve and
[00:14:11] to share their thoughts about how
[00:14:13] Charlie had changed their lives.
[00:14:16] I think just as a, you know, just a
[00:14:19] spectator here, there are other ways to
[00:14:22] grieve and you can still share stories
[00:14:24] about how Charlie changed your life. You
[00:14:26] don't need to be under the tent that he
[00:14:27] was murdered in.
[00:14:29] >> You could just be in a circle. You could
[00:14:32] just be standing in front of someone and
[00:14:33] tell those stories. But you know what?
[00:14:36] I'm real glad that it was a group
[00:14:39] effort. Okay. At least this time it
[00:14:42] wasn't just Andrew Kvette. He was just
[00:14:44] like, "Put up the tent. Put up the
[00:14:45] tent." It just didn't tell anybody.
[00:14:49] I'm glad that Erica got everybody
[00:14:51] together and said, "Do we still have the
[00:14:53] tent?" Huh? We do. Let's Let's set it
[00:14:57] up. Let's set it up.
[00:15:01] The other Turning Point staff are like,
[00:15:03] "Shouldn't the FBI have this? Why do we
[00:15:05] have this still? This is Isn't this Is
[00:15:09] this evidence?
[00:15:11] You're fired. You're being ridiculous."
[00:15:14] Okay, you're being absolutely
[00:15:17] ridiculous. Stop. It's Erica. Yeah.
[00:15:21] Stop. I'm just saying I think there
[00:15:24] could be fingerprints. I think we should
[00:15:26] not have this tent. Get him out of here.
[00:15:30] Get him out of here, Blake. Mikey McCoy
[00:15:33] flies in. Flies in like Superman lands.
[00:15:36] Complete selfmastery.
[00:15:38] Picks up the renegade Turning Point
[00:15:41] employee. Just flies up in the air.
[00:15:43] Drops him. You know, regular superhero
[00:15:47] stuff. Let's keep going.
[00:15:48] >> Just my feedback there. Second update
[00:15:50] this time regarding Fort Wuga as well.
[00:15:53] Um, Erica has submitted another
[00:15:56] follow-up text regarding her whereabouts
[00:15:58] on the ETH. Now, you will recall, as I
[00:16:00] told you yesterday, that the issue with
[00:16:02] the first message that she provided,
[00:16:04] which was purportedly a conversation
[00:16:05] between her and Charlie about dinner on
[00:16:08] the evening of the 8th, was that the
[00:16:10] contact name was blocked on the message.
[00:16:13] It was blacked out on the message. Uh, I
[00:16:15] had received that, by the way, on
[00:16:16] December 28th. I immediately said, "Hey,
[00:16:19] could you unblock that or uncover that
[00:16:22] rather and I followed up about four to
[00:16:25] five times just trying to get that
[00:16:27] before we came back um onto the podcast.
[00:16:30] I just said, you know, I just want to
[00:16:31] see the contact number shown." Well,
[00:16:33] when I got off air yesterday, I had a
[00:16:34] follow-up, but it unfortunately was not
[00:16:36] what we were looking for or what we had
[00:16:38] asked for. It was just a Charlie Kirk
[00:16:40] contact card, just like this is Charlie
[00:16:42] Kirk's contact card in my phone. Now, I
[00:16:45] should add here that I am obviously
[00:16:46] working through a third party and they
[00:16:48] made it clear that Erica has been tied
[00:16:50] up with something personal. So, that's
[00:16:52] the reason for the delay. There were six
[00:16:55] sick kids as well throughout the
[00:16:56] holiday. So, there's just been a delay
[00:16:58] on getting that. But, I wanted to let
[00:17:00] you guys know where we are at.
[00:17:02] >> Okay. See, at some point, this has to be
[00:17:04] Candace's fault. Okay. You're you're
[00:17:06] dealing with turning point, Candace.
[00:17:09] Okay. You can't just say things simply.
[00:17:11] You have to really you have to really
[00:17:13] sound it out for these guys. All right.
[00:17:15] At some point, they literally just
[00:17:17] showed a a just the contact card. This
[00:17:20] is who she was talking with. His name is
[00:17:23] Charlie. His name is Charlie Kirk. Uh
[00:17:26] there was something that happened on the
[00:17:27] 10th. Candace is just like, "Yeah, I
[00:17:31] know. I know about that, but this is not
[00:17:34] what I asked for." Well, this is what we
[00:17:36] have, and honestly, we're all tied up
[00:17:39] with stuff, so uh we got to go. We have
[00:17:42] to go. That's it. They the same. It
[00:17:46] would be the same thing if they just
[00:17:48] took a picture of Charlie on a phone and
[00:17:51] said, "Here you go." It would be the
[00:17:54] same thing. It would be just as
[00:17:56] ridiculous.
[00:17:57] Just as ridiculous if they just took if
[00:18:01] they just drew a picture of them. They
[00:18:02] were just like, "I got it all." All
[00:18:05] right. This is what you're looking for
[00:18:06] here.
[00:18:08] All right. So,
[00:18:10] here you go.
[00:18:12] This is who she was talking to. Here you
[00:18:14] go. Case closed.
[00:18:18] No. No. Case further open because you're
[00:18:21] doing this over and over again. It's
[00:18:23] it's kind of ridiculous. And for me at
[00:18:25] this point, it shows that she was
[00:18:29] probably there or or here's the thing,
[00:18:32] she could have been somewhere worse,
[00:18:35] right? And I you know, I know you're
[00:18:37] like, "What's worse?" I don't know what
[00:18:38] worse is, but it could be something else
[00:18:40] where it's like if she showed exactly
[00:18:42] where she was, it would open open up a
[00:18:44] whole other can of worms. That could be
[00:18:46] it, too. But it's one of the two. It's
[00:18:49] not that she just This is just me. It It
[00:18:52] seems like allegedly, maybe perhaps she
[00:18:56] was not where she's saying she was. She
[00:18:59] was somewhere else. And if she told
[00:19:01] Candace that,
[00:19:03] Candace would tell everybody. I think
[00:19:06] they know that by now at the most, you
[00:19:08] know. So, it's it's one of the two.
[00:19:10] Either you were at Fort Wajuka or you
[00:19:12] were somewhere else and you just can't
[00:19:13] tell anybody about the somewhere else
[00:19:16] that you were because it just doesn't
[00:19:19] make sense. I mean, think about it.
[00:19:21] Think about it, right? We don't we don't
[00:19:23] all have to be Mikey McCoy to know how
[00:19:25] to do this. This is just you showing
[00:19:27] where you were at a time. That's it. If
[00:19:30] you have a picture, you have a picture.
[00:19:32] You could say it. There's so many
[00:19:34] different things that you could do to
[00:19:36] verify this calls there. There's a
[00:19:38] hundred different things you can do and
[00:19:40] they're just not doing any of them. So,
[00:19:42] it's it's kind of nonsensical. Uh let's
[00:19:44] play a little bit more of this. Then I'm
[00:19:45] going to jump into the actual uh the
[00:19:49] debunks that have happened cuz uh Kat
[00:19:52] Phillips it's been debunked all the way
[00:19:54] now. It's it's done. It's it's
[00:19:56] completely done. Baron just smashed
[00:19:59] smashed that alibi to bits. No response
[00:20:02] at all from Brian Harpole. I've told you
[00:20:03] that several times. Or relatedly, Dan
[00:20:05] Flood. Now, Dan Flood was not seen at
[00:20:07] Fort Wuga, but he does have
[00:20:10] communication with Brian Harpole. So, I
[00:20:12] wanted to exhaust every effort to get to
[00:20:14] the bottom of where these individuals
[00:20:16] were, specifically Brian Harple and
[00:20:18] Erica Kirk. Now, regarding Mark
[00:20:21] Amadeday, you'll remember uh that I
[00:20:26] Mitch had described a person who he was
[00:20:29] sure was a congressman. and he felt that
[00:20:31] there was it was a congressman and I
[00:20:33] told you that we looked up a congressman
[00:20:34] that fit the description of what he was
[00:20:35] telling us.
[00:20:36] >> Now, [clears throat] I can take it from
[00:20:38] here because when it comes to Mark
[00:20:39] Ammedday, basically Candace feels like,
[00:20:42] hey, it seems like his uh his alibi
[00:20:46] checks out. Now, when it comes to that
[00:20:48] video that she talks about in in uh in
[00:20:52] her live that she just did, when it
[00:20:54] comes to that video that she's speaking
[00:20:55] about where you can see him sitting, it
[00:20:58] is literally a blur. It's a blur with a
[00:21:02] tie. Maybe it's either a tie or someone
[00:21:06] spilled coffee all over themselves.
[00:21:07] That's how blurry it is. It's just a
[00:21:09] blob. That's all it is. So, she wants to
[00:21:12] say that's him. I get it. Cool. So,
[00:21:15] she's saying that he checks out and that
[00:21:17] possibly, where is it? Where is it? Here
[00:21:20] it is. Here it is. Possibly the person
[00:21:24] that we're actually looking at is
[00:21:27] actually related to Mr. Farnsworth.
[00:21:31] Farnsworth.
[00:21:32] So, this is Mark right here, right? This
[00:21:36] is who they thought it was. And then
[00:21:38] Candace says, maybe it's actually
[00:21:40] somebody else. And this is the person.
[00:21:42] So, now people are doing side by sides.
[00:21:44] And I have to say they do look very
[00:21:47] similar. I mean, in terms of not knowing
[00:21:49] who someone is and having to pick them
[00:21:51] out of a lineup, I mean, you know, the
[00:21:53] eyes, the glasses, uh, the nose,
[00:21:58] you could easily mistake one for
[00:22:00] another. And it kind of makes more
[00:22:03] sense. I don't know. I don't know. I
[00:22:06] kind of I don't roll with the whole
[00:22:08] like, oh, well, he was there in this
[00:22:10] blob image. It's like, I don't know
[00:22:11] about all that. He wasn't somewhere. He
[00:22:14] came out of nowhere. And when people
[00:22:16] talk about the meeting that he says he
[00:22:18] was in, people act like this is a
[00:22:20] regular 90minute meeting. So it's like,
[00:22:21] oh, if he was there a little bit, he was
[00:22:23] there the whole time. It was a 12-hour
[00:22:25] meeting. He had a lot of time. A lot of
[00:22:28] time. And he showed up at the end of
[00:22:30] this uh this at the third roll roll
[00:22:33] call, right? So he was there. He wasn't
[00:22:36] there for twoird of the entire thing. 12
[00:22:40] hours. What's 2/3 of 12 hours? That's 8
[00:22:42] hours. Come on. So, I don't know. But
[00:22:45] this kind of if you want to go down this
[00:22:48] road of this guy, it does kind of make
[00:22:50] sense because he's related to this dude.
[00:22:52] So, is he at Fort Wuka where they
[00:22:55] specialize in all sorts of intelligence,
[00:22:57] all sorts of things, right? And then he
[00:23:00] goes to his nephew. I'm not sure how
[00:23:02] they're related. Let me see here. Does
[00:23:04] anybody say Nah, nobody's saying how
[00:23:06] they're related. Um, but he goes to I'm
[00:23:09] just going to say like his nephew or his
[00:23:11] cousin and he says, "Here you go." And
[00:23:14] he says, "What's this?" He goes, "Oh,
[00:23:15] well, uh, it's your it's your
[00:23:17] microphone. You left it at my house."
[00:23:19] Wink wink. And he goes, "I didn't leave
[00:23:22] any microphone at your Listen to me,
[00:23:24] Terry.
[00:23:26] You left this at my house. Can you take
[00:23:29] it?" Oh. Oh, yeah. Don't even worry. I
[00:23:34] got that covered. you know that it it
[00:23:37] could make sense. I'm not saying that
[00:23:39] happened. Nobody can say that that
[00:23:40] happened. Nobody can even say if that
[00:23:42] guy was there. Nobody even knows this
[00:23:44] guy's alibi yet. But I'm sure people are
[00:23:47] going to start asking and we'll see what
[00:23:49] he actually has to say. So there's that.
[00:23:52] But then when it comes to Kitt
[00:23:58] started going deep deep [laughter]
[00:24:02] and this is amazing. Baron actually
[00:24:04] says, "If you remember, I said on my
[00:24:06] last show that the candy would be his
[00:24:08] undoing." [laughter]
[00:24:11] I like the way Baron talks. The candy
[00:24:14] would be his undoing if it was fake. So,
[00:24:16] he actually did confirm this. Now, just
[00:24:18] so you know what we're talking about
[00:24:20] here, just in case you didn't see the
[00:24:21] show, people were zooming in on this.
[00:24:23] Let's check it out.
[00:24:27] Absolutely hate that music. Uh, so
[00:24:30] they're pointing at that candy
[00:24:33] and then there's like a whole thing here
[00:24:35] where they're actually going into the
[00:24:37] merchandising and everything like that
[00:24:39] and they're showing that the prices that
[00:24:41] are being shown don't match up with the
[00:24:44] date that they were being shown. But
[00:24:46] Baron actually explains this way better.
[00:24:48] So they zoom in on this candy, same
[00:24:51] thing. They zoom in on this candy, same
[00:24:53] thing. But now we're gonna switch over
[00:24:54] to Baron actually talking about it
[00:24:56] because
[00:24:57] >> this started last week. For those of you
[00:24:59] who are on vacation, for those of you
[00:25:00] who missed it, for those of you who
[00:25:02] don't understand what all happened last
[00:25:04] week during [clears throat] Candace's
[00:25:06] investigation of Fort Wuka,
[00:25:10] Kat Phillips uh became a question mark.
[00:25:14] Was Kat Phillips there? The witness,
[00:25:17] Mitch Snow, who believes he saw certain
[00:25:19] people there and spoke with with high
[00:25:21] certainty that he saw certain people
[00:25:23] there, like Erica Kirk and
[00:25:26] and Brian Harpull
[00:25:29] said he was not sure whether he saw
[00:25:30] Cabbat Phillips, but he saw a guy that
[00:25:32] looked like Kabat Phillips with Erica
[00:25:34] Kirk. But I I wanted to I wanted to
[00:25:36] point this out because he follows up
[00:25:39] with this image
[00:25:41] and he says he gave the original photo
[00:25:43] to Candace. Now, I showed this image
[00:25:46] during the last broadcast and then I
[00:25:48] said I was going to go over to Publix
[00:25:50] and see if this candy aisle looked like
[00:25:51] this. I'll tell you what I was looking
[00:25:52] for. I used to do some consulting for a
[00:25:55] grocery chain in the Mid-Atlantic uh
[00:25:58] based out of Pittsburgh.
[00:26:00] And what I know about these things is
[00:26:03] that the candy is the dead giveaway.
[00:26:06] It's almost hard to find candy that has
[00:26:09] the same price, the same organization
[00:26:12] from day to day.
[00:26:14] much less from week to week or month to
[00:26:16] month. So, I knew if I went over there,
[00:26:19] that candy aisle would look totally
[00:26:21] different if this actually was an older
[00:26:23] picture and not something recently
[00:26:25] staged. Here's what I learned. And I'll
[00:26:27] I'll I'll betray the secret. I didn't
[00:26:29] go. my 19-year-old daughter with,
[00:26:32] but she was on FaceTime with me, and I
[00:26:34] was having her walk up and down the
[00:26:36] aisle, facetiming the
[00:26:39] candy, facetiming the magazines,
[00:26:42] facetiming the balloons in the
[00:26:43] background, facetiming the aisles,
[00:26:45] facetiming the ceiling. I was looking at
[00:26:47] everything. This was within minutes of
[00:26:49] me going off the air. I think I went off
[00:26:51] the air at like 9:30 local time, and by
[00:26:53] 10:00, she was there with her camera
[00:26:56] going up and down the aisle looking at
[00:26:57] everything. And what we determined was
[00:26:59] this is an old picture. This is a very
[00:27:01] old picture, months old picture. Uh, you
[00:27:04] could tell by the magazines. You could
[00:27:05] tell by the candy prices.
[00:27:11] [music]
[00:27:12] Oh, just the worst music.
[00:27:15] Who is this? Who? Who? Project
[00:27:17] Constitution. Just the worst music, bro.
[00:27:19] Come on. What is with everybody in the
[00:27:21] music? And why didn't you let Baron keep
[00:27:23] talking? This is ridiculous. Let's see
[00:27:25] it, though.
[00:27:27] So, they're just calling out the dates
[00:27:28] and this is everything that I showed you
[00:27:30] already. Um, but Baron actually went to
[00:27:33] go check it out or he sent he sent his
[00:27:36] daughter 19-year-old daughter. Baron was
[00:27:39] having kids when he was 18 or something.
[00:27:40] He doesn't look like he would have a
[00:27:42] 19-year-old daughter. That's wild. But,
[00:27:44] uh, but yeah, there you go.
[00:27:48] And then obviously they're they're
[00:27:50] showing this control receipt. It doesn't
[00:27:52] really make sense that it would look
[00:27:53] like this. uppercase C. Oh, this is
[00:27:57] actually him showing something better.
[00:27:59] Oh, beautiful. Okay, so you know how I
[00:28:01] showed you guys this before and it was a
[00:28:03] lowercase C. So So um Kitt ended up
[00:28:08] showing his receipt. Okay. And he had
[00:28:12] dispute charge and it was a lowercase C.
[00:28:16] But then they went to somebody else
[00:28:18] who's just like a regular person who
[00:28:20] bought some stuff, right? Jessica, I
[00:28:22] guess her name is. and she shows that
[00:28:25] it's actually an uppercase C which shows
[00:28:28] that there is some kind of maybe perhaps
[00:28:31] allegedly doctoring of what Kitt was
[00:28:36] showing and again that's where the and
[00:28:39] think about Kitt Erica
[00:28:43] maybe that's the thing maybe it's not
[00:28:46] about Fort Wuka and drones and little
[00:28:48] battery packs and microphones and all
[00:28:50] that stuff and a meeting and planning
[00:28:52] maybe it's not about all that maybe it's
[00:28:54] about the fact that possibly they were
[00:28:57] around each other. That could be it. Did
[00:29:00] you hear that? That was my throat. Uh
[00:29:03] [laughter]
[00:29:04] I'm getting old. There's this I'm
[00:29:05] creaking. I'm creaking. But maybe that's
[00:29:08] it.
[00:29:10] Maybe that's why they have to be like,
[00:29:12] "Oh no, there's an alibi and this and
[00:29:13] that." Because then it becomes, "What
[00:29:15] were you guys doing together?"
[00:29:17] That's the thing that stands out to me.
[00:29:20] Maybe that's the worst thing. Maybe it's
[00:29:23] nonsense that they would be like, "Oh,
[00:29:25] what do you think? She's James Bond or
[00:29:26] something or Kitt Kitt's James Bond."
[00:29:29] Yeah, right. That'd be the day the
[00:29:31] franchise dies, right? So
[00:29:36] maybe they're trying to dodge that and
[00:29:39] that would explain why they would be
[00:29:41] willing to, you know, send a picture
[00:29:44] just, you know, finger covering
[00:29:47] everything that's important. you know,
[00:29:50] him doctoring things, you know, people
[00:29:52] can see the magazines don't make sense,
[00:29:54] the prices don't make sense. Maybe it is
[00:29:56] a big thing because that would be
[00:29:58] something because if it was just at the
[00:30:00] meeting, right, let's just say they're
[00:30:02] at foruka, they just go, "Yeah, like so
[00:30:04] what? My mom my mom's sick.
[00:30:08] She has these companies that have these
[00:30:09] contracts and yeah, I've worked for the
[00:30:12] military and I know people and I can go
[00:30:14] in and handle what she needs to handle.
[00:30:16] Get off my back." That would be like
[00:30:18] case closed. Who could really argue with
[00:30:20] that? It would be weird and you'd be
[00:30:22] like, "Oh, you know what's with the
[00:30:23] military?" But that would be the end of
[00:30:25] it.
[00:30:28] But if something else was going on, then
[00:30:30] it looks terrible. It looks very, very
[00:30:32] terrible. Anyway, that's uh that's that,
[00:30:37] right? And then people also started
[00:30:39] pointing this out when it came to
[00:30:40] Cabbat. Hopefully you guys can see this.
[00:30:42] So, uh what we're zooming in on here is
[00:30:44] the watch. So Mitch described a watch,
[00:30:49] right? And apparently Cabbat always has
[00:30:51] this watch on. People are, [laughter]
[00:30:56] you guys can't see it, but some dude's
[00:30:59] giving him the [laughter] middle finger.
[00:31:02] Some dude's behind him flipping him off.
[00:31:05] That's hilarious. Uh, but this is Cabbat
[00:31:07] here with his watch. Right here he is
[00:31:11] again with his watch. So this is a watch
[00:31:12] that he always wears all the time.
[00:31:16] Right? There's cabb, right? So this is
[00:31:19] something that he's constantly wearing.
[00:31:21] So the fact that Mitch saw it and was
[00:31:23] like, "Oh, that's a nice watch." It is a
[00:31:25] nice watch. I've been looking at watches
[00:31:27] recently, you know,
[00:31:30] and uh yeah, that's that's a really nice
[00:31:33] watch. Really nice. Really old.
[00:31:37] So the fact that Mitch noticed that and
[00:31:39] said, "Oh, this guy has a nice watch."
[00:31:40] That would make sense. someone Mitch's
[00:31:42] age would be like that's a good time
[00:31:44] piece you got there. Yeah, that's what
[00:31:46] old guys are into. You know, I'm getting
[00:31:49] into watches, so I can say that now. Um,
[00:31:51] but yeah, there's that. And then
[00:31:53] somebody actually posted this and I was
[00:31:56] like, "Oh man, that makes a lot of
[00:31:58] sense." They were like, "If Cabbat
[00:31:59] Phillips lives in Nashville, Central
[00:32:02] time, why does his receipt have Eastern
[00:32:05] time on it? That's weird." And if you
[00:32:07] guys remember what I showed you last
[00:32:09] time, he had a receipt that actually had
[00:32:12] ET on it. And on top of that, the
[00:32:15] charges where it said dispute charges,
[00:32:18] lowercase C. Like, it didn't make a
[00:32:21] whole lot of sense.
[00:32:24] I don't know. But it's proving to show
[00:32:26] that these alibis are just completely
[00:32:29] done. They're they're they're done. I
[00:32:32] don't know what else to say. I don't
[00:32:33] know what Erica's going to come through
[00:32:34] with eventually. Uh, I don't know what
[00:32:36] she's going to show Candace, but it's
[00:32:39] done. In my opinion, it's I don't know
[00:32:42] what else they can do. Kitt's going to
[00:32:45] stick by what he's already shown. Uh,
[00:32:47] Erica's gettingounded by Candace to show
[00:32:50] more, to show something better. And I
[00:32:52] don't think they can. I don't I don't
[00:32:54] think she can. And again, now I'm
[00:32:57] starting to think before I was like, oh,
[00:32:59] well, you know, Brian is Erica's
[00:33:01] security. So, if Brian was at the
[00:33:03] meeting, I bet Erica was at the meeting.
[00:33:04] That's where my mind was going. But now
[00:33:07] it's like her and Kat, they've dated
[00:33:10] before. They were together before.
[00:33:12] They've been together before.
[00:33:14] And if and if we found out if we found
[00:33:17] out if Candace found out that they were
[00:33:20] together in not a meeting way,
[00:33:25] it's almost it's almost it would look so
[00:33:28] bad that it would almost make more sense
[00:33:29] for them to just go, "Uh, we were
[00:33:32] looking at explosives. Yeah, we were
[00:33:34] looking at little We were looking at
[00:33:36] little mic explosives. Yeah, we were.
[00:33:38] Yep. Yep. That's what we were doing.
[00:33:40] That's all we were doing, right, Erica?
[00:33:41] Yeah, that's what we were doing. Of
[00:33:42] course, it it almost looks better. It's
[00:33:46] almost better that they were in a
[00:33:48] highlevel military meeting with all
[00:33:51] their clothes on. You know what I mean?
[00:33:53] I'm just saying. All right, let's move
[00:33:55] on. Jump in here. For some reason,
[00:33:57] Candace doesn't trust this certain
[00:33:59] person, but uh I'll show you him in a
[00:34:01] second.
[00:34:02] that I believe that we should look into.
[00:34:04] Okay,
[00:34:06] follow one lead. If it doesn't lead
[00:34:08] where we think it's going to go, we can
[00:34:09] pivot. And something interesting has
[00:34:11] come up. Now, I will start by restating,
[00:34:14] I have never felt good about Terrell
[00:34:18] Barnworth. Okay? Not since that very
[00:34:20] first phone call I had with him. In
[00:34:22] fact, the phone call I had with him, I
[00:34:25] can say was the very first moment that I
[00:34:28] went, "Something's not right here."
[00:34:30] I told you guys he just started lying to
[00:34:32] me repeatedly. Weird. His energy was
[00:34:35] weird. I was like, "What's going on? Why
[00:34:36] are you being weird? I'm calling you
[00:34:37] because I'm just trying to let the
[00:34:38] public know like you know why you took
[00:34:40] the cameras out. I'm sure there's a
[00:34:41] logical reason. It is kind of weird that
[00:34:42] you're there. Why are you there?" He's
[00:34:44] all over the place. And again, this is
[00:34:45] not in the immediate aftermath. This is
[00:34:47] not first 48. We've got the jitters.
[00:34:50] Charlie Kirk's killed. This is like a
[00:34:51] week past that. And I expressed
[00:34:54] repeatedly to my audience that something
[00:34:56] was not right with that phone call. As
[00:34:57] soon as I hung up, I said to my team,
[00:34:59] and I'm quoting myself here, that man is
[00:35:01] guilty of something. He's guilty of
[00:35:04] something. He's lying about weird stuff.
[00:35:06] I don't know how to send a file. What do
[00:35:07] you mean? You run an entire AV company.
[00:35:10] You know how to send a file over the
[00:35:11] internet? Well, I'm scared Google might
[00:35:14] hack me. What?
[00:35:16] You're scared Google's going to hack you
[00:35:18] to release more footage of Charlie
[00:35:20] dying? That makes no sense. Nothing made
[00:35:21] sense, and I will never pretend it made
[00:35:23] sense. And I'm following my gut on
[00:35:25] Terrell Farnsworth. Okay. Huh? What?
[00:35:28] Send a file? No, I've never I've never
[00:35:30] done that. You know what a better excuse
[00:35:32] would be? If he was just like, "I'm
[00:35:35] drunk." Yeah, I'm outrageously drunk
[00:35:38] right now. I mean, it was a miracle I
[00:35:40] turned on my phone. And I do this pretty
[00:35:42] much every day. It's a real problem. And
[00:35:44] I won't be able to send the file. I
[00:35:46] can't see straight right now. I'm
[00:35:47] actually laying down. Laying down. And
[00:35:50] uh I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry about
[00:35:52] that. Just do that every day. Candace
[00:35:54] calls. Actually, Candace, I know I sound
[00:35:57] very good, but [laughter] it happened
[00:36:00] again. I am blackout drunk. I'm not even
[00:36:03] going to remember this conversation.
[00:36:04] That would be a much better excuse than
[00:36:07] I don't know how to send a file. What?
[00:36:10] Excuse me? That's what I would have
[00:36:12] said. Excuse me, sir. Oh, okay. I'll
[00:36:15] walk you through it. That would have
[00:36:16] been my go-to right away. Oh, man. I'm
[00:36:19] so sorry you're in that condition. You
[00:36:21] don't know how to send a file. Well,
[00:36:23] let's fix that.
[00:36:24] 100%. There's a thing called Wii
[00:36:26] transfer. You're going to drag and drop
[00:36:27] it and then put my email in and that's
[00:36:29] it. And just click send. Okay, let's do
[00:36:32] that. You can use my account. That's
[00:36:34] what I would do. 100. I'm afraid
[00:36:37] Google's going to contact. I'm afraid
[00:36:40] they're going to they're going to hack
[00:36:41] me. Why would they hack you? Well, the
[00:36:44] thing is I had this microphone and it
[00:36:46] had this uh uh I mean um no reason. I
[00:36:50] don't know. I don't know why they would
[00:36:51] do that. You know, we don't trust the
[00:36:53] gov, right? You don't, right? Huh?
[00:36:56] That's normal. I don't see what's not to
[00:36:59] trust in this guy. Come. Come on. Look
[00:37:01] at this guy. You kidding me? You don't
[00:37:04] trust this guy?
[00:37:05] >> Charlie.
[00:37:06] >> You don't trust this guy? Look at him.
[00:37:09] So squirly. Look at
[00:37:13] I don't know. They just shot him. Oh
[00:37:15] god, he's dead.
[00:37:19] the most untrustworthy person ever. Just
[00:37:23] look at it. Look, what's not to trust?
[00:37:25] What's not to trust?
[00:37:27] >> I just heard them say the act of this
[00:37:29] guy's taking down the cameras like he
[00:37:31] had like he's on a mission. Like they
[00:37:34] were like, Terry, you have four minutes
[00:37:38] to disable the cameras and take the SD
[00:37:41] cards.
[00:37:42] Do it quickly. Ding ding ding ding ding
[00:37:45] ding. Look at him. He's like looking
[00:37:46] behind him.
[00:37:48] Is anybody Oh god. Oh god. I got to get
[00:37:51] this done. Oh goodness.
[00:37:55] Okay. Okay. Okay. We're going to be
[00:37:58] okay. Tell Tyler we're going to be okay.
[00:38:02] Tell Tyler we're going to be fine. Of
[00:38:04] course she doesn't trust him. This is
[00:38:05] crazy. Absolutely crazy. And then when
[00:38:09] we get into the rest of the episode, I
[00:38:11] mean, you know, I mean, she shows
[00:38:13] Candace uh shows an angle of Charlie
[00:38:16] that I've never seen before. And I'm
[00:38:19] going to get into that in my episode
[00:38:20] that I release tomorrow morning, 10:00
[00:38:23] a.m. Uh, yeah. So, you'll you'll see
[00:38:26] that because that got my head just that
[00:38:29] coupled with Baron and Ian and what
[00:38:31] they're talking about, it just it just I
[00:38:35] don't know, man. I mean, I wanted to
[00:38:37] look into the casings of the bullets.
[00:38:40] Like, I wanted to see them to see if
[00:38:42] they were frangible or not because they
[00:38:43] look just they look very different. I
[00:38:46] don't even know if if we're looking for
[00:38:48] bullets anymore, man, quite honestly.
[00:38:50] And then also, if you don't know,
[00:38:53] Candace has a show being made about her
[00:38:55] where the Daily Wire is going to make
[00:38:57] fun of her. It's basically just like
[00:38:59] this show, but the opposite. So, whoever
[00:39:03] you are, Maddie, we'll see who does
[00:39:05] better in the ratings. Okay? Hope hope
[00:39:08] you're ready, Maddie. Okay? We'll see
[00:39:10] who does better. But anyways, guys, I
[00:39:13] just wanted to bring all that to you.
[00:39:14] I'm gonna get out of here. We're running
[00:39:15] a little long. Good night. Get some
[00:39:18] sleep. I'm out of here.
