The Fraud in MN Goes Way Deeper Than Childcare

[00:00:00] We have some clips here from part two of
[00:00:02] your investigation and I I I don't know
[00:00:05] if this is the the the key portion of
[00:00:07] it, but something I took note of, David,
[00:00:10] and that is all of this money that is
[00:00:12] got that has been basically uh built
[00:00:16] from the taxpayers and then smuggled
[00:00:18] through the MSP Minnesota St. Paul
[00:00:21] International Airport back to Somalia.
[00:00:23] And we're talking bags full of $750,000.
[00:00:27] 1 million6 million according to to this
[00:00:30] gentleman play cut 500.
[00:00:32] The smallest amount in a suitcase that I
[00:00:35] heard was like 750,000.
[00:00:38] But generally it was anywhere from a
[00:00:42] million to 6 million in a suitcase. And
[00:00:45] there usually was there, as far as I can
[00:00:48] remember, there was always two
[00:00:49] individuals traveling. So you would have
[00:00:52] maybe one guy with 2.2 million and
[00:00:54] another guy with three million and
[00:00:57] >> and at airports you're able to take
[00:00:58] $10,000 without declaring it. How are
[00:01:00] these guys able to take millions of
[00:01:02] dollars?
[00:01:02] >> Because as far as I know, as long as
[00:01:05] they declared it, they were fine. The
[00:01:08] smallest amount.
[00:01:09] >> And then we found out, David, later in
[00:01:11] this clip that they actually reported
[00:01:12] this to HSI, which has all the
[00:01:14] investigative authority and power that
[00:01:16] the FBI does via Home Department of
[00:01:19] Homeland Security. How is this legal?
[00:01:22] How did nothing happen? What did you
[00:01:23] guys find?
[00:01:25] >> Well, it goes back to what I said
[00:01:27] earlier that Minneapolis is the
[00:01:31] epicenter of all of this fraud and all
[00:01:33] this corruption. For someone to be I
[00:01:36] mean, if I walked through the airport
[00:01:37] with 10 cents, I have to source it.
[00:01:39] These guys are walking through with
[00:01:41] millions of dollars in cash at a time.
[00:01:43] And had I known it, I would have
[00:01:45] insisted that TSA was running
[00:01:47] drugniffing dogs around the money
[00:01:50] because, you know, there's going to be a
[00:01:51] scent of cocaine or something. When you
[00:01:53] have that much cash, there's going to be
[00:01:54] a trace of drugs on it.
[00:01:55] >> Of course,
[00:01:56] >> then they could see the money. They
[00:01:58] could and they didn't do that. And so
[00:02:02] this this fraud is so gigantic that
[00:02:06] again, people are so frustrated and
[00:02:09] overwhelmed by they said, "Look, you got
[00:02:11] to just you got to chip away. If you're
[00:02:12] going to do this, you got to focus.
[00:02:14] [clears throat] You got to strategize.
[00:02:16] So, two years ago, I knew what these
[00:02:19] videos were going to be about, but I
[00:02:20] didn't have all the data to put
[00:02:22] together. I didn't know what sites we
[00:02:24] were going to visit. But when Nick hit
[00:02:25] town, I had it all laid out where we
[00:02:27] were going, how much money they'd
[00:02:29] gotten, why we were doing it the way we
[00:02:31] did it. And I said, "This first first
[00:02:33] video is going to be the most viewed
[00:02:35] video on the internet." I told him,
[00:02:36] Matt, talking on the phone, and indeed
[00:02:40] it was. I don't know how it's 400
[00:02:41] million views or whatever the number is.
[00:02:43] And then I said, "We have to we have to
[00:02:45] go directly into transportation because
[00:02:47] that all comes back to transportation."
[00:02:49] I said, "We can't do 10 videos on
[00:02:51] autism. It's just it's not worth it.
[00:02:52] Child care and then move into the
[00:02:54] transportation." And I was right.
[00:02:56] >> Well, let's let's get a clip of that.
[00:02:58] So, you went to a location of one of
[00:03:01] these supposed transport companies and
[00:03:02] and to set it up, it's the state will
[00:03:05] fund money for people, will give money
[00:03:06] to companies that are supposedly to
[00:03:08] transport disabled people, elderly, the
[00:03:11] elderly, stuff like that. It's a very
[00:03:13] popular business. There are a lot of
[00:03:15] these. I spoke with someone who's a
[00:03:17] realtor in Minneapolis and she said over
[00:03:19] and over they would run into people
[00:03:21] Somali's buying homes and it was always
[00:03:22] like it was another daycare center, it
[00:03:24] was another transport company. I think
[00:03:25] someone had all three. Th those two and
[00:03:27] then a Medicaid company. It was unreal.
[00:03:29] But let's play the clip here. This is uh
[00:03:32] Nick Shirley finding another fraud spot
[00:03:33] and getting kicked out. 518.
[00:03:37] Do you guys know where Advanced Mobility
[00:03:38] is?
[00:03:40] >> Do you guys know where Advanced Mobility
[00:03:41] is?
[00:03:42] >> Advanced Mobility?
[00:03:43] >> Yeah, we're looking for it. Never heard
[00:03:45] of it.
[00:03:45] >> What is this? What is that?
[00:03:47] >> Oh, my name's Nick Shirley. We're just
[00:03:49] looking for advanced mobility.
[00:03:52] >> Where's advanced mobility at? We don't
[00:03:54] care about advanced mobility.
[00:03:56] >> That's what we're asking for. All right.
[00:03:57] We're looking for advanced mobility.
[00:03:59] Nobody can help us right now.
[00:04:00] >> We got a whole group of people trying to
[00:04:02] get us out of here.
[00:04:03] >> We're looking for advanced mobility.
[00:04:06] >> Advanced mobility DOESN'T EXIST.
[00:04:10] >> GET the out of here, man.
[00:04:12] >> And and so it's not in that clip, but I
[00:04:14] believe it was saying it was at suite
[00:04:16] 224. And there you couldn't find a
[00:04:18] single suite even labeled two in that
[00:04:20] building.
[00:04:22] >> No. So, it's it's interesting you picked
[00:04:25] that portion of the video because it's
[00:04:27] the most significant because
[00:04:30] that advanced mobility has been
[00:04:33] registered with the state of Minnesota
[00:04:34] since 1999
[00:04:37] at that address and it's a one-story
[00:04:40] building. So, all of the suites are 101,
[00:04:43] 102, 103. You'd have to have a second
[00:04:45] there is no second story. So, you can't
[00:04:47] have a 200 suite. So, it's never
[00:04:49] existed. It's only on paper. And nobody
[00:04:52] ever checked this, David. No, nobody
[00:04:54] ever did. So this this complicity goes
[00:04:56] back before Tim Waltz then. I mean, it's
[00:04:58] been going on years.
[00:04:58] >> Yeah. So So Devil's Advocate, did you
[00:05:00] look anywhere else? Did you maybe try to
[00:05:03] find other evidence the company may have
[00:05:04] ever existed or maybe that it had been
[00:05:06] there? It had been somewhere and moved.
[00:05:09] I don't know. I'm just trying to find
[00:05:10] defenses that the state might make.
[00:05:13] >> That's why we asked the people, have you
[00:05:15] ever heard of Advanced Mobility? Because
[00:05:18] some of those companies have been there
[00:05:19] for eight or nine or 10 years. So, so if
[00:05:22] you've never heard of it, how can it be
[00:05:24] registered at this address? But that was
[00:05:27] only one example. I've been to probably
[00:05:29] 70 of these and
[00:05:32] none of them I can't find an I find an
[00:05:35] office. I can't find anybody there. I
[00:05:38] mean, they're apartment buildings,
[00:05:39] they're vacant buildings, they're liquor
[00:05:41] stores. You saw at the grocery stores. I
[00:05:43] said, "Well, what what one several of
[00:05:45] them are money wire transfer services
[00:05:48] and you saw that one gentleman liquor
[00:05:49] store?" He said, "Yeah, Safari wire
[00:05:51] service. Yeah, Safari gets the money and
[00:05:53] they send it out." I said, "Well,
[00:05:54] where's the transportation company?"
[00:05:55] Doesn't know what we're talking about.
[00:05:57] And what we didn't include in that video
[00:05:58] was there was a guy who stormed into
[00:06:00] that liquor store and he started showing
[00:06:03] it the older guy in Somali to get him to
[00:06:05] stop talking. And so that guy turned
[00:06:07] around, he walked out the back towards
[00:06:09] the back door.
[00:06:10] >> Yeah. One minute here.
[00:06:13] >> Yeah. One minute left here, David. Uh I
[00:06:15] mean, so you grew up in Minneapolis.
[00:06:17] Just for the sake of our audience, how
[00:06:19] much have you seen the the city
[00:06:21] demographics transform as you see these
[00:06:23] Somali communities come in? About 40
[00:06:25] seconds left.
[00:06:27] >> So it what's been most shocking is their
[00:06:29] failure to assimilate in the slightest
[00:06:32] bit. They are
[00:06:35] my way or the highway and they have
[00:06:37] these DFL legislators who stand behind
[00:06:40] them because they didn't create all this
[00:06:41] fraud. They had help from politicians to
[00:06:43] construct all of these companies. They
[00:06:45] didn't know how to do it. The
[00:06:46] politicians helped him do it and they
[00:06:48] saw them as a solid voting block and so
[00:06:50] they brought more of men and more of
[00:06:51] men.
[00:06:52] >> Yeah, that's exactly right. Flu season
[00:06:54] doesn't wait and neither should you. The
[00:06:56] smart move is [music] to prepare before
[00:06:58] anyone in your family gets sick. That's
[00:07:00] why we recommend All Family Pharmacy.
[00:07:02] They let you stock up ahead of time on
[00:07:04] Tamlu, [music] antibiotics, antivirals,
[00:07:06] ivormectin, vitamins, and more delivered
[00:07:08] right to your door. And the best part,
[00:07:10] every order includes the doctor's
[00:07:12] prescription. [music] So there's no
[00:07:14] insurance hassles or lastminute pharmacy
[00:07:15] runs. Be proactive, not reactive.
[00:07:18] Prepare today. Visit allfamilyfarm
[00:07:20] pharmacy.com/kirk
[00:07:22] and use code [music] kirk10 to save 10%
[00:07:25] today.
[00:07:30] I think almost more insulting and
[00:07:32] appalling is the fact that the elected
[00:07:35] officials, whether that's Tim Walls,
[00:07:36] Jacob Fry, you've got this guy in
[00:07:38] Florida. By the way, it's worth it's
[00:07:40] worth reminding our audience about this
[00:07:42] guy. This guy in Florida is is actively
[00:07:45] promoting doxing ICE agents. Uh we'll
[00:07:48] just play this clip just so everybody
[00:07:49] knows what I'm talking about. 490.
[00:07:51] Hello everybody. We've received multiple
[00:07:53] reports of heavy ice activity in
[00:07:55] different parts of Central Florida,
[00:07:57] including the University of Central
[00:07:58] Florida, Winter Garden, Altoont Springs,
[00:08:01] and other surrounding areas. We've also
[00:08:03] received reports of heavy ice activity
[00:08:06] at certain hotels in the area as well.
[00:08:08] I'm making this video to confirm both of
[00:08:10] those things that ICE is in the
[00:08:12] community and that they have made pretty
[00:08:15] large hotel reservations in surrounding
[00:08:17] hotels as well.
[00:08:19] I play that clip for you guys because
[00:08:22] you're you're seeing it up close and
[00:08:23] personal. If we do not stop this
[00:08:25] insurrection in Minneapolis, it spreads.
[00:08:29] these guys are all going to get
[00:08:30] emboldened to do even more and then you
[00:08:32] guys are going to be flying all over the
[00:08:34] country covering the next uh chaotic
[00:08:36] eruption somewhere else. Is that your
[00:08:38] read on this that that this can if we
[00:08:40] stop this uh that that the message will
[00:08:43] be clear or is do you think this is just
[00:08:45] going to keep spreading?
[00:08:48] >> Yeah, they're going to have to make an
[00:08:49] example out of this place especially,
[00:08:50] you know, this is a obviously the
[00:08:52] Minneapolis St. Paul area is a a
[00:08:54] Democrat stronghold. And uh right now
[00:08:57] these people firmly believe that they're
[00:08:59] going to get away with all of this and
[00:09:00] that ICE is going to back down. You
[00:09:01] know, they're talking about these poll
[00:09:03] numbers which I don't even believe are
[00:09:05] real poll numbers because if you talk to
[00:09:07] actual people on the street, they don't
[00:09:09] want to live next to Venezuelan rapists.
[00:09:13] Uh I mean it's it seems like that seems
[00:09:15] like a no-brainer, right? Uh I will tell
[00:09:18] you I would much rather cover this in
[00:09:20] somewhere like Florida. Uh but I I I'll
[00:09:23] give you an example. When they tried all
[00:09:26] these rallies and these uh big protests
[00:09:30] like Indivisible was doing stuff down
[00:09:32] when I was in New Orleans as well. Uh
[00:09:34] they didn't put up with it. The the
[00:09:35] Louisiana government didn't put up with
[00:09:37] it. Uh they shut down all of the
[00:09:40] potential riots, you know, right away.
[00:09:42] And up here,
[00:09:44] uh, you see videos of of anti-ICE
[00:09:48] activists running red lights, following
[00:09:51] ICE, you know, going around buses on
[00:09:54] blind corners, 12 of them at a time,
[00:09:56] just total lawlessness. And the police
[00:09:58] don't do anything about it. They can
[00:10:00] literally see it happen and they don't
[00:10:03] pay any attention to the person that
[00:10:04] just blew a red light at 80 miles an
[00:10:06] hour to catch up with ICE vehicles. down
[00:10:09] in Louisiana. I I did that just because
[00:10:12] I was covering ice. I like rolled a red
[00:10:15] light and uh and turned right behind
[00:10:18] them without stopping at the red light
[00:10:20] on that right turn and they pulled me
[00:10:22] over for that.
[00:10:23] >> God bless.
[00:10:23] >> And so it's like you didn't have the
[00:10:25] same issues down there. You didn't have
[00:10:27] the constant clashes with ice in the
[00:10:29] middle of the street here. The the truth
[00:10:32] is is like cities that have had to deal
[00:10:34] with really severe violent crime for a
[00:10:36] long time or where they have a history
[00:10:38] of really bad well I shouldn't say that
[00:10:40] about Minneapolis because they do cities
[00:10:41] that have had to deal with a lot of
[00:10:42] violent crime for a long time uh just
[00:10:45] don't have quite as much like they just
[00:10:47] don't have the patience for this they
[00:10:49] realize what the cost to a city
[00:10:50] >> or they get normalized
[00:10:51] >> and so well you see it it's like it's
[00:10:54] Portland it's Minneapolis it's Seattle
[00:10:56] it's cities that historically were safer
[00:10:58] usually and it's cities also It just has
[00:11:01] to be said demographically. They're more
[00:11:03] of what you'd think of as well, let's
[00:11:04] just say stereotypical white liberals
[00:11:06] run these cities still as opposed to in
[00:11:10] if you're in New Orleans, if you're in
[00:11:11] Atlanta, if you're in Detroit, those are
[00:11:13] heavily black cities that are run by
[00:11:15] other black Americans. And they just
[00:11:16] don't they don't fall for this nonsense
[00:11:18] nearly as much.
[00:11:19] >> They don't they they don't get suckered.
[00:11:20] They're not marks. Uh Cam, you do you do
[00:11:23] you have that same impression that you
[00:11:24] could you could squaltch this in
[00:11:27] Minneapolis if you brought enough force?
[00:11:29] If we just if we just basically said
[00:11:31] enough of this garbage, we're putting
[00:11:33] our our foot down now that that the the
[00:11:36] rats would scurry. The rats would flee
[00:11:37] the ship. I mean, I think I think the
[00:11:39] record just speaks for itself. Why is
[00:11:41] this happening in Minneapolis and not
[00:11:43] Florida? It's because they know that if
[00:11:44] they did this in Florida, the Florida
[00:11:46] State Police or local police would have
[00:11:49] a field day with them. Why aren't they
[00:11:51] doing this in Texas? Because they know
[00:11:52] Texas State Police isn't going to take
[00:11:53] it. They know Dantis isn't going to take
[00:11:55] it. That's why they're doing it in
[00:11:56] Minneapolis because they know the
[00:11:57] government here supports them and they
[00:11:59] can get away with it. Uh I think I think
[00:12:01] an overwhelming uh show of force would
[00:12:03] absolutely uh squatchch this. They're
[00:12:06] like children. It's just learned
[00:12:07] behavior. If your child touches the
[00:12:10] stove and burns themsself, they're
[00:12:11] probably not going to do it again. If
[00:12:13] your child does something wrong and you
[00:12:15] punish them, you give them a spanking,
[00:12:17] they're probably not going to do it
[00:12:18] again or they're going to do it uh you
[00:12:20] know to a lesser degree. Uh, and like
[00:12:23] Nick said, I I hope that message to the
[00:12:25] administration, please do mass uh raids
[00:12:28] in Hawaii. Uh, we'd much rather cover.
[00:12:31] [laughter]
[00:12:32] >> Yeah, fair enough. [gasps] Yeah, I mean
[00:12:35] that that's an interesting point, right?
[00:12:36] I mean, uh, it does seem to be these
[00:12:38] sort of uh, white enclave, white
[00:12:41] traditional liberal like softies that
[00:12:43] let their their cities devolve into
[00:12:45] chaos right now. And you know, to you
[00:12:47] guys are talking about this, Nick. This
[00:12:48] is the Axio article that came up this
[00:12:50] morning. We have the graphic here. Two
[00:12:51] public surveys released this week, one
[00:12:53] from CNN and another from Yuggov, found
[00:12:54] that most Americans said the agency was
[00:12:56] making US cities less safe, referring to
[00:12:59] ICE. Another poll done for the
[00:13:01] Associated Press after Good's death
[00:13:02] found that just 38% of Americans now
[00:13:04] approve of Trump's immigration policy. I
[00:13:06] don't believe that for a second. But
[00:13:08] what I do agree with is that when you to
[00:13:10] your guys's point, when you allow this
[00:13:12] kind of chaos, whether it's 200 or 300,
[00:13:16] you know, agitators, when you when they
[00:13:19] get tackled, when you see these
[00:13:20] purple-haired jihadists getting, you
[00:13:21] know, faceplanted in the snow, there's a
[00:13:23] group of us that love it. But when it
[00:13:25] keeps going on too long, that's when
[00:13:27] you're going to see the negative impact
[00:13:28] on the polling as opposed to you just
[00:13:30] snuff this out like on day one. You
[00:13:32] don't let it get out of control. Then
[00:13:34] people move on. The news, everybody's
[00:13:36] memory is so short. You go back to
[00:13:38] Somali fraud, boom, your problem solved.
[00:13:41] >> I mean, just look at what happened in
[00:13:42] Portland. I mean, Portland was terrible
[00:13:44] for like a year. I mean, they were out
[00:13:47] there every single night doing violence.
[00:13:49] And then finally, the Portland Police
[00:13:51] Department decided to come in and tear
[00:13:53] their camp down. And immediately it was
[00:13:56] um not totally done, but pretty fizzled
[00:13:59] out. And and now uh you know, just
[00:14:02] before this shooting, it was I mean,
[00:14:04] people were going out there and there
[00:14:05] was nobody on the street. So, uh, now
[00:14:07] they've had a bit of a revamp after
[00:14:09] Renee Nicole Good was shot, but but I
[00:14:11] mean, they went in one time and just
[00:14:14] took the whole thing down and had a
[00:14:16] constant presence and it really stopped
[00:14:18] a lot of the violence that was
[00:14:20] happening. And that's all it took.
[00:14:22] >> Yeah, I I I agree with you. And, you
[00:14:24] know, last question, we got to go. We
[00:14:26] got one minute left here, but gentlemen,
[00:14:28] are you taking care of your safety?
[00:14:30] Please tell me that you guys are taking
[00:14:31] care of your safety. Nick, you guys have
[00:14:33] had some close calls. you drove that car
[00:14:35] out, the the you know the graffiti on
[00:14:37] your car, the broken windows, like is
[00:14:39] there where a place where we can donate
[00:14:41] to to your security? Let us know. 45
[00:14:44] seconds.
[00:14:45] >> Yeah, we just got uh added to Blackline
[00:14:47] Guardian Fund, which is something that
[00:14:49] Brandon Tatum started, right? Uh
[00:14:51] nonprofit, so I believe all the
[00:14:53] donations are taxdeductible. It's uh
[00:14:55] basically my you can find it pinned on
[00:14:57] my Twitter under any of my tweets about
[00:14:59] the protests. Click the link. Me, Nick
[00:15:02] Sorder, and Nick Shirley are on there.
[00:15:03] You just find us whoever you want to
[00:15:04] donate to. You just donate to our
[00:15:06] individual fund that funds our
[00:15:08] >> I encourage everybody watching, please
[00:15:09] donate to these guys. They're doing
[00:15:11] heroes work in there and I know that you
[00:15:13] guys are doing even more that we can't
[00:15:15] uh discuss here. Just kind of helping
[00:15:17] helping reduce the chaos. So God bless
[00:15:19] you both.
