And the timing matters. Iran [00:00:45] sits at the heart of the axis of [00:00:47] resistance and Israel has been hit with [00:00:50] many political and regional losses from [00:00:52] Gaz, Lebanon and Yemen. They're [00:01:37] using militarystyle weapons, hunting [00:01:40] rifles, knives, axes, and blades while [00:01:43] targeting police and state institutions. [00:01:45] Mint Press has documented that Israeli [00:01:48] and CIA intelligence covertly transfer [00:01:50] weapons into Iran through its eastern [00:01:53] border and oftent times through Israeli [00:01:56] tied cargo ships that travel past Yemen [00:01:58] through the Red Sea. A Mint Press News [00:02:01] investigation revealed that Zodiac [00:02:03] Maritime, operator of the Mercer Street [00:02:05] Cargo Shipping Company, has deep ties to [00:02:08] the Israeli military and its [00:02:09] intelligence, using commercial ships to [00:02:12] move arms and operatives for covert [00:02:15] operations, including assassination [00:02:17] missions inside of Iran. Despite all of [00:02:20] these facts, Western corporate media are [00:02:23] pushing out bogus numbers of mass [00:02:26] arrests and mass casualties that are [00:02:29] being shared by diaspora Iranians in the [00:02:32] push for regime change. But we at [00:02:34] Mitress News trace these numbers back to [00:02:36] one source, the Human Rights Activist [00:02:39] News Agency, which is an arm of the [00:02:41] human rights agency in Iran. A new Mit [00:02:44] Press News investigation found that this [00:02:46] agency and its news arm are funded by [00:02:49] the CIA cutout of the National Endowment [00:02:52] for Democracy or the NED. They've become [00:02:55] the go-to source for some of the most [00:02:57] inflammatory claims and shockingly high [00:03:00] casualty figures reported in Western [00:03:02] Press right now. And in the past week [00:03:04] alone, their numbers have been repeated [00:03:07] across outlets like CNN, the Wall Street [00:03:09] Journal, NPR, ABC News, Sky News, and [00:03:12] the New York Post, among others. Even [00:03:15] mainstream liberal commentators repeat [00:03:17] these claims as settled fact, like Owen [00:03:20] Jones, who wrote in the Guardian this [00:03:22] week that Human Rights Iran is a [00:03:24] respected group and that their claims of [00:03:26] over 544 killed are probably significant [00:03:30] underestimates. But what these reports [00:03:32] almost never disclose is the funding [00:03:35] pipeline connecting human rights [00:03:36] activist Iran to the CIA. This [00:03:40] pro-democracy NGO presents itself as [00:03:43] independent, but it's based in Fairfax, [00:03:45] Virginia, not Iran. On its website, it [00:03:48] describes itself as non-political and [00:03:50] even claims it doesn't accept financial [00:03:52] aid from political groups or [00:03:54] governments. Yet, in the same paragraph, [00:03:57] it admits its major donor is the [00:03:59] National Endowment for Democracy, which [00:04:01] was created by the CIA to covertly do [00:04:04] what the CIA once did openly. And human [00:04:07] rights activist Iran isn't the only [00:04:10] human rights NGO being signal boosted [00:04:12] into Western headlines. Another [00:04:14] organization widely cited in coverage of [00:04:17] Iran is the Abdul Rahman Boraman Center [00:04:21] for Human Rights in Iran led by Roya [00:04:24] Buramand. Although the Boraman Center [00:04:27] does not prominently advertise in its [00:04:29] funding disclaimer, it has been [00:04:31] supported by the National Endowment for [00:04:34] Democracy. A 2024 NE press release [00:04:38] described the center as a partner [00:04:40] organization and that the NE awarded [00:04:43] Roya Boromand its 2024 Golair T Butcher [00:04:47] Medal for democracy promotion and said [00:04:49] the Ned was proud to support their [00:04:51] advocacy toward what it called a [00:04:53] democratic future for Iran. So when [00:04:56] Western corporate media presents these [00:04:58] organizations as neutral while using [00:05:01] them to justify escalations, sanctions [00:05:04] narrative, and regime change pressure, [00:05:07] understand that they're reporting on [00:05:09] alleged human rights abuses and inflated [00:05:11] figures of casualties and mass arrests [00:05:14] are being repeated by Western press to [00:05:17] manufacture consent for regime change [00:05:20] and manipulate the Iranian diaspora. to [00:05:23] act on this. Israel has been deploying [00:05:25] an AI enabled operation on X targeting [00:05:28] Iranians in the diaspora using fake bot [00:05:31] accounts, AI generated personas, [00:05:33] fabricated crisis content, and [00:05:35] synchronized postings to push regime [00:05:37] change messaging. And when they say [00:05:39] deislamicize Iran, Israel means destroy [00:05:43] Iran's revolutionary spirit at the root. [00:05:46] Iran's 1979 Islamic revolution that [00:05:48] overthrew a US and Britishbacked [00:05:51] monarchy is rooted in Islamic history [00:05:54] and stories of Imam Hussein and Karbala [00:05:56] standing against a tyrannical system of [00:05:59] exploitation, class warfare, and [00:06:01] oppression no matter the cost, even if [00:06:03] it means to stand alone. That story is [00:06:06] the moral backbone of Iran's resistance [00:06:09] identity, including why it backs [00:06:11] Palestinian liberation, workingclass [00:06:14] movements, independence, and rejects US [00:06:16] and Israeli imperialism in the region [00:06:19] and is part of a resistance movement for [00:06:22] liberation. So weakening that Islamic [00:06:24] identity weakens the resistance [00:06:27] targeting not just Iran but Yemen and [00:06:32] that's why secularization is being sold [00:06:34] as liberation even though Iran is a [00:06:37] majority Muslim country and this AI [00:06:40] signal boosting to promote secularism a [00:06:43] monarchy and regime change to the [00:06:46] diaspora is not even new. During [00:06:48] previous unrest, hashtags like woman [00:06:51] life freedom and Iranians detest Slemani [00:06:54] were aggressively signal boosted by bot [00:06:57] networks with mint press analysis [00:07:00] showing major traffic patterns tied not [00:07:03] to Iran but to hubs in Los Angeles and [00:07:07] Tel Aviv and even MAGA linked account [00:07:10] clusters were pushing the messaging. [00:07:12] Mint Press found that over 80% of the [00:07:15] traffic tied to these hashtags was [00:07:17] coming from outside of Iran. And that's [00:07:19] according to X activity patterns and [00:07:22] Google Analytics. It's built to shape [00:07:25] diaspora perception and then feed [00:07:27] western headlines. And of course, [00:07:29] Iranians have the right to [00:07:30] self-determination and their fate should [00:07:33] only be decided by Iranians. But the [00:07:36] truth is what is happening right now is [00:07:39] unfolding inside a longstanding decades [00:07:42] old USIsraeli framework built around [00:07:44] sanctions, information warfare and [00:07:47] democracy promotion pipelines including [00:07:49] CIA linked front structures like the [00:07:51] National Endowment for Democracy [00:07:53] designed to steer unrest and manipulate [00:07:56] Iranian diaspora toward regime Change.
