[00:00:00] more uh pressing on the home front is
[00:00:03] the topic of Virginia. We started on
[00:00:06] this yesterday. We did.
[00:00:07] >> We mentioned because we were talking
[00:00:09] about sanctuary cities and Abigail
[00:00:11] Spanberger takes over in Virginia,
[00:00:13] immediately throws out all cooperation
[00:00:15] with ICE. Uh which is going to put lives
[00:00:18] in danger. It's going to mean a lot more
[00:00:21] of those traumatic raids they say are so
[00:00:24] evil because it's way easier to arrest
[00:00:27] child rapists, robbers, murderers, etc.
[00:00:31] if you're just able to pick them up out
[00:00:33] of jail. But they're not going to do
[00:00:35] that. But they also have a trifecta in
[00:00:37] Virginia. So in addition to their
[00:00:39] Democrat governor, they have a Democrat
[00:00:42] state uh do they have some
[00:00:45] House of Delegates of Delegates?
[00:00:47] everyone. Mind you, this is a state that
[00:00:50] Kla Harris won by a mere six points.
[00:00:53] >> Six point. Well,
[00:00:54] >> no. I But listen, this is not
[00:00:56] California. This is not even New York.
[00:00:58] This is not This is six points. So, a
[00:01:01] relatively I mean, Arizona was won by
[00:01:04] six points, basically a little less than
[00:01:06] six points. And Virginia, what's
[00:01:10] interesting about the Virginia
[00:01:12] experience right now is that they've
[00:01:14] been in power for a matter of days and
[00:01:18] the litany the litany of progressive
[00:01:21] causes wish list items that in lock step
[00:01:25] with zero push back.
[00:01:26] >> So they have advanced is truly stunning.
[00:01:28] the people. So, as was pointed out, they
[00:01:30] ran in it's if you look at October 2025
[00:01:33] as election near Democrats campaign on
[00:01:36] high utility bills, energy plans. So,
[00:01:38] they're their campaign was electricity
[00:01:40] prices are too high. Vote for Democrats.
[00:01:43] We have a great track record on that, I
[00:01:45] guess, was their claim. But what they're
[00:01:47] now doing, they're in the legislature
[00:01:48] and they're introducing bills. Not all
[00:01:50] of these will pass, but it's a very good
[00:01:52] insight into what their agenda is
[00:01:55] generally. Some of that some of that
[00:01:57] people have heard about already. They
[00:01:58] want to change their house map to be 10
[00:02:01] to1.
[00:02:02] >> Uh we also have let's see we have a bill
[00:02:05] to reduce the punishments for robbery
[00:02:08] offenses and it will also reclassify
[00:02:12] some forms of robbery so they are no
[00:02:14] longer violent crimes even if they use
[00:02:16] violent coercion on people. So not a
[00:02:18] violent crime which means much lower
[00:02:20] penalties. They want to get rid of uh
[00:02:22] Virginia's Republican version of
[00:02:25] criminal justice where three violent
[00:02:27] crimes can get you life in prison.
[00:02:29] >> Uh we have a bill to ban the hand
[00:02:32] counting of ballots if they are machine
[00:02:35] readable.
[00:02:36] >> Just specifically has to be machine
[00:02:38] counted. We have a bill to put out home
[00:02:42] child-based healthcare grants.
[00:02:44] >> Oh, I wonder where they got that idea.
[00:02:46] >> There won't be any fraud in that at all.
[00:02:48] Like rest assured, listen to this one.
[00:02:50] Democrats in Virginia have in introduced
[00:02:52] a bill that discriminates against white
[00:02:54] men in government government contracting
[00:02:56] for discretionary contracts under
[00:02:58] $100,000. White men are barred from even
[00:03:00] being considered unless there's
[00:03:02] literally no competition. And even then,
[00:03:04] this bill allows agencies to award
[00:03:06] contracts to women or minority owned
[00:03:08] firms that are 5% more expensive than a
[00:03:11] bid bid from a business owned by a white
[00:03:13] man.
[00:03:13] >> Yeah. They set a statewide explicit
[00:03:15] quota goal of having 42% of contracts go
[00:03:18] to certified small uh SWAM businesses. I
[00:03:22] think that is uh women and minority
[00:03:24] owned businesses.
[00:03:26] >> Uh and they basically have the goal of
[00:03:28] getting up to 42% and so they have to
[00:03:30] increase the percent by 3% a year until
[00:03:33] they reach it. And yeah, so the order is
[00:03:37] give out contracts to people based on
[00:03:39] the race on the sex of the owner. Even
[00:03:42] if they cost taxpayers more, even if
[00:03:45] it's less able to supply that, we
[00:03:47] already know, we know from decades of
[00:03:49] experience how this works. One of the
[00:03:51] most common ways people fill this is
[00:03:53] they just create a company and all it
[00:03:55] does is buy from a better, let's be
[00:03:58] frank, a better white male-owned
[00:04:00] company. They jack up the price by the
[00:04:03] amount they're allowed to get away with
[00:04:04] and they just take that cut as their
[00:04:06] profit. It's pure arbitrage.
[00:04:08] >> Well, and I don't know if anybody else
[00:04:10] noticed this, but yesterday was MLK day
[00:04:13] and it was as if the it was used as a
[00:04:17] giant excuse for libs just to say crazy
[00:04:19] things. It was it was anti-white ma
[00:04:23] male. It was anti-meritocracy. It was
[00:04:26] pure fiction on many in many regards.
[00:04:30] But it became like this rallying point.
[00:04:32] I think they smell blood in the water
[00:04:34] and there's a a tendency to overreact to
[00:04:37] Trump era politics, right? We saw this
[00:04:38] with the border. President Trump wanted
[00:04:40] to build the wall. It was a big talking
[00:04:42] point. It was a big controversy in Trump
[00:04:44] 1.0. So what did Dems do as soon as
[00:04:46] Biden gets in power? Completely opens
[00:04:49] the border, undoes everything that was
[00:04:51] uh that the president uh President Trump
[00:04:53] administration had done in in 45. And
[00:04:57] then you get 10 to 15 million illegals
[00:04:59] flooding the border. Yeah. And and you
[00:05:01] get this same pattern on repeat now in
[00:05:03] Virginia and it is a precursor of what
[00:05:05] will happen to the country if we lose
[00:05:07] power in the midterms. If we, god
[00:05:08] forbid, lose power in 2028. Friends, the
[00:05:10] Charlie Kirk show team here. America's
[00:05:12] debt bomb has blown past $37 trillion
[00:05:16] and it's climbing every second.
[00:05:18] President Trump is fighting for fair
[00:05:20] trade and strong borders to slow the
[00:05:21] train wreck. But the numbers don't lie.
[00:05:23] When debt grows this fast, it can
[00:05:25] threaten your savings and your family's
[00:05:27] future. That's why more Americans are
[00:05:29] turning to real assets like gold and
[00:05:31] silver. I work with and recommend
[00:05:33] Preserve Gold. They make it simple to
[00:05:35] own physical gold and silver, even
[00:05:37] inside your retirement accounts, like an
[00:05:39] IRA or 401k. Text USA to 5050
[00:05:44] for their free wealth protection guide.
[00:05:46] With a qualified purchase, you could get
[00:05:48] up to $20,000 in free gold or silver.
[00:05:55] It's it's a real pattern that has to be
[00:05:57] recognized and we have to remind people
[00:05:59] of it over and over, which is there's
[00:06:02] much more of a gap between, I believe,
[00:06:06] what a Republican
[00:06:09] base might want and what a Republican
[00:06:11] majority will in practice do. Frankly, a
[00:06:13] lot of our guys flake on stuff in an
[00:06:16] annoying way. So you're not going to get
[00:06:18] the maximal conservative dream plan
[00:06:21] anytime Republicans get a trifecta in a
[00:06:24] state. It just doesn't happen. Whereas
[00:06:26] with Democrats, they very much have this
[00:06:28] set of let's go get Abigail Spanberger
[00:06:31] and she okay, she worked for the CIA. We
[00:06:33] can't tell you what she did, but it was
[00:06:34] probably really boring and she looks
[00:06:36] nice and respectable and or
[00:06:40] >> Minnesota you'll run Tim Walls who's
[00:06:42] just your social science teacher looking
[00:06:45] Yeah. Yeah, hiccup white guy and but
[00:06:47] then what they are going to reliably
[00:06:49] pass at the state level is basically
[00:06:52] I don't know insane gay race Marxism or
[00:06:55] whatever label you want
[00:06:56] >> a confluence between beta males and
[00:06:59] Karens and they they used the the fronts
[00:07:02] of these soft progressive white uh you
[00:07:06] know sort of presentable libs like
[00:07:08] Spamburger here and then they they go
[00:07:11] full Marxism. This is a tweet from
[00:07:13] Cernovich. I thought it boiled it down
[00:07:15] really well. 277 Democrats won Virginia
[00:07:17] and are going full Marxist. Taxes at
[00:07:19] California levels, banning white men
[00:07:21] from government contracts, surveillance
[00:07:22] tech cameras to issue tickets, internet
[00:07:24] voting, gun bans. There is no such thing
[00:07:27] as a moderate Democrat. Or as an
[00:07:30] example, so Virginia had a Republican
[00:07:32] trifecta for a while. They after DOS,
[00:07:35] they did not pass a total abortion ban
[00:07:38] in the state of Virginia. But what they
[00:07:40] did just uh the Virginia Senate is
[00:07:42] passing right now is they're voting to
[00:07:44] put out a constitutional amendment that
[00:07:46] would be abortion until birth as a
[00:07:48] constitutional right in Virginia.
[00:07:51] >> They're going to go for the absolute
[00:07:52] maximalist position.
[00:07:54] >> Exactly. And they do it without
[00:07:55] flinching, without thinking. They just
[00:07:58] go. And all of this stuff was
[00:08:00] pre-planned. It was prepackaged. It was
[00:08:02] the plan all along. And to Blake's point
[00:08:04] earlier, what did they run on? They ran
[00:08:06] on utility rates. They ran on utility
[00:08:08] bills. That's what they told the public.
[00:08:11] And then they go in there and they go
[00:08:13] full Marxist. That is the insidious,
[00:08:17] unyielding force that we are up against
[00:08:19] that we are fighting.
[00:08:20] >> I didn't even know about this one. Uh,
[00:08:22] another Virginia Democrat introduced a
[00:08:24] bill. It would make it a crime to
[00:08:27] approach within 8 ft of a person who is
[00:08:30] within 40 ft of an abortion clinic.
[00:08:33] Jeez. Yeah. And and and by the way,
[00:08:36] yesterday I got all these texts from
[00:08:37] like some of my, you know, people that I
[00:08:39] wouldn't even call some of them friends,
[00:08:40] but they're libs going like, "How is
[00:08:43] this a face act violation with Don Lemon
[00:08:45] going?" And I Yes, we call him Don
[00:08:46] Lemon. It's Don Lemon. I got a bunch of
[00:08:48] notes on that. Don Lemon. It's just a
[00:08:50] fun way to make fun of him.
[00:08:51] >> They clearly were not watching Tucker
[00:08:52] Carlson in 2018.
[00:08:53] >> Yeah, exactly. But Don Lemon goes into,
[00:08:56] you know, a church. He is an activist.
[00:08:59] He kissed the the organizer. There's
[00:09:02] video footage of that. And he said,
[00:09:03] "Thank you for your service." He was not
[00:09:04] an independent journalist. He was an
[00:09:06] activist. And I get all these, "Oh, that
[00:09:08] wasn't a Face Act violation." Oh, yeah.
[00:09:09] Well, the Virginia Democrats are about
[00:09:10] to, you know, criminalize going within 8
[00:09:13] ft of a activist fighting abortion.
