[00:00:00] So what's the solution?
[00:00:04] What is the solution?
[00:00:07] [music]
[00:00:09] >> Is the oxygen of the deformation.
[00:00:11] There's so much evidence out there that
[00:00:13] [music] even if less than 1% is true,
[00:00:17] that will be enough to collapse the
[00:00:19] current paradigm and change the whole
[00:00:22] planet.
[00:00:26] Because ultimately, what are you going
[00:00:28] to do about it, bro? Like, you you're
[00:00:30] not going to change the world. I'm not
[00:00:32] going to change the world. None of us
[00:00:34] are going to reverse the collapse of
[00:00:35] this empire. None of us are going to
[00:00:38] reverse the debasement of our currency.
[00:00:42] No one's going to stop the giant
[00:00:44] wrecking ball that is this whole
[00:00:46] pattern.
[00:00:48] We live inside of it. Like when you zoom
[00:00:50] out, you're just a little dot inside of
[00:00:51] this whole system. But your dot is your
[00:00:53] whole life filled with meaning, filled
[00:00:55] with people that you love, right? Things
[00:00:57] to do. It's your whole life.
[00:01:03] And there are a lot of important things
[00:01:04] to do that are big, like telling the
[00:01:07] Zionist to get [ __ ] wrecked. That's
[00:01:09] important. But it's not really going to
[00:01:11] change your life, right?
[00:01:16] Like telling Israel to get wrecked is a
[00:01:19] good thing to do. I would encourage you
[00:01:21] to do it, but it's not going to improve
[00:01:24] your life and make your kids better off.
[00:01:27] I mean, getting them out of our [ __ ]
[00:01:28] government certainly will help. It'll
[00:01:30] help our whole nation, and we're working
[00:01:32] on it.
[00:01:34] But like, this is your life, and you
[00:01:37] should be making choices for you that
[00:01:38] will improve your life. And the
[00:01:39] unfortunate truth of it that I think we
[00:01:41] all figure out sooner or later is that's
[00:01:43] up to you. It's up to me. It's up to
[00:01:45] each of us, right?
[00:01:48] And that's why I do what I do is because
[00:01:50] the first thing you need to do is learn.
[00:01:51] You need to get smart. You need to
[00:01:53] figure out a skill that's useful or
[00:01:56] learn to understand the problem and how
[00:01:57] to dodge and weave, right? Learn how
[00:02:01] money works.
[00:02:03] You don't you can't do anything until
[00:02:05] you understand the problem. And that's
[00:02:07] why we're here learning about the
[00:02:08] problem. And I'm part of the problem.
[00:02:10] I'm a big problem online. I [ __ ]
[00:02:12] start a lot of problems.
[00:02:15] But we're learning things, right?
[00:02:19] And as you learn and as you get
[00:02:20] educated, as you learn to understand
[00:02:22] money, as you learn a skill, practice a
[00:02:24] trade, right? Like an awful lot of our
[00:02:28] uh jobs are going away. An awful lot of
[00:02:30] our skills are going away.
[00:02:33] Truck drivers are getting replaced by
[00:02:35] immigrants. and then by robots. A lot of
[00:02:38] us are getting replaced by robots.
[00:02:41] And this is part of why I tell I tell
[00:02:43] people that like I would highly
[00:02:44] encourage anyone that has any aptitude
[00:02:47] towards it to learn this skill of
[00:02:50] creating videos and creating content of
[00:02:52] various forms because there's a million
[00:02:53] different trajectories that that job
[00:02:55] path can take.
[00:02:58] And nothing will ever replace our desire
[00:03:01] to interact with each other, to have
[00:03:04] human connection, to receive ideas from
[00:03:06] other humans.
[00:03:08] There's a lot of trade-offs because it's
[00:03:10] not great to spend your whole life in
[00:03:11] front of screens.
[00:03:15] But it's a lucrative career and it's a
[00:03:17] career that isn't going to be replaced
[00:03:18] anytime soon.
[00:03:21] Learn a trade. Carpentry, electrician.
[00:03:24] [laughter] I don't know if you guys have
[00:03:25] seen these videos of these [ __ ]
[00:03:27] robots. Um, oh man, dude. I hope I saved
[00:03:31] this video, guys. This [ __ ] is funny.
[00:03:34] Please say that I saved. Maybe it was on
[00:03:35] Instagram. Maybe it wasn't on X.
[00:03:38] I just saw a video of a robot trying to
[00:03:41] cook and it was the funniest thing ever.
[00:03:45] Oh, it's here. Yes. Thank god.
[00:03:47] [laughter]
[00:03:49] Oh, man. So, like, let's let's like take
[00:03:52] a little white pill here real quick
[00:03:53] because the robots, they they might
[00:03:55] replace some of us, but let's be clear,
[00:03:57] they're not going to replace all of us
[00:03:58] anytime soon here. Um, let me cue this
[00:04:01] up and get the volume ready for us. Time
[00:04:04] for a little comic relief.
[00:04:09] [snorts]
[00:04:14] Tech bros, the singularity is near the
[00:04:17] tech. That's awake. That's awake.
[00:04:23] >> So, if you can cook me the meal, I'm
[00:04:24] going to I'm going to go on here and
[00:04:25] play for
[00:04:26] >> It's wearing a little maid dress.
[00:04:35] >> What the [laughter]
[00:04:42] Yeah. So, yeah. So, you know, like the
[00:04:44] robots aren't going to be here too fast,
[00:04:47] right? Right.
[00:04:50] because this Neo robot is such a good
[00:04:52] example of like
[00:04:54] it's not gonna work, right?
[00:04:57] And and when you look at the the Neo
[00:04:59] robot, it's been going viral all over.
[00:05:01] Everyone's reacting to it. We're not
[00:05:02] going to react to the whole video at
[00:05:03] all. We're not going to do that. But
[00:05:05] it's this weird thing, if you haven't
[00:05:06] seen it, where like this robot is
[00:05:08] actually like has to be controlled by AI
[00:05:10] and they're trying to sell it to people
[00:05:11] in their homes. They're shipping the
[00:05:13] first ones next year. They're taking
[00:05:14] pre-orders and they're acting like it's
[00:05:16] going to work, but then like um
[00:05:20] when people actually get to test it,
[00:05:24] this lady from like some big news
[00:05:26] magazine or like she did a whole report
[00:05:29] on it, right?
[00:05:30] >> And turns out 100% of the
[00:05:33] >> this is the video that everyone was
[00:05:34] reacting to and there's all these
[00:05:36] problems with it like that are obviously
[00:05:39] this is never going to work like this
[00:05:40] robot is going to be a huge failure for
[00:05:42] the most part. No one wants this [ __ ]
[00:05:44] It can't do [ __ ] It's super weak. It's
[00:05:47] [ __ ] Can't do a job. It takes it
[00:05:49] like six minutes to do like a job that
[00:05:51] would take a human 3 seconds. And it's
[00:05:55] VR controlled by some like Pakistani kid
[00:05:58] that's in your home seeing through the
[00:06:01] robot's eyes, controlling the robot.
[00:06:03] Super sketchy. So, it's really obvious
[00:06:06] that this uh this idea has no legs, so
[00:06:09] to speak, but it's still getting funded.
[00:06:13] It's still going to come to market. Why
[00:06:15] is that? How is this thing getting
[00:06:17] funded, right? because that company has
[00:06:20] to be pitching that idea to like
[00:06:22] investors and they have to be showing
[00:06:24] this prototype to investors and they
[00:06:25] have to be pitching it to us of like buy
[00:06:27] this robot as though it's going to work
[00:06:29] and everyone can see that that's
[00:06:31] [ __ ] and it's not going to work
[00:06:34] but it's getting funded. They've got
[00:06:36] investors and when you think about it
[00:06:39] the reason is obvious
[00:06:41] because it's not for us. That is just
[00:06:44] them trying to get crowdsourced
[00:06:47] investment from all of us in order for
[00:06:50] us to help fund the Department of
[00:06:53] Defense's research that they're doing to
[00:06:56] fund the actual robotics research, which
[00:06:59] is how to make robot super soldiers and
[00:07:01] [ __ ] robot police officers, right?
[00:07:03] They don't give a [ __ ] about the robot
[00:07:05] in your home.
[00:07:07] All of these, all the most advanced tech
[00:07:09] in the world is funded by the military.
[00:07:11] And it's the military budgets that drive
[00:07:13] tech and innovation. The whole internet
[00:07:15] was literally developed by the military
[00:07:17] by DARPA.
[00:07:19] A whole bunch of the inventions that we
[00:07:21] use like the chips that we use, cell
[00:07:23] phones, everything tech runs on military
[00:07:26] technology,
[00:07:29] robotics and drones, like the drone that
[00:07:31] you can buy at Best Buy. All of this was
[00:07:34] funded because the military wants it to
[00:07:35] advance and they've got way more
[00:07:37] advanced [ __ ] than we've got.
[00:07:40] but they'll outsource, you know,
[00:07:42] prototyping and crowdsource funding to
[00:07:44] us. So, we're like, "Oh, cool. We're
[00:07:46] getting robots." That's not what it's
[00:07:48] for.
[00:07:51] That's not what it's for. It's not here
[00:07:53] to do your dishes.
[00:07:55] It's here to tell you to stay in your
[00:07:57] home because there's a deadly virus on
[00:07:59] the loose for your own safety.
[00:08:04] We're getting distracted by the problems
[00:08:05] again, though. We're getting distracted
[00:08:07] by the problems again.
[00:08:10] >> [snorts]
[00:08:12] >> But
[00:08:14] the problems are obviously
[00:08:17] spiritual,
[00:08:19] cultural, and personal,
[00:08:23] right? And they're all up to you to fix.
[00:08:25] Fix yourself.
[00:08:27] Fix your own spirit. Deal with your own
[00:08:30] addictions. Deal with your own health.
[00:08:33] It's [ __ ] hard. Figure it out. Watch
[00:08:35] some motivational content, dude. Go
[00:08:38] listen to Less Brown.
[00:08:40] Go listen to some less [ __ ] Brown,
[00:08:43] dog.
[00:08:44] Get right with the Lord,
[00:08:47] right? Find some religion.
[00:08:51] Make some friends. Go out and make a
[00:08:54] friend.
[00:08:56] Go to the bars tomorrow night. Maybe
[00:08:59] wait till Saturday and don't spend any
[00:09:01] money. Just go walk up to people and be
[00:09:04] like,
[00:09:06] "Israel's gay." And see if you make a
[00:09:09] friend. I'll bet you'll make some
[00:09:11] friends. And even if you don't make a
[00:09:13] friend, you'll make a great enemy,
[00:09:17] right?
[00:09:21] The problems are huge, but the solutions
[00:09:24] are small,
[00:09:26] right? The solutions are small. And I
[00:09:29] will tell you from firstirhand
[00:09:30] experience from my own story, which is
[00:09:34] obviously one anecdote,
[00:09:36] but the only anecdote that I've got for
[00:09:38] you is that my whole life changed when I
[00:09:41] started watching Les Brown. True story.
[00:09:44] And when I started taking personal
[00:09:45] accountability, I stopped blaming my
[00:09:47] ex-girlfriend
[00:09:49] and blaming all these other things for
[00:09:51] how bad my life was and was like, "All
[00:09:52] right, well, it's my [ __ ] life. What
[00:09:53] am I going to do about it?"
[00:09:56] I stopped smoking spliffs,
[00:09:58] stopped whining and started working out,
[00:10:01] started eating healthy, started aspiring
[00:10:04] to do the best I could do at work. And
[00:10:06] you like things change. You start making
[00:10:08] friends. You start getting
[00:10:09] opportunities. You start getting jobs.
[00:10:10] You start getting inspired. You start
[00:10:12] getting more in touch with like that's
[00:10:13] what I want to do. Like that's where I
[00:10:14] belong. I want to go do that. I'm gonna
[00:10:16] [ __ ] get in this Subaru and drive to
[00:10:18] Guatemala or whatever it is, right?
[00:10:21] Megstrat's just going to whine about it.
[00:10:23] Be a little [ __ ]
[00:10:25] Yeah, spliffs specifically. I used to
[00:10:27] smoke like 12 spliffs a day, dog. Yeah,
[00:10:29] I'm from the Northwest. I was hooked on
[00:10:32] spliffs when I was younger. Like in my
[00:10:34] early 20s, like age like 19 to 24, dude.
[00:10:39] I was like a spliff master. I was the
[00:10:41] roach king, so to speak. The other kind
[00:10:43] of roach. Um, and I just like cut cold
[00:10:46] turkey. Done with that. It was like uh I
[00:10:52] think it was the month before my nephew
[00:10:54] was born. two or three months before my
[00:10:55] nephew was born. Um, and it was New
[00:10:57] Year's and I it didn't really I didn't
[00:10:58] plan it out, but it just occurred to me
[00:10:59] that like you're about to be an uncle
[00:11:02] and who what kind of uncle do you want
[00:11:04] to be? Figure it out, bro. And I just
[00:11:07] hard stopped on the spliffs.
[00:11:11] Let's just wrap up our show real quick
[00:11:13] because obviously I don't have that much
[00:11:15] to tell you about the solutions without
[00:11:16] getting all up on a high [ __ ] horse
[00:11:18] and preaching to you like like you can
[00:11:20] go watch Les Brown. You can go watch
[00:11:21] Tony Robbins. And the thing about let me
[00:11:23] just let me just give you a like
[00:11:25] seriously let me give you a serious
[00:11:26] pitch for motivational speakers here
[00:11:28] real quick. Genuinely like this is a
[00:11:30] real pitch. Motivational speakers
[00:11:32] changed my life. I am doing what I'm
[00:11:34] doing because of motivational speakers
[00:11:36] and I would not be here without them.
[00:11:38] And
[00:11:41] think of it this way. You have an
[00:11:43] internal dialogue in your head at all
[00:11:46] times. Your inner voice is constantly
[00:11:48] going and going and going and going and
[00:11:50] going. And most of us never really think
[00:11:53] about what that internal voice is
[00:11:54] saying, right? It's like what you're
[00:11:56] pissed about, what you're angry about,
[00:11:58] you're in traffic, you're like, "Fuck
[00:11:59] this guy." Whatever it is, right? Some
[00:12:01] of us are super hyped in our internal
[00:12:02] voices, but most of us aren't really
[00:12:04] controlling it. And if you're in a bad
[00:12:06] place in life, I guarantee you your
[00:12:08] internal voice sucks.
[00:12:10] Totally sucks. Right? If you're
[00:12:12] depressed, if you're lonely, if you're
[00:12:14] angry, if you're unhappy, it's like part
[00:12:17] of that is because your internal voice
[00:12:18] is constantly talking about how lonely
[00:12:20] you are, how unhappy you are, how
[00:12:21] depressed you are. So the question is,
[00:12:24] how do you take charge of your inner
[00:12:26] voice?
[00:12:28] Because you can live the exact two
[00:12:30] people can live the exact same life
[00:12:32] [snorts] and one of them can be [ __ ]
[00:12:34] happy as hell. One of them can be the
[00:12:36] most happy person on the planet and the
[00:12:38] other one can hate their life and want
[00:12:39] to die. And we all know that that's
[00:12:42] true. And so the only difference between
[00:12:44] being happy and being sad is your inner
[00:12:47] perception of your reality, your
[00:12:49] internal voice. Obviously, right?
[00:12:51] Logical. We're just logical basic steps
[00:12:53] here. And so if your internal voice can
[00:12:57] transform your situation, and we all
[00:12:59] know obviously that if you're pissed and
[00:13:00] sad and whiny and depressed, you're not
[00:13:03] going to get [ __ ] done. You're not going
[00:13:05] to change your life. You're not going to
[00:13:06] transform anything, right? You have to
[00:13:08] transform your inner voice before you
[00:13:10] can transform anything. You need to be
[00:13:12] will like ready to put in the work. And
[00:13:14] putting in the work is hard work. And
[00:13:17] it's way easier to do if you're hyped.
[00:13:19] Way easier to do if every day you're
[00:13:21] waking up ready to go. And like this is
[00:13:22] going to be so good. I'm going to make
[00:13:23] so much [ __ ] progress today. Dude,
[00:13:25] look at all the progress I made. Gosh,
[00:13:26] I'm so good at this. Nailed it. W's,
[00:13:29] dude. Right. So, how do you take control
[00:13:32] of your inner voice? And the most basic,
[00:13:34] obvious, simple, scientific way to do
[00:13:36] it.
[00:13:38] It's not possible to think of different
[00:13:41] words while you're listening to one set
[00:13:43] of words, right? You you only your brain
[00:13:45] only has space to process one set of
[00:13:47] words at a time. Don't listen to anyone
[00:13:48] that says that they're really good at
[00:13:49] multitasking. They're lying. They're
[00:13:51] really good at switching windows back
[00:13:52] and forth between tasks, but you can't
[00:13:54] be thinking of like Shakespeare while
[00:13:57] you're listening to Jay-Z.
[00:13:59] You can only process one line of
[00:14:01] thinking at once, right?
[00:14:06] And yeah, some people would say
[00:14:07] meditation, but I would argue that I
[00:14:08] have a way more direct way to do it.
[00:14:10] Meditation was never going to solve it
[00:14:11] for me. Like it maybe after years of
[00:14:13] doing it, and I like meditation is good,
[00:14:16] but it's not the fastest way to get it
[00:14:17] done. The fastest way to get it done is
[00:14:20] to listen to motivational speakers. And
[00:14:21] it sounds really cheesy, but it [ __ ]
[00:14:24] works.
[00:14:26] When I changed my life, it was like all
[00:14:29] at once. And it was a snap. And it like
[00:14:31] was a hard cut. And it was because I was
[00:14:34] doing yoga in the morning at this lodge
[00:14:36] in Guatemala where I was working. And my
[00:14:38] buddy walked in. His name was Brian. And
[00:14:40] I owe my whole life to him. And he's the
[00:14:42] man and I love him to death. South
[00:14:44] African bro. And um and he walked in to
[00:14:46] do yoga first thing in the morning. I
[00:14:47] was like going through the motions cuz I
[00:14:49] broken up with my girlfriend and I was
[00:14:50] super pissed and everything was her
[00:14:51] [ __ ] fault at the time. I think I was
[00:14:53] like 24, 25. And Brian walks in. So I'm
[00:14:56] like going through the motions and doing
[00:14:58] morning yoga. But I'm on the mat
[00:15:00] literally thinking through like how much
[00:15:02] I [ __ ] hate my ex-girlfriend and how
[00:15:03] dumb she is and how like my whole life
[00:15:05] sucks while I'm like literally on an
[00:15:07] avocado farm treehouse hotel in
[00:15:10] Guatemala living the life being awesome.
[00:15:14] But I was just like
[00:15:17] and Brian walks in to do his morning
[00:15:19] yoga and he's hyped. And so this is us
[00:15:21] living the exact same life side by side
[00:15:23] and I am miserable and Brian's doing
[00:15:25] great. And Brian walks in and says,
[00:15:27] "Hey, mate. Do you like mind if I put on
[00:15:29] a motivational speaker?"
[00:15:31] That's my best South African voice. And
[00:15:33] [snorts] I was like, "Fuck it. I like in
[00:15:35] my mind I was like, I don't [ __ ]
[00:15:36] care." But I was just like, "Whatever,
[00:15:37] dude. I don't know. Like, I don't even
[00:15:38] know what that means." And he put on
[00:15:40] Less Brown.
[00:15:42] Maybe I should actually look up Les
[00:15:44] Brown real quick just to show you guys
[00:15:45] because he's hilarious. [snorts]
[00:15:48] Less Brown. You ready for this?
[00:15:53] No, I want you to actually see less
[00:15:54] brown speaking. Classic less. Let's go
[00:15:57] classic less. Like old school less.
[00:16:00] What's is my mouth dying over here?
[00:16:05] >> And your plan of action continuously
[00:16:07] looking for ways to win. So what is that
[00:16:10] something?
[00:16:10] >> Les Brown the man.
[00:16:11] >> When you got an idea you want to move
[00:16:13] on, you might not have the money. You
[00:16:14] might not have the education. You
[00:16:16] >> might not have the resources.
[00:16:16] >> You might not have the support or the
[00:16:18] resources you need. What is that
[00:16:20] something
[00:16:22] that can keep us going that will enable
[00:16:24] us to act on our dream? What's one of
[00:16:26] those keys
[00:16:28] that will begin to help us to discover
[00:16:30] the secrets to our dream? Here's what I
[00:16:33] want you to repeat after me, please,
[00:16:34] with power and conviction. Say, "It's
[00:16:36] possible."
[00:16:37] >> It's possible, bro. And it's Here's the
[00:16:39] thing. It sounds so [ __ ] cheesy. I'm
[00:16:41] telling you, while you're listening to
[00:16:43] this [ __ ] your brain doesn't have time
[00:16:45] to think all those negative thoughts.
[00:16:47] And the first day, maybe you're like,
[00:16:48] "Fuck this. Whatever. It's cheesy." Just
[00:16:50] put it in. Just put it in while you do
[00:16:52] your day. Put it in. Put it in first
[00:16:54] thing when you wake up. That's the key.
[00:16:56] First thing when you wake up. Put it in
[00:16:58] when you wake up. Right away. What I did
[00:17:01] is I fell asleep to it and I woke up to
[00:17:03] it. And then I started listening to it
[00:17:04] all throughout the day. Literally every
[00:17:06] day, all day in my headphones while I'm
[00:17:08] working, while I'm doing everything, and
[00:17:10] I just let it be just there rolling. And
[00:17:12] it does not give you time to think all
[00:17:14] those negative thoughts. And then pretty
[00:17:16] quickly you start to realize that you're
[00:17:17] actually thinking positive thoughts
[00:17:18] because whatever is coming into your
[00:17:20] ears is what's going into your brain,
[00:17:23] right?
[00:17:25] It's like really basic science. And your
[00:17:28] brain is plastic. Your brain changes.
[00:17:30] Whatever you put in is what comes back
[00:17:32] out. And then your neurons change. And
[00:17:35] then your patterns change, your habits
[00:17:37] change, your life changes. Try it. I
[00:17:39] dare you. [ __ ] try it. Do it for one
[00:17:42] week, two weeks, three weeks.
[00:17:44] you'll never go back. And to this day,
[00:17:48] anytime I hit a rough patch in life,
[00:17:49] anytime I hit a bump or a snag, get low,
[00:17:52] I just pop in motivational speakers
[00:17:54] again.
[00:17:57] And obviously, there's more to do. But
[00:18:00] damn, try not being try not doing what
[00:18:03] you got to do while Less Brown is in
[00:18:05] your ears screaming at you like, "You
[00:18:07] can do it, B. There's more.
[00:18:10] It's possible." He's got this huge black
[00:18:14] pastor voice. It's hilarious, dog.
[00:18:19] Because ultimately, no one's coming to
[00:18:20] save you. Especially you men. If you're
[00:18:23] a dude, you're [ __ ] on your own,
[00:18:25] dude. Sorry. No one's checking in on
[00:18:28] you. If you're one of these dudes in the
[00:18:32] loneliness epidemic, if you're a dude
[00:18:34] that spent his whole day today with no
[00:18:36] socializing,
[00:18:38] no one's coming.
[00:18:40] No one's coming for you.
[00:18:44] Unfortunately, men are on their own.
[00:18:47] People want men when they're productive
[00:18:50] and rich and successful and positive and
[00:18:53] and working hard and all these things,
[00:18:55] but no one's [ __ ] checking in on you
[00:18:57] when you're a piece of [ __ ] when you're
[00:18:58] sad, when you're lonely, when you're
[00:18:59] jerking off on your own. Like, you're on
[00:19:02] your own, dog. And you can keep your
[00:19:04] patterns going the way they are. You can
[00:19:06] just keep doing it forever.
[00:19:09] or you can pick your [ __ ] up and figure
[00:19:11] it out. And you got to do it on your
[00:19:14] own. That's the basis of building
[00:19:15] yourself into a man.
[00:19:19] And if you are a dude of any age
[00:19:23] struggling to get your [ __ ] together,
[00:19:26] put motivational speakers in your ears
[00:19:28] first thing when you wake up. Listen to
[00:19:30] it all throughout the day. Especially if
[00:19:33] you start spiraling on how shitty your
[00:19:34] life is. Listen to it as you go to bed
[00:19:36] on really low volume. There's actually
[00:19:38] science about the alpha that like the
[00:19:39] brain waves as you fall asleep, the
[00:19:41] theta you go through. That's super
[00:19:42] interesting, too. But just trust me,
[00:19:44] [ __ ] put it in your ears. And
[00:19:46] wouldn't hurt to journal positive things
[00:19:49] about how much good [ __ ] you got done.
[00:19:52] There's a ton of motivational speakers
[00:19:54] out there. Less Brown is who I just
[00:19:55] referred to. That was the first one I
[00:19:57] ever heard. But then you start to find
[00:19:58] the other ones. You find Tony Robbins.
[00:20:00] You find Jim Ran. Um, you find all these
[00:20:02] great mo and you'll like you'll find
[00:20:04] ones that match with your vibe, whatever
[00:20:06] it is. women. Unfortunately, there's a
[00:20:08] lot more male motivational speakers than
[00:20:09] female motivational speakers. Try them
[00:20:11] out. Try out the men, too. But there are
[00:20:14] good female motivational speakers out
[00:20:16] there. Mel, I think Mel Robbins is her
[00:20:18] name is is one good one. But, um, I
[00:20:20] wanted to just give a shout out to my
[00:20:22] man Eddie. Your world within. He's got
[00:20:24] the cheesiest channel name ever. Oh,
[00:20:27] cool. He's he's changed it to Eddie
[00:20:28] Panero. Subscribe.
[00:20:31] And he does these motivational mixes
[00:20:33] that have music and stuff that are
[00:20:35] probably copyright. I don't know.
[00:20:38] [snorts] I'll just play a few seconds.
[00:20:40] Life doesn't ask permission [music]
[00:20:42] before it changes.
[00:20:44] >> Cheesy as hell, right? You guys can hear
[00:20:46] it, but you can't see it, right?
[00:20:48] >> It doesn't knock politely on your door
[00:20:49] before it rearranges everything.
[00:20:51] >> We're just going to bask in it for a few
[00:20:53] moments.
[00:20:54] >> You thought [music] you knew.
[00:20:57] No. Life barges in. It bends the road
[00:21:00] you're on. It shifts the ground beneath
[00:21:02] your feet. And it looks at you without
[00:21:05] an apology
[00:21:07] as it asks, "What are you going to do
[00:21:10] about it?" "What you going to do about
[00:21:11] it, [ __ ] What are you going to do
[00:21:14] about it?" And yes, he is on Spotify. I
[00:21:17] believe he's Your World Within on
[00:21:19] Spotify.
[00:21:22] Let me double check that.
[00:21:25] [snorts] Your World Within.
[00:21:29] Yeah. Yeah. Your world within on
[00:21:31] Spotify.
[00:21:33] Let me show you real quick
[00:21:35] right there. Boom.
[00:21:39] I swear to God, if you're struggling,
[00:21:43] figure your [ __ ] out. And if you need a
[00:21:44] way to figure your [ __ ] out and you
[00:21:46] don't know what to do, meditation's
[00:21:47] great, yoga's great, running is great,
[00:21:50] working out is great, all that's great.
[00:21:52] But start with your own mind. And I dare
[00:21:54] you to try plugging some of this [ __ ]
[00:21:55] into your ears and trying to be a little
[00:21:57] [ __ ] about it.
[00:22:02] Women, I mean, it's honestly kind of the
[00:22:03] same for you. Like, you got to solve
[00:22:05] your own problems, too. I can't really
[00:22:08] speak to how you got to pick yourself up
[00:22:09] by your high heel straps or whatever you
[00:22:12] call it. But I assume it's probably
[00:22:14] pretty similar. I only know how to do it
[00:22:16] if you're a dude, cuz I did it.
[00:22:20] I was a depressed piece of [ __ ] The
[00:22:22] first guy, his name is Les Brown. Les
[00:22:24] Brown. Les Brown. Total legend. He's one
[00:22:27] of the OG motivational speakers.
[00:22:31] Like, as far as I can tell, he was
[00:22:32] basically a crackb
[00:22:34] that like had nothing. Literally
[00:22:37] nothing. His story is crazy. And I've
[00:22:40] heard all of his stories like hundreds
[00:22:43] and hundreds of times. Actually, story
[00:22:46] time. Let me tell you about my 100
[00:22:48] mileers.
[00:22:51] When I got really into ultra running,
[00:22:54] [snorts] I wanted music that was like
[00:22:57] motivational that was almost like
[00:22:58] listening, you know, the you know the
[00:23:00] mixes that are like Alan Watts music
[00:23:02] mixes where you're like listening to
[00:23:04] music for like an hourong mix, but it's
[00:23:06] also got Allan Watts in there like
[00:23:07] hyping you up or like just being all
[00:23:09] philosophical.
[00:23:11] When I was like running training for
[00:23:13] ultramarathons, you're running for hours
[00:23:15] and hours and hours alone and it's super
[00:23:18] hard. And so I was like, I want like a
[00:23:20] podcast about like that's motivating,
[00:23:23] that's hyping me up, but with a beat,
[00:23:25] like with music, like I want to be hyped
[00:23:27] and running on repeat, right? And so I
[00:23:30] just and it didn't exist. So I made it.
[00:23:32] And what I did is I downloaded a bunch
[00:23:34] of my favorite motivational speakers
[00:23:36] like Les Brown, like that exact speech
[00:23:38] that we just looked at. It's possible.
[00:23:40] And I downloaded them. And then I play
[00:23:41] piano and I have a synthesizer and
[00:23:43] stuff. So, I made a bunch of music to
[00:23:45] back it at the exact BPM of my preferred
[00:23:48] running pace, 155 to 160 BPM, which is
[00:23:52] exactly like the
[00:23:55] of like the the ultra running shuffle.
[00:23:57] Um, and then I had some faster ones for
[00:23:58] like we're [ __ ] crushing down the
[00:24:00] hill right now. And I made like multiple
[00:24:02] like 10 to 30 minute long songs that I
[00:24:04] would just listen to on repeat and
[00:24:06] repeat and repeat while I was training.
[00:24:08] And then when I would run like ultras, I
[00:24:10] would just like pop it in and like have
[00:24:12] less brown. Like it's possible. And I
[00:24:15] remember back when I was a piece of [ __ ]
[00:24:17] that didn't have any health, didn't have
[00:24:18] any life, didn't have any finance,
[00:24:20] nothing, nothing. And then six years
[00:24:22] later, I'm like running a 100 mileer and
[00:24:25] I've got it in my head the same
[00:24:27] motivational speaker that brought me out
[00:24:29] of the hole way back then and it's like
[00:24:31] the most cathartic thing ever. And I
[00:24:32] cannot describe the smile that that
[00:24:34] brings to your face. Um, so that's a
[00:24:38] story. So solve your own [ __ ] Solve
[00:24:41] your own damn problems. But you're not
[00:24:45] alone. You got people to help. You got
[00:24:46] things to help. You got homies here.
[00:24:49] That's our solutions. And we are out of
[00:24:51] here. Love you all. Thanks for tuning
[00:24:52] in. Uh, don't forget to be nice to
[00:24:54] people. Drink your water. Eat your
[00:24:56] healthy food. Get good rest.
[00:24:59] That will be enough to collapse the
[00:25:01] current paradigm and change the whole
[00:25:04] planet.
