[00:00:00] Prince Andrew's been arrested. This is
[00:00:02] going to be great. We're going to get
[00:00:03] him on all the pedophilia stuff.
[00:00:04] >> It's a bad day for Andrews.
[00:00:07] >> Hopefully only uh one Andrew. Let's, you
[00:00:09] know, uh
[00:00:10] >> a trend trend. A trend is a trend.
[00:00:12] >> A trend is a trend. Well, okay. Let's
[00:00:14] hope it's a good day for this Andrew and
[00:00:16] a bad day for Prince Andrew. So, I
[00:00:18] thought that we were finally blow the
[00:00:21] doors open on this whole Epstein thing.
[00:00:23] I mean, literally, it's the first thing
[00:00:24] I looked at on my phone. My eyes are
[00:00:25] blurry. I'm just waking up. And
[00:00:28] unfortunately, it has nothing to do with
[00:00:30] anything, you know, of sex trafficking
[00:00:33] of minors or any of the innuendo or the
[00:00:36] salacious stuff. It looks like Prince
[00:00:39] Andrew was arrested for forwarding
[00:00:42] documents, this according to the BBC
[00:00:45] in 2010 related to his
[00:00:50] work as I guess, let's see here, just
[00:00:52] make sure
[00:00:53] >> trade envoy.
[00:00:54] >> Yeah, as a British trade envoy, but they
[00:00:55] have a specific title for him. US UK
[00:00:58] special representative for international
[00:00:59] trade and investment. So it looks like
[00:01:03] in 2010 he sent over documents to he
[00:01:08] forward them over to Jeffrey Epstein.
[00:01:11] Documents that he obtained in his
[00:01:12] official duties uh as a trade envoy that
[00:01:17] in included some investment
[00:01:19] opportunities in gold and uranium and
[00:01:22] that's what they got him on. It's
[00:01:24] misconduct in a public office. No,
[00:01:26] >> it's very it feels a lot like Al the
[00:01:29] famous Al Capone thing where he was
[00:01:31] involved in murders and bootlegging and
[00:01:34] every manner of crime, extortion,
[00:01:36] racketeering, and they got him because
[00:01:38] he didn't pay income tax on his illegal
[00:01:41] gains. And there's a lot of allegations
[00:01:44] against Prince Andrew of various levels
[00:01:46] of salaciousness and he's been arrested
[00:01:48] for forwarding they the email that is
[00:01:51] that is linked in the New York Times
[00:01:53] write up misconduct. This is this is
[00:01:54] literally the text of the email that is
[00:01:57] linked in the air times.
[00:01:58] >> It is a just a forward of an email he
[00:02:01] received from his assistant Amit Patel.
[00:02:03] Sir, please find attached the visit
[00:02:05] reports for Vietnam, Singapore, Hong
[00:02:07] Kong, and Shenzen in relation to your
[00:02:09] recent visit to Southeast Asia. Thank
[00:02:12] you, Amit. So, he forwards those over to
[00:02:14] Jeffrey Epstein. Apparently, they
[00:02:16] included, like I said, gold and uranium
[00:02:18] investment opportunities, essentially
[00:02:20] insider trading, which on the one hand
[00:02:22] does sort of, I think, shed a little
[00:02:25] light on how Epstein would make his
[00:02:27] money. Yes, he had inside sources. It's
[00:02:30] essentially insider trading at this
[00:02:31] point. If you get advanced intel on
[00:02:35] official head of state visits or heads
[00:02:37] of state but official government
[00:02:39] agencies in this case visiting uh
[00:02:43] foreign countries getting intel on
[00:02:44] possible investments. Okay, so that's
[00:02:46] what it is. King Charles, so the brother
[00:02:49] of Prince Andrew has released a
[00:02:50] statement. He says, "I have learned with
[00:02:54] the deepest concern the news about
[00:02:55] Andrew Mount Batten Windsor," which is a
[00:02:58] very interesting title and there is a
[00:03:00] backstory to why he's not called Prince
[00:03:01] Andrew or his royal highness. We're
[00:03:03] going to explain that stripped his
[00:03:04] titles, but he calls him Andrew
[00:03:06] Montbatton Windsor and suspicion of
[00:03:09] misconduct in public office. What now
[00:03:11] follows is the full fair and proper
[00:03:13] process by which this issue is
[00:03:15] investigated in the appropriate manner
[00:03:16] and by the appropriate authorities. In
[00:03:18] this, as I have said before, they have
[00:03:20] our full and wholehearted support and
[00:03:22] cooperation. Let me state clearly, the
[00:03:24] law must take its course. As this
[00:03:26] process continues, it would not be right
[00:03:28] for me to comment further on this
[00:03:29] matter. Meanwhile, my family and I will
[00:03:30] continue in our duty and service to you
[00:03:33] all. Charles R. All right. So, this was
[00:03:36] then followed
[00:03:38] by all of these headlines. Throw up 525
[00:03:41] from the Daily Mail, which is known to
[00:03:44] be a bit what's the right word for the
[00:03:46] Daily Mail? The Daily Mail is the best
[00:03:48] publication in the English language.
[00:03:51] >> Okay.
[00:03:52] >> But they are somewhat uh
[00:03:54] >> they rush to judgment. They are
[00:03:55] headlines.
[00:03:56] >> They are sensationalist in the best way.
[00:03:58] They've covered Ilhan Omar, the incest
[00:04:01] story, her cheating on her husband. They
[00:04:03] they get photos of everything.
[00:04:04] >> So here's the way it works. A little
[00:04:06] inside baseball for you watching at home
[00:04:07] because I've dealt with these scoundrels
[00:04:09] a lot actually.
[00:04:10] >> You talking about me?
[00:04:11] >> No,
[00:04:13] that's that's next segment. They
[00:04:16] basically put these headlines into
[00:04:19] multiple they feed it out onto the
[00:04:20] internet and they have ABCDE testing and
[00:04:23] sometimes they use AI to create the
[00:04:25] biggest clickbait. They want to know
[00:04:27] what you're going to click on. So that's
[00:04:28] what Daily Mail does. That's their whole
[00:04:30] thing. You will get a a headline that
[00:04:32] has nothing to do with the body of the
[00:04:34] article, but they learned through actual
[00:04:38] cause and effect watching what you will
[00:04:39] click on what gets the most clickbait.
[00:04:42] That is the whole game over Daily Mail
[00:04:45] is what headline can get you to click on
[00:04:47] it?
[00:04:47] >> So what do they go?
[00:04:48] >> They use AI. So they go Trump faces
[00:04:50] furious Epstein backlash after Andrew
[00:04:53] detained. We have zero arrest. All
[00:04:55] right. So this is So now you've got
[00:04:57] Thomas Massie. You've got you've got
[00:04:59] Marjorie Taylor Green and a lot of
[00:05:00] others out on social media saying,
[00:05:02] "Well, you they got Prince Andrew. Why
[00:05:05] haven't you done anything Pam Bondi and
[00:05:06] Donald Trump?" And so that is the the
[00:05:08] case. But here's the here's the crux.
[00:05:11] The assumption is the same assumption I
[00:05:13] made this morning that they were going
[00:05:15] to get that Andrew got arrested on
[00:05:17] pedophilia, on sex trafficking minor,
[00:05:19] something like this. There's Thomas
[00:05:21] Massiey's tweet.
[00:05:23] >> That's not at all the case. He got
[00:05:25] arrested on a process charge for
[00:05:28] forwarding a document to Jeffrey Epste
[00:05:30] in 2010 related to his official
[00:05:32] government.
[00:05:32] >> Kind of maybe alleged insider trading 16
[00:05:34] years ago.
[00:05:35] >> Correct. Well, so technically official
[00:05:37] misconduct is what it is, which is a
[00:05:39] British offense, but I'm gonna, you
[00:05:42] know, it's going to annoy a lot of
[00:05:43] people, but I've got to push back on
[00:05:44] this. Like, as uh I like to I like to
[00:05:47] read Michael Tracy on X because he he
[00:05:49] gives a lot of push back and he points
[00:05:51] out,
[00:05:52] >> I think it's worth remembering, first of
[00:05:53] all, this is Britain. Britain is the
[00:05:54] sort of country where you get arrested
[00:05:56] for saying things people don't like on
[00:05:58] social media about migrants. It is a
[00:06:01] country that has a quite 1984esque
[00:06:03] willingness to jin up charges for
[00:06:06] political reasons. And so, yes, like
[00:06:08] Prince Andrew looks very bad because he
[00:06:10] was a big associate of Jeffrey Epstein
[00:06:12] and that's gross. And he probably did it
[00:06:13] because he wanted to sleep with young
[00:06:15] women.
[00:06:16] >> Yeah.
[00:06:16] >> But at the same time, the main
[00:06:18] allegations against him came from
[00:06:19] Virginia Guy, which as our guest the
[00:06:22] other week said,
[00:06:22] >> Jerch.
[00:06:23] >> Yeah. Jay Beecher. He She's a serial
[00:06:25] fabulous. She lied about a lot of
[00:06:27] people. She's the one Virginia Guthrie
[00:06:29] for our audience's sake is alleged to
[00:06:31] have been the one that created this this
[00:06:33] aura this narrative about the list of
[00:06:37] blend male list
[00:06:38] >> to the extent underage women were
[00:06:39] recruited she played a central role in
[00:06:41] that and encouraged them to lie to get
[00:06:43] like there's a lot of negative stuff
[00:06:44] there so she's the source of a lot of
[00:06:45] these allegations his alleged
[00:06:48] relationship with her is the basis for
[00:06:50] this and yet in the UK where they met
[00:06:53] like she actually was of legal age
[00:06:55] according to British laws. Yeah,
[00:06:58] >> that is what drove this. And so they are
[00:07:01] bringing this case because of big
[00:07:03] allegations. But I think it's worth
[00:07:05] remembering what the origin of this is.
[00:07:07] And then we go back to what the
[00:07:09] president himself said last summer. A
[00:07:11] lot of people are going to be getting
[00:07:13] tarred and hit for things that are
[00:07:16] running ahead of what the facts are or
[00:07:18] where there's nothing proven. And we're
[00:07:19] kind of seeing this here where they're
[00:07:20] just they're howling, where are the
[00:07:22] arrests? What were the arrests before?
[00:07:24] comeuppance for Prince Andrew is that he
[00:07:26] was a dirty, you know,
[00:07:28] >> dirty old man.
[00:07:28] >> Dirty old man. And uh, you know, he
[00:07:32] showed some really poor judgment. What's
[00:07:33] funny also though is this clip from 2015
[00:07:36] of President Trump has surfaced now,
[00:07:39] which I think is just fantastic. Once
[00:07:41] again, Trump just has this this knack of
[00:07:43] coming out unscathed. 524.
[00:07:46] >> You raised the question of Jeffrey
[00:07:48] Epstein in your remarks about in the
[00:07:49] Q&A.
[00:07:50] >> I think he's got a problem. I mean, what
[00:07:51] do you think the problem will be? I I
[00:07:52] don't know. But that island was uh
[00:07:54] really a cesspool. There's no question
[00:07:56] about it. Just ask Prince Andrew. He'll
[00:07:58] tell you about it.
[00:08:01] >> Just ask Prince Andrew. That's 2015.
[00:08:04] Charlie loved this country and he loved
[00:08:06] partnering with organizations that truly
[00:08:08] stand for what makes America great. One
[00:08:10] of our most trusted partners, AAC, the
[00:08:12] Association of Mature American Citizens,
[00:08:14] is doing something special in Charlie's
[00:08:16] honor. AAC is offering free memberships
[00:08:18] to all ages. No credit card, no strings
[00:08:20] attached, just a chance to stand for
[00:08:22] faith, family, and freedom. Join this
[00:08:24] movement. Go to amac. us/charlie today.
[00:08:28] That is amac
[00:08:30] uscharie
[00:08:33] today.
[00:08:37] This is what's interesting about the
[00:08:39] Prince Andrew thing.
[00:08:41] So the news hits, everybody jumps on
[00:08:46] Trump because, you know, there has been
[00:08:48] no arrest over here.
[00:08:51] But what's interesting and different, I
[00:08:53] would say, about the Prince Andrew
[00:08:54] situation is two thoughts I want you to
[00:08:56] keep in your head at the same time. We
[00:08:57] have to be sophisticated consumers of
[00:09:02] information. First thought, none of this
[00:09:05] would happen if Pam Bondi had not
[00:09:07] released these documents in the first
[00:09:08] place. So there's one. The only reason
[00:09:11] this is happening is because the UK
[00:09:14] officials have access to documents that
[00:09:16] were released by the US Department of
[00:09:18] Justice.
[00:09:20] So that's the thing you need to think of
[00:09:22] first. Secondly, we had Mike Davis on
[00:09:25] and earlier this week and he assured us
[00:09:29] that there are ongoing investigations
[00:09:31] into co-conspirators. Les Wexner was
[00:09:34] labeled as a co-conspirac conspira in
[00:09:37] these documents and who knows who else
[00:09:40] is being investigated. My money is on
[00:09:42] Reed Hoffman. Reed Hoffman has lied
[00:09:45] repeatedly about his associations with
[00:09:48] Jeffrey Epstein. He has funded some of
[00:09:51] the most nefarious, sinister attempts of
[00:09:56] lawfare to get Trump over and over and
[00:09:58] over again. Reed Hoffman is a marked man
[00:10:01] in my opinion by the Department of
[00:10:02] Justice. And thirdly, think of this.
[00:10:06] Prince Andrew is no longer Prince
[00:10:08] Andrew. He's no longer his royal
[00:10:10] highness. We call him that out of sort
[00:10:11] of a a vestage of the royal past. But in
[00:10:15] 20 uh 2022, in January, Queen Elizabeth
[00:10:18] II stripped him of the use of his style,
[00:10:21] his royal highness, HR, in any official
[00:10:24] capacity. All of his military titles and
[00:10:26] royal patronages were returned to the
[00:10:29] queen, effectively removed from him.
[00:10:31] This included honorary military
[00:10:33] appointments such as colonel of the
[00:10:34] Grenadier Guards, other UK titles like
[00:10:36] honorary air commodor of the Royal Air
[00:10:39] Force, various overseas honorary colonel
[00:10:42] and chief roles, royal patronages, his
[00:10:45] charity affiliations, and then in 2025,
[00:10:48] so just last year, his brother King
[00:10:50] Charles removed the title prince and
[00:10:55] that included Duke of York, Earl of
[00:10:57] Iberess, and Baron Kelly Kille. So all
[00:11:02] of these have been removed from him and
[00:11:04] that was in October 17th. And then again
[00:11:06] like on I said on October 30th they
[00:11:09] officially removed the titular dignity
[00:11:11] of Prince and that is why he will now
[00:11:14] forever be known as Andrew Montton
[00:11:16] Windsor. So they have been on this
[00:11:20] Prince Andrew train for a long time. But
[00:11:22] it's the first arrest of a British royal
[00:11:24] basically in living memory or in recent
[00:11:27] modern
[00:11:28] >> I think I saw somewhere where they said
[00:11:29] it was the first ever and all I can
[00:11:31] remember is that they once beheaded a
[00:11:32] king. I was going to say I saw that I
[00:11:34] saw that uh that talking point as well
[00:11:36] and yeah it's like okay but at least in
[00:11:38] modern history this is
[00:11:40] >> I think it would be a very big it would
[00:11:43] it would be very unfortunate if one of
[00:11:45] the world's oldest monarchies and one of
[00:11:48] its last really big monarchies were to
[00:11:50] fall over something like this which it
[00:11:55] very much real it might there's a there
[00:11:57] is a Republican movement in the UK to
[00:12:00] abolish it and just retire the royal
[00:12:02] family
[00:12:04] a movement in other countries. You know,
[00:12:06] a very funny thing is one of the biggest
[00:12:08] supports of
[00:12:10] >> the British royal family is not who you
[00:12:12] think it's the Canadian left.
[00:12:14] Left-wingers in Canada like the British
[00:12:17] royal family because they hate America
[00:12:19] and so they see having a royal family as
[00:12:21] something that makes Canada not America.
[00:12:23] >> It's like a
[00:12:24] >> So like
[00:12:25] when King Charles visited made his first
[00:12:28] visit after becoming king, Justin
[00:12:29] Trudeau went all out for it. He was a
[00:12:31] big fan of it. But
[00:12:32] >> well, it is a distinguished group. I
[00:12:34] think
[00:12:35] >> it's easy for us to dump. I mean, we're
[00:12:36] America. We're a republic. We don't have
[00:12:38] kings. We shouldn't have kings. But as
[00:12:40] conservatives, we do respect and honor
[00:12:43] traditions, old things. We realize they
[00:12:45] have value that's not always obvious.
[00:12:47] And I think there is a real value in the
[00:12:49] fact that there has been a king or queen
[00:12:52] of England in London for over a thousand
[00:12:56] years. that they are the descendants of
[00:12:59] those people who were there during the
[00:13:01] Blitz, who were there when Napoleon
[00:13:03] might have invaded, who were there when
[00:13:04] the Armada was sailing for England. Same
[00:13:07] line of people. Well, and listen, I'm a
[00:13:10] big fan of the British royals. I think
[00:13:12] Western civilization needs
[00:13:15] institutions that stand up and that help
[00:13:18] guide the West back to a sense of uh of
[00:13:21] its tradition, of its identity. But
[00:13:24] listen, there are things happening in
[00:13:27] the background at the DOJ that we just
[00:13:30] need to keep our eyes on and we need to
[00:13:32] sort of say, listen, the wheels of
[00:13:35] justice turn slowly sometimes, but they
[00:13:37] are happening. Okay? And again, I would
[00:13:39] mention the name Reed Hoffman. You don't
[00:13:41] you've seen this just this morning that
[00:13:42] Bill Gates has dropped out of a speaking
[00:13:44] engagement due to increased scrutiny
[00:13:46] over the Epstein files. Kathy Rumler was
[00:13:49] has stepped down at Goldman Sachs
[00:13:52] because of her connections to Jeffrey
[00:13:53] Epstein. It was worth mentioning that
[00:13:56] she was Obama's longest serving White
[00:13:58] House counsel. So the DOJ's release of
[00:14:01] these documents obviously spurned on by
[00:14:05] Roana and Thomas Massie who have
[00:14:08] attempted to weaponize the release of
[00:14:10] these documents for their own political
[00:14:12] ends. It's remains unclear what their
[00:14:15] ultimate intentions are here, but the
[00:14:17] whole point is is that there is a very
[00:14:20] large faction of people that want to use
[00:14:21] these documents to get Trump. All right?
[00:14:24] And time and time again, as we saw in
[00:14:26] that 2015 document
[00:14:28] or the video, Trump comes out looking
[00:14:31] pretty darn good.
[00:14:32] >> He looks amazing actually. But it's, you
[00:14:35] know, I think we should again be careful
[00:14:37] and tout this like yes, Bill Gates has
[00:14:38] stepped away from things and Bill Gates
[00:14:39] should feel embarrassed. He was very
[00:14:41] clearly close with an individual who
[00:14:44] regardless of what other crimes he
[00:14:45] committed was a gross figure. It was
[00:14:48] just it's ugly that he was so close with
[00:14:50] him. And we should feel that same way
