I won't tell you exactly [00:00:20] about who and what side, but I spoke to [00:00:23] the New York Times and I spoke to [00:00:25] National Review. I'm on all sides." Tiermon [00:00:30] doesn't tell us all the people he went [00:00:32] to the SDNY on, but what he does say is [00:00:35] that he was getting special treatment [00:00:38] from the DOJ in the form of a courtesy [00:00:40] warning that he was on some type of [00:00:42] quote enemies list. Last year ahead of [00:00:46] the election, I had phone calls from DOJ [00:00:48] sources telling me that I was on a [00:00:51] enemy's list that was going to get [00:00:52] performed. [00:00:54] >> Is that like a threat or they were [00:00:56] warning you? Like they were warning. I [00:00:58] had a friend who happened to be at the [00:01:00] DOJ at a deputy level [00:01:04] >> who called me and said on a Friday night [00:01:06] at midnight and said like, "Dude, you're [00:01:08] on a [ __ ] list. You're going to get [00:01:10] perked in October." And it didn't happen [00:01:12] because what happened in between then? [00:01:14] We're not sure what quote happened in [00:01:17] between then, but Tmont also says that [00:01:19] quote, "He has fed the SDNY tons of [00:01:23] [ __ ] I've got him dental rights on so [00:01:26] much fraud. What's striking about [00:02:15] that is the FBI raided multiple Project [00:02:19] Veritas journalists while Tyrond was on [00:02:22] the board of Project Veritoss in [00:02:24] November of 2021. And Tier expressed at [00:02:27] the time to everybody in the newsroom [00:02:28] that he was opposed to the actions of [00:02:30] those FBI agents. But somehow now he's [00:02:32] never met a bad FBI agent. And recall [00:02:35] that the affidavit of the probable cause [00:02:38] of that FBI raid remains completely [00:02:40] redacted line by line. And behind those [00:02:43] black lines are the sources, methods, [00:02:46] and individuals that the SDNY spoke [00:02:49] with. Then Tiermon describes working [00:02:52] with legacy media organizations to take [00:02:55] down conservative figures, including the [00:02:58] New York Times, which Project Veritas [00:03:00] had a defamation lawsuit against. Yeah, [00:03:46] Junior was in Illinois. [00:03:47] >> Yeah, Don Jr. He's been [ __ ] stealing [00:03:50] money by the billions. And I [00:05:14] honestly responded to every one of those [00:05:16] people.
