[00:00:00] All righty, we're here together again.
[00:00:02] It's all access. So, for those of you
[00:00:04] those of you who are joining us over at
[00:00:06] the YouTubes, let me remind you that you
[00:00:08] can only ask questions if you are a
[00:00:10] DailyWire Plus subscribers. You're going
[00:00:12] to want to go check that out right now.
[00:00:14] You should put your money where your
[00:00:15] values are. There's a lot going on. You
[00:00:17] don't want to miss a minute of the news.
[00:00:18] So, head on over to dailywire.com and
[00:00:20] get that all access membership and that
[00:00:22] way you'll actually have access to chats
[00:00:24] like this all the time. We're making
[00:00:25] this free so that you can see it on the
[00:00:28] YouTubes and on all the other platforms
[00:00:30] because frankly there's a lot going on
[00:00:31] and also, you know, this is something
[00:00:33] different. Basically, you ask questions,
[00:00:34] I answer them, I sing stupid songs. I I
[00:00:37] do, you know, I flex whatever there is
[00:00:39] of my biceps. It's it's the dumb place
[00:00:42] and dumb things happen here. So, that's
[00:00:43] that's your introduction. Okay, right
[00:00:45] into the questions.
[00:00:47] See,
[00:00:49] hey Ben, what are your thoughts on the
[00:00:50] UK riots? I'll probably get into this a
[00:00:52] little bit more tomorrow, but the UK
[00:00:54] riots are obviously the result of
[00:00:56] decades of people simply ignoring the
[00:00:58] fact in the UK that when you import
[00:00:59] large populations of people who have no
[00:01:02] intention of assimilating to British
[00:01:03] values and then you make it a sin to
[00:01:06] even mention that, people are going to
[00:01:07] start getting pretty dang ticked off.
[00:01:10] That doesn't mean that people should act
[00:01:11] criminally. Obviously, criminals should
[00:01:13] be arrested. However, Kier Starmer's
[00:01:16] wild sympathy for the BLM riers compared
[00:01:19] to his lack of sympathy whatsoever for
[00:01:22] the people who are very upset that three
[00:01:23] people just got stabbed in the UK and
[00:01:27] people who are very upset about the vast
[00:01:29] wave of migration coming from places
[00:01:31] that don't particularly like western
[00:01:32] valleys. It demonstrates where Kira
[00:01:34] Starmer is. You want to talk about an
[00:01:35] elitist issue? An elitist issue is what
[00:01:36] if we import lots of people from places
[00:01:38] that hate our country? This is true in
[00:01:40] the United States. It's true in the UK.
[00:01:41] It's true pretty much everywhere. And
[00:01:43] then the elites are like, "Yeah, yeah,
[00:01:44] but they're a labor based."
[00:01:47] Okay, other questions. What's my best
[00:01:50] advice to try to convince a longtime
[00:01:51] Democrat voting American Jews not to
[00:01:52] vote for Kamla on social media? Well,
[00:01:54] the good news is that the Democrats are
[00:01:56] making that case right now actively.
[00:01:58] It's one of the things they did in
[00:02:00] flirting with Josh Shapiro and then
[00:02:01] promptly taking his face and ramming it
[00:02:03] directly into a toilet. And that that
[00:02:04] that is what they just did to the
[00:02:06] governor of Pennsylvania. And Josh
[00:02:07] Shapiro, make no mistake, is probably
[00:02:09] closer to median Jew in the United
[00:02:11] States than I am, right? I'm an Orthodox
[00:02:13] Jew, which means that I fully keep
[00:02:14] Sabbath. I fully keep kosher and all the
[00:02:16] rest. Josh Shapiro is conservative,
[00:02:20] maybe I've heard kind of conservox,
[00:02:22] meaning he keeps some semblance of
[00:02:23] Sabbath. He he sends his kids to some
[00:02:25] sort of Jewish school. When he was
[00:02:27] younger, he had a bar mitzvah, you know,
[00:02:29] all that kind of stuff. Not fully
[00:02:30] orthodox. Obviously, he does not agree
[00:02:32] with sort of hahic Jewish values in
[00:02:35] terms of sort of the the traditional
[00:02:37] down the line Jewish stances on
[00:02:39] everything from same-sex marriage to
[00:02:42] abortion. With that said, he is again
[00:02:44] much closer to median Jew. And
[00:02:46] basically, the Democratic party said you
[00:02:48] can have the same positions as Josh
[00:02:49] Shapiro on Israel. You just can't be a
[00:02:50] Jew and have those positions. Which is
[00:02:52] why they went with Tim Walls. It is
[00:02:53] perfectly obvious they went with Tim
[00:02:55] Walls because Tim Walls is not a Jew and
[00:02:57] he's from Minnesota. And of course, the
[00:02:59] Biden Harris administration has done a
[00:03:00] horrible job with Israel. And in the
[00:03:02] aftermath of October 7th, even a bunch
[00:03:03] of liberal American Jews who thought
[00:03:06] they had nothing to do with the state of
[00:03:08] play in Israel suddenly realized for
[00:03:11] just a hot second that there are a lot
[00:03:12] of people who like to kill Jews and a
[00:03:14] lot of people who root for those people
[00:03:16] to kill Jews. And a lot of the people
[00:03:17] who had marched with BLM, a lot of the
[00:03:19] people who had marched with the
[00:03:20] intersectional crew suddenly woke up to
[00:03:22] the fact that, hey, our stwire allies
[00:03:23] aren't really our allies. And so the
[00:03:25] Democratic party moving against Jews in
[00:03:28] general. And again, doesn't mean every
[00:03:29] Jew is is feeling like this, but a lot
[00:03:32] of Jews are feeling this way. In fact,
[00:03:33] there was a Sienna poll that just came
[00:03:34] out in New York showing that a majority
[00:03:36] of Jews, 50 to 49, were talking about
[00:03:38] voting for President Trump as opposed to
[00:03:40] Biden. So, the Democrats are making the
[00:03:42] case. It also happens to be the case
[00:03:43] that Donald Trump is the single most
[00:03:44] pro-Israel president in American history
[00:03:46] by far.
[00:03:49] You tr you make me laugh whenever you
[00:03:50] say someone is trying to make fetch
[00:03:52] happen. Mean Girls is the best. Lol.
[00:03:54] Yeah. Well, I mean Kla, the media with
[00:03:56] Kla, they are trying to make fetch
[00:03:57] happen for sure. By the way, I will say
[00:03:59] Tim Walls is a better politician than
[00:04:00] Kla Harris. He was much more genuine
[00:04:02] tonight. We'll go over this on the show
[00:04:03] tomorrow, but the rally tonight was a
[00:04:06] nice coming out party for Tim Walls, who
[00:04:08] is in fact very good on the stump. He's
[00:04:09] a liar. He's lying about all of his
[00:04:11] positions. He's pretending to be sort of
[00:04:12] a downhome moderate who coached football
[00:04:15] as opposed to the kind of dude who puts
[00:04:16] tampons in the boys' bathroom. He he
[00:04:19] makes he pretends to be Minnesota nice,
[00:04:20] but then he makes dumb jokes about JD
[00:04:22] Vance and couches, which is a very
[00:04:24] online kind of gross pornographic joke.
[00:04:27] With that said, he's better at this than
[00:04:28] Kla Harris.
[00:04:30] How important is energy independence to
[00:04:32] improving the economy? It is deeply
[00:04:33] important. It's not just important to
[00:04:35] improving the economy, by the way. And
[00:04:37] bringing the price of of oil down, gas
[00:04:40] at the pump, that's a very important
[00:04:41] component because it gives people more
[00:04:42] disposable income and more money to
[00:04:44] invest and more money to spend and more
[00:04:46] money to save and all the rest of it.
[00:04:48] The reality is that the entire world
[00:04:50] political structure has been radically
[00:04:52] reshaped by the fracking boom. I just
[00:04:54] read a fantastic book by a guy named
[00:04:57] Daniel Jurgen who's an economist and he
[00:04:59] specialized in energy called the new
[00:05:01] map. It's from 2020. He wrote an epilog
[00:05:03] in 2021 talking about how the shale oil
[00:05:05] revolution, the fracking revolution
[00:05:07] really changed the balance of world
[00:05:08] politics because effectively speaking,
[00:05:10] OPEC no longer has nearly the same
[00:05:12] amount of power on the world stage that
[00:05:13] it once did. Russia, same deal. The
[00:05:15] United States is now the largest global
[00:05:17] producer of energy. And that means that
[00:05:20] we have inordinate power to shape the
[00:05:22] world around our wants and needs if we
[00:05:24] so chose to do so. The Biden
[00:05:26] administration obviously is uninterested
[00:05:27] in that. They are more interested in
[00:05:28] pandering to their far left and catering
[00:05:31] to some of the worst people on the
[00:05:32] planet.
[00:05:34] Hey Ben, as a Mets fan, I can relate to
[00:05:36] the pain you're feeling with how poorly
[00:05:37] your White Socks are doing. What are
[00:05:38] your thoughts on them somehow being
[00:05:39] worse than the A's? The White Sox are
[00:05:40] terrible. Now, I will say that at the
[00:05:42] very beginning of the season, I said
[00:05:43] they were going to be historically
[00:05:44] terrible. And I was kind of there for
[00:05:46] it. I was kind of rooting for it because
[00:05:47] here's the thing. If you're a fan of a
[00:05:49] team, you don't want them just to be
[00:05:50] middling terrible. You want them to be
[00:05:52] historically awful, right? Either be
[00:05:54] like the very best or be the very worst,
[00:05:56] but don't be like the third worst.
[00:05:58] That's kind of the idea. Now, they're
[00:05:59] not going to get any draft picks out of
[00:06:00] it, but I will say that there is
[00:06:02] pressure on the White Sox to not be this
[00:06:03] terrible. They just lost their 21st
[00:06:04] straight game the other night, which is
[00:06:06] really astonishing. I mean, that is that
[00:06:08] is a that is a showing right there.
[00:06:09] Impressive, impressive stuff.
[00:06:14] See, dailywware.com/subscribe. By the
[00:06:15] way, again, I'm saying this for all for
[00:06:17] the benefit of all the people who are
[00:06:18] viewing this live over at the at the
[00:06:20] YouTubes and other places.
[00:06:22] If heaven forbid Trump loses, who do I
[00:06:24] think the GOP will or should turn to? I
[00:06:26] think it's way too early for that. I
[00:06:27] think it is way too early to have that
[00:06:28] conversation. First of all, with the
[00:06:30] help of God, Trump should win. There's
[00:06:32] really no excuse for him not to win.
[00:06:33] He's running against an incredibly
[00:06:34] radical ticket led by an incredibly
[00:06:36] radical and unlikable candidate. Now,
[00:06:38] again, they are trying to make fetch
[00:06:39] happen as has been said. Tim Walls
[00:06:42] tonight, he did this rally where he kept
[00:06:43] saying that Kla Harris, it's not that
[00:06:45] she's strange or it's that she's filled
[00:06:47] with joy. Don't you understand? She's
[00:06:49] bringing joy back. Because when you see
[00:06:52] Kla Harris awkwardly laughing and
[00:06:54] cackling like a crazy person or dancing
[00:06:56] super weirdly or creating sentence
[00:06:59] structures that are
[00:07:02] almost gothic in their intricacy. And
[00:07:05] when you see that happening, you might
[00:07:06] think that that's just a weird lady who
[00:07:08] who has strange syntax and does dumb
[00:07:10] stuff and and is really offputting.
[00:07:12] Wrong. That's joy. That's joy. Okay.
[00:07:15] Let's assume that that Trump loses. If
[00:07:17] Trump were to lose, then I think there
[00:07:19] is going to be a very rich debate that
[00:07:22] happens on the right about what the
[00:07:23] future of the Republican party ought to
[00:07:25] look like. I don't even want to
[00:07:27] countenance that right now. Right now,
[00:07:29] it's time to win. Right now, it's time
[00:07:30] for the right to come together and win.
[00:07:33] If Trump loses, those conversations are
[00:07:34] definitely going to happen and they're
[00:07:35] going to need to happen because you
[00:07:37] can't lose in 2018, 2020, 2021, 2022,
[00:07:39] and 2024 and somehow not change course.
[00:07:42] That is just not the You got to win. You
[00:07:44] got to win. That's the only way to stop
[00:07:45] the bad guys here. You got to win.
[00:07:49] As an owner of a machine welding shop,
[00:07:51] what differences would we see in
[00:07:52] manufacturing between Kamla and Trump?
[00:07:55] So, yeah, I think that Trump is
[00:07:58] obviously very pro- industry. Trump is
[00:08:00] obviously very pro- energy and energy
[00:08:02] tends to have a lot of industrial jobs
[00:08:04] attached to it. So, there's that. Donald
[00:08:07] Trump is very anti-China, so you will
[00:08:09] see some tariffs on Chinese products and
[00:08:10] goods. I think you would particularly
[00:08:12] see that in the realm of steel where
[00:08:13] China is the world's leading steel
[00:08:15] producer, although it really isn't a
[00:08:16] very amazing quality steel. So again, I
[00:08:20] think that if you're a welder and you're
[00:08:21] looking for a rising income, if you're
[00:08:23] looking for better wages, if you're
[00:08:24] looking for lower inflation, if you're
[00:08:25] looking for better trade policy, Donald
[00:08:28] Trump is probably the guy for you.
[00:08:34] Let's see. I'm trying to understand the
[00:08:36] presidency and how Dow being up at the
[00:08:37] end of 2023 had people bragging but down
[00:08:40] at the end of 2024 and it's not Biden's
[00:08:42] fault. Well, again, I think that the
[00:08:44] truth is that if we were really to
[00:08:45] analyze this thing, you can't measure
[00:08:48] the health of the economy simply by the
[00:08:49] stock market because if you inflate the
[00:08:51] currency and you throw a bunch of money
[00:08:53] out there, people have to put the money
[00:08:54] somewhere. It usually ends up in the
[00:08:55] stock market. So, you get these giant
[00:08:56] stock bubbles and they tend to hide
[00:08:58] underlying structural weaknesses in the
[00:09:00] economy. You also can't look at the
[00:09:01] unemployment rate because you can
[00:09:02] generate largecale employment by paying
[00:09:05] people to do nothing. That's what the
[00:09:06] Soviet Union did. The health of an
[00:09:08] economy can be measured by whether
[00:09:10] people's lives are getting better.
[00:09:11] Whether they are able to get better
[00:09:13] products and services and goods cheaper.
[00:09:15] That is how you can tell whether an
[00:09:17] economy is working or not. Is there a
[00:09:18] high level of innovation? Is your life
[00:09:20] better now than it was four years ago or
[00:09:22] eight years ago or 30 years ago? This is
[00:09:24] why whenever people talk about real
[00:09:26] adjusted income from like 1980 versus
[00:09:27] now, I'm like, well, we were better off
[00:09:29] in 1980. None of you were better off in
[00:09:30] 1980. You weren't. I'm sorry. You didn't
[00:09:33] have a cell phone, right? You didn't
[00:09:35] have a laptop. You didn't have any of
[00:09:37] the amazing things that make your life
[00:09:39] go today. Because the economy is not
[00:09:41] about just the raw number of dollars in
[00:09:42] your pocket. It's about what you can buy
[00:09:44] with those dollars.
[00:09:47] What is a proverb that I live by? Luck
[00:09:49] is not a business plan is definitely
[00:09:50] one. Also, you can't teach hungry is
[00:09:52] another one. These are both sort of
[00:09:55] business slogans that we've used at at
[00:09:56] the Daily Wire to our great success.
[00:09:58] Yeah, you don't like the shirt. I get
[00:09:59] it. I get it, man. It's okay. And I was
[00:10:02] told by my producers that I should put
[00:10:03] on a different shirt before I got up
[00:10:05] here, but frankly, I didn't care. And we
[00:10:07] were already close to time to launch
[00:10:09] this thing. And so, what you get is is
[00:10:11] this very sophisticated golf shirt. And
[00:10:13] if you don't like it from Bugattachi,
[00:10:15] that that's you that's a you problem, my
[00:10:16] friend.
[00:10:18] Thanks for recommending a gentleman in
[00:10:20] Moscow. It was phenomenal. Any other
[00:10:21] similar suggestions? Uh, if you want a
[00:10:23] more depressing version, I would suggest
[00:10:25] Every Man Dies Alone, which is about a
[00:10:27] couple that's trying to struggle its way
[00:10:29] through the Nazi Reich, being part of
[00:10:31] the resistance and finding love with
[00:10:33] each other because of that. They It's a
[00:10:34] It's an older couple and they have a son
[00:10:36] who is a German soldier who who died in
[00:10:38] the war. It's really good by Hans
[00:10:40] Fatada, Every Man Dies Alone. Terrific,
[00:10:41] terrific book.
[00:10:45] Let's see. Would a rank choice system
[00:10:48] make our political system better? Why or
[00:10:50] why not? a rank choice system would make
[00:10:53] it more interesting. I'm not necessarily
[00:10:54] against rank choice voting. I know there
[00:10:56] are a lot of people on the right who
[00:10:57] are. I think that first pass,
[00:10:59] particularly in in primaries, I think
[00:11:01] rank choice voting would be really
[00:11:02] interesting because it would allow
[00:11:04] people to really prioritize how they're
[00:11:06] going to how they're going to vote,
[00:11:07] right? If you like a candidate, but you
[00:11:08] don't think he's going to win, you might
[00:11:10] still vote for that person number one.
[00:11:12] And then you can instead of your vote
[00:11:13] being tossed out, you get your your vote
[00:11:15] still counts. I kind I in concept I
[00:11:17] think conceptually rank choice voting
[00:11:19] works better than it does in practice
[00:11:20] but I'm not totally against it.
[00:11:23] Give an update on our dog Happy. How is
[00:11:25] he doing? He's doing really well.
[00:11:27] Although I will say he is a picky eater
[00:11:28] just like my kids. It's weird how this
[00:11:30] dog has taken on many of the
[00:11:31] characteristics of my children. He wants
[00:11:33] to cuddle all the time. He's a really
[00:11:35] really picky eater and all of of the
[00:11:37] rest. Um one one of the things we've
[00:11:39] been trying is putting a little bit of
[00:11:41] cheese on top of his food. So not a
[00:11:43] Jewish dog. Uh, so he's eating the
[00:11:45] cheese and the meat together. And that
[00:11:47] seems to get him to eat his food about
[00:11:48] half the time. But, you know, my wife is
[00:11:53] Moroccan. She's of Moroccan extraction.
[00:11:55] And one thing that can be said about
[00:11:57] Moroccan Jewish women is they want their
[00:11:58] kids and their family members to eat and
[00:12:00] eat well. And so, she worries very much
[00:12:02] about the dog not eating. I'm like,
[00:12:03] "He's a dog. He'll be fine." And she's
[00:12:04] like, "No, no, he needs to eat."
[00:12:10] Let's see. What is a good world history
[00:12:13] book you recommend? Uh Paul Johnson's
[00:12:15] book Modern Times is fantastic about the
[00:12:17] the 20th century essentially. Uh Neil
[00:12:21] Ferguson's books are terrific that there
[00:12:24] there are so many great history books.
[00:12:26] Will Durant's series on the history of
[00:12:28] the world is excellent.
[00:12:32] Weeding out the deep state. How long
[00:12:33] will it take and how do you start? Well,
[00:12:35] I mean, you start by actually running
[00:12:36] down everybody you can get your hands on
[00:12:38] in terms of their profile and the work
[00:12:40] that they've done. You have to have a a
[00:12:42] trusted mechanism by which to filter out
[00:12:44] the people who you think are the most
[00:12:46] nefarious inside the deep state. Then
[00:12:48] you have to fire them. And that's why
[00:12:49] you're starting to see a lot of talk
[00:12:50] about whether Donald Trump will use
[00:12:51] schedule 7 in order to fire federal
[00:12:53] employees.
[00:12:56] Evening bed. Indulge me in a cute baby
[00:12:58] story. Well, I have a cute four-year-old
[00:13:00] story. So, my my four-year-old and my
[00:13:01] 8-year-old are becoming very very good
[00:13:03] friends. And my four-year-old, my my
[00:13:05] eight-year-old sometimes gets like
[00:13:06] randomly ticked off at the
[00:13:08] four-year-old. And I told the
[00:13:10] four-year-old that she has a magic
[00:13:11] power. And the magic power is that if
[00:13:12] she hugs him, he'll be nice to her. And
[00:13:13] it is 100% true. She'll go up to him
[00:13:15] while he's like raging and she'll just
[00:13:17] give him a hug and he'll stop
[00:13:18] immediately. This morning, she turned to
[00:13:20] me and she said, "Daddy, I have a secret
[00:13:22] with my brother." I said, "Really?
[00:13:24] What's your secret?" She's four. She
[00:13:25] doesn't understand how secrets work. So
[00:13:26] she's like, "My secret is when we grow
[00:13:28] up, we're going to live next to each
[00:13:29] other." It's like, "Ah, as a parent,
[00:13:31] that's the best kind of thing." That's
[00:13:32] the best kind of thing. As far as the
[00:13:34] baby, the baby is almost walking. He is
[00:13:36] pulling himself to standing and uh and
[00:13:38] he's pushing himself around. He had a
[00:13:40] haircut yesterday. So, I I love when the
[00:13:41] kids get their haircuts. They look clean
[00:13:43] and they look fresh and they're really
[00:13:44] really cute. Unfortunately, he's also
[00:13:45] running a one-on-one fever, which is,
[00:13:47] you know, kids are sick all the time.
[00:13:49] Like all the time. It's It's very
[00:13:51] difficult.
[00:13:54] Is the Harris Walls ticket the furthest
[00:13:56] left ticket in American history? Uh
[00:13:58] yeah. I mean, I think you'd be
[00:13:59] hardressed to to find another ticket
[00:14:01] that is as far left. The only possible
[00:14:03] exception might be the McGovern campaign
[00:14:07] from 1972.
[00:14:09] With that said, remember it was 1972.
[00:14:12] So, even the McGovern campaign of 1972
[00:14:14] wasn't as far-left socially as this
[00:14:16] campaign is.
[00:14:18] This is this is a wild left campaign.
[00:14:20] And the attempt to paint it as moderate
[00:14:21] is one of the great gaslighting attempts
[00:14:23] I've ever seen in my life.
[00:14:26] Is my wife Safari? she is which customs
[00:14:29] do we follow? So the way that it works
[00:14:30] is that we follow the Ashkanaz customs
[00:14:34] because as the balab as the man of the
[00:14:36] house we follow my family's customs
[00:14:38] which unfortunately uh are the Ashkenaz
[00:14:41] customs. With that said I I really see
[00:14:43] no problem with if I went to my wife's
[00:14:45] house and they were eating kit I I which
[00:14:47] is um like beans on Passover. It's I
[00:14:49] don't want to get into obs discussions
[00:14:50] of of Jewish law here. We usually do by
[00:14:53] the way for those who are watching this
[00:14:54] for the first time. That very often
[00:14:55] happens. you you many of our many of our
[00:14:58] all access subscribers now know much
[00:14:59] more about the intricacies of Jewish law
[00:15:01] than most reformed Jews. With that said,
[00:15:04] I'm not going to get into it that one
[00:15:05] right now.
[00:15:07] What do I think was my best book and why
[00:15:09] I really like Right Side of History. I
[00:15:10] think right Side of History is a really
[00:15:11] good piece of work. I think it it it
[00:15:13] starts with a very interesting thesis
[00:15:16] which is that the inter the meaning lies
[00:15:18] in the intersection of communal identity
[00:15:20] and individual identity and what system
[00:15:22] of life and what system of philosophy is
[00:15:24] best geared toward facilitating both of
[00:15:28] those things. And the argument that I
[00:15:31] make is that Judeo-Christian moral
[00:15:32] systems combined with Greek reason is
[00:15:33] the apotheiois of of a system that
[00:15:36] allows for both communal identity, which
[00:15:38] presumably be duty, and individual
[00:15:40] identity, which presumably would be
[00:15:42] would be rights.
[00:15:44] What do I think about the term America
[00:15:45] first? It's it's semantically
[00:15:46] overloaded. So, what I mean by that is
[00:15:48] that it means something to some people
[00:15:50] and something to other people. Sometimes
[00:15:51] you'll say America first and what people
[00:15:53] think you mean is Charles Lindberg or
[00:15:55] the Gropers or something. And sometimes
[00:15:57] they'll say America first and all you
[00:15:58] really mean is that America's interests
[00:16:00] should obviously be first when it comes
[00:16:02] to foreign policy, which I think should
[00:16:03] be inarguable.
[00:16:06] My LSAT is tomorrow. Any last minute
[00:16:08] tips? Um, no. I mean, at the last
[00:16:10] minute, there's not much to do. Just try
[00:16:11] to get yourself some sleep. I remember I
[00:16:13] didn't sleep very well before my LSAT.
[00:16:14] It's it's kind of nerve-wracking. All
[00:16:16] right. And and then, you know, you're
[00:16:17] sitting there for a while. So, I I I
[00:16:19] would recommend some kind of good snacks
[00:16:22] like some raisins or something kind of
[00:16:23] slow release sugars.
[00:16:29] Google says JD Vance is 5 foot7. I can't
[00:16:31] believe that's right. JD
[00:16:34] I don't think that's right at all. How
[00:16:36] tall is JD Vance? Um
[00:16:39] let's see.
[00:16:41] No, that can't possibly be right. He's
[00:16:43] almost as tall as as Trump.
[00:16:46] Yeah, he's at least six foot for sure.
[00:16:48] Like that that's that's not tall. That's
[00:16:50] not true at all.
[00:16:53] Sabaton is coming to LA October 15th.
[00:16:54] That would be awesome. I'm not sure I'm
[00:16:56] going to be in LA for that, but it would
[00:16:58] be fun to show up at a Sabaton concert.
[00:17:00] I'm not sure what the reception would
[00:17:01] be. What's the crowd like? I've never
[00:17:02] been to a Sabaton concert. And
[00:17:04] obviously, I have to bring my
[00:17:05] four-year-old because she is the uh she
[00:17:07] is the the biggest Sabaton fan in the
[00:17:09] family. As I've mentioned before, we've
[00:17:11] discussed before who's going to, you
[00:17:13] know, if if my kids could hire musicians
[00:17:15] for their bar and bot mitzvah, what
[00:17:16] would those look like? And so, my oldest
[00:17:18] daughter is like, she's very into the
[00:17:20] the Jewish music. She's like Morai
[00:17:22] Shapiro. And then my son is like, I
[00:17:25] don't know, maybe maybe Yakov Schweki.
[00:17:28] And then my four-year-old's like,
[00:17:29] Sabaton.
[00:17:31] Which is hilarious.
[00:17:38] Why are people saying I moved to Boca
[00:17:39] Raton to be close to Mara Lago? I have
[00:17:40] no idea. That's really stupid. It turns
[00:17:42] out Florida is a super big state and
[00:17:44] Mara Lago is not actually super close to
[00:17:46] Boca Raton. Uh so that that is that is
[00:17:49] inaccurate.
[00:17:51] If I met you at the at the Ryman, would
[00:17:53] you flex for me live in person? I
[00:17:55] probably would. I probably would. I
[00:17:57] know. Again, for for those who are new
[00:17:59] here, that's a thing that probably will
[00:18:00] happen. It will it will happen on this
[00:18:02] live stream. I don't know how it became
[00:18:04] a regular, you know, we'll just do it
[00:18:05] now. I don't know how this became a
[00:18:06] regular thing, but um it was in fact a u
[00:18:10] probably two and a half years ago. It
[00:18:12] started as a joke and it remains a
[00:18:13] ridiculous joke where the gun show
[00:18:15] happened. So, here we go. It's gun show
[00:18:17] time. Let's just do this and be done.
[00:18:22] behind. Okay, all done. No, I I So,
[00:18:27] there is a custom again back to abstrus
[00:18:29] Jewish commentary. There is a custom
[00:18:31] some people have, not to cut their kids'
[00:18:32] hair until they're three years old. We
[00:18:33] don't hold by that. In fact, I hate
[00:18:35] that. I'm I'm really not a fan. I think
[00:18:37] that boys should look like boys. And
[00:18:38] when you have boys who grow their hair
[00:18:39] out until they are three years old, then
[00:18:41] very often they're walking around.
[00:18:42] People mistakenly think that they're
[00:18:44] girls. I like my son to look like a man.
[00:18:46] And he he does. He looks like a little
[00:18:48] man. He's super cute.
[00:18:54] Let's see.
[00:18:57] Why are people saying JD Vance is weird?
[00:18:59] Because they're trying to project Kla
[00:19:01] Harris really is quite weird. So is Tim
[00:19:02] Walls. And so they're trying to preempt
[00:19:05] that by saying that JD Vance is weird.
[00:19:07] And to the left, what they mean by weird
[00:19:09] is pro-life and religious. That's what
[00:19:11] they mean by weird always. So they think
[00:19:13] like Mike Johnson is weird also.
[00:19:14] Remember, they thought Mike Pence was
[00:19:15] weird because Mike Pence had a rule that
[00:19:18] he would not be alone in a room with a
[00:19:19] woman. So, the left had a bizarre moral
[00:19:21] system in which if you are alone in a
[00:19:23] room with a woman and she accuses you of
[00:19:25] sexual misconduct, she must
[00:19:26] automatically be believed. And also, you
[00:19:28] must be alone in a room with a woman.
[00:19:31] That was their that was their bizarre
[00:19:32] logic. So, basically, when they say
[00:19:34] weirdo, they just mean religious person.
[00:19:36] That's all they mean. And JD's a
[00:19:38] religious guy.
[00:19:41] Do I enjoy camping? No. I think camping
[00:19:43] is what we built an entire civilization
[00:19:45] to avoid. That's why we have houses with
[00:19:48] roofs and all the rest.
[00:19:52] What am I 10 out of 10 at? I feel like
[00:19:54] I'm a pretty good parent and pretty good
[00:19:55] husband. Um 10 out of 10 writing,
[00:20:00] maybe debate.
[00:20:02] I feel like I'm I'm pretty good at the
[00:20:04] show. Like there there are a few things.
[00:20:08] Evaluating Star Wars movies.
[00:20:14] See, I'm scared for this recession. I'm
[00:20:16] 24 and I want to go to law school next
[00:20:17] year. What do I do? Help. So why are you
[00:20:20] worried about a recession? You're going
[00:20:22] to take out student loans anyway. And by
[00:20:23] the time you finish law school, it's
[00:20:24] going to be three years from now. So
[00:20:26] don't worry about that. If I if I were
[00:20:27] worried about law school, I'd be much
[00:20:28] more worried about AI completely
[00:20:29] destroying the entire legal industry.
[00:20:31] That's what I would be worried about. I
[00:20:32] mean, the fact is that the AI chat GPT
[00:20:35] of it is is really quite good at
[00:20:37] predictive text and really good at at a
[00:20:39] lot of the stuff that that lawyers would
[00:20:40] do.
[00:20:44] What am I one out of 10 at? Many sports.
[00:20:48] Many many sports
[00:20:50] and pop culture.
[00:20:58] Let's see.
[00:21:02] starting law school in a couple weeks.
[00:21:03] Any advice? Also, would DW ever do a
[00:21:04] 1984 reboot? So, I loved law school, but
[00:21:07] the way that the way that I did law
[00:21:09] school is I would read the class
[00:21:11] curriculum and then I would try to read
[00:21:13] what the opponents thought. Uh, and and
[00:21:16] that was a great way for me to educate
[00:21:17] myself. It's great to read the opposite
[00:21:19] curriculum, like what the left is
[00:21:20] thinking about things, and then you read
[00:21:21] the response. That gives you a really
[00:21:23] well-rounded view of the law in a way
[00:21:25] that the left really does not ever see.
[00:21:34] Let's see. What is my impression of
[00:21:36] Florida schools for my kids? I mean,
[00:21:38] listen, I love Florida in terms of
[00:21:40] education. Parents are given money to
[00:21:42] pick where they send their kids. It is
[00:21:44] just great. It is basically the opposite
[00:21:46] of the rest of these um it's basically
[00:21:49] the opposite of like Tim Walls's state
[00:21:51] where he just gives out money to the
[00:21:53] unions.
[00:21:58] Why do I feel Trump is so slow attacking
[00:22:00] Kamla's policies? I don't know, man. And
[00:22:02] it's not really excusable. He needs to
[00:22:04] be doing it every day, all day, all day
[00:22:06] long. Meticulous. JD is doing it. JD is
[00:22:08] doing a really good job of it. JD spent
[00:22:10] all day attacking Kla Harris and Tim
[00:22:11] Walls. Why isn't Trump doing that in a
[00:22:14] meticulous way? Why isn't Why aren't
[00:22:16] there a series of ads coming out from
[00:22:17] the Trump campaign hitting YouTube right
[00:22:19] now about Tim Walls? I don't understand.
[00:22:21] It doesn't make any sense to me. Maybe
[00:22:23] they're they're thinking is it's early
[00:22:24] still. It's August. We're going to get
[00:22:26] past the convention and then we'll hit
[00:22:27] them with the the kitchen sink. But the
[00:22:29] way that you define your opponents
[00:22:30] obviously is as early as humanly
[00:22:32] possible.
[00:22:34] That is why that that is what they ought
[00:22:36] to be doing.
[00:22:40] How does the left seemingly portray the
[00:22:41] leftist position as the normal default
[00:22:43] position in society? Abortion up until
[00:22:45] birth and transing kids is not a default
[00:22:47] position because the left does have an
[00:22:49] advantage in terms of what western
[00:22:51] values have taken the for something
[00:22:52] Jonathan height talks about in the
[00:22:54] righteous mind. He makes the case that
[00:22:56] most of the west has been taught that
[00:22:58] there are only two real values. And
[00:23:00] those two real values are fairness and
[00:23:02] compassion. And if you believe that
[00:23:04] those are the only two values, then the
[00:23:05] left sounds really good to you because
[00:23:07] by fairness they mean equality of
[00:23:08] outcome. And by compassion they mean,
[00:23:10] you know, just being nice. And just
[00:23:12] being nice means being non-judgmental
[00:23:14] and all the rest of this sort of stuff.
[00:23:16] So it's it's really um yeah they have an
[00:23:19] advantage because it's an emotional
[00:23:20] appeal as opposed to making the argument
[00:23:22] that for example particular rules are
[00:23:25] good for a society and necessary for
[00:23:26] society and those have unfortunately
[00:23:28] some individual cost that is true of
[00:23:29] literally every law but that's that's a
[00:23:32] harder argument to make and requires you
[00:23:33] to be more dispassionate which is not
[00:23:34] what politics is good at.
[00:23:37] Can Trump have a bad debate against
[00:23:38] Kamla? I mean he he certainly could and
[00:23:41] this is one of the reasons why I've
[00:23:42] encouraged Donald Trump not to do one
[00:23:43] debate against Kamla. You should say,
[00:23:44] "Let's debate every single week." Every
[00:23:47] week. Everyone knows what Trump's going
[00:23:48] to do. Everyone knows what Trump's going
[00:23:49] to say. She can't just keep scoring
[00:23:51] points on him because there just aren't
[00:23:53] that many points to score. He's always
[00:23:55] Trump. But he can score points on her
[00:23:56] and he can really hurt her. I think one
[00:23:58] of the things that really hurt her in
[00:23:59] 2019 2020 is that the Democrats had
[00:24:01] about 272 debates. And by the time he
[00:24:04] got to debate number 200, she was toast.
[00:24:06] She was finished. Tulsi Gabbard, you
[00:24:08] know, when Tulsi Gabbard finished her
[00:24:09] off on the stage, that was already after
[00:24:11] Kala Harris had begun sinking in the
[00:24:13] polls due to all the other hits that she
[00:24:14] was taking.
[00:24:19] Okay, it looks like there are a lot of
[00:24:20] people who are who are very big on um
[00:24:23] camping. So, I apologize for my dislike
[00:24:25] of I've never tried it. Maybe it's
[00:24:27] amazing. Um but, you know, I like taking
[00:24:29] a shower before I go to sleep. I like
[00:24:31] being clean. I like sleeping in a in a
[00:24:32] comfy bed. I don't know. Call me crazy,
[00:24:35] but sleeping in the middle of the forest
[00:24:37] with the danger of bears all around or
[00:24:40] alligators as the case may be in Florida
[00:24:42] and bugs everywhere and dirt sounds
[00:24:44] horrible to me.
[00:24:49] Do I play video games? I don't have time
[00:24:51] for anything, man.
[00:24:57] How could I cut hair in the nine days? I
[00:24:59] didn't cut hair in the nine days. What
[00:25:00] are you talking about? I said that I
[00:25:01] said my kids got a haircut the other
[00:25:02] day. the other day. We weren't there
[00:25:04] yet.
[00:25:09] God's creation beckons. Listen, I love
[00:25:11] God's creation. God's creation is
[00:25:12] awesome. I just don't want to sleep in
[00:25:13] it.
[00:25:15] Have I read meditations by Marcus
[00:25:17] Aurelius and what do I think about it?
[00:25:18] So, stoicism is great. It's fascinating.
[00:25:21] It works on the individual level. It
[00:25:22] totally does not work on a societal
[00:25:24] level. You have to have something higher
[00:25:25] to fight for rather than just grin and
[00:25:27] bear it and do your duty. Like, you have
[00:25:29] to do a duty for what? And the thing
[00:25:31] that stoicism never really answers is
[00:25:32] why must you do your duty. They say that
[00:25:34] the best way to it's almost Buddhist the
[00:25:36] best way to deal with tragedy and
[00:25:38] difficulty is to kind of suck it up
[00:25:39] which I generally agree with or change
[00:25:41] your perspective which again I generally
[00:25:43] agree that's not the way you can build a
[00:25:45] society or make people excited about
[00:25:46] living which is something that uh you
[00:25:48] know people actually are seeking.
[00:25:54] What recommendations do I have on
[00:25:55] presidential memoirs or autobiographies?
[00:25:57] Calvin Kulage has a diary that's
[00:25:59] fantastic. Ulyses Srant's memoirs are
[00:26:01] phenomenal.
[00:26:05] Trying to think which other presidents
[00:26:07] all the modern presidents memoirs kind
[00:26:09] of suck. Barack Obama's 83 different
[00:26:11] memoirs are all awful.
[00:26:14] Clinton's book no good. Um Reagan's
[00:26:19] Reagan's Notes to Nancy and all of that,
[00:26:21] those are really interesting because
[00:26:22] those weren't written for publication.
[00:26:23] All the stuff that wasn't written for
[00:26:25] publication is really is really good.
[00:26:26] There's some Nixon stuff that's actually
[00:26:27] quite good.
[00:26:33] Let's see.
[00:26:36] Will this be the first election where
[00:26:37] both campaigns are doing everything they
[00:26:39] can to lose? Sometimes it feels like
[00:26:40] that, man. Sometimes it feels like this
[00:26:42] is just a game of hand of of hold my
[00:26:44] beer. It's like, well, what if what if
[00:26:47] we run a dead person? Oh, yeah. Oh,
[00:26:49] yeah. Well, what if I just randomly
[00:26:51] ramble for 93 minutes at the convention?
[00:26:54] Oh, yeah, man. Well, wh what if we run a
[00:26:56] charmless heritan for president? Oh,
[00:26:59] yeah. Well, well, what if I what if I
[00:27:01] ask whether she's black? Oh, yeah. Well,
[00:27:03] what if I select a rando from Minnesota
[00:27:05] who's a socialist? Like, what are you
[00:27:06] guys doing? Like, it's right there, man.
[00:27:08] Just grab it. It's right there. Pretty
[00:27:10] amazing.
[00:27:14] Why did you see this live chat on
[00:27:15] YouTube? Because as we stated at the
[00:27:17] very top, we're going to make some of
[00:27:19] these live chats possible for people who
[00:27:21] are not on the all access so that they
[00:27:23] will be drawn like a moth to the flame
[00:27:26] to subscribe over at
[00:27:27] dailywire.com/subscribe. Because one of
[00:27:29] the things that all of our YouTubers
[00:27:30] will notice is that I'm answering zero
[00:27:32] of your questions. None of them. Big
[00:27:34] zero. None. Nada. You know why? Because
[00:27:38] the monies, my friends, because we can't
[00:27:40] bring you this stuff just for free. We
[00:27:42] have a big company with hundreds of
[00:27:44] employees and we're bringing you stuff
[00:27:46] from morning until the evening and the
[00:27:48] only way that that can happen is if you
[00:27:50] become a member and help us out. Have I
[00:27:52] read Benjamin Netanyahu's book? Yes,
[00:27:54] that is a a good political memoir. It's
[00:27:55] it's a very very readable a very
[00:27:57] readable memoir.
[00:28:00] The best book, by the way, on uh on
[00:28:02] Israeli politics is a book called The
[00:28:04] Prime Ministers where there's a guy who
[00:28:05] served with like 10 of them in a row uh
[00:28:07] and uh and he writes about each one of
[00:28:10] them. It's really really good. You're 14
[00:28:12] years old. Which is better, Tennessee or
[00:28:13] Florida? I haven't spent enough time in
[00:28:15] Tennessee to really make the case for
[00:28:17] Tennessee, so I'm going to say Florida
[00:28:18] because Florida's awesome. Also, best
[00:28:20] governor in America. Although Tennessee
[00:28:22] does have a really good Billy's a good
[00:28:23] governor.
[00:28:28] Will Trump likely be jailed? Um, I doubt
[00:28:31] that Trump is going to be jailed. I
[00:28:33] think it's very likely they'll put him
[00:28:34] under some sort of house arrest. I I
[00:28:36] don't think at this point in time. I I
[00:28:37] think if you were widely leading Joe
[00:28:39] Biden, then they would make a last
[00:28:40] stitch attempt to jail him. I think
[00:28:41] right now, because they believe Kamla is
[00:28:43] going to win, I find it difficult to
[00:28:44] believe that the judge is going to jail
[00:28:46] him and then give him a shot in the arm
[00:28:47] at the unfairness of it all.
[00:28:51] Who was worse in World War II, Japan or
[00:28:53] Germany? Man, they were both awful. And
[00:28:57] again, Nazis, Holocaust,
[00:29:01] evil. Yes. Also, Japan, horrific. Japan
[00:29:05] probably killed 28 million people
[00:29:07] between the late 20s and 1945. Truly an
[00:29:10] awful, evil, terrible regime. A
[00:29:13] population that was so thoroughly
[00:29:14] indoctrinated that when the Americans
[00:29:17] would land on Japanese islands in in the
[00:29:19] latter part of the war, the population
[00:29:21] would kill themselves and their own
[00:29:22] children in order to avoid surrendering
[00:29:25] to the Americans. I mean truly the
[00:29:28] treatment of P. If you were a P and you
[00:29:30] fell into the hands of the Japanese or
[00:29:31] fell in the hands of the Germans, you
[00:29:32] definitely wanted to be in German hands.
[00:29:34] question the treatment of PS there
[00:29:36] there's an a very good and extremely
[00:29:38] dark book called Japan's Holocaust which
[00:29:40] is all about Japan's horrific invasion
[00:29:44] of China the the treatment of of the
[00:29:47] Philippines the their treatment of all
[00:29:49] the various territories they conquered
[00:29:50] and uh truly horrifying stuff really
[00:29:53] really horrifying stuff like rape was a
[00:29:55] way of war for for a lot of Japanese
[00:29:58] troops like trul like pretty much
[00:30:00] approved at the highest levels true
[00:30:02] brutality and evil
[00:30:07] Let's see. Call Trump and tell him the
[00:30:10] points he needs to drive home. Is that
[00:30:12] even possible? It's not like Trump has
[00:30:13] me on speed dial or something. Um, but
[00:30:14] I'm sure that his advisers are telling
[00:30:16] him the same thing. The question, as
[00:30:17] always, for Donald Trump, is can he
[00:30:19] control his temper to the extent
[00:30:20] necessary to actually be meticulous in
[00:30:22] his attack. That's always been the
[00:30:24] problem for Trump. If Trump had one iota
[00:30:26] of self-control, he never would have
[00:30:28] lost the presidency in 2020.
[00:30:32] Will there be a special appearance by
[00:30:34] Dr. Dreel at the Ryman? I don't know.
[00:30:36] Maybe. I don't know. Can't say.
[00:30:46] I'm leaving from Chicago to Nashville on
[00:30:47] the 14th and moving to college on the
[00:30:49] 15th. My last day before the move will
[00:30:51] be spent meeting you guys at the Ryman.
[00:30:52] Well, that's awesome. I can't wait to
[00:30:54] see you there. That'll be great.
[00:31:00] Maybe YouTube is blocking Trump ads. I
[00:31:01] really doubt that. I I don't think
[00:31:02] that's the case. I think that'd be a
[00:31:04] massive national story if that were
[00:31:05] true.
[00:31:09] Is there any really crazy conspiracy
[00:31:11] that I actually believe? Again, my
[00:31:14] craziest conspiracy theory is really not
[00:31:15] a conspiracy theory. It's just sort of a
[00:31:17] one-off, which is I think Justin Trudeau
[00:31:18] is is uh is clearly the son of Fidel
[00:31:21] Castro. And that's just because I have
[00:31:23] eyeballs and they look exactly the same.
[00:31:25] And he looks nothing like Pierre at all.
[00:31:30] Oh, see I I have some allies in the in
[00:31:32] the camping is bad group. I see. Camping
[00:31:35] equals bugs. Thanks. No, agree. Camping
[00:31:38] is horrible. Oh, I am noticing that
[00:31:40] there are a lot of the ladies who are
[00:31:42] anti-amping. So, I guess I'm just not
[00:31:44] man enough for for sleeping amidst the
[00:31:46] dust and the bugs and the bears and or
[00:31:50] the alligators.
[00:31:53] Wait, are you kidding? I went to one
[00:31:55] Sabaton show. There wasn't a lot of
[00:31:56] moshing. And they had life-sized tanks
[00:31:57] on stage with battlefield artillery.
[00:32:00] What? What? Oh my god, my kids will die.
[00:32:04] They'll love that so much. They will be
[00:32:06] the only four and eight-year-olds at the
[00:32:07] place. I'll bring my my 10-year-old as
[00:32:09] well. Wow. I I assume these are not
[00:32:11] child-friendly shows, but I don't care
[00:32:12] because that's awesome. My son will Oh,
[00:32:14] my son loves military tech. It's it's
[00:32:16] his jam. It's the thing he loves most in
[00:32:19] the world. In fact, the other day,
[00:32:20] another kid story, my four-year-old
[00:32:22] turns to my son who's eight, and she
[00:32:24] says, "For your birthday, I want to get
[00:32:25] you an F-35
[00:32:27] and he's like, "Will it come with a
[00:32:29] nuclear weapon?" And she's like, "Yes."
[00:32:33] And I like I love both of you. You're
[00:32:35] both adorable. Also, defense for the
[00:32:38] win.
[00:32:41] Ben is a glamper. Yes, I am. Listen, I
[00:32:44] I'm secure enough in my own masculinity
[00:32:46] that I don't care about any of that
[00:32:47] crap. You know what I like? I like nice
[00:32:49] things. When when I go to the bar, you
[00:32:51] know, which is never, but when I when
[00:32:53] I'm at a restaurant and people ask what
[00:32:54] sort of cocktail I would like, the first
[00:32:56] thing I say is, "Give me your giriest
[00:32:58] drink. It is the sweetest and the
[00:33:00] sweetest and most colorful drink. Bring
[00:33:01] it to me." And and that's what they do
[00:33:04] because that always tastes good. You
[00:33:05] know what doesn't taste good?
[00:33:06] Turppentine, which is what everybody
[00:33:08] pretends to like. You're all liars. Like
[00:33:10] all the people who are like, "I love
[00:33:10] salad." No, you don't. You like the
[00:33:12] stuff that's on the salad. If you love
[00:33:13] salad, you'd walk around just like with
[00:33:15] a like a chunk of Roma, just chomping on
[00:33:18] that every so often. No one has ever
[00:33:20] done that. At least no one happy.
[00:33:24] Will the White Sox win before Kla Harris
[00:33:26] takes a question from the media? Yeah, I
[00:33:28] think probably. I think probably.
[00:33:34] Shapiro ate by a gator. Yeah, I mean
[00:33:36] Josh Shapiro got ate by a gator. Again,
[00:33:39] no relation. It would have been very
[00:33:41] very annoying if I had to deal with four
[00:33:42] years of Josh Shapiro jokes. That would
[00:33:46] have been very irritating. By the way, I
[00:33:47] know like at least two people named Josh
[00:33:49] Shapiro. This is like a very common name
[00:33:50] in the Jewish community.
[00:33:56] What does a post kamas Israel war middle
[00:33:58] east look like under a Trump
[00:33:59] administration? It looks like an Israel
[00:34:00] that has made peace with Saudi Arabia.
[00:34:03] an Israel that is that is moving toward
[00:34:05] a warmer peace with Egypt which would
[00:34:07] reorient itself away from Hamas and away
[00:34:09] from Iran. It looks like Qatar probably
[00:34:11] reorienting itself away from Iran if the
[00:34:14] Trump administration puts back in place
[00:34:15] the sanctions and shows strength to
[00:34:17] Iran.
[00:34:19] Tik Tok is flooded with anti-Trump ads
[00:34:21] again. I don't doubt it. Did I watch the
[00:34:23] House of the Dragon finale? I did. Is
[00:34:25] there a season review coming? There is.
[00:34:27] We filmed it today.
[00:34:33] Not good, gang. There's a spoiler alert.
[00:34:38] What three words can I use to make any
[00:34:40] woman fall in love with me?
[00:34:45] Three words to make any woman fall in
[00:34:47] love with you. That's that's a that's a
[00:34:49] difficult one. That's a that that is
[00:34:51] that is difficult. Um
[00:34:55] I can do it in four.
[00:34:59] I'm 93 and loaded.
[00:35:02] How's that? That's that's that's a con
[00:35:04] that's a contraction. So, it's actually
[00:35:05] five. Or how about 90 93? Does that
[00:35:08] count as It depends on your word count,
[00:35:10] but 93 and loaded is a pretty good
[00:35:11] angle. I'm just joking, guys.
[00:35:22] Let's see.
[00:35:26] What do I think about John Stewart's
[00:35:27] advocacy for 911 first responders and
[00:35:29] war veterans health benefits? That's all
[00:35:30] great. That's all fine. I mean, that's
[00:35:31] not what I dislike about John Stewart. I
[00:35:33] like I just like the fact that he's a
[00:35:34] schmuck. That's not the same thing.
[00:35:38] Okay. Top three classical playlist for a
[00:35:40] girl you're trying to impress. I'm
[00:35:41] assuming you're looking for like
[00:35:42] romantic music probably. So, sometimes
[00:35:45] folks, just warning, I will sometimes
[00:35:48] play music for you. Um,
[00:35:52] let's uh Okay. So, classical music. I'm
[00:35:56] trying. So,
[00:36:00] Let's see. So the the ones that are very
[00:36:02] famous of course Rahmanov um
[00:36:06] variations on a rap city by Pag uh by
[00:36:09] Paganini. Uh that that one is um
[00:36:14] right this one
[00:36:16] [Music]
[00:36:24] they use it in somewhere in time. All
[00:36:32] right. So, this is a good one. Okay.
[00:36:35] Now, uh let's see. Here's a here's
[00:36:37] another one.
[00:36:42] Let's see.
[00:36:51] This is
[00:36:53] [Music]
[00:37:06] This is um Shopan piano conerto number
[00:37:08] two second movement largetto.
[00:37:12] [Music]
[00:37:35] [Applause]
[00:37:44] [Music]
[00:37:50] actually. I'd recommend maybe the
[00:37:51] romance from the piano coner number one
[00:37:53] which is also super famous. You probably
[00:37:54] heard I think they use this in Truman
[00:37:56] show. Yeah, this is right. It was number
[00:37:58] one. That's what I was looking for. So
[00:38:01] again themes on a variations on a theme
[00:38:04] by Paganini by Rahmanov. And then this
[00:38:06] is Romance largetto from Shopan piano
[00:38:09] conterto number one movement two.
[00:38:19] I'll let it play for like 30 seconds.
[00:38:20] It'll be okay, guys.
[00:38:33] Am I going to be making any speeches in
[00:38:35] the near future? Many, many, many.
[00:38:37] There's a lot coming for the rest of
[00:38:39] this election cycle.
[00:38:41] This will be relaxing while I talk about
[00:38:42] Middle Eastern relations. Why do you
[00:38:44] think Iran is waiting so long to respond
[00:38:46] and attack Israel? Uh I think that Iran
[00:38:48] is waiting so long to respond and attack
[00:38:50] Israel because I think they're not quite
[00:38:52] sure what they want to do. I think that
[00:38:54] they feel like the longer they drag this
[00:38:55] out, the more Israel is going to have to
[00:38:56] prepare. But they are very very hesitant
[00:38:58] at this point to go super hard because
[00:39:00] if they go super hard, all the assets
[00:39:01] are in place to wreck them. So I think
[00:39:03] that it's much more likely that they
[00:39:05] kind of sporadically hit over the course
[00:39:06] of the following week.
[00:39:09] [Music]
[00:39:10] Let's see.
[00:39:14] Here's where we get to the actual theme.
[00:39:15] Here
[00:39:23] is Christian Zimmerman is the pianist
[00:39:25] here.
[00:39:30] See,
[00:39:33] have I ever been to China? No. And I'd
[00:39:35] be very much afraid of them bugging
[00:39:37] every device that I own.
[00:39:38] [Music]
[00:39:41] Favorite baseball movie, Field of Dreams
[00:39:42] or 61.
[00:39:48] [Music]
[00:39:52] Let's see. Is there a book written about
[00:39:54] the life of Ben? There is not. No one
[00:39:56] has yet seen fit to write a biography
[00:39:57] about me. Nor do nor do I blame them for
[00:39:59] the lack thereof.
[00:40:03] What are the most not boring
[00:40:04] intellectual books? Oh man, I don't
[00:40:07] know. It depends on what you're talking
[00:40:08] about.
[00:40:09] Um, I mean, give me a topic and I'll
[00:40:11] give you a not boring book on it. I've
[00:40:13] been paying paying almost since the
[00:40:15] beginning. No regurts. I appreciate
[00:40:16] that. Thank you. My plan on watching
[00:40:18] reviewing Rings of Power. Do I have to?
[00:40:20] Probably. Yeah, probably I will. You
[00:40:23] know, that's how it goes.
[00:40:26] You're going to quit all Access if you
[00:40:28] if I don't fire NLES before your
[00:40:30] subscription expires. Well, how about I
[00:40:31] dare you? How about this? I mean, that's
[00:40:33] sort of an that's sort of probably
[00:40:35] that's kind of an incentive structure
[00:40:36] for me not to fire NLES because the
[00:40:38] temptation of you sticking around long
[00:40:40] enough for me to fire NLES might keep
[00:40:41] you on the hook here. Chocolate or
[00:40:43] coffee? Uh, I'm a coffee person. I've
[00:40:45] become that over the past couple of
[00:40:47] years. Why don't I look at the camera
[00:40:49] when I answer questions because I'm
[00:40:50] looking at the text over here.
[00:40:54] See, my church said God hates conflict.
[00:40:57] Thought uh
[00:41:00] with whom? With whom? God also says that
[00:41:03] we have a duty to hate evil. So conflict
[00:41:05] with evil, God doesn't hate. God hates
[00:41:07] useless conflict.
[00:41:13] Uh let's see. Will they debate before
[00:41:16] September? I think probably they will.
[00:41:19] Certainly Trump wants to. May maybe not
[00:41:20] before September. I mean the DNC is like
[00:41:22] end of August, so probably in September.
[00:41:26] Can I make Matt watch more anime? I
[00:41:29] cannot make Matt do anything.
[00:41:36] Why is Matt Walsh's movie in theaters?
[00:41:38] Because we want broader exposure. We
[00:41:40] want to challenge Hollywood on its own
[00:41:42] terms. Which is why you should go buy a
[00:41:44] ticket right now. Like pre-order a
[00:41:45] ticket. They should be available soon.
[00:41:47] That's how we let the theaters know to
[00:41:48] exhibit it. We have many theaters are
[00:41:50] already going to exhibit it, but the
[00:41:51] more people see it, the more and more
[00:41:53] theaters want to have it available in
[00:41:55] your town.
[00:41:59] Let's see. What is my workout routine?
[00:42:02] It depends on the day. Today was leg
[00:42:03] day, so I'm a little tired. Never skip
[00:42:06] leg day, in the words of Lego Batman.
[00:42:11] Best book to explain the history of
[00:42:12] America, a history of the American
[00:42:14] people by Paul Johnson is fantastic.
[00:42:17] Larry Schwher has a really, really good
[00:42:19] book on the history of the United
[00:42:20] States. And if you want like a very very
[00:42:23] encapsulated history of the United
[00:42:24] States in like one chapter, then how to
[00:42:25] destroy America in three easy steps has
[00:42:27] a nice encapsulated history.
[00:42:35] It's wild how the media memory hold the
[00:42:37] assassination attempt. That is insane.
[00:42:38] That is insane. We would never hear the
[00:42:40] end of that. If that if that were Joe
[00:42:41] Biden, that would never have been the
[00:42:43] end of it. Like for the rest of our
[00:42:44] lives, it would have been Remember that
[00:42:45] time somebody tried to shoot Joe Biden?
[00:42:47] Donald Trump gets shot in the ear. He
[00:42:49] almost gets his head blown off and the
[00:42:50] entire country's like, "Wait, what
[00:42:52] happened now? Like, did that like when
[00:42:53] did that
[00:42:57] fifth grade students call Kamla Dumala?"
[00:43:01] They ain't wrong.
[00:43:03] Take her off that teleprompter and she's
[00:43:04] got troubles.
[00:43:07] There's a reason Hogan's hero is not set
[00:43:08] in a Japanese prison camp. Yes, that is
[00:43:10] that is true. That is accurate.
[00:43:17] H how many hours do I read per day?
[00:43:19] Well, there's like audio reading, which
[00:43:20] is when I'm working out very often, I
[00:43:22] have an audio book on or if I'm in the
[00:43:23] car. Uh and there's like reading
[00:43:25] reading. I would say between audio
[00:43:26] reading and reading reading, you're
[00:43:28] talking,
[00:43:30] are you talking about the news or just
[00:43:31] books? If you're talking about like
[00:43:32] including news, you're probably talking
[00:43:34] at least three to four hours a day. If
[00:43:35] you're talking about just books, you're
[00:43:37] probably talking somewhere in the two to
[00:43:39] two and a half hour range.
[00:43:42] Have I seen it? Am I racist? I have. In
[00:43:44] fact, I'm a producer on the film. So,
[00:43:46] yes, that's part of the job.
[00:43:48] A fun fact, Tim Walls and Kamla are the
[00:43:51] same age. That is a really not fun fact.
[00:43:53] Thank you. What book should I recommend
[00:43:55] about the rise of the Bolshvix? Uh, the
[00:43:56] best book, single volume on the Russian
[00:43:58] Revolution is by a historian named
[00:43:59] Richard Pipes. It is excellent. Very,
[00:44:00] very good.
[00:44:06] Do I see the possibility of Trump
[00:44:07] leading by far again in the national
[00:44:08] polls? I think it'd be unlikely that he
[00:44:10] leads by big in the national polls, but
[00:44:12] I I do see a possibility that if ever
[00:44:14] Kla Harris has to answer a question, it
[00:44:15] will go very poorly for her. Remember,
[00:44:17] she's had this extremely hot streak for
[00:44:19] like three weeks almost at this point,
[00:44:21] and she still has not been asked a
[00:44:22] question, and she's still up like two to
[00:44:24] three points in the national polling by
[00:44:25] most of the data. That is that is not
[00:44:28] enough for her to claim victory at this
[00:44:30] point. All righty folks, we reached the
[00:44:31] end of this all access. Now remember, we
[00:44:34] made this available for free over at the
[00:44:35] YouTubes and other places so that you
[00:44:37] would know what you are missing. If you
[00:44:39] want to have your question answered, all
[00:44:41] you have to do is go become an all
[00:44:42] accessess member. And then we do this
[00:44:43] like every single week. We answer dumb
[00:44:46] questions and smart questions and I give
[00:44:47] dumb answers and a few somewhat smart
[00:44:49] answers. And you you'll love it. You
[00:44:51] won't regret it. Go check it out right
[00:44:53] now over at dailywware.com/subscribe.
