[00:23:43] you never really know when it's coming
[00:23:45] but you better believe you'll know when

[00:27:41] foreign
[00:28:53] going home
[00:29:06] bye

[00:29:20] [Music]
[00:29:33] [Music]
[00:29:40] um
[00:29:55] [Music]
[00:30:00] uh
[00:30:14] [Music]
[00:30:21] [Music]
[00:30:51] [Music]
[00:31:21] [Applause]
[00:31:30] well as you can tell we are not matt
[00:31:33] walsh but
[00:31:35] the p is coming if y'all have looked
[00:31:38] outside you know the weather delay so we
[00:31:40] are trying to
[00:31:42] um wait on him to get here but he is
[00:31:44] coming so y'all just stay tight but
[00:31:48] i don't want to hear the um
[00:31:50] yeah that's not exciting i've been
[00:31:53] holding my bladder for 30 minutes now
[00:31:56] i'm gonna get up and not listen to
[00:31:57] kendall and paige
[00:31:59] i promise we're fun
[00:32:01] um but yeah so who was at our
[00:32:04] gun shooting the facts breakout session
[00:32:09] honestly it was so amazing to see so
[00:32:12] many passionate and young female
[00:32:15] involved in the second amendment and
[00:32:17] wanting to just learn more about it i
[00:32:19] know whenever i was young like some of
[00:32:21] y'all are still in high school who's in
[00:32:23] high school here
[00:32:24] [Applause]
[00:32:26] first of all that is just incredible
[00:32:28] that y'all are coming to conferences
[00:32:30] just like this at such a young age and
[00:32:32] it is so important to get the next
[00:32:34] generation involved so kudos to you guys
[00:32:40] so kendall and i were talking backstage
[00:32:42] and we were like shoot whatever what are
[00:32:44] we going to talk about and we said oh
[00:32:45] guns right that's us um so
[00:32:48] what we were talking about is obviously
[00:32:50] high schools and getting involved and
[00:32:52] we've met so many of you young ladies
[00:32:54] high school and college even elementary
[00:32:57] school any like young young ladies in
[00:32:59] here
[00:33:00] few of them there we are we've got you
[00:33:02] i love that
[00:33:04] lovely there you are
[00:33:06] i didn't realize i've been in the gun
[00:33:08] industry i've grown up around firearms
[00:33:10] my entire life and i didn't realize the
[00:33:12] need for the second amendment until two
[00:33:15] years ago and i didn't have to fight for
[00:33:17] the second amendment at such a young age
[00:33:19] and i don't know if i would have had the
[00:33:21] guts to come to an event like this or
[00:33:24] the courage to fight for it or involve
[00:33:26] myself with firearms or just anything in
[00:33:28] the conservative movement
[00:33:34] yes that is amazing
[00:33:37] [Applause]
[00:37:41] [Music]
[00:37:54] [Music]
[00:38:02] [Music]
[00:38:08] [Music]
[00:38:20] [Music]
[00:38:32] [Music]
[00:38:53] [Music]
[00:39:20] [Music]
[00:39:36] [Music]
[00:40:02] so
[00:40:04] [Music]
[00:40:16] so
[00:40:18] [Music]
[00:40:40] hey
[00:40:49] [Music]
[00:40:58] [Music]
[00:41:16] one in a million
[00:41:18] one in a million
[00:41:21] [Music]
[00:41:45] you know they're coming unto me cause
[00:41:48] i'm just
[00:41:51] [Music]
[00:41:53] [Applause]
[00:41:55] [Music]
[00:42:01] [Music]
[00:42:10] [Music]
[00:42:14] one in a million
[00:42:16] [Music]
[00:42:18] [Applause]
[00:42:20] [Music]
[00:42:28] things
[00:42:33] [Music]
[00:42:43] [Applause]
[00:42:47] [Music]
[00:42:50] [Applause]
[00:42:55] these things all right so here's a
[00:42:56] question who has heard of assault
[00:42:59] weapons
[00:43:02] [Music]
[00:43:19] [Music]
[00:43:24] one
[00:43:26] [Music]
[00:43:34] [Music]
[00:43:37] one in a million
[00:43:44] [Music]
[00:43:54] tonight
[00:43:55] we want to go
[00:43:59] [Music]
[00:44:02] [Applause]
[00:44:06] [Music]
[00:44:40] we're driving
[00:44:42] cars tonight
[00:44:45] we're passing up to the stars tonight
[00:44:49] we wanna go
[00:44:53] [Music]
[00:45:09] controlled by the atf they basically are
[00:45:11] hovering over us
[00:45:13] um they don't have that term anywhere on
[00:45:16] their website
[00:45:18] i looked everywhere assault weapon is
[00:45:21] not a real term get rid of it they're
[00:45:24] trying to use and leverage our fear in
[00:45:27] order to control our firearms and take
[00:45:30] it it's yucky
[00:45:34] i'm very opinionated about this just a
[00:45:36] little bit
[00:45:38] what's another one it starts with the g
[00:45:41] oh it ghost rifle or ghost rifle ghost
[00:45:44] guns
[00:45:50] yeah i don't even know what ghost gun
[00:45:51] means that because it's not in my
[00:45:53] vocabulary and it shouldn't be so i'll
[00:45:55] let you explain what ghost guns mean so
[00:45:58] ghost guns has anyone heard this term
[00:46:01] so what's interesting is a lot of these
[00:46:03] and doing my research and honestly
[00:46:06] getting into turning point befo
[00:46:07] last year when i was joining ywls i said
[00:46:11] oh i i'm not very political i don't
[00:46:14] think i'm i don't think i'm educated
[00:46:15] enough to fight for the second amendment
[00:46:17] or understand these bills
[00:46:20] do any of you feel that way
[00:46:22] these bills come out and you're like
[00:46:24] they're very confusing i don't i don't
[00:46:27] know how to read those so i finally just
[00:46:29] sat down and i said well shoot i have to
[00:46:31] do this so i sat down and started to
[00:46:33] read them and i was like wait a second
[00:46:34] this doesn't make sense this is not what
[00:46:35] i see when i sell guns day to day this
[00:46:37] is not what i see when i they talk about
[00:46:40] that guns rights
[00:46:42] or firearms are affecting african
[00:46:46] americans that's weird because last week
[00:46:48] i signed up an entire
[00:46:51] not a white person was in my women's
[00:46:54] fundamentals class you know who it was
[00:46:57] all minorities they all showed up and
[00:46:59] they're taking this class why don't we
[00:47:01] hear about that
[00:47:03] it's not it's an american right to own a
[00:47:05] firearm but they try to make it this
[00:47:08] separation so i started researching and
[00:47:11] ghost guns came up and i was like what
[00:47:13] is what is this i have no idea what this
[00:47:16] thing is and i finally realized that
[00:47:19] legally we are able to have they're
[00:47:21] called 80 percent lower so i'm not going
[00:47:23] to get like too in depth with this
[00:47:24] because it can get a little messy but
[00:47:28] basically you're able to
[00:47:30] purchase a piece of a firearm and
[00:47:33] build it with certain components those
[00:47:36] components are not serialized
[00:47:38] because the atf right the person who or
[00:47:42] the the whoever
[00:47:44] who looks over us says don't worry
[00:47:47] there's so much machining needed in the
[00:47:50] processing and making of this firearm
[00:47:52] that it does not need to be serialized
[00:47:55] but we don't hear about that so i can
[00:47:57] sell part or piece of a firearm you put
[00:48:00] it together and what they want to do
[00:48:03] is they want to ban those and they call
[00:48:05] them ghost guns because you buy them and
[00:48:07] they're not serialized and all of a
[00:48:09] sudden they just
[00:48:10] where they go right all of these
[00:48:14] poof
[00:48:15] all of these events they say happen with
[00:48:17] ghost guns we need to ban these and
[00:48:18] actually not they're not happening with
[00:48:21] ghost guns
[00:48:22] a lot of these people who are committing
[00:48:24] crimes probably don't even know how to
[00:48:25] put them together honestly
[00:48:28] um what what they're doing is they're
[00:48:30] using ghost guns or untraceable
[00:48:32] untraceable firearms
[00:48:34] and they're using to leverage events
[00:48:36] used by stolen firearms
[00:48:40] do you see how it twists so a criminal
[00:48:42] will steal
[00:48:43] a firearm not a criminal
[00:48:45] [Music]
[00:48:46] like they followed the laws paige like
[00:48:49] they forgot i forgot yes they pass a
[00:48:51] background check they go through all of
[00:48:53] that you're completely correct i forgot
[00:48:55] they
[00:48:56] steal these firearms they commit these
[00:48:59] crimes and the
[00:49:01] this administration that we're in says
[00:49:03] those are a ghost gun it was stolen
[00:49:05] that's a ghost gun we need to we need to
[00:49:06] ban this we need to do universal
[00:49:08] background checks we need to make uh gun
[00:49:11] manufacturers liable
[00:49:13] for the event that another person used
[00:49:15] their tool for does that make any sense
[00:49:19] no
[00:49:20] and what's interesting is they do all
[00:49:22] these things uh universal background
[00:49:24] checks stricter background checks and
[00:49:27] no matter what event happens with a
[00:49:30] firearm
[00:49:32] they push the same four to five agenda
[00:49:36] points and they've done it since 2020
[00:49:38] and it has nothing to do with the event
[00:49:41] but they want to push something and i'm
[00:49:44] telling you right now the reason why
[00:49:46] kendall and i are up here and will not
[00:49:47] give an inch on the second amendment is
[00:49:49] because once we say
[00:49:51] okay
[00:49:52] to one of these bills they are going to
[00:49:54] run with it and all of you who raised
[00:49:56] your hands who have a firearm or all of
[00:49:59] you who want to train with a firearm no
[00:50:00] longer can in america and that is some
[00:50:03] bs
[00:50:04] we need our firearms
[00:50:09] and we talked about this earlier where
[00:50:12] do most of these mass shootings happen
[00:50:16] gun free zones gun freezes why do
[00:50:20] criminals target these areas because
[00:50:23] lawfully abiding citizens are going to
[00:50:26] follow those laws and go in there
[00:50:27] unarmed and they have no way to protect
[00:50:30] themselves so they know it's an easy
[00:50:32] target
[00:50:33] and
[00:50:34] what are these politicians protected by
[00:50:38] where are all these celebrities that are
[00:50:41] all about anti-gun what do their
[00:50:43] security guards carry
[00:50:46] how how do these mass shooters get
[00:50:48] stopped
[00:50:51] guns
[00:50:52] law abiding citizens having guns and
[00:50:55] arming themselves all of you who raised
[00:50:57] your hand raise your hand again who have
[00:50:58] a gun
[00:51:00] educate yourself and arm yourself who is
[00:51:03] going to go learn about firearm safety
[00:51:06] i don't care take classes
[00:51:08] i don't care if you don't want to carry
[00:51:10] a gun or own a gun but don't take my
[00:51:13] second amendment right away because you
[00:51:16] feel like you don't need one that is a
[00:51:18] very good argument to say
[00:51:21] because when trouble happens and you
[00:51:23] want to think you'll never be in that
[00:51:25] situation what happens if you are you're
[00:51:27] going to really hope someone there has a
[00:51:29] gun to protect you
[00:51:31] and what we will end with is if you are
[00:51:33] nervous about firearms or don't really
[00:51:35] know take the first step talk to us we
[00:51:37] have incredible gun ambassadors here as
[00:51:39] well um ask questions please don't be
[00:51:42] afraid to ask questions about firearms i
[00:51:45] love answering those questions and no
[00:51:47] question is a dumb question i was about
[00:51:49] to say that that's how i learned i
[00:51:51] actually didn't get into shooting
[00:51:53] pistols as much until a couple of years
[00:51:56] ago they honestly kind of scared me a
[00:51:57] little bit because i had never trained
[00:51:59] with them i had never i was never really
[00:52:01] educated on them and i actually went in
[00:52:04] and started training and started
[00:52:05] shooting and got way more confident with
[00:52:08] myself and y'all i probably asked the
[00:52:10] dumbest questions but if you have an
[00:52:13] instructor who cares and wants to help
[00:52:15] you get better they're going to answer
[00:52:18] those questions there's literally no
[00:52:19] dumb questions when it comes to your
[00:52:21] safety and having a firearm and then you
[00:52:23] have that information to arm yourself
[00:52:28] and make the right decision on these
[00:52:30] bills and i promise it'll make more and
[00:52:32] more sense the more information you get
[00:52:34] and the more hands-on you get with this
[00:52:36] tool
[00:52:37] because i promise they are made to
[00:52:39] protect and they are made so that the
[00:52:41] government does not have control over us
[00:52:43] we have control over ourselves
[00:52:50] well
[00:52:51] i guess i think we're getting kicked off
[00:52:53] stage but thank you guys so much for
[00:52:55] listening
[00:52:58] [Applause]
[00:53:03] [Music]
[00:53:09] [Music]
[00:53:12] all right
[00:53:15] i don't know about that
[00:53:17] as you can tell i am not matt walsh but
[00:53:19] good news he has landed and is in route
[00:53:22] right now
[00:53:27] but in the meantime i've been sent out
[00:53:29] to tell some stories about things that
[00:53:30] have happened to me as a turning point
[00:53:32] contributor if you don't know who i am
[00:53:33] my name is joe bob
[00:53:36] and i am serious about that
[00:53:39] uh
[00:53:40] which the first thing i have to explain
[00:53:41] always is
[00:53:43] one grandparent was joe the other one
[00:53:44] was bob
[00:53:46] my parents could not figure out which
[00:53:47] one to name me after
[00:53:49] so they yolo'd and made high school very
[00:53:51] difficult for this guy
[00:53:56] uh i guarantee you i i have more teeth
[00:53:58] than any joe bob you know uh
[00:54:01] but that does explain how the uh
[00:54:03] the brown guy got that hillbilly alabama
[00:54:06] backwoods name
[00:54:08] so been a turning point contributor for
[00:54:11] she's about six months now
[00:54:13] um
[00:54:14] but before that i worked at this news i
[00:54:16] still work at this news organization
[00:54:18] called the daily caller anybody heard of
[00:54:19] the daily caller
[00:54:20] yeah
[00:54:22] i have the honor and privilege of
[00:54:23] hosting daily caller live if you don't
[00:54:25] know this daily caller was founded by a
[00:54:27] a little known talk show host by the
[00:54:29] name of tucker carlson
[00:54:34] that's good you guys you guys heard of
[00:54:35] them
[00:54:38] the one thing that i've learned with
[00:54:39] working with journalists and i mean this
[00:54:42] in the best way possible
[00:54:44] is the journalists
[00:54:46] are crazy people
[00:54:48] and what i mean by that is they do
[00:54:50] things that a lot of us won't do
[00:54:53] i learned this in august of this year
[00:54:56] while i was working for the daily caller
[00:54:58] i got a text from a reporter
[00:55:00] again in august of this year
[00:55:03] that said hey
[00:55:04] what are you doing on thursday
[00:55:07] now we've all been here the ambiguous
[00:55:09] open-ended text that doesn't tell you
[00:55:11] what you're doing on thursday
[00:55:14] now you have two options or you have two
[00:55:16] outcomes
[00:55:18] either you say oh i'm totally free but
[00:55:20] then you're doing whatever it is that
[00:55:22] they want you to do
[00:55:23] there's no way out of it if you say oh
[00:55:25] yeah i'm totally free
[00:55:27] didn't want to say that because what if
[00:55:29] he's like i need help moving or
[00:55:32] refinishing my cabinets
[00:55:34] or hiding this body or whatever it was
[00:55:37] whatever it was i don't want to say that
[00:55:39] i'm completely open but on the other
[00:55:40] hand i don't want to say that i'm
[00:55:42] completely not free because what if he
[00:55:44] says
[00:55:45] i have another ticket to america fest do
[00:55:47] you want to come
[00:55:49] yes yes i do want to do that
[00:55:53] so i did what we all do and i left it
[00:55:55] open ended back i said
[00:55:58] not sure
[00:56:00] what's up
[00:56:03] we've all done this
[00:56:05] i get a text back that was the most
[00:56:06] bizarre text i've ever had in my entire
[00:56:08] life it literally said and i kid you not
[00:56:12] do you want to go to afghanistan
[00:56:18] so to recap and i don't know if you
[00:56:20] remember what was happening in
[00:56:21] afghanistan in august of last year
[00:56:24] anybody remember
[00:56:28] so to recap i got a text message that
[00:56:30] said do you want to go to afghanistan
[00:56:34] on thursday
[00:56:38] no
[00:56:39] [Music]
[00:56:41] what i wanted to say was what are you
[00:56:42] crazy no but i can't say that right i
[00:56:45] gotta be cool calm and collected these
[00:56:47] are my colleagues so i texted back
[00:56:51] what time
[00:56:55] and he texted back does it matter
[00:56:58] i said
[00:56:59] no
[00:57:00] i don't want to go to afghanistan i'm
[00:57:03] fine sitting behind a desk making jokes
[00:57:04] about the news
[00:57:06] but one of the great things that i've
[00:57:07] had to do that i've got to do with
[00:57:08] turning point
[00:57:10] is get out from behind the desks most
[00:57:12] recently there was an event up in
[00:57:14] berkeley where charlie was tabling on
[00:57:16] the campus with the berkeley students
[00:57:18] now one really interesting thing about
[00:57:20] this yeah we can count but you can clap
[00:57:22] for this
[00:57:24] it was sold out they had to stop letting
[00:57:25] people in in berkeley california to a
[00:57:28] charlie kirk event
[00:57:33] which is nuts
[00:57:35] but that's how much of an impact turning
[00:57:37] point and charlie have
[00:57:39] now i was incognito undercover i don't
[00:57:42] know if you'd seen the real
[00:57:44] but i was talking to some people and one
[00:57:46] of the most interesting things that
[00:57:47] stood out at that berkeley rally
[00:57:50] was this guy with a megaphone now
[00:57:52] there's protesters at these sorts of
[00:57:53] things the protesters decide to say
[00:57:55] whatever it is they're gonna say but he
[00:57:56] was yelling for an impressive amount of
[00:57:58] time about how much he hated charlie and
[00:58:01] turning point and everybody associated
[00:58:05] but he said one thing that i thought was
[00:58:08] hilarious
[00:58:09] he got his megaphone got right up in
[00:58:11] there and said
[00:58:13] turning point usa has a website called
[00:58:16] professor watch list
[00:58:18] and they're trying to expose what
[00:58:20] professors are teaching in the classroom
[00:58:28] to which i said
[00:58:31] correct
[00:58:33] no arguments here
[00:58:35] you got it
[00:58:37] [Laughter]
[00:58:38] um but it's been fascinating working
[00:58:40] with turning point and working with
[00:58:42] charlie i've also got to go do a couple
[00:58:44] different shows
[00:58:46] been on the canada zone show a couple
[00:58:47] times
[00:58:50] wow
[00:58:51] you guys have heard of her too
[00:58:53] interesting good
[00:58:56] while i was on the kansas city show last
[00:58:57] time we were trying to sort out the
[00:58:59] craziness of the world as you can tell
[00:59:02] the world has gotten crazy that's no
[00:59:03] secret but there was a news story about
[00:59:06] a transgender inmate in a woman's prison
[00:59:08] that got two women pregnant in the jail
[00:59:13] who could have seen that coming
[00:59:16] besides all of us
[00:59:20] but here's the thing when trying to
[00:59:22] solve the problems of the world we have
[00:59:24] to come up with solutions and i had a
[00:59:26] suggestion i had a bipartisan suggestion
[00:59:28] to solve the issue of transgender men in
[00:59:31] female prisons
[00:59:33] now bear with me you're not going to
[00:59:34] like the first part of this
[00:59:36] my solution is
[00:59:39] we have taxpayer-funded
[00:59:41] transition surgery for transgender
[00:59:43] inmates now hold on stay with me before
[00:59:46] you've grown
[00:59:47] the left loves this sort of thing
[00:59:48] they'll eat it all up they're like yes
[00:59:51] more money for people who we call
[00:59:53] marginalized people
[00:59:55] but on the other hand
[00:59:58] the next time an inmate says
[01:00:01] hey guard
[01:00:03] i think i'm a woman
[01:00:06] the guard gets to say
[01:00:08] all right
[01:00:09] let's schedule your surgery
[01:00:12] chop chop robert time to meet roberta
[01:00:23] unfortunately i'm not entirely sure that
[01:00:25] that solution would stand up to the
[01:00:26] constitutional muster
[01:00:30] so when talking about these we need
[01:00:32] people like matt walsh asking the
[01:00:35] important questions which is
[01:00:39] i have no idea honestly
[01:00:42] but the good news is i did watch matt
[01:00:44] walsh's documentary
[01:00:47] this week did anybody else anybody else
[01:00:48] seen it already
[01:00:51] and that question is answered so if you
[01:00:53] are confused you can watch the
[01:00:55] documentary itself now i want to play a
[01:00:57] trailer i've been i'm being told that
[01:00:59] matt walsh is literally in the car
[01:01:01] pulling up or getting as close as he
[01:01:03] possibly can i'm not going to tell you
[01:01:04] where exactly is because i don't know
[01:01:06] i've been on stage with you
[01:01:08] but in the meantime i want to show you
[01:01:09] the trailer if you haven't seen it
[01:01:11] already
[01:01:11] watch this it'll blow your mind
[01:01:19] what is a woman
[01:01:20] can you tell me that
[01:01:24] oh you're at the women's march you must
[01:01:25] have some idea please if one person can
[01:01:27] tell me what a woman is you are not here
[01:01:29] for women we ask you to leave what is
[01:01:32] that
[01:01:34] i'm a husband i'm a father for i host a
[01:01:37] talk show i give speeches i write books
[01:01:39] i like to make sense of things a woman
[01:01:41] is not anything in particular there is
[01:01:43] not one particular thing it could be
[01:01:45] many things to many people some women
[01:01:47] have penises right some men have vaginas
[01:01:49] i like scented candles i've watched sex
[01:01:51] in the city yeah how do i know if i'm a
[01:01:53] woman that's a great question you're not
[01:01:55] a scientist you're not a gender studies
[01:01:57] major no how do you know that you're a
[01:01:59] man i guess because i got a dick
[01:02:05] can a man
[01:02:06] become a woman
[01:02:09] i'm not a woman so i
[01:02:11] i can't really answer that women only
[01:02:13] know what women are are you a cat no can
[01:02:16] you tell me what a cat is
[01:02:19] do you want to tell us what a woman is
[01:02:23] i'm a biological woman
[01:02:25] that medically transitioned to appear
[01:02:27] like a male i will never
[01:02:30] be a man and so they go on the internet
[01:02:32] and they're told that all their problems
[01:02:33] will be solved if they become a man so
[01:02:36] you worry that there there could be a
[01:02:38] sort of social contagion element of this
[01:02:40] a teeny tiny bit maybe it got me at 42
[01:02:44] your child doesn't have a chance
[01:02:48] and you're affirming it with hormones
[01:02:51] that have never been used in this way
[01:02:54] puberty blockers which are completely
[01:02:56] reversible completely reversible one of
[01:02:58] the drugs used is lupron right which
[01:03:00] has actually been used to chemically
[01:03:02] castrate sex again
[01:03:04] you know what i'm not sure that we
[01:03:06] should continue with this interview you
[01:03:07] don't want to talk about the drugs that
[01:03:09] you get to kids or
[01:03:11] how can they be removing the healthy
[01:03:13] breasts of 15 year old girls there are
[01:03:15] masculine girls there are feminine boys
[01:03:17] what are we going to do about that carve
[01:03:19] them up how can this whole thing be
[01:03:21] happening matt
[01:03:23] i wanted us to have a safe place to be
[01:03:26] able to talk about this part of me wants
[01:03:28] to ask why you care so much i care about
[01:03:30] the truth i care about children i care
[01:03:32] about the women who are having their
[01:03:33] opportunities stolen from them is it
[01:03:35] transphobic to tell the truth the
[01:03:37] interview is over show off the cameras
[01:03:39] excuse me they're fair i just wanted to
[01:03:41] know what is a woman and you're not
[01:03:42] gonna find out based on what i'm saying
[01:03:44] would you ever want to move to america
[01:03:46] they say no
[01:03:48] never
[01:03:53] [Music]
[01:03:59] i hope you enjoyed it a little bit
[01:04:02] we'll see when it comes out
[01:04:06] good news he is
[01:04:08] in the building i believe trying to make
[01:04:10] his way over to us
[01:04:12] very very quickly
[01:04:15] uh
[01:04:16] i did however tell have been told we
[01:04:18] were going to play one more clip and
[01:04:19] then i have a hilarious story and i'll
[01:04:20] get off the stage and out of yours but
[01:04:22] let's go ahead and play that one more
[01:04:24] clip from matt walsh's brand new
[01:04:25] documentary
[01:04:27] when was it decided that we need to
[01:04:28] start teaching kids about this stuff at
[01:04:30] such a young age so i'll answer that
[01:04:32] with one word
[01:04:34] kinsey
[01:04:35] kinsey
[01:04:36] was a
[01:04:38] social
[01:04:39] reformer
[01:04:40] he wanted to
[01:04:42] rid society of judeo-christian values
[01:04:45] when it came to sexuality and he worked
[01:04:48] very hard to do that and
[01:04:51] i would say he
[01:04:52] succeeded kinsey would be very happy
[01:04:55] with our culture today
[01:04:57] his idea was that children are sexual
[01:04:59] from birth
[01:05:01] that were all inherently sexual
[01:05:02] creatures from cradle to grave he
[01:05:05] believed that true happiness is found in
[01:05:07] a life of perverse sexual
[01:05:09] experimentation no matter the age what
[01:05:11] came out is that his research was
[01:05:14] fraudulent
[01:05:15] kinsey based his fraudulent conclusions
[01:05:17] on data he collected from convicted sex
[01:05:19] offenders and child molesters his
[01:05:21] research was conducted in prisons not
[01:05:23] everyday america
[01:05:24] he also performed horrific sexual
[01:05:26] experiments on children some under the
[01:05:29] age of one
[01:05:31] his most influential book sexual
[01:05:32] behavior in human mail
[01:05:34] contains an infamous chart called table
[01:05:36] 34 which documents the orgasms of very
[01:05:39] young kids including babies as young as
[01:05:41] five months old
[01:05:43] but instead of suffering the
[01:05:44] consequences for his heinous actions he
[01:05:46] was and still is celebrated by academia
[01:05:49] and hollywood his ideas form the
[01:05:51] foundation for sexual education in
[01:05:53] public schools today
[01:05:56] geez
[01:05:59] yikes
[01:06:01] wasn't being totally in the building i
[01:06:03] do get to tell you this one very quick
[01:06:04] story that i think you might actually
[01:06:06] enjoy it doesn't have anything to do
[01:06:07] with this unfortunately but i think it's
[01:06:08] a
[01:06:09] one of the most
[01:06:11] interesting days of my entire life in a
[01:06:13] previous life i was a photographer i
[01:06:15] still do photography i like taking
[01:06:17] photos of things
[01:06:19] i was sitting on the couch one day and i
[01:06:21] get a phone call from a guy who i knew
[01:06:23] who worked in politics
[01:06:25] he said are you busy this afternoon i
[01:06:27] said no i'm a photographer i'm basically
[01:06:29] unemployed
[01:06:32] he said great can you get to orange
[01:06:33] county california i live right around
[01:06:35] near orange county california yeah
[01:06:38] can you get to orange county uh by 4 p.m
[01:06:42] i looked my clock i didn't have anything
[01:06:43] to do and i said okay then he said the
[01:06:47] weirdest thing i think i've ever heard
[01:06:48] on a
[01:06:50] phone call he said wear a suit and text
[01:06:52] me your social security number
[01:06:56] then he hung up the phone
[01:06:59] so i texted my social security number
[01:07:03] i need the money
[01:07:06] and i throw on the only suit that i have
[01:07:07] and i drive my car and i go to the
[01:07:09] address that he had sent me
[01:07:11] and i
[01:07:12] park and he pulls up in a golf cart
[01:07:15] driven by somebody else
[01:07:17] i get on the back of the golf cart with
[01:07:18] my camera in hand
[01:07:20] i said dude
[01:07:22] where are we going what is going on
[01:07:24] he said
[01:07:26] i had an emergency and a cancellation
[01:07:29] and i need you
[01:07:30] to take step and repeat photos of the
[01:07:33] president of the united states of
[01:07:35] america
[01:07:39] this is
[01:07:40] this is a true story well mostly
[01:07:42] something is added for comedic effect
[01:07:46] but i'm like what
[01:07:48] we go down a small pathway and i'm
[01:07:51] introduced to a secret service member by
[01:07:52] the name of stan
[01:07:54] stan shows me to this room i walk into a
[01:07:57] room and stan explains what's going on
[01:07:59] he says the president's going to come in
[01:08:01] through here the vips are going to go
[01:08:02] through here you're going to shuffle
[01:08:03] them through
[01:08:05] and when you're all done the president
[01:08:06] will leave
[01:08:07] and i need you to wait right here
[01:08:10] i said okay
[01:08:12] i said what if i stand right here
[01:08:16] you guys gonna shoot me
[01:08:19] probably
[01:08:22] i said okay a couple minutes later
[01:08:25] in walks president trump
[01:08:28] [Applause]
[01:08:33] three hours ago
[01:08:35] i was trying to figure out if i wanted
[01:08:36] to have my third bag of doritos while
[01:08:38] sitting on my couch in my underwear
[01:08:42] and now i'm in the room
[01:08:44] with the leader of the free world
[01:08:47] and it was a surreal moment i'm not sure
[01:08:51] if they got the picture i said i tried
[01:08:52] to send a picture i do have a picture
[01:08:53] that exists of don't pull it up yet
[01:08:56] but
[01:08:57] unbelievable experience he walks in the
[01:09:00] room he says hello i say hello he asks
[01:09:02] how my day is doing super polite guy and
[01:09:06] everything starts it was a blur honestly
[01:09:09] the vips would come in we would take a
[01:09:11] photo they would walk out take a photo
[01:09:13] and walk out
[01:09:14] i feel like we had a moment because
[01:09:16] everybody who takes a photo with
[01:09:17] president trump
[01:09:18] tries to make a dumb joke to him
[01:09:22] and then we kind of locked eyes and like
[01:09:23] yeah that's a dumb joke
[01:09:26] it's like we had a couple moments
[01:09:28] together
[01:09:30] but the whole thing was a blur and it
[01:09:33] ended immediately like what i thought it
[01:09:36] went by like that
[01:09:39] so the people go through president trump
[01:09:41] leaves the room and i'm left standing in
[01:09:43] this room by myself going what in the
[01:09:47] world just happened
[01:09:50] my first thought is
[01:09:51] i gotta call my wife
[01:09:53] because at this point this was so sudden
[01:09:55] i hadn't told her yet i hadn't told
[01:09:57] anybody yet
[01:09:59] oh my poor wife
[01:10:02] so i pick up the phone and i call
[01:10:03] crystal
[01:10:05] my wife's name
[01:10:06] and i say
[01:10:08] babe
[01:10:09] you are never going to believe what just
[01:10:12] happened
[01:10:14] she says
[01:10:15] what happened
[01:10:18] i say
[01:10:20] i just shot
[01:10:22] [Applause]
[01:10:24] the president of the united states of
[01:10:27] america
[01:10:28] [Applause]
[01:10:35] admittedly i could have used
[01:10:37] some different words
[01:10:40] but that's the terminology in
[01:10:42] photography
[01:10:44] it gets worse
[01:10:47] as i said that
[01:10:49] stan the secret serviceman
[01:10:53] walks into the room
[01:10:55] and i
[01:10:56] say oh shoot babe sorry i gotta go the
[01:10:59] secret service is here to get me
[01:11:02] and i hang up the phone
[01:11:07] and that is the story of the most
[01:11:08] interesting day of my entire life
[01:11:18] uh i'm not entirely sure if they want me
[01:11:19] to continue on or we're going to play
[01:11:20] one more clip of the matt walsh movie uh
[01:11:23] i would i wish there was a voice over
[01:11:25] the head telling me what to do
[01:11:28] nope
[01:11:31] uh i think we what's up oh wrap up okay
[01:11:34] cool so i'm gonna wrap it up
[01:11:37] uh thank you guys so much for for
[01:11:38] enduring my musings
[01:11:42] i appreciate it my name is joe bob
[01:11:46] i'm not sure if i get your news but this
[01:11:47] is going to be a great night thank you
[01:11:49] all so much
[01:11:51] [Applause]
[01:11:52] [Music]
[01:12:04] is
[01:12:06] [Music]
[01:12:20] down
[01:12:59] do you
[01:13:28] myself
[01:13:30] [Music]
[01:13:40] give it up for matt how great is matt
[01:13:42] thank you
[01:13:47] so matt i figured there's no better kind
[01:13:49] of venue to ask what is a woman
[01:13:53] yeah i think uh i've been to the women's
[01:13:55] march and they didn't know there but i
[01:13:56] think this is probably a different crowd
[01:13:57] from the women's march so
[01:14:02] and and no better two people to talk
[01:14:04] about what is a woman than two men at a
[01:14:05] women's conference exactly
[01:14:08] exactly well someone has to talk about
[01:14:09] it that's that's that's the thing that's
[01:14:11] a conversation someone has to have so i
[01:14:13] mean let's just start at the basics tell
[01:14:14] us about your film and did you actually
[01:14:16] get an answer to your your question
[01:14:18] that's a spoiler i can't give spoilers
[01:14:20] away right here
[01:14:21] on on this stage but uh
[01:14:24] we did give we did get an answer i guess
[01:14:25] i can't say what the answer is but we
[01:14:26] did finally after after journeying
[01:14:29] across the entire world
[01:14:31] um i finally
[01:14:33] i guess i will give it away i finally
[01:14:34] thought to just go into the
[01:14:36] into the kitchen and ask my wife and
[01:14:37] then she was able to
[01:14:39] she was able to provide the answer so i
[01:14:41] went to africa before i thought to talk
[01:14:42] to my wife about it
[01:14:44] um
[01:14:46] but yeah it's been it's been an
[01:14:47] incredible reception to the film so far
[01:14:49] and this was look what i keep telling
[01:14:50] the left is that uh because they're very
[01:14:52] upset about it and they
[01:14:54] i mean they've been pulling all kinds of
[01:14:55] tricks to shut the film down they they
[01:14:57] had a ddos attack which i just learned
[01:15:00] what that is but it's a it's some kind
[01:15:01] of
[01:15:02] fancy technical thing where they try to
[01:15:03] shut down websites and they did that to
[01:15:05] shut down the premiere and it failed and
[01:15:06] everything and of course it only it only
[01:15:08] brings more attention to the film in the
[01:15:09] first place so it all backfires but what
[01:15:11] i keep telling them is that
[01:15:13] you know i've been asking what is a
[01:15:15] woman
[01:15:17] i was asking it on twitter like four
[01:15:18] years ago all you had to do was respond
[01:15:20] to my tweet and none of this had to
[01:15:22] happen but this is really all your fault
[01:15:26] so matt i grew up in a time where
[01:15:29] the feminists weren't just clear about
[01:15:31] what a woman was they were angry if you
[01:15:33] disagreed like of course you know what a
[01:15:35] woman is it's very clear and in fact
[01:15:37] that wasn't that long ago i mean we had
[01:15:39] brett kavanaugh we had the me too
[01:15:40] movement where not only was it you know
[01:15:44] you weren't allowed to disagree on what
[01:15:45] a woman was but all men were awful and
[01:15:47] we could kind of distinguish lines how
[01:15:48] do we get to a place where
[01:15:50] now kind of in the zeitgeist and in kind
[01:15:53] of the popular culture
[01:15:54] this is now somehow a question how do we
[01:15:56] get here
[01:15:58] you know it's something it feels like it
[01:16:00] happened uh five years ago i think a lot
[01:16:02] of people think that it just kind of all
[01:16:04] of a sudden
[01:16:05] sprang out of nowhere and i i think
[01:16:08] probably five six years ago is when it
[01:16:09] is when it
[01:16:10] made its way into the mainstream but
[01:16:13] this is something we get into this in
[01:16:14] the film and and uh a lot of people
[01:16:15] don't know the background in the history
[01:16:17] of this but this is something that's
[01:16:18] been bubbling under the surface uh
[01:16:20] making its way into the institutions in
[01:16:23] this country
[01:16:24] for
[01:16:25] half a century at least um and we get
[01:16:27] into some names everybody should know
[01:16:29] names like alfred kinsey and john money
[01:16:32] i mean these are the guys like you can
[01:16:33] actually find the people who invented
[01:16:35] this stuff there's there are they wrote
[01:16:37] things where they just came up with this
[01:16:39] stuff for example uh the term gender
[01:16:41] identity
[01:16:42] there was a guy who just came up with
[01:16:44] that his name was john money who also
[01:16:45] happened to be a pedophile by the way a
[01:16:46] lot of these people were um total
[01:16:48] coincidence by the way yeah total
[01:16:49] coincidence right obviously
[01:16:52] um
[01:16:52] and they we know that gender idols have
[01:16:55] have a great interest in in grooming
[01:16:56] children and it just so happens all this
[01:16:58] stuff comes from pedophiles so but yeah
[01:17:00] total coincidence that's a conspiracy
[01:17:01] theory um
[01:17:03] it started there and then it kind of it
[01:17:05] made its way into the institutions and
[01:17:07] it's like critical race theory where
[01:17:09] they you know what we hear with critical
[01:17:10] race theory is well that's only and
[01:17:12] that's only only they only talk about
[01:17:13] that in colleges
[01:17:15] well yeah it might start there but then
[01:17:18] it goes from there
[01:17:19] uh down into the lower grades and down
[01:17:21] into the rest of society and the same
[01:17:23] thing happened with gender theory
[01:17:24] basically yeah but how did it get where
[01:17:26] the feminists used to be kind of loudest
[01:17:27] part of the american left and now
[01:17:29] they're either been neutralized or
[01:17:31] they've been silenced or they no longer
[01:17:34] have a seat at the table that that's
[01:17:35] what i'm still trying to figure out and
[01:17:37] maybe it's just a matter of volume or
[01:17:39] what's most useful to the kind of
[01:17:40] current narrative or regime yeah i think
[01:17:42] a lot of it is the consequence of
[01:17:45] intersectionality and the rules of kind
[01:17:47] of the
[01:17:47] kind of the the victim hierarchy on the
[01:17:50] left which is a very confusing thing i
[01:17:52] don't fully understand it myself but
[01:17:54] it's there's a lot of jostling for
[01:17:55] position
[01:17:56] and right now anyway the kind of uber
[01:18:00] victims are the trans people and you
[01:18:03] have the most victim points if you're
[01:18:04] trans and uh if you're on the left you
[01:18:07] have to if somebody with more victim
[01:18:09] points than you is making a rights claim
[01:18:11] a claim to some kind of right you have
[01:18:13] to defer to them and that's the position
[01:18:15] that women are in right now now we will
[01:18:17] we should note that
[01:18:19] while many feminists have just gone
[01:18:20] along with this and i i doubt that any
[01:18:22] of them agree with it but most many of
[01:18:24] them have gone along with it there is a
[01:18:25] core of feminists who
[01:18:27] you know are derisively named the uh the
[01:18:29] turfs the trans exclusionary radical
[01:18:30] feminists who have spoken out about it
[01:18:32] but they've been just very viciously
[01:18:35] shouted down and it is a small group
[01:18:36] yeah and especially you kind of look
[01:18:38] amongst the opinion makers right new
[01:18:40] york times harvard aclu they they
[01:18:43] there's no place for that in those kind
[01:18:45] of main opinion shaping institutions can
[01:18:47] and else can i say one other thing
[01:18:49] quickly about that too because one uh
[01:18:52] accusation that we've gotten since this
[01:18:54] film came out
[01:18:55] from the uh i guess what they would call
[01:18:58] themselves gender critical feminists the
[01:18:59] feminists who are actually opposed to
[01:19:01] gender ideology they said well why
[01:19:02] didn't you have anyone from why didn't
[01:19:04] you have anyone on our side in the film
[01:19:06] why didn't you talk to any to any
[01:19:07] feminist
[01:19:08] and the answer is like we tried to we
[01:19:10] reached out to many prominent feminists
[01:19:12] who have been critical i'm not going to
[01:19:13] name names
[01:19:14] but uh many prominent feminists were
[01:19:16] critical of the trans agenda we reached
[01:19:17] out and they wanted nothing to do with
[01:19:19] it whatsoever
[01:19:20] so that's another way that this this
[01:19:22] small group of feminists they're kind of
[01:19:23] shooting themselves in the foot because
[01:19:24] they don't want to
[01:19:26] be allies with like the likes of me so
[01:19:29] they leave themselves on an island
[01:19:31] basically to try to save womanhood minor
[01:19:33] details and but this is all kind of goes
[01:19:35] back to the main feminist complaint
[01:19:36] though right which is that men are going
[01:19:38] to oppress women
[01:19:39] and so now that's exactly what's
[01:19:40] happening now is that oppressing women
[01:19:43] and so the entire thing seems so
[01:19:44] interesting and just kind of befuddling
[01:19:46] and puzzling so
[01:19:48] obviously we have a women's summit here
[01:19:50] we could define what a woman is but the
[01:19:52] problem also matt is in recent years
[01:19:55] especially the kind of nastiness that is
[01:19:58] now embedded in this discussion and this
[01:20:00] debate it's almost become a value debate
[01:20:03] that you're an awful person if you do
[01:20:05] not accept that gender is nothing more
[01:20:07] than a social construct and it almost in
[01:20:10] some ways and especially in recent
[01:20:12] months i'd say the last six months it's
[01:20:14] almost become more intense than the
[01:20:16] racial debate where that this is so
[01:20:19] why is it that it gets such a preference
[01:20:21] i know you mentioned the oppression
[01:20:22] olympics and kind of the competition of
[01:20:24] whoever can be the most depressed person
[01:20:26] which changes on a day-to-day basis but
[01:20:28] they see it's only they see an
[01:20:30] opportunity here what what do they think
[01:20:32] that's going to get them
[01:20:34] i think the viciousness comes from a
[01:20:36] couple things first of all how important
[01:20:39] this agenda is to them it's not just
[01:20:40] about gender and even the word gender
[01:20:43] has been expanded to include
[01:20:45] you know anything there are people now
[01:20:46] if you look on tick tock people say well
[01:20:48] my gender is uh what's the latest one
[01:20:50] i'm cake gender that's that's a thing
[01:20:52] now i could be the gender of cake right
[01:20:54] why we talked to someone whose gender
[01:20:56] was in the film we talked to someone
[01:20:57] identifies as a wolf you know
[01:20:59] um
[01:21:00] so the the term gender has expanded
[01:21:02] because it's not just about it's not
[01:21:04] just about gender this is actually about
[01:21:07] um this is the project of relativism
[01:21:09] this is about having your own
[01:21:11] universe and we i ran into this and i
[01:21:13] know you've run into it anytime you talk
[01:21:15] about anything with the left you always
[01:21:16] run into this and in the film it was
[01:21:18] over and over again every conversation
[01:21:19] we tried to have
[01:21:20] it always came back to well
[01:21:23] uh whose truth are you are we talking
[01:21:25] about who's who's truth and i would try
[01:21:27] to say well there's we're sitting in the
[01:21:29] same room right now right so the truth
[01:21:30] that says we're sitting in the same room
[01:21:32] i'm sitting across from you so we
[01:21:34] obviously have some kind of shared
[01:21:36] reality two plus two equals four we
[01:21:38] share that with each other
[01:21:39] but they cannot
[01:21:41] concede that i think one of the moments
[01:21:43] in the film that haunts me the most
[01:21:45] although it's kind of funny when you
[01:21:46] watch it but i still i'm still blown
[01:21:48] away with it by it there was a i was
[01:21:50] talking to just a normal person walking
[01:21:52] down the street well this is in los
[01:21:54] angeles so they can only be so normal i
[01:21:55] guess but
[01:21:56] uh we're talking to this woman and she
[01:21:58] and she said um you know we all have our
[01:22:00] own truth
[01:22:01] and i said okay well
[01:22:02] what if my truth is that you don't exist
[01:22:06] and she looked me dead in the eyes and
[01:22:07] said well then i don't exist
[01:22:10] not a joke either so i
[01:22:12] i knew that women were being erased i
[01:22:14] didn't realize they were erasing
[01:22:15] themselves so eagerly
[01:22:17] but that's
[01:22:18] when someone is desperate to cling on to
[01:22:20] this relativistic idea they will there
[01:22:23] is no depth that they won't sing to in
[01:22:25] terms of assertiveness i want to explore
[01:22:26] that more with you so that really is
[01:22:28] what it comes down to the the
[01:22:29] post-modernist deconstructionist
[01:22:32] that there's we can't agree that a line
[01:22:34] is straight because it's only your
[01:22:36] opinion that it's straight is the main
[01:22:38] critique of western society because they
[01:22:41] were to say that western society is
[01:22:42] better because there might be some
[01:22:44] aboriginal you know culture that we
[01:22:46] haven't really studied yet and we're not
[01:22:49] supposed to ever believe
[01:22:51] you know in the fruits of the
[01:22:52] enlightenment or separation of powers
[01:22:53] consent to the governed or gender norms
[01:22:55] because those are colonialists in nature
[01:22:57] and first of all it's a patently insane
[01:23:00] thing to believe but isn't it kind of a
[01:23:02] luxury belief though
[01:23:03] matt and i'm i believe you're familiar
[01:23:06] with the term which and just so everyone
[01:23:08] knows a luxury belief
[01:23:10] is a hypothesis i can't remember the
[01:23:12] guy's name he's really smart and his
[01:23:15] argument is that rich people no longer
[01:23:17] just buy rich like not like wealthy
[01:23:19] things like yachts and planes but they
[01:23:22] also buy beliefs
[01:23:23] and that if you want to be really cool
[01:23:25] in upper society
[01:23:27] it's not just how big your car is it's
[01:23:29] how insane of an idea you discuss at a
[01:23:30] cocktail party yeah it's and so you
[01:23:33] think about it it's super rich people
[01:23:34] where it's not like oh yeah i have the
[01:23:36] new porsche and a gulf stream it's also
[01:23:39] like
[01:23:40] not only do i want to get rid of the
[01:23:41] police i want to put them all in prison
[01:23:43] like i'll drink to that that's great how
[01:23:45] much of this is luxury belief driven i
[01:23:46] mean like lower middle class people
[01:23:48] aren't talking about this stuff don't
[01:23:49] have time to think about it because you
[01:23:50] have real you have real problems you
[01:23:52] have to worry about i think and i do
[01:23:54] think that there's a lot of just sort of
[01:23:55] boredom so we can talk about the
[01:23:56] sinister things that lie at the bottom
[01:23:58] of this but there's also just boredom
[01:24:00] people sitting around that have the time
[01:24:01] to think about kind of navel gazing
[01:24:04] this is what we do in the west a lot we
[01:24:05] just sit around thinking about
[01:24:08] i'm going to think about myself and how
[01:24:10] do i feel about how do i how i feel
[01:24:12] about myself and then we spent all this
[01:24:14] time just staring at our own reflections
[01:24:16] and then we and then we were shocked
[01:24:17] when people have anxiety and depression
[01:24:19] well this is what happens when this is
[01:24:20] you spent your whole life like just go
[01:24:22] outside and look at a tree or something
[01:24:24] or just walk down the street stop
[01:24:25] thinking about yourself for five seconds
[01:24:27] but on the the luxury belief thing
[01:24:29] we
[01:24:30] we tested this in the film um because
[01:24:32] you're right that the claim on the left
[01:24:34] is that the the gen the so-called gender
[01:24:36] binary is western colonialism and that
[01:24:39] if you go outside the western colonial
[01:24:41] bubble you'll find that they're all very
[01:24:44] progressive in their gender ideas
[01:24:46] right and so that's why that is why we
[01:24:48] went to africa
[01:24:49] because i kept hearing i could figure
[01:24:51] out in the trailer why he's in some
[01:24:52] african trump like what is the point of
[01:24:54] this
[01:24:55] we want to have let me just clarify we
[01:24:57] went to africa number one to troll the
[01:25:00] libs like that's the number one reason
[01:25:01] we were there
[01:25:03] um that's true missionary work by the
[01:25:05] way let me just be
[01:25:08] so and we we had security meetings
[01:25:10] before this africa trip and they said
[01:25:11] you know
[01:25:12] like you're going into kenya it's pretty
[01:25:14] safe but they've got terrorists there
[01:25:15] you could get kidnapped and
[01:25:17] it's like i'm it's it's worth it to own
[01:25:19] the libs i will i will give my life for
[01:25:21] this cause i will
[01:25:23] um
[01:25:24] anyway
[01:25:25] the real reason we went there was to
[01:25:27] test this hypothesis on the left
[01:25:30] uh about whether or not it's true that
[01:25:32] the gender binary is a western contract
[01:25:34] and what we found is that well
[01:25:36] actually when you get outside of the
[01:25:37] western bubble
[01:25:39] all there is is the so-called binary and
[01:25:41] they have never even heard of any of
[01:25:43] this stuff we're talking about in the
[01:25:44] west
[01:25:45] and then it and then it flipped into
[01:25:46] this really interesting thing because
[01:25:48] i'm talk we went down we talked to the
[01:25:50] messiah tribe in kenya and they live in
[01:25:52] in huts that are made of cow dung and
[01:25:54] they're they're semi-nomadic they don't
[01:25:55] have electricity or anything it's it's
[01:25:56] you know they're living in the
[01:25:57] wilderness
[01:25:58] and uh we're talking to them and and i'm
[01:26:00] asking them these questions about
[01:26:03] well can a man become a woman
[01:26:05] you know can women does is it possible
[01:26:07] for a woman to have a penis can men give
[01:26:09] birth to babies and they're looking at
[01:26:10] me in just utter horror and confusion
[01:26:13] and
[01:26:14] they also
[01:26:15] assume that i believe this stuff myself
[01:26:17] i never explained to them i didn't
[01:26:19] right that's the funniest point the part
[01:26:21] is that matt's just staring at them and
[01:26:23] they're they're starting to they're
[01:26:24] starting to circle you yeah like they're
[01:26:25] calling in reinforcements and then they
[01:26:27] and then they start weapons start
[01:26:29] emerging exactly well they all had their
[01:26:30] uh you know they had certain like clubs
[01:26:32] that they walked around with beers
[01:26:34] uh but
[01:26:36] then i was i was in this interesting
[01:26:38] position where they were wanting me
[01:26:40] and they were all very patient like they
[01:26:42] were treating me like i'm a confused
[01:26:43] child and they said let we'll spray
[01:26:45] explain this to you but then they wanted
[01:26:47] me to explain these ideas to them and
[01:26:50] then it's actually very revealing
[01:26:52] when you try to explain an idea to
[01:26:54] someone who's never heard of it before
[01:26:57] that's when you can really see if this
[01:26:59] idea makes any sense at all
[01:27:01] because this is someone who does not
[01:27:02] have any of the shared kind of
[01:27:04] frameworks that we do none of the shared
[01:27:06] biases none of that
[01:27:07] and so you're starting at ground zero
[01:27:09] can i explain
[01:27:11] gender fluidity to this tribal
[01:27:14] community from ground zero and the
[01:27:16] answer is no it's just total nonsense
[01:27:19] they don't even have the words like i'm
[01:27:21] i'm talking to uh
[01:27:23] you know the elder in the tribe through
[01:27:25] a translator
[01:27:26] and he doesn't have the word i tried to
[01:27:28] get him to ask the tribal elder about
[01:27:31] non-binary people
[01:27:32] and he says he says what he doesn't have
[01:27:34] the words for that so
[01:27:36] they literally don't have the words to
[01:27:37] even talk about these things it's that
[01:27:39] far outside of their experience
[01:27:41] we'll keep chatting i think we have a
[01:27:43] clip that i want to show from that if
[01:27:44] our team could get it just a short clip
[01:27:47] so if you guys could pull that up and
[01:27:48] tell me when it's ready but matt that's
[01:27:49] so interesting because that is you know
[01:27:51] a common critique i go to berkeley in
[01:27:53] boulder and you speak at all the same
[01:27:54] campuses as well and they'll always say
[01:27:56] no the problem is the western colonial
[01:27:59] framework that if you break people back
[01:28:01] in the state of nature
[01:28:03] and especially in tribes is actually one
[01:28:05] they use
[01:28:06] especially kind of the breakup of kind
[01:28:08] of colonial
[01:28:10] or i guess colonial breakup of
[01:28:12] indigenous people in africa then there
[01:28:14] really is no such thing as these gender
[01:28:16] norms and they repeat it with such
[01:28:19] kind of
[01:28:20] intensity that you almost it almost
[01:28:22] takes you back and they also
[01:28:24] they can make these claims because they
[01:28:26] don't think anyone will be crazy enough
[01:28:27] to actually go ask any of these people
[01:28:29] these questions and even though i did
[01:28:31] this the rejoinder now from the left has
[01:28:33] been
[01:28:34] well you only talk to one primitive
[01:28:36] african tribe
[01:28:38] and i'm like dude you can go talk to
[01:28:39] some more yourself like go ahead bring a
[01:28:41] camera crew find a different tribe in
[01:28:43] africa and ask them all about gender
[01:28:45] fluidity and go ahead prove me wrong
[01:28:48] because this is this is all an insular
[01:28:51] like you said luxury
[01:28:53] uniquely western belief and also very
[01:28:56] modern that is not shared by anyone and
[01:28:58] that includes by the way
[01:28:59] um
[01:29:00] some of these uh some of these cultures
[01:29:02] where they where they'll claim here's
[01:29:04] another one
[01:29:05] they'll say well native americans have
[01:29:07] two spirit and they actually have added
[01:29:08] two spirit to the lgbt
[01:29:11] acronym now on the ever expanding
[01:29:12] acronym they now have they have numbers
[01:29:14] in it now for two s for two spirit right
[01:29:16] so
[01:29:17] that's what they say they say well
[01:29:18] native americans they have two spirits
[01:29:19] that's just like trans
[01:29:21] all you do is take 10 seconds to google
[01:29:22] this stuff and you discover that two
[01:29:24] spirit that term was coined guess what
[01:29:26] guess when
[01:29:27] 1990 is when they came up with that it
[01:29:29] was lgbt activist and that is they make
[01:29:30] it sound like this is something that the
[01:29:33] the cheyenne were talking about or the
[01:29:35] sue or the iroquois right right
[01:29:37] yeah the apache on the great plains in
[01:29:39] 1801 were like running around talking
[01:29:42] about their fluid genders no this is
[01:29:44] lgbt activists made this up
[01:29:46] recently and now are claiming that this
[01:29:48] is some cultural belief so i want to
[01:29:51] start to kind of participate in some
[01:29:53] thought crimes with you here does anyone
[01:29:55] want that i think that would be a lot of
[01:29:56] fun
[01:29:57] so
[01:29:59] it's pride month i guess whatever that
[01:30:02] is so
[01:30:04] why is it matt let's start
[01:30:06] non-controversially and then we can go
[01:30:08] whatever direction you want
[01:30:10] why is it that all of a sudden that you
[01:30:13] know mental illness is associated with
[01:30:15] the other letters where does it fit i've
[01:30:17] never heard a good explanation you're
[01:30:19] starting non-controversially with that
[01:30:20] question oh that's that's that's the
[01:30:22] non-controversial okay we're getting
[01:30:23] real
[01:30:24] um
[01:30:26] well i think there's a couple things
[01:30:27] going on with with mental illness in
[01:30:28] particular is that for one thing this
[01:30:30] has become like mental illness itself
[01:30:32] has become uh trendy and fashionable and
[01:30:35] it's something that is is
[01:30:38] are we applauding mental illness being
[01:30:40] trendy and fashionable they're they're
[01:30:42] agreeing with okay all right
[01:30:44] yeah you go mental illness um
[01:30:48] so it's become this trendy fashionable
[01:30:50] thing and this is uh i was first made
[01:30:53] aware of this like so many other things
[01:30:55] of libs of tick tock who by the way is
[01:30:56] one of the best journalists in the
[01:30:57] country um
[01:30:59] yeah
[01:31:00] and she's posting these these videos
[01:31:02] that this is a big thing on tick tock of
[01:31:04] of of people especially young people
[01:31:05] claiming that they have uh split
[01:31:07] personality disorder
[01:31:08] and uh talking about their other
[01:31:11] personalities like their people in the
[01:31:13] room with them which by the way if that
[01:31:16] disorder exists that's not how it works
[01:31:19] okay in the first place but this just
[01:31:21] shows you something with this another
[01:31:22] thing that on the right we see that and
[01:31:24] we we want to say well that's just a
[01:31:26] sideshow that's that's nothing that's
[01:31:29] no this is this is tick tock this is
[01:31:30] where kids spend their whole lives and
[01:31:33] so this is not nothing and it actually
[01:31:35] shows you something about especially
[01:31:36] youth culture where the more mental
[01:31:39] illnesses you can rack up sort of the
[01:31:40] more social credit you have yeah so by
[01:31:43] the mental illness obviously meant you
[01:31:45] know gender dysphoria transgenderism all
[01:31:46] that which is a serious mental condition
[01:31:48] how did that get married into the entire
[01:31:51] now extended alphabet soup of lgbtqia
[01:31:54] plus i mean it's it's an increasingly
[01:31:58] you know confusing thing for people yeah
[01:32:00] it is it's a good question that so you
[01:32:02] can follow
[01:32:03] the process of this happening
[01:32:05] um
[01:32:06] and there's
[01:32:07] you have to look also at the psychiatric
[01:32:09] industry and there's a lot of uh
[01:32:11] they're complicit in this and that's but
[01:32:12] they're part of the process where first
[01:32:14] you can see this process play out where
[01:32:16] first there's something like uh we call
[01:32:18] now gender dysphoria i think before
[01:32:21] it was referred to as body dysmorphia
[01:32:23] now they don't use that term anymore and
[01:32:26] the problem i believe with body
[01:32:27] dysmorphia if that was the old term is
[01:32:29] that it made it sound like there's
[01:32:30] something
[01:32:31] wrong with you and and the reason they
[01:32:33] emphasize gender dysmorphia now is that
[01:32:35] what they're saying is well the problem
[01:32:37] is how you feel
[01:32:39] you know that's the issue it's like if
[01:32:40] you
[01:32:41] if you feel like there's a incongruence
[01:32:44] between your body and
[01:32:45] your true self then your feelings are
[01:32:48] the issue and we can fix the feelings by
[01:32:49] fixing your body but anyway
[01:32:51] what you find from the psychiatric
[01:32:53] community is that they take these things
[01:32:54] and they kind of legitimize them first
[01:32:57] and then they're kind of introduced into
[01:32:59] the lgbt equation this also happens by
[01:33:01] the way with not just mental conditions
[01:33:03] also physical conditions like the
[01:33:05] intersex is a great example so now the
[01:33:08] new the new pride flag is uh the pride
[01:33:10] flag just gets uglier and uglier by the
[01:33:12] year right
[01:33:13] and and now it's like it's just this
[01:33:15] hideous gaudy
[01:33:16] thing with all these random colors and
[01:33:18] symbols too and symbols and the most
[01:33:21] prominent symbol on the whole flag now
[01:33:22] the newest flag the one that nascar
[01:33:24] tweeted out because they're on the
[01:33:25] cutting edge of walkness actually
[01:33:27] is um
[01:33:28] is the one that has a purple circle
[01:33:30] right there it's the it's the one it's
[01:33:31] the thing your eyes home in on and that
[01:33:33] that's for intersex so now intersex are
[01:33:36] the most prominent members of the algae
[01:33:38] what do they even have to do with lgbt
[01:33:40] that's a that's a genetic
[01:33:42] deformity what does that in the world
[01:33:44] have to do with being lgbt so i guess
[01:33:46] the answer is intersectionality right i
[01:33:48] mean if it's so that's my 15-minute
[01:33:50] answer to get around to yeah i mean i
[01:33:52] suppose it's just and then but the whole
[01:33:54] idea of gay and lesbian is that i am a
[01:33:57] certain you know sex and i'm attracted
[01:34:00] to that same sex which does at least
[01:34:02] acknowledge binary sex it doesn't kind
[01:34:04] of play into gender fluidity and yet it
[01:34:06] all kind of gets mashed together which i
[01:34:08] guess i guess comes back to the general
[01:34:09] theme of the kind of intersectional
[01:34:12] argument by the way the nascar thing
[01:34:14] i i really am i'm wondering what
[01:34:15] percentage of nascar's audience do you
[01:34:17] think
[01:34:18] is gay
[01:34:20] zero
[01:34:21] percent but 0.001 maybe i don't know i
[01:34:24] mean it's
[01:34:26] who are they
[01:34:27] at some point you have to ask the
[01:34:28] question
[01:34:29] this probably makes you lose your target
[01:34:32] audience yeah well it's also it's an
[01:34:33] even smaller items what percentage of
[01:34:35] the nascar audience is gay and
[01:34:37] um
[01:34:39] would fly the pride flag you know
[01:34:40] because that's that's not always one and
[01:34:42] the same right
[01:34:43] uh and and that's but this is what
[01:34:45] happens and the problem is
[01:34:47] these corporations they
[01:34:49] intentionally alienate 99 of their fans
[01:34:51] and and supporters
[01:34:53] and yet the 99 still give give them
[01:34:55] their money we're very loathe to say
[01:34:57] well you know what i'm not going to give
[01:34:58] you my money anymore if you don't if
[01:34:59] you're not interested in it i mean look
[01:35:01] at like you know this is often a tangent
[01:35:03] but but star wars okay
[01:35:05] um like what's the new star wars show
[01:35:09] obi-wan right okay so first of all there
[01:35:11] hasn't been a good star wars
[01:35:14] story actually ever because all the
[01:35:16] movies are terrible but thank you
[01:35:18] [Applause]
[01:35:20] i could get a group of women to agree
[01:35:22] with me on that one
[01:35:23] a new hope is very good okay let's just
[01:35:25] episode 4. at
[01:35:28] the last wood good one was in like 1983.
[01:35:31] and everything was well i think this was
[01:35:32] 78 and the hope came out you could
[01:35:34] fact-check me so it's been it's been
[01:35:36] decades and decades and then they come
[01:35:37] out with this obi-wan show and they've
[01:35:39] got a character who's a black woman and
[01:35:42] the fans hate her and you can and you
[01:35:44] can
[01:35:44] read their criticisms they they hate her
[01:35:46] because she's an unlikable character
[01:35:48] poorly written and poorly acted not
[01:35:49] because she's black and but it's this
[01:35:51] kind of entrapment that these studios do
[01:35:53] and they know they're they're putting
[01:35:54] these unlikable characters out there the
[01:35:56] fans react to it and then star wars
[01:35:58] turns around and calls their own fan
[01:35:59] base racist and you you and mcgregor
[01:36:01] comes out and says ah you know the star
[01:36:03] wars fan base can get a little racist
[01:36:04] sometimes
[01:36:05] so
[01:36:06] they hate you
[01:36:08] and on top of that they're putting out a
[01:36:09] bad product
[01:36:11] and yet we're still giving them our
[01:36:12] money keep keep your hulu subscription
[01:36:14] we hate you by the way yeah right it's
[01:36:16] it's at some point it has to be
[01:36:18] you know kind of self-destruct i mean
[01:36:20] obviously it's self-destructive and i
[01:36:21] know the daily wires putting together
[01:36:22] some competitors actually go after
[01:36:24] disney which is just awesome
[01:36:26] so
[01:36:28] i want to say on this though because
[01:36:31] you know i'll speak for myself in 2014
[01:36:34] 15 and 16 you know matt if you and i had
[01:36:36] this discussion i would have disagreed a
[01:36:38] little bit with you you've been on the
[01:36:41] issue of strong social conservatism i
[01:36:43] never was not personally
[01:36:45] but i would say publicly say hey i have
[01:36:48] my own personal views when it comes to
[01:36:50] marriage one man one woman but i want to
[01:36:52] live and let live
[01:36:53] and i kind of bought into that i was
[01:36:55] naive and i thought that hey we can kind
[01:36:57] of allow people to make their own
[01:36:59] choices
[01:37:00] and the results are going to kind of
[01:37:02] just whatever they might be
[01:37:03] and we can kind of have this mutual data
[01:37:06] right where
[01:37:07] you won't reciprocate against us and we
[01:37:09] can kind of live in this neo-liberal
[01:37:11] utopian paradise you were always kind of
[01:37:14] like
[01:37:14] you're naive you don't really understand
[01:37:16] what's going on here but i think a lot
[01:37:18] of conservatives and people in this room
[01:37:19] included were probably had this view
[01:37:21] recently especially like hey i know gay
[01:37:23] people in my life and i don't want to
[01:37:24] come across as hostile and i don't want
[01:37:27] to try to impose our morality on other
[01:37:30] people which is an insane proposition to
[01:37:31] begin with but that was kind of in the
[01:37:33] conservative
[01:37:34] narrative for years
[01:37:36] and you look at 17 and 18 post the gay
[01:37:39] marriage decision
[01:37:40] it's as if the kind of lgbtqia plus
[01:37:44] let's just call them the alphabet mafia
[01:37:46] okay the uh alphabet mafia's activism
[01:37:49] has only increased it's become with more
[01:37:52] intensity and with more venom yeah and
[01:37:55] so can you kind of walk through that and
[01:37:58] because i think a lot of people would
[01:37:59] resonate with what i just said where
[01:38:01] deep down we kind of want to live in
[01:38:03] that live and let live country it's nice
[01:38:04] it sounds good it's in some ways
[01:38:07] woefully idealistic
[01:38:09] but it also is incredibly destructive
[01:38:11] and opens the gateway for these ideas
[01:38:13] and these activist groups to have a hold
[01:38:14] on our children our society yeah it's
[01:38:16] always everything from the left is a
[01:38:18] slight of hand trick that's the first
[01:38:19] thing to realize and so that's as you as
[01:38:21] you point out the first problem with the
[01:38:22] live and let live thing is that that was
[01:38:24] never their project
[01:38:25] as as much as they claim that and so
[01:38:28] it always follows the same trajectory
[01:38:29] where whatever the thing is that they're
[01:38:31] proposing or advocating the first they
[01:38:34] say well just look let us let us do our
[01:38:36] thing you do your thing just tolerate
[01:38:38] right tolerance is it and then that's
[01:38:40] not quite enough now it needs to be
[01:38:41] acceptance and acceptance is not the
[01:38:42] same thing as tolerance although they
[01:38:44] get grouped together i'm accepting and
[01:38:45] tolerating well those are two different
[01:38:47] things i can tolerate something and not
[01:38:48] accept it but now you have to accept it
[01:38:50] too you have to accept an acceptance
[01:38:52] affirmation or synonymous and then even
[01:38:55] that's not enough now you have to openly
[01:38:57] celebrate it and then even
[01:38:59] even that's not enough though because
[01:39:00] the next step is you have to participate
[01:39:03] in it and that is exactly what's
[01:39:05] happening with going back to gender
[01:39:06] ideology
[01:39:08] celebrating is not enough you need to be
[01:39:09] a participant which means that if i am
[01:39:12] claiming i'm a woman you need to be a
[01:39:14] part of that charade you you are an
[01:39:16] active member of my
[01:39:19] self-perception um and if you won't do
[01:39:21] that then you are killing me you're
[01:39:23] destroying me and that is always the
[01:39:25] trajectory which is which is the reason
[01:39:27] why
[01:39:28] it's just we cut it off at the beginning
[01:39:30] and said no no way i want to repeat that
[01:39:31] that's super smart i hope everyone
[01:39:33] caught that right because this is the
[01:39:35] cycle of neoliberalism
[01:39:37] and this is why people are waking up is
[01:39:39] first it was you have to tolerate it
[01:39:42] which was the tolerance campaign
[01:39:44] and then you must accept it and then
[01:39:47] celebrate it
[01:39:48] and then the final is participate
[01:39:50] participate thank you
[01:39:52] and so what phase are we in right now
[01:39:54] we're in celebrate participate would you
[01:39:56] say kind of the bridge between the two
[01:39:57] right yeah because it was almost like if
[01:39:59] you don't you have to tolerate and i
[01:40:01] think a lot of people would like okay
[01:40:02] fine i'll tolerate it like okay sure and
[01:40:04] then i was like no now you must accept
[01:40:06] it like if you disagree that you're a
[01:40:08] bad person and then if you're not in a
[01:40:09] gay pride you know parade you're a bad
[01:40:11] person and now if you're not putting
[01:40:13] puberty blockers in school you're a bad
[01:40:15] person and matt it seems as if that's a
[01:40:18] pattern that manifests itself in almost
[01:40:20] every single major
[01:40:21] issue that the media first pushes and
[01:40:23] then gets
[01:40:24] kind of pushed on us it's true and the
[01:40:26] other part of the story to keep in mind
[01:40:28] is that the let we talk about the victim
[01:40:30] narrative it's actually very important
[01:40:32] to keep that in mind because the other
[01:40:34] thing for the left is that they're
[01:40:35] advocating for things they're they're
[01:40:37] pushing for for certain victories
[01:40:39] but
[01:40:40] they can never achieve the victory it's
[01:40:42] very important for them that it can
[01:40:43] never be seen that they're they've
[01:40:45] actually been successful the struggle
[01:40:46] must continue
[01:40:49] is why foreign told now like we had a
[01:40:51] we elected a black man president twice
[01:40:54] and now if you listen to the left this
[01:40:55] country is more racist than it's ever
[01:40:57] been so we actually that that's not a
[01:40:59] sign of any progress whatsoever so
[01:41:01] they're always saying well let's do this
[01:41:03] thing and then it'll be we'll celebrate
[01:41:05] it it's a sign of progress we have a
[01:41:06] black female supreme court justice then
[01:41:08] the very next day they're saying oh it's
[01:41:10] jim crow all over again well then what's
[01:41:11] even why am i even listening to you
[01:41:13] according to you no matter what i do
[01:41:15] we're going to be racist and living in
[01:41:17] in you know the medieval times no matter
[01:41:19] what so what's what's the point of even
[01:41:21] trying yeah and i think where you're
[01:41:23] starting to see kind of at least from my
[01:41:24] personal perspective and my 10 years of
[01:41:27] doing this kind of a a renewed focus and
[01:41:31] energy behind this is that we remember
[01:41:33] the phases of tolerance acceptance
[01:41:37] celebration and then participation and
[01:41:40] at least for me personally i'm like okay
[01:41:41] i was okay on the tolerance thing i was
[01:41:43] like not really okay on the acceptance
[01:41:45] thing and now you look back you're like
[01:41:47] boy i was played
[01:41:49] like you lied to us like
[01:41:51] we were trying to be good people and
[01:41:52] trying to build bridges
[01:41:54] and now you're teaching four-year-olds
[01:41:56] about lesbian sex like this is not okay
[01:41:58] and we're not gonna put up with this
[01:41:59] actually and you took advantage of our
[01:42:01] good intentions and now you're trying to
[01:42:03] take over the entire society and that's
[01:42:05] a that's a really good point what you
[01:42:06] just said yep
[01:42:09] um
[01:42:10] taking advantage of people taking
[01:42:13] advantage of good intentions taking
[01:42:14] advantage of people who just kind of
[01:42:16] want to be polite is a big part of what
[01:42:17] the left does and it really infuriates
[01:42:19] me
[01:42:20] and right but i don't have that problem
[01:42:22] because i'm not i'm not polite so i just
[01:42:23] i don't have so
[01:42:24] that you can't take advantage of that
[01:42:26] with me
[01:42:27] but that's not like you should you
[01:42:28] should want to be a kind of a nice
[01:42:29] person and so this is one thing when we
[01:42:31] did doing the film and we go out and we
[01:42:33] talked to just normal people on the
[01:42:34] street
[01:42:36] and uh the thing that was so clear that
[01:42:38] came through and all these many of these
[01:42:40] kind of man on the street conversations
[01:42:42] is that these people are terrified like
[01:42:44] they're
[01:42:45] they're good intentioned they don't hurt
[01:42:47] anybody's feelings
[01:42:48] they've also been told now by all the
[01:42:49] institutions that if you say the wrong
[01:42:51] thing on camera if you god forbid you
[01:42:53] say that only women can have babies on
[01:42:54] camera your life is ruined
[01:42:56] and uh so people have just been taken
[01:42:58] advantage of and they've been they've
[01:42:59] been uh
[01:43:00] intimidated and that's what sort of
[01:43:02] intimidation fear is what paves the way
[01:43:05] for all these things so i want to play
[01:43:06] the clip that matt mentioned so matt
[01:43:08] remind us what country did you visit
[01:43:11] we flew into uh
[01:43:14] kenya and then we got into into nairobi
[01:43:17] and then we got into these kind of very
[01:43:20] impressive suv kind of safari vehicles
[01:43:22] we drove about five hours down into the
[01:43:24] uh the bush by the way what we find in
[01:43:26] africa they don't
[01:43:28] at least in this part of africa they
[01:43:29] don't really believe in like uh
[01:43:31] rules of the road so it's a it's kind of
[01:43:33] a
[01:43:34] western construct yeah it is too okay um
[01:43:37] although many american cities don't
[01:43:38] believe that anyway and we went down and
[01:43:39] we and we talked to the messiah tribe
[01:43:41] down there all right this is for you
[01:43:42] guys can go to dailywire.com actually we
[01:43:45] have a promo code dailywire.com charlie
[01:43:47] to get a membership to watch let's watch
[01:43:48] the clip
[01:43:51] what if a man decides that his his
[01:43:53] gender identity
[01:43:55] is his woman
[01:44:07] a woman has its own duty
[01:44:10] and a man has its own duty and a lady
[01:44:12] cannot duty the duty of a man and a man
[01:44:15] cannot do a duty of a woman
[01:44:18] can a man
[01:44:20] become a woman
[01:44:26] no no no
[01:44:28] what about a transgender
[01:44:31] okay transgender
[01:44:40] if you want to become a lady but your
[01:44:42] man
[01:44:43] you have something wrong
[01:44:46] something wrong in your family from the
[01:44:48] wrong in you
[01:44:50] what about if someone was non-binary
[01:44:54] non-binary
[01:45:00] like someone is you're not a woman
[01:45:02] you're not a man
[01:45:04] yeah someone's like someone is is
[01:45:05] neither there's something else is that
[01:45:10] your life
[01:45:13] [Music]
[01:45:17] he's saying we have never seen things
[01:45:20] like this for a man he has a penis for a
[01:45:23] woman he has a vagina so we know this is
[01:45:26] a lady this is a man what if it's a
[01:45:28] woman with a what if it's a woman with a
[01:45:30] penis
[01:45:42] people are laughing is that a dumb
[01:45:43] question
[01:45:48] hey
[01:45:50] um
[01:45:52] i mean they they said it not me so
[01:45:54] that's what i love about that clip i'm
[01:45:55] just having so much fun posting that on
[01:45:56] on twitter it's like
[01:45:59] the thing is the messiah tribe you can't
[01:46:01] you can't kick them off twitter you know
[01:46:04] and uh
[01:46:05] right
[01:46:06] they're totally uncancelable
[01:46:08] and it it does create this really
[01:46:11] difficult situation for the left and
[01:46:12] that like what are they going to do
[01:46:14] docks the messiah tribe they don't even
[01:46:16] have fixed addresses so
[01:46:18] yeah they're going to show up and
[01:46:20] protest them in kenya um
[01:46:22] so so matt now i want to kind of talk
[01:46:24] about
[01:46:25] kind of further explore this tension
[01:46:27] that i know some people watching they'll
[01:46:28] love the movie and like this is this is
[01:46:31] terrible it's awful what's happening and
[01:46:33] you talk to people that have performed
[01:46:34] these surgeries chemical castration
[01:46:37] genital mutil mutilation it's amazing
[01:46:39] content and totally eye-opening even for
[01:46:41] someone that i consider myself to be
[01:46:44] kind of somewhat literate in this space
[01:46:46] but some people that are hesitant to say
[01:46:49] should we use legislation or government
[01:46:52] to then try to solve some of these
[01:46:53] things and so
[01:46:55] where should how should conservatives
[01:46:57] think about that because i think you'll
[01:46:59] have a lot of consensus amongst the
[01:47:01] audience that yeah this is wrong this is
[01:47:03] terrible but who am i to say who am i to
[01:47:05] try to get involved in somebody else's
[01:47:06] business why should this be everybody's
[01:47:08] business
[01:47:09] uh well
[01:47:11] the the first answer i want to give to
[01:47:12] that and this this uh this to me is
[01:47:14] important and it's it's kind of uh for a
[01:47:16] lot of people it's like the third or
[01:47:17] fourth answer but for me the first
[01:47:18] answer is that
[01:47:20] uh the truth actually matters right the
[01:47:24] truth just
[01:47:25] right
[01:47:26] um
[01:47:28] because this is a response i got many
[01:47:30] many times which is you know why do you
[01:47:32] care why is it so important to you well
[01:47:33] because i care about the truth and the
[01:47:35] truth matters for its own sake so let's
[01:47:36] just start with that i mean if look if
[01:47:38] there was a if there was a movement
[01:47:40] afoot
[01:47:41] um to convince everybody that squares
[01:47:43] are circles you know and that geometry
[01:47:45] is fluid and there's a square circle
[01:47:48] spectrum and it's all the same i you
[01:47:50] know i would be fighting back against it
[01:47:52] i i would make a film called what is a
[01:47:54] square because
[01:47:55] i it's just true i don't want to i don't
[01:47:57] want to live in a world where people
[01:47:58] don't understand the difference so
[01:47:59] that's the first thing the truth matters
[01:48:01] and and i just think we need to reject
[01:48:03] this idea that we have to immediately go
[01:48:04] to the kind of like practical well how
[01:48:06] is this practically affecting me it does
[01:48:08] practically affect us and that's when we
[01:48:09] bring us to the next thing which is that
[01:48:10] um
[01:48:11] women are as you women have noticed are
[01:48:13] being
[01:48:16] erased appropriate we hear so much about
[01:48:18] appropriation women's identities are
[01:48:20] being appropriated
[01:48:22] and basically like
[01:48:24] womanhood is now worn like a costume
[01:48:26] it's like something that a man can just
[01:48:28] put on
[01:48:29] um
[01:48:30] right yeah
[01:48:32] and
[01:48:35] being taken advantage of being put in
[01:48:37] incredibly dangerous situations being
[01:48:40] you have women in prison now who are
[01:48:41] being locked in
[01:48:43] cages right with violent
[01:48:47] males who just say that they're women in
[01:48:49] many cases the man doesn't even have to
[01:48:51] take hormones or get certainly doesn't
[01:48:52] have to get sex change surgery just a
[01:48:54] man says oh you know i'm a woman turns
[01:48:56] out okay we'll send you over to the
[01:48:58] women's prison a lot of these women many
[01:49:00] women in women's prisons have been
[01:49:01] sexually abused in the past and i just
[01:49:02] imagine that so
[01:49:04] that matters okay that's why we need
[01:49:05] legislation to stop that and then also
[01:49:07] children listen
[01:49:08] um
[01:49:10] lgbt identification in general
[01:49:13] has
[01:49:14] for the youngest generation has risen
[01:49:17] 20-fold
[01:49:18] over
[01:49:19] their great-grandparents okay
[01:49:21] so for the great grandparents of gen z
[01:49:23] lgbt identification according to gallup
[01:49:25] polls is like 0.8 percent for gen z it's
[01:49:29] twenty percent
[01:49:30] and if you follow the generations
[01:49:33] uh and it's getting higher and for my
[01:49:34] kids generations even higher than that's
[01:49:35] probably like 40 50
[01:49:37] in fact it will be 40 i'll predict that
[01:49:39] right now and here's how i know because
[01:49:40] for the last five generations
[01:49:43] lgbt identification has doubled
[01:49:45] generation upon generation for five
[01:49:47] generations in a row and i think that's
[01:49:48] going to continue
[01:49:50] trans identification in particular also
[01:49:52] 20 times higher um
[01:49:54] especially among gen z so there's this
[01:49:58] this real conspiracy among all the most
[01:50:00] powerful institutions in this country
[01:50:02] to brainwash and indoctrinate and
[01:50:04] recruit kids into what is i think a cult
[01:50:08] um and to create within them an identity
[01:50:10] crisis we're taking kids who are just
[01:50:12] normal innocent kids you have like a
[01:50:14] three-year-old boy who's just a normal
[01:50:15] boy anyone's been around a
[01:50:17] three-year-old you know they just say a
[01:50:18] bunch of nonsense all the time nothing
[01:50:19] they say means anything they're just
[01:50:20] like little kids running around talking
[01:50:22] nonsense and so a little boy says just
[01:50:24] one day says oh i'm a girl
[01:50:26] and you have these adults that latch on
[01:50:28] to that and they say okay now you know
[01:50:29] what now johnny um this is going to be
[01:50:32] your life now this this thing that you
[01:50:33] just said when you were three years old
[01:50:35] because you were babbling this is now
[01:50:36] your life like we're gonna this is now
[01:50:38] an identity crisis that we're gonna
[01:50:40] create for you
[01:50:41] and we're gonna put you on the path to
[01:50:43] mutilation despair and suicide that's
[01:50:45] why we should care
[01:50:46] so and it's it's
[01:50:48] totally applauded
[01:50:52] there's there's a romanticism element to
[01:50:55] this too
[01:50:56] which in a lot of the literature
[01:50:58] they would always value the infant over
[01:50:59] the adult
[01:51:00] and they would val it's kind of an
[01:51:02] extension we've seen it in recent years
[01:51:04] and you've seen it in our education
[01:51:05] system where teachers kind of go around
[01:51:06] the room like i'm going to ask my third
[01:51:08] graders what they think
[01:51:10] you know about gun control actually no
[01:51:11] one cares about you what your third
[01:51:12] graders think about gun control they're
[01:51:14] in third grade you should teach some
[01:51:15] things that are true
[01:51:16] and teachers that do this they have
[01:51:18] totally the wrong perspective of what
[01:51:20] education is it means to lead children
[01:51:22] towards the truth not to democratize it
[01:51:25] and be like yeah i could say the
[01:51:26] darndest things i'd actually say really
[01:51:28] dumb things you should correct them and
[01:51:30] tell them to sit up straight with their
[01:51:31] shoulders back and speak properly and
[01:51:33] use good english and get better
[01:51:34] handwriting yeah
[01:51:36] and so
[01:51:38] in some ways it's been this over
[01:51:40] elevation of the child and that's not to
[01:51:42] say that children can't say things of
[01:51:44] wisdom and they can't be cute and all
[01:51:46] that obviously there's a balance in
[01:51:47] between it but when children start to
[01:51:49] dictate your public policy you go in a
[01:51:51] bad direction and guess what
[01:51:53] we've done that we've tried to do on gun
[01:51:55] control remember parkland we decided to
[01:51:56] just listen to a bunch of teenagers
[01:51:58] about guns we've done it with
[01:52:00] environmental policy greta funberg has
[01:52:02] become more instrumental than most
[01:52:04] scientists in the west and it doesn't
[01:52:07] seem like it's any different because
[01:52:09] there's almost this untouchability
[01:52:11] that american adults feel towards the
[01:52:13] nation's children as if who am i
[01:52:16] as a 55 year old parent who pays taxes
[01:52:19] and has been around for multiple decades
[01:52:21] who am i to tell my six-year-old what is
[01:52:23] true
[01:52:24] how on earth do we get that messed up
[01:52:27] well one way is that the people coming
[01:52:28] up with these ideas are all a bunch of
[01:52:29] like childless cat ladies with purple
[01:52:31] hair who have
[01:52:33] they've just never been around kids they
[01:52:35] really don't even understand what a kid
[01:52:36] is
[01:52:38] um because listen
[01:52:40] i
[01:52:40] i i have four kids and uh
[01:52:44] you all you just have to be around kids
[01:52:45] for like five seconds and you realize
[01:52:47] how much nonsense all this stuff is my
[01:52:49] two-year-old okay so this is just one
[01:52:51] example of so many others
[01:52:53] my my current two-year-old daughter
[01:52:55] the youngest has been insisting to us
[01:52:59] for weeks
[01:53:00] that um there's a monkey in her room
[01:53:02] that only comes out at night when she's
[01:53:03] sleeping and she tells us all these wild
[01:53:04] stories about this monkey
[01:53:06] well mickey pox or the monkey well
[01:53:08] that's i'm worried now i'm a little bit
[01:53:09] worried
[01:53:11] so i got to talk to her about that we
[01:53:12] might do the vaccine i guess um but
[01:53:16] no so she's she's she's telling me all
[01:53:18] all about this and it's does that mean
[01:53:20] is my two-year-old is she hallucinating
[01:53:22] is she crazy uh is is she lying
[01:53:25] no none of that
[01:53:27] is there actually a monkey and of course
[01:53:28] that's not true either it's just that
[01:53:29] kids don't have a grat the distinction
[01:53:31] between fantasy and reality doesn't
[01:53:33] exist for young kids that's the reason
[01:53:35] why i bring this up to the
[01:53:37] gender affirming pediatrician i talk to
[01:53:39] in the film
[01:53:40] you know little a four-year-old kid
[01:53:43] and i don't think there's no
[01:53:44] four-year-olds here right so i don't
[01:53:45] want to spoil anything but a
[01:53:46] four-year-old kid you can you can you
[01:53:48] don't even have to convince a
[01:53:49] four-year-old kid of this they'll just
[01:53:50] believe you the first time you tell them
[01:53:51] that there's a magical fat man who flies
[01:53:54] through the the air on reindeer
[01:53:58] at the speed of light and brings
[01:54:00] presents to them through a chimney
[01:54:02] and you could tell a four-year-old dad
[01:54:03] and they'll just say okay they don't ask
[01:54:05] any skeptical questions at all like none
[01:54:08] because it just doesn't the idea that
[01:54:10] you know of invention and imagination
[01:54:12] and fantasy that doesn't exist for them
[01:54:14] because their whole world is imagination
[01:54:16] and fantasy and all of this and that's
[01:54:19] what's so wonderful about being a kid
[01:54:20] just like let them have their
[01:54:22] imagination let them live in this
[01:54:23] innocent childlike world
[01:54:25] stop trying to turn it into
[01:54:28] to this
[01:54:33] when the line is crossed yes absolutely
[01:54:35] and that's
[01:54:36] is that
[01:54:38] and we know this because as you grow
[01:54:41] older you realize true freedom is not
[01:54:43] doing what you want to do it's the
[01:54:44] pursuit of virtue and go meet an
[01:54:46] alcoholic are they free of course not
[01:54:48] obviously
[01:54:49] alcoholic did whatever they want to do
[01:54:50] whenever they want to do it they're the
[01:54:51] least free people in the world and they
[01:54:53] have to struggle very hard to get over
[01:54:54] that and i think all of us know people
[01:54:55] in our lives that struggle that's a very
[01:54:57] serious thing and so when you're dealing
[01:54:59] with a child
[01:55:01] and they all of a sudden kind of cross
[01:55:02] the line a the moral society
[01:55:05] loves the child so much to say we know
[01:55:07] what's actually better stop eating dirt
[01:55:10] right you have to not only eat sugar i
[01:55:13] mean these are very basic things
[01:55:15] that we are willing to do
[01:55:17] and yet matt it's i mean it's insane if
[01:55:19] i were to say okay if a child just says
[01:55:21] i want to eat skittles for the rest of
[01:55:22] the year
[01:55:23] no rational adult would say that's good
[01:55:25] they would say you know called child
[01:55:26] protective services almost
[01:55:28] and yet if they were to say if that
[01:55:30] five-year-old would say okay i'm fine
[01:55:32] eating broccoli i actually just want to
[01:55:34] have
[01:55:35] my genitals chopped off
[01:55:36] right
[01:55:37] the parent says oh my goodness tell me
[01:55:39] more
[01:55:42] that
[01:55:44] that to me is kind of the most obvious
[01:55:46] component i agree with you partially
[01:55:48] matt but i want to have you explain it
[01:55:50] for me a little bit more because you're
[01:55:52] right a lot of this is like sexless
[01:55:53] childless you know purple hat purple
[01:55:55] hair people that are really angry but
[01:55:57] there are parents that go along with
[01:55:59] this yeah
[01:56:00] definitely can can you help me
[01:56:01] understand that um
[01:56:03] yeah yeah that's that's that's that's
[01:56:05] true i think i think the the people and
[01:56:07] kind of the institutions in academia who
[01:56:09] are coming up with these ideas and
[01:56:11] filtering them down you know these are
[01:56:13] the childless purple haired people um
[01:56:14] and they do almost always have purple
[01:56:16] hair it's just like crazy how that works
[01:56:18] right yeah exactly but yeah when you get
[01:56:20] down into when you when you filter
[01:56:22] beyond the institutions to get into the
[01:56:23] family
[01:56:24] unfortunately you do
[01:56:26] often find now parents who are eager to
[01:56:28] go along with this i think there are
[01:56:29] when it comes to to parents of so-called
[01:56:31] trans kids and i say so-called trans kid
[01:56:33] because there's no such thing as a trans
[01:56:34] kid in reality but
[01:56:36] the parents i think they kind of broadly
[01:56:38] fall into two categories
[01:56:40] the one category is the parents of the
[01:56:42] adolescent and abigail schreier talks
[01:56:44] about this all the time wrote about in
[01:56:45] her excellent book
[01:56:46] uh irreversible damage yep
[01:56:50] so these are the parents who uh you're
[01:56:52] raising your kid you're doing everything
[01:56:53] you think right you're loving your child
[01:56:55] and then one day your daughter comes
[01:56:57] home at the age of 14 and says i'm a boy
[01:56:59] i want to chop my breasts off and the
[01:57:01] parents of course react like any parent
[01:57:03] should and say that i'm not going to do
[01:57:04] that but then but then oftentimes a
[01:57:06] parent make a mistake and it's
[01:57:08] unfortunate this is a mistake now where
[01:57:10] they go to a therapist without doing a
[01:57:11] lot of research ahead of time and the
[01:57:12] therapist tells them well um
[01:57:15] do you want to have a living son or a
[01:57:17] dead daughter because your child is
[01:57:19] going to kill herself or himself
[01:57:22] if you don't if you don't allow this
[01:57:23] gender transition
[01:57:25] and there are parents that are i mean
[01:57:27] imagine hearing that when you're not
[01:57:28] prepared you don't really underst you
[01:57:30] know you haven't looked into this very
[01:57:31] much you didn't expect any of this
[01:57:33] and then all of a sudden you're hearing
[01:57:34] this that's a threat by the way a that's
[01:57:37] a threat it's a it's emotional blackmail
[01:57:40] and um so i i have
[01:57:42] a lot of sympathy for the parents in
[01:57:43] that position
[01:57:45] although no matter what you cannot ever
[01:57:47] go along with your child mutilating
[01:57:49] themselves no matter what um
[01:57:51] but
[01:57:53] that's different
[01:57:55] that is different from
[01:57:57] the parent who says my five-year-old is
[01:57:59] non-binary that's a totally different
[01:58:01] thing
[01:58:02] okay because your five-year-old this is
[01:58:04] not
[01:58:05] institutions conspiring against you
[01:58:07] your five-year-old can't put any
[01:58:08] pressure on you this is this is
[01:58:10] something your five-year-old didn't come
[01:58:11] up with that
[01:58:12] no five-year-old comes up with that um
[01:58:14] you came up with that
[01:58:16] and this was your idea and you put them
[01:58:18] on that path early in life because you
[01:58:20] wanted a child who was non-binary trans
[01:58:24] because they're a prop they're a
[01:58:25] political pawn they're they're a fashion
[01:58:28] accessory that you can carry around
[01:58:30] and show off you know i want to play a
[01:58:32] clip from the movie of how real uh this
[01:58:34] chemical castration is i think this is
[01:58:37] the clip you were talking about matt so
[01:58:39] let's take a look
[01:58:40] at what age does the medical transition
[01:58:42] begin with uh medication so medical
[01:58:46] affirmation begins when the patient says
[01:58:48] they're ready for it
[01:58:50] so that could be
[01:58:51] a kiddo who is just starting puberty
[01:58:54] and panicking because they're getting
[01:58:56] breast buds or their penis is getting
[01:58:59] bigger and busier and they're worried
[01:59:01] about all kinds of masculine changes and
[01:59:04] that way puberty blockers which are
[01:59:06] completely reversible
[01:59:08] and
[01:59:09] don't have permanent effects are
[01:59:11] wonderful because we can put that pause
[01:59:14] on puberty it's like if you were
[01:59:16] listening in music you put the paws on
[01:59:18] and we stopped the blockers and puberty
[01:59:20] would go right
[01:59:21] back to where it was the next note in
[01:59:24] the song
[01:59:25] just delayed that period of time
[01:59:27] you could just pause puberty no you
[01:59:29] can't and then pick it up no you can't
[01:59:31] in the future no you can't
[01:59:33] how many studies do they have long-term
[01:59:35] studies on hormone blockers with
[01:59:37] children
[01:59:38] none
[01:59:39] i just spoke a month or two ago with a
[01:59:42] mother whose
[01:59:45] 14 year old daughter
[01:59:47] was put on
[01:59:48] blockers
[01:59:50] they discovered after two years
[01:59:52] this 14 year old girl has osteoporosis
[01:59:55] that's something that like old women get
[01:59:57] how can doctors assure parents that a
[02:00:00] certain medicine is totally safe
[02:00:02] it's basically what you're saying they
[02:00:04] can't
[02:00:05] possibly know that how can they be
[02:00:06] removing the healthy breasts of 15 year
[02:00:09] old girls
[02:00:10] how can they be sterilizing kids
[02:00:14] how can this whole thing be happening
[02:00:16] matt
[02:00:18] so
[02:00:20] can you can you just reemphasize one of
[02:00:22] the points you puberty just can't stop
[02:00:24] like it's a movie right yeah it doesn't
[02:00:26] it doesn't work that way it's a it's a
[02:00:28] healthy process in the human body
[02:00:30] and as you heard from scott nugent who's
[02:00:33] the
[02:00:33] that's a trans
[02:00:37] a woman who transitioned to a male
[02:00:40] although she says in the film she's one
[02:00:42] of the only honest people we talk to and
[02:00:43] she says i transition to appear like a
[02:00:45] man but i'll never be a man anyways we
[02:00:47] hear from from her that uh there are no
[02:00:49] studies that have been done on this
[02:00:50] whatsoever we've never we've never had a
[02:00:53] generation of kids
[02:00:55] that has had this done to them like
[02:00:57] they're lab rats so we're just kind of
[02:00:59] trying this out on a whole generation of
[02:01:01] kids but based on what we do know we
[02:01:03] know that these these are serious drugs
[02:01:05] a little bit later in that same
[02:01:06] interaction
[02:01:08] we talk about what the actual drug is
[02:01:10] the actual puberty blocking drug is
[02:01:11] lupron that's what it's called
[02:01:13] and it is used off label to quote block
[02:01:17] puberty it is actually a cancer drug for
[02:01:19] prostate cancer that you give to adult
[02:01:21] men
[02:01:22] and at a certain point they realize it
[02:01:24] had chemical castration properties so
[02:01:26] they started giving it to sex offenders
[02:01:28] to chemically castrate pedophiles
[02:01:31] and now we give it to 12 year old boys
[02:01:33] and i asked that pediatrician about that
[02:01:36] said lupron it's chemical castration and
[02:01:38] that's when she said she wanted to get
[02:01:39] up and the interview was going to be
[02:01:40] over
[02:01:41] she didn't want to talk about it but
[02:01:42] it's absolutely true and this is what
[02:01:44] we're doing not just to a couple of kids
[02:01:46] but to thousands millions of kids yeah
[02:01:48] so that the question is also how
[02:01:50] widespread is this right we know the
[02:01:52] pharmaceutical industry has done such
[02:01:53] damage to our country especially over
[02:01:55] the last couple years and you want to
[02:01:57] look at kind of one of the major
[02:01:58] enlightenments is how people don't trust
[02:02:00] pfizer astrazeneca johnson and johnson
[02:02:02] and moderna anymore after the damage
[02:02:04] they've done but this is an interesting
[02:02:06] wrinkle where people don't realize it's
[02:02:08] not just the pharmaceutical companies
[02:02:09] that are pushing antidepressants on you
[02:02:12] unnecessarily and by the way they might
[02:02:13] make your depression anxiety worse just
[02:02:15] so we're clear so be very careful before
[02:02:18] you go on benzodiazepines or prozac or
[02:02:20] xanax
[02:02:21] but it's not just that but the
[02:02:23] pharmaceutical industry is involved in
[02:02:25] this trans issue there's billions of
[02:02:27] dollars to be made in new fda approved
[02:02:29] puberty blockers and then with it the
[02:02:32] benzodiazepines and these other drugs
[02:02:35] that could also accompany it talk about
[02:02:37] the pharmaceutical profit motive
[02:02:38] involved in a lot of this well as you
[02:02:40] just said billions of dollars and
[02:02:42] anytime there's billions of dollars
[02:02:43] involved then uh we know that there's
[02:02:46] that's reason enough for skepticism when
[02:02:48] it comes to chemically castrating kids
[02:02:50] that should be that should be the entire
[02:02:51] reason that you need to be skeptical of
[02:02:53] it but there are people that are making
[02:02:55] billions of dollars and it's not just
[02:02:56] the pharmaceutical industry
[02:02:58] this this goes to um therapists
[02:03:01] you know there there are therapists that
[02:03:03] used to just be regular old therapists
[02:03:05] and then they realize that the real
[02:03:06] money is in the gender affirming game um
[02:03:09] and that's where you can really make the
[02:03:10] money that's where you can find all the
[02:03:11] clients and so this is all they do now
[02:03:12] is they do gender affirming
[02:03:15] care and then there there are you know
[02:03:17] endocrinologists who this is all they do
[02:03:19] now is give out the hormone blockers and
[02:03:20] everything there there are people who
[02:03:22] have realized in therapies like
[02:03:23] psychiatric industry the pharmaceutical
[02:03:26] industry the medical industry generally
[02:03:29] that there is lots of money to be made
[02:03:31] here and um
[02:03:32] so they have no incentive
[02:03:35] you know if uh if
[02:03:36] if you've got a five-year-old boy
[02:03:39] who has now had this gender confusion
[02:03:41] forced on him there's no profit
[02:03:43] incentive
[02:03:44] in
[02:03:45] helping that child overcome the
[02:03:46] confusion and just live as a boy
[02:03:49] i mean that that boy there's a dollar
[02:03:51] sign over his head
[02:03:52] that boy is worth
[02:03:54] millions of dollars in the long run to
[02:03:56] lots of very powerful industries
[02:03:58] it's it sounds cynical but boy we
[02:04:00] believe it after the last couple years
[02:04:02] don't we after we've seen what this is
[02:04:03] what they've done to us so matt how much
[02:04:05] do you think of this is natural
[02:04:07] predisposition or societal fad because
[02:04:10] this is an ongoing debate that i will
[02:04:12] say that mostly adults over the age of
[02:04:14] 50 they'll say look no one wants to be
[02:04:17] transgender no one wants to be gay and
[02:04:20] believe it or not this is actually
[02:04:22] mostly boomers make this argument
[02:04:24] believe it or not that no one would wish
[02:04:25] this upon themselves because i think
[02:04:27] they remember a generation where that
[02:04:29] was true
[02:04:30] in the 60s or 70s or 80s but as you say
[02:04:33] and i don't say this jokingly it's true
[02:04:34] it's the gayest generation in history
[02:04:37] you know 40 percent of arizona according
[02:04:39] to arizona christian university 40
[02:04:40] percent will identify as bisexual
[02:04:42] lesbian gay or any one of those
[02:04:44] categories and i didn't believe the
[02:04:46] study at first so we asked our podcast
[02:04:48] audience to email us we received
[02:04:49] thousands of emails
[02:04:51] and they said that oh yeah like half of
[02:04:53] my child's fourth grade class is
[02:04:55] non-binary or lesbian or gay do you
[02:04:57] believe 40 more or less would you find
[02:04:59] that
[02:05:00] just the audience do you think that's
[02:05:01] about right yeah
[02:05:04] heads are nodding and so how much of
[02:05:05] this is predisposition matt such as a
[02:05:08] you know
[02:05:09] they there might be something for
[02:05:10] whatever reason of feminine or masculine
[02:05:12] tendencies for a man or a woman or how
[02:05:13] much of it is a fad
[02:05:15] and are we even allowed to say that i
[02:05:17] think uh i think almost all of it is a
[02:05:19] fad if you there there's a very small
[02:05:21] minority of people who even apart from
[02:05:24] any fad and any of this being suggested
[02:05:26] to them would have some
[02:05:29] confusion some delusions about their
[02:05:31] true identity and if you want to know
[02:05:32] what percentage that would be we'll just
[02:05:34] look at the generations before any of
[02:05:37] this was promoted or suggested or
[02:05:39] advertised and if you go back to like
[02:05:42] our grandparents generation it's like
[02:05:43] point something percent that would have
[02:05:46] identified as trans
[02:05:47] that's the number that's the number of
[02:05:49] people who
[02:05:50] have the mental
[02:05:52] condition and and the rest of this is
[02:05:53] societal i mean interrupt but just to
[02:05:55] say because i'm sure a lot of you
[02:05:56] receive that counter argument well
[02:05:58] they'll say oh no but they weren't
[02:05:59] comfortable coming out back then so the
[02:06:01] environment is different i'm sorry to
[02:06:03] interject but i'm sure a lot of you have
[02:06:04] heard that argument how do we respond to
[02:06:06] that well what do they always say they
[02:06:08] say that um if you don't affirm
[02:06:11] somebody as trans
[02:06:13] then they're going to kill themselves
[02:06:14] you're creating suicide right we've
[02:06:16] heard that a million times okay well
[02:06:17] hold on a second
[02:06:19] so back in 1950 let's say there's point
[02:06:22] zero one percent identifying as trans
[02:06:25] but in reality there's like ten percent
[02:06:27] trans and they're but they're not being
[02:06:28] affirmed
[02:06:29] was there an epidemic of people killing
[02:06:30] themselves in 1950 because they weren't
[02:06:32] being affirmed as trans did that happen
[02:06:34] like at all
[02:06:36] ever so so it that's my response it just
[02:06:39] the whole theory breaks down according
[02:06:41] to them if that's true that in 1950 they
[02:06:44] were 10 trans but they weren't being
[02:06:46] affirmed then there should have been a
[02:06:48] mass suicide epidemic that didn't happen
[02:06:50] the mass suicide epidemic is now
[02:06:52] the massive suicide epidemic is
[02:06:54] alongside the affirmation
[02:06:57] that's that's what's causing the suicide
[02:06:59] and so it's the exact opposite of what
[02:07:00] they're saying and so
[02:07:06] a lot of people so this is an
[02:07:07] interesting component i think this is a
[02:07:08] good way to end this which is what do we
[02:07:10] actually do about it so i think the
[02:07:12] frustration that people have about this
[02:07:14] issue is that 99 of america does not
[02:07:17] believe men can become pregnant
[02:07:20] maybe less 90 i don't know 99 of america
[02:07:23] think this stuff is insane all the while
[02:07:24] 99 of america is afraid to talk about it
[02:07:27] which is that there's an incredible we
[02:07:30] mentioned at the beginning there's a
[02:07:31] bullying a harassment intimidation a
[02:07:33] threat and a fear around this issue
[02:07:36] so
[02:07:37] matt give us a status report who's
[02:07:39] winning are the is the alphabet mafia
[02:07:41] winning is it you know the cartel
[02:07:43] chemical castration are we starting to
[02:07:45] gain some ground do you see some promise
[02:07:47] are you more optimistic
[02:07:49] give us your report uh they are winning
[02:07:51] right now we have the statistics we
[02:07:52] talked about the numbers it's clear that
[02:07:54] right now they're winning
[02:07:55] but this is one i'm not usually
[02:07:57] optimistic on anything so if i'm
[02:07:58] optimistic on something then it's
[02:08:00] there's reason to listen i am actually
[02:08:02] optimistic on this i think that
[02:08:04] we're not winning right now but we can
[02:08:05] win okay gender ideology is pervasive
[02:08:09] ubiquitous
[02:08:10] uh incredibly toxic and harmful and
[02:08:12] dangerous and it's beatable we can
[02:08:14] easily beat it and i discovered this
[02:08:16] myself filming this documentary because
[02:08:18] all i did i went around and i just asked
[02:08:20] the simplest most basic questions and
[02:08:22] what i discovered is that this is an
[02:08:24] ideology that is so weak so flimsy so
[02:08:26] utterly hollow at its core that it
[02:08:28] cannot withstand the pressure of even
[02:08:31] one
[02:08:32] genuine question asked with real
[02:08:33] skepticism all you have to do is just
[02:08:36] stand up straight
[02:08:37] look this confront this thing look at
[02:08:39] straight in the eyes and ask it
[02:08:40] questions
[02:08:42] demand that it explain itself okay if
[02:08:44] you're going to come to me with this
[02:08:45] gender ideology thing explain it tell me
[02:08:48] why i should accept it answer these
[02:08:49] questions
[02:08:50] and they can't do it they just fall
[02:08:52] apart so we we can win but we have to
[02:08:54] have
[02:08:54] if we're not willing to actually stand
[02:08:56] up and ask the questions then we're not
[02:08:58] i mean we'll require some a little bit
[02:09:00] of courage you know there's no way to
[02:09:01] win any fight without some courage and
[02:09:03] remember that spectrum which i thought
[02:09:04] was brilliant right which goes from
[02:09:06] tolerance acceptance celebration and
[02:09:08] participation one leads to the other and
[02:09:10] we're now on that bridge between
[02:09:12] mandatory celebration that if you are
[02:09:15] not showing your flag outside your door
[02:09:18] or if you're not showing your
[02:09:19] participation in it then you're going to
[02:09:20] be doc points but let's let's develop
[02:09:22] the battle plan here we have a couple
[02:09:23] minutes remaining here matt what is what
[02:09:25] are people to do what what are our
[02:09:27] turning point usa activists supposed to
[02:09:28] do what is the everyday person supposed
[02:09:30] to do to actually fix this because
[02:09:32] there's a lot of angst and unease this
[02:09:33] is in the schools this is in the
[02:09:35] corporations this is on in mass media
[02:09:37] and people are afraid that yes speak out
[02:09:39] about it but it also just seems
[02:09:40] overwhelming and intimidating so what
[02:09:42] what is what is an everyday person
[02:09:44] supposed to do i mean the first the most
[02:09:46] basic thing that we could do is just
[02:09:47] like just go out and kind of live your
[02:09:49] life
[02:09:50] as a normal rational person and refuse
[02:09:53] to
[02:09:54] surrender
[02:09:55] yeah
[02:09:56] just if if
[02:09:57] if all of us in this room were to agree
[02:10:00] to this right now and and make this
[02:10:01] pledge like as a starting point
[02:10:03] that we are going to be normal rational
[02:10:05] people living in reality and we will not
[02:10:07] surrender that or compromise that for
[02:10:08] anyone doesn't mean we're going out and
[02:10:10] shouting in people's faces i'm just i'm
[02:10:11] just going about my day and i live in
[02:10:13] reality and that's where i live and i'm
[02:10:15] not going to pretend otherwise ever for
[02:10:16] any reason if we just all lived like
[02:10:19] that and that's that's that's huge
[02:10:21] progress right there is that's the first
[02:10:22] thing and then we also have to talk
[02:10:24] about the kids too and um you know if
[02:10:25] you if you have kids we have to think
[02:10:27] about ways that we can protect our kids
[02:10:28] from this one big way they're very
[02:10:30] practical things like um you know don't
[02:10:32] give your eight-year-old a smartphone
[02:10:34] with internet access that's got to be
[02:10:35] one thing
[02:10:36] give your kids
[02:10:38] your
[02:10:40] kids your kid needs an oasis a respite a
[02:10:43] break
[02:10:44] from the culture and the madness you
[02:10:46] have to give them that like and they
[02:10:48] might not want it they might not know
[02:10:49] that they need it or even know that they
[02:10:51] want it you have to kind of force it on
[02:10:52] them
[02:10:53] by taking the phone away taking all the
[02:10:54] stuff away and just saying you're going
[02:10:55] to be here now present in the home go
[02:10:58] outside and play be a kid
[02:11:00] that's another thing that we have to do
[02:11:01] because we have to we have to
[02:11:03] you know put up this barrier protecting
[02:11:05] our kids so that we can kind of stop
[02:11:07] this pipeline that's getting all these
[02:11:09] ideas out into public and i would add a
[02:11:10] couple things to that i mean i want to
[02:11:12] reinforce the courage part by the way
[02:11:14] it's hosting the turning point usa
[02:11:15] events doing the activity on campus and
[02:11:17] by the way who would love to bring matt
[02:11:18] walsh to campus how awesome would that
[02:11:20] be amazing
[02:11:24] tried to make it work berkeley would
[02:11:25] have been a lot of fun we'll get it done
[02:11:27] i'll tell you what could you imagine
[02:11:28] matt and i going to berkeley that would
[02:11:30] have been something we'll we'll get it
[02:11:31] done we could play the africa club yeah
[02:11:33] that would be something i'll tell you
[02:11:34] what
[02:11:35] boy that would boulder too and a couple
[02:11:38] other campuses but i want to add to this
[02:11:40] and i know matt you will agree and this
[02:11:42] is something as conservatives we don't
[02:11:44] like to do which is we have to make the
[02:11:47] cost of harming children
[02:11:49] high what do i mean by that we have to
[02:11:52] punish these people
[02:11:53] we have to be unafraid
[02:11:57] to
[02:11:58] entertain laws
[02:11:59] entertain public policy and yes also
[02:12:02] social stigma if you are involved in the
[02:12:05] proliferation or the normalization of
[02:12:07] chemical castration for children like
[02:12:09] i'm not going to tolerate that i'm not
[02:12:12] going to accept it in fact there has to
[02:12:13] be a cost associated with that because
[02:12:15] that's exactly what they've done to us
[02:12:17] for years
[02:12:18] matt
[02:12:20] amen to that that's uh
[02:12:22] i wish i had led with the punishment bit
[02:12:24] that's uh that's a lot more hardcore and
[02:12:25] i like that but but i think you're
[02:12:26] exactly right we we have to actually be
[02:12:29] uh we we should feel angry like you
[02:12:32] couldn't it's it'd be possible to be too
[02:12:34] angry
[02:12:35] about what they're doing to kids and if
[02:12:37] we don't if we don't feel that anger
[02:12:39] like viscerally then that just shows
[02:12:41] that it's been normalized for us we've
[02:12:42] been desensitized to a certain extent
[02:12:44] that's not okay this idea that you
[02:12:46] should we should never be angry about
[02:12:47] anything we should be angry about this
[02:12:49] and um and and act on that righteous
[02:12:51] indignation so matt i have a personal
[02:12:53] question for you how does your faith
[02:12:55] play play into this if at all
[02:12:57] uh i mean my faith i'm gonna devour
[02:12:59] catholics so obviously my faith lies at
[02:13:01] that there we go there's a good applause
[02:13:03] line
[02:13:04] uh my faith is at the foundation of
[02:13:05] everything that i do and believe and and
[02:13:07] uh and think
[02:13:09] however i would also add
[02:13:11] that although i'm a devout catholic i
[02:13:12] don't think that you need to be a
[02:13:13] catholic or a christian or religious at
[02:13:15] all
[02:13:16] to with to
[02:13:17] realize that men can have babies and
[02:13:20] that all this gender ideology stuff is
[02:13:22] crazy actually
[02:13:25] the the religious faith when it comes to
[02:13:27] gender ideology is on the part of the
[02:13:28] gender ideologues they are that is very
[02:13:31] faith-based
[02:13:32] position and i think it's important to
[02:13:33] keep that in mind they are the fanatics
[02:13:35] they're the zealots they're the ones
[02:13:37] that believe in the flat earth or some
[02:13:39] sort of undefined hallucinogenic sky god
[02:13:42] right they're the ones that believe in
[02:13:43] the things that can't be proven can't be
[02:13:45] articulated all the accusations that
[02:13:48] they give against religion they're the
[02:13:49] ones that actually believe there's far
[02:13:51] more archaeological evidence for the
[02:13:53] life death burial and resurrection of
[02:13:55] jesus christ than for any of this
[02:13:56] transgender nonsense not even close
[02:13:59] absolutely
[02:14:00] and
[02:14:02] i have a soft spot for catholics closing
[02:14:04] thoughts matt
[02:14:06] uh well i hate to end on a sales pitch
[02:14:07] but i'm a dirty capitalist pig so i have
[02:14:09] to say that uh if you know if you like
[02:14:12] what you saw in the film there you know
[02:14:13] we we put a year of our life into this
[02:14:14] film i i do think that it's actually
[02:14:16] important it can make an impact on the
[02:14:17] culture that's why we did it
[02:14:19] and uh so i would urge you to you know
[02:14:22] subscribe to the daily wire
[02:14:24] watch the film
[02:14:25] share it with your friends
[02:14:27] it's
[02:14:28] something i'm really proud of the whole
[02:14:29] team is proud of it and i think it can
[02:14:31] make an impact i hope it will
[02:14:33] so become a subscriber today that's my
[02:14:34] final word
[02:14:36] i will close with this
[02:14:38] matt has a super busy schedule this was
[02:14:40] a last-minute addition but he thought so
[02:14:42] highly of all of you and wanted to be
[02:14:44] with all of you and no better place to
[02:14:46] do that so give it up for matt
[02:14:47] and somebody god bless you guys thank
[02:14:49] you
[02:14:55] [Applause]
[02:15:21] you
