[00:00:00] Can I see your badge again with your
[00:00:02] photo? You're so cute.
[00:00:06] >> A current Secret Service agent on Vice
[00:00:08] President JD Vance's security detail.
[00:00:11] >> When he's like walking like where are
[00:00:13] you?
[00:00:14] >> We'll have at least
[00:00:18] >> gives away vital highlevel security
[00:00:20] information to our undercover
[00:00:22] journalist. We have different shirts.
[00:00:28] >> Tells her about detailed future travel
[00:00:31] plans for the vice president and even
[00:00:32] sends her pictures with location
[00:00:34] metadata revealing where the president's
[00:00:36] convoy was located, potentially
[00:00:38] violating both the Secret Service NDA
[00:00:41] and United States federal law. Tomas is
[00:00:43] fully aware of this. Quote, "I signed
[00:00:46] paperwork, so if I don't have to get out
[00:00:48] information, I never do, otherwise I get
[00:00:51] in trouble." You really have to stand in
[00:00:53] awe of the lack of self-awareness.
[00:00:55] >> There ain't no secret secret about what
[00:00:57] we do.
[00:00:58] >> Tomas Escato also reveals that he voted
[00:01:01] for Biden and that he hates Trump and
[00:01:03] Vance's immigration policies.
[00:01:05] >> Did you vote for Biden?
[00:01:07] >> Yeah, I did actually.
[00:01:08] >> What do you think about like all the ICE
[00:01:10] stuff going on?
[00:01:11] >> Yeah, I hear that
[00:01:13] >> They're employing taxes. I should have
[00:01:15] been employed. You may have seen reports
[00:01:17] last week that someone attempted to
[00:01:19] break into Vice President JD Vance's
[00:01:21] home in Ohio. That incident prompted us
[00:01:24] to take a closer look. What we found in
[00:01:26] our investigation was an agent inside
[00:01:29] the vice president's detail who is
[00:01:31] actually revealing to a total stranger
[00:01:33] that the vice president will be visiting
[00:01:35] his home in Ohio days ahead of time. And
[00:01:38] while what you're about to see is an
[00:01:39] important story, the security of the
[00:01:41] vice president and his family is our top
[00:01:44] priority. Now, under normal
[00:01:45] circumstances, our editorial policy is
[00:01:48] to request comment a day or two before a
[00:01:50] report airs. But in this case, we
[00:01:52] contacted the Secret Service a full week
[00:01:54] in advance of this report to ensure that
[00:01:57] nothing we report here would compromise
[00:01:59] the vice president's safety in any way.
[00:02:02] But even with those precautions, what we
[00:02:04] uncovered is troubling. And we felt this
[00:02:07] is important for you all to see. We hope
[00:02:09] that bringing this to light strengthens
[00:02:11] security and helps prevent future
[00:02:13] vulnerabilities in our government.
[00:02:15] >> Can I see your badge again with your
[00:02:18] photo?
[00:02:19] >> You said you were training. It was your
[00:02:22] training.
[00:02:23] >> Yeah, that was like four years ago.
[00:02:25] >> You're so cute.
[00:02:28] >> We met Thomas on the dating app Tinder
[00:02:30] in October of 2025. The Secret Service
[00:02:32] agent is a holdover from the Biden
[00:02:34] administration. He was actually
[00:02:36] originally tasked with protecting Camala
[00:02:38] Harris and Doug Mhof. In fact, he sent
[00:02:40] us this image from a Christmas party in
[00:02:42] December of 2024. There he is with
[00:02:45] Camala Harris.
[00:02:46] >> How did you get picked to do like vice
[00:02:49] president?
[00:02:50] >> Not by choice. It's just they talked to
[00:02:52] you. They know like, "Hey, eventually
[00:02:54] you're going to have to go down to DC."
[00:02:56] >> Okay.
[00:02:57] >> All roads lead to DC.
[00:03:00] So you can go over the president's
[00:03:01] detail, the vice president's detail, uh
[00:03:03] what we call counter surveillance
[00:03:05] division. So that's undercover sub.
[00:03:07] >> Note the irony. He's talking about
[00:03:09] undercover counter surveillance to a
[00:03:11] journalist wearing a hidden camera.
[00:03:13] Tomas Escato is often directly involved
[00:03:16] in the vice president's transportation
[00:03:18] to and from his residence at the Naval
[00:03:20] Observatory, surveillance of the vice
[00:03:22] president's residence, and even
[00:03:24] protecting Vance's wife, Usha Vance, and
[00:03:27] their children. Here he complains again
[00:03:29] to a total stranger he just met about
[00:03:32] his assignment involving JD Vance's
[00:03:35] children.
[00:03:35] >> So what are his kids like?
[00:03:39] >> Oh
[00:03:39] >> yeah, we we follow them everywhere.
[00:03:41] There's a 247 there
[00:03:45] like babysitter.
[00:03:48] It's a weird a weird one that we always
[00:03:50] talk about like what the is this?
[00:03:53] You can't do nothing.
[00:03:54] >> Oh, you can't do anything. Tomas
[00:03:57] proceeds to give her undercover
[00:03:58] journalist detailed info with pictures
[00:04:02] about the specific methods used to
[00:04:03] transport and protect the vice
[00:04:05] president. It even tells her some exact
[00:04:07] times of shift changes on the Secret
[00:04:10] Service schedule.
[00:04:11] >> So like when he's like walking like
[00:04:13] where are you?
[00:04:15] >> Just following
[00:04:17] a group of us.
[00:04:21] We'll have a lease head in now that I'm
[00:04:25] on the vice president is actually
[00:04:27] detailed different because we have shift
[00:04:35] >> via text. JD Vance's Secret Service
[00:04:38] agent informs the stranger when he has
[00:04:40] picked up JD Vance's wife and even
[00:04:44] mentions that he and Vance are currently
[00:04:46] at
[00:04:48] Tomas even sends a selfie from inside a
[00:04:54] JD Vance's residence at the Naval
[00:04:56] Observatory. It's basically a secure
[00:04:59] location while the Secret Service is
[00:05:02] surveilling the vice president's home.
[00:05:04] The Wall-E is supposed to be guarding
[00:05:06] the vice president's property. Tomas is
[00:05:08] busy snapping selfies, texting our
[00:05:11] journalist. Now, here's a picture that
[00:05:12] Tomas sent us taking off from Joint Base
[00:05:15] Andrews Air Force Base. You see the
[00:05:17] convoy vehicle going into the airplane,
[00:05:19] and some of these photos even had
[00:05:21] location metadata baked in the photos.
[00:05:26] It's worth mentioning that these
[00:05:27] pictures were taken a few months prior
[00:05:29] to sending them to our journalist. While
[00:05:31] they didn't give away the vice
[00:05:32] president's location in real time, they
[00:05:34] did give away certain routes that were
[00:05:35] used and the number of vehicles in the
[00:05:38] convoy information which could be used
[00:05:40] in the future. This is a photo Tomas
[00:05:42] sent us from King Khaled International
[00:05:44] Airport in Saudi Arabia. Here's a photo
[00:05:47] sent us loading the convoy into an
[00:05:49] aircraft at Munich airport in Germany
[00:05:51] where Vice President Vance gave a speech
[00:05:54] to the Munich Security Council. Again,
[00:05:56] metadata there on the photo. Another
[00:05:58] image revealing the exact location at
[00:06:01] the presidential helicopter at JFK in
[00:06:05] New York. And we think perhaps most
[00:06:07] significant, he revealed the location
[00:06:09] where President Trump's convoy was
[00:06:11] driving through Emirates Palace in Abu
[00:06:13] Dhabi May 2025. This convoy was
[00:06:16] transporting President Trump for a state
[00:06:18] visit with the UAE President Shik
[00:06:20] Muhammad bin Zahed al- Nayan. These
[00:06:23] photos are from Tomas Escodto's time
[00:06:26] during the Secret Service shot from his
[00:06:28] personal iPhone, his personal phone
[00:06:33] dating back to May while on duty
[00:06:35] protecting the vice president and
[00:06:37] president. And all of this was sent to
[00:06:38] our undercover journalist. The Secret
[00:06:40] Service agent even goes on to detail
[00:06:42] recent visits to Minnesota, Tennessee,
[00:06:45] specifies that the Secret Service team
[00:06:47] was on location
[00:06:50] as per the procedure. went to Minnesota
[00:06:53] last week.
[00:06:54] >> Okay.
[00:06:56] >> So, we sent out a team ahead of time in
[00:06:58] 40 days ahead of time.
[00:07:01] >> So, they do the security that
[00:07:04] depend on what it is, you know, with the
[00:07:08] field office
[00:07:12] and any other federal law
[00:07:15] doing
[00:07:18] where you're going to be at the airport.
[00:07:21] the route from each place he's going to.
[00:07:28] >> Yeah, that's pretty much it. If he's
[00:07:29] staying in a hotel, then we have someone
[00:07:30] else that we're going to have to set
[00:07:32] that up.
[00:07:32] >> Oh my god.
[00:07:33] >> Before the trip to Tennessee, the Secret
[00:07:34] Service agent also texts our journalist
[00:07:36] informing her which plane the vice
[00:07:38] president will be traveling in and when
[00:07:40] they plan to depart. He even texts her
[00:07:42] an image of himself in the plane,
[00:07:44] notifying her that he is on board with
[00:07:47] the VP. And even worse, Escato continues
[00:07:51] to detail Vance's future travel plans,
[00:07:54] revealing at the time that Vance will be
[00:07:55] visiting his home in Ohio for 4 to 5
[00:07:57] days and then will be visiting Florida
[00:07:59] for one night. Now, this is potentially
[00:08:01] a violation of the non-disclosure
[00:08:03] agreement that Tomas would have signed
[00:08:05] when joining the Secret Service, which
[00:08:07] states, quote, "The unauthorized
[00:08:09] disclosure, unauthorized retention, or
[00:08:11] negligent handling of classified
[00:08:13] information by me could damage or reply
[00:08:16] be injury to the United States or could
[00:08:18] be used to advantage by a foreign
[00:08:19] nation. I hereby agree that I will never
[00:08:21] divulge classified information to
[00:08:23] anyone," unquote, and it may also be a
[00:08:26] violation of federal law. 18 US Code
[00:08:28] 793, gathering, transmitting, or losing
[00:08:31] defense information. Now, in some
[00:08:33] section D, it states, "Lawfully having
[00:08:35] possession of photographs related to
[00:08:37] national defense and communicating or
[00:08:39] transmitting them to any person not
[00:08:42] entitled to receive them shall be fined
[00:08:44] or imprisoned, not more than 10 years or
[00:08:47] both." It's important to note that the
[00:08:49] Secret Service could not confirm that
[00:08:51] the behavior exhibited by Tomas violates
[00:08:53] these laws, but they did say they are
[00:08:56] potential violations of the United
[00:08:57] States Secret Service code of conduct.
[00:09:00] Tomas is fully aware of this, as he
[00:09:02] mentions in one text to our journalist,
[00:09:04] quote, "I signed paperwork, so if I
[00:09:07] don't have to give out information, I
[00:09:09] never do, otherwise I get in trouble."
[00:09:12] You really have to stand in awe of the
[00:09:14] lack of self-awareness. All of what I
[00:09:16] just showed you is ironic because Escato
[00:09:18] has already given our journalist
[00:09:20] information about protective formations,
[00:09:22] times of shift changes, locations and
[00:09:24] times of travel, and even pictures of
[00:09:25] vice president convoys with location
[00:09:28] data. There is one more aspect to this
[00:09:31] interaction that caught our attention.
[00:09:33] Tomas reveals to our undercover that he
[00:09:36] voted for Biden.
[00:09:37] >> Did you vote for Biden?
[00:09:40] >> Yes, I did actually.
[00:09:45] 20.
[00:09:46] >> 2020. Yeah.
[00:09:47] >> Yeah.
[00:09:48] >> Yeah.
[00:09:48] >> Yeah. I did too.
[00:09:49] >> That was the first time I was able to.
[00:09:51] >> Really?
[00:09:52] >> I wasn't a citizen.
[00:09:53] >> Wow.
[00:09:54] >> I got my citizenship in 2018.
[00:09:56] >> If Tomas got his citizenship in 2018,
[00:09:58] he's been a Secret Service agent for 5
[00:10:00] years.
[00:10:01] >> How long have you been as a Secret
[00:10:03] Service?
[00:10:03] >> 5 years.
[00:10:04] >> 5 years. Okay.
[00:10:06] >> And that means he was placed into duty
[00:10:07] with the Secret Service after about 2
[00:10:10] years of citizenship in America. Tomas
[00:10:12] also goes on to reveal that he hates
[00:10:14] President Trump and Vice President
[00:10:16] Vance's immigration policies.
[00:10:18] >> What do you think about like all the ICE
[00:10:19] stuff going on?
[00:10:21] >> I don't like that.
[00:10:22] >> It's really sad.
[00:10:24] >> I don't understand why.
[00:10:26] >> I don't agree with that at all.
[00:10:29] At the end of the day, we're public
[00:10:30] servants.
[00:10:31] >> Sure.
[00:10:34] >> They were allowed to see our face.
[00:10:36] >> Yeah.
[00:10:37] >> They know how secret about what we do.
[00:10:40] But why they're doing that, I have no
[00:10:41] idea. Um,
[00:10:44] they got stopped with that stuff.
[00:10:45] >> Yeah, it's terribly sad.
[00:10:47] >> But no, that is actually a sad thing. I
[00:10:49] hear that
[00:10:50] >> Yeah, they're employing taxes that
[00:10:52] shouldn't be.
[00:10:53] >> Now, there Tomas is actually allowed to
[00:10:56] express his opinions. It's his first
[00:10:58] amendment right. If he was only doing
[00:11:00] that, this wouldn't be a story. And we
[00:11:02] thought it was important to include that
[00:11:04] because it might provide some clues or
[00:11:06] context as to why he was displaying this
[00:11:10] behavior. Whether Tomas is merely
[00:11:12] inexperienced and loose- lipped,
[00:11:14] intentionally sabotaging the vice
[00:11:15] president's security, or just plain
[00:11:18] stupid, well, that's unclear. But what's
[00:11:20] certain is this should not be happening
[00:11:22] inside our Secret Service, particularly
[00:11:24] after the serious security lapses in
[00:11:26] 2024 that led to the head of the Secret
[00:11:28] Service resigning after what happened in
[00:11:30] Butler, Pennsylvania. And why do we
[00:11:32] think this is an important story? Well,
[00:11:34] most importantly is the protection and
[00:11:36] the security of the vice president of
[00:11:38] the United States. And we hope this
[00:11:40] story leads to better security and
[00:11:43] better protection than what we're seeing
[00:11:46] here. We're confident that it will. We
[00:11:48] hope it sends a shockwave through the
[00:11:51] Secret Service that deters bad actors
[00:11:54] and unprofessionalism in a way that for
[00:11:56] example Inspector General never could.
[00:11:59] And we hope that it leads people with
[00:12:01] information to come to O'Keefe Media
[00:12:04] Group and Citizen Journalism Foundation.
[00:12:06] We hope that it encourages people to
[00:12:08] tell other stories like this to root out
[00:12:11] malfecence in our government and to
[00:12:14] force people to do the right thing, to
[00:12:17] force people to do their jobs. And if
[00:12:19] you know the American people are being
[00:12:20] lied to, please reach out to us tips.com

[00:12:40] every Tuesday at 100 p.m. Stay tuned for

[00:12:53] to this story. See you soon. This is
[00:12:56] James O'Keefe. You know me for exposing
[00:12:57] the truth and holding the corrupt elite
[00:12:59] accountable. But today, I want to talk
[00:13:01] to you about protecting your own
[00:13:02] freedom, your retirement. Now, gold is
[00:13:04] soaring above 4,200 an ounce right now
[00:13:07] and climbing towards $5,000. That's up
[00:13:10] over 45% this year alone with silver
[00:13:12] closing in on $60 an ounce. Goldman
[00:13:14] Sachs, JP Morgan, and major banks are
[00:13:16] forecasting gold between $5,000 and
[00:13:19] $6,000 within the next 6 to 12 months.
[00:13:21] And that's why I've partnered with
[00:13:22] American Independence Gold, a veteran
