process server now when you hear [00:01:01] that you are getting a letter from a [00:01:02] process server you think one of two [00:01:04] things in my world you are being sued or [00:01:07] you are being subpoena it actually [00:01:09] happens way more often than you realize [00:01:11] sometimes you're being drafted into [00:01:12] someone's lawsuit they think that you [00:01:13] have some information or some text [00:01:15] messages or otherwise you yourself are [00:01:17] being sued like when I was being sued by [00:01:19] Kimberly CLC um for defamation which [00:01:22] eventually I won that after years so [00:01:25] it's uh not something that particularly [00:01:26] unnerves me anymore because typically [00:01:29] sometimes you're getting drafted and [00:01:30] there's no reason for you to be drafted [00:01:32] your lawyer responds to it and it's [00:01:33] completely over but this one was indeed [00:01:35] addressed to me and what was strange [00:01:37] about this is that when my lawyer was [00:01:39] able to determine what it was and who it [00:01:41] was from this was atypical because it [00:01:44] was not a lawsuit and it was not a [00:01:47] subpoena but it was a strongly worded [00:01:51] letter essentially a legal threat and [00:01:53] people don't typically use processed [00:01:55] servers for legal threats even stranger [00:01:59] was who it was from was coming from a [00:02:02] law firm representing president current [00:02:05] sitting president Emmanuel macron and [00:02:08] his wife Brit Marron okay like I said [00:02:13] this is insane I don't think this has [00:02:15] ever happened in the history of the [00:02:18] world plausibly you don't hear about a [00:02:20] foreign leader currently sitting in [00:02:22] power sending around legal letters to [00:02:25] people that are sitting in other [00:02:26] countries no matter what that person is [00:02:28] saying but it's going to get so much [00:02:30] more crazier than that okay because [00:02:32] there were a lot of odd things about [00:02:34] this letter first and foremost they [00:02:37] strenuously um requested that I not [00:02:40] publicize it they did not want me to [00:02:42] publicize this letter all over it this [00:02:44] is not meant to be publicly disseminated [00:02:47] okay you have no you have no legal right [00:02:49] to tell somebody that they can't share a [00:02:50] letter that they received I'm sorry you [00:02:52] sent it I have a right to share it and [00:02:54] I'm going to tell you my suspicion about [00:02:55] why it came across as they wanted to [00:02:58] keep this rather hush hush but but Hush [00:03:00] Hush but apart from asking me not to [00:03:03] publicize it um they get into explaining [00:03:06] to me how I am engaging in types of [00:03:09] defamation and I'm going to show you [00:03:11] this letter because the story behind it [00:03:13] is even crazier okay so first and [00:03:16] foremost they are addressing statements [00:03:18] the bulk of this letter addressing [00:03:20] statements that I made last March you're [00:03:21] probably wondering in your head why [00:03:22] would they send this letter which was [00:03:24] addressed on December 3rd that part is [00:03:26] even crazier um but aside from telling [00:03:29] me to publicize it they tell me right at [00:03:32] the top that it's really none of my [00:03:34] business whether or not brijit mcon is a [00:03:37] man or a woman like she doesn't have to [00:03:39] answer that question here's what it said [00:03:41] I'm going to read you this for bam it [00:03:43] said this dis this disinformation [00:03:45] campaign is almost entirely based on a [00:03:48] negative Mrs mccrone has not provided [00:03:50] definitive proof that she is a woman [00:03:52] therefore she must be a man not only is [00:03:55] this an inherently unreliable basis for [00:03:57] a claim but also and this is in both [00:04:00] Mrs MCR does not owe you proof that she [00:04:03] is and always has been a woman because [00:04:05] frankly it is none of your business is [00:04:08] arrogant self-centered and truly [00:04:10] offensive to believe that you are owed [00:04:12] evidence of another's sex gender [00:04:14] identity or sexual orientation and [00:04:16] additionally it is defamatory to call [00:04:18] someone a liar when they rightfully [00:04:20] choose not to give in to your demands [00:04:23] then it says make no mistake there is no [00:04:25] shame in being lgbtq plus but your [00:04:28] accusations go beyond that that okay so [00:04:31] right at the top there again what I've [00:04:32] said to you that always struck me as odd [00:04:33] about the story is this has been going [00:04:35] on for approximately 10 years okay now [00:04:38] if I'm the president and I'm dealing [00:04:40] with a 10-year issue of people saying [00:04:42] that my wife has a penis and I could [00:04:44] just very easily debunk this I'm sure as [00:04:46] hell not going to pay lawyers overseas [00:04:49] to send legal threats and legal letters [00:04:51] that say oh okay well we're not going to [00:04:54] answer the question but we are going to [00:04:55] send you a 100 Page Letter it was 100 [00:04:58] Pages most of it was transcribed it [00:04:59] really was like a 33 Page Letter most of [00:05:01] it was transcript again but the point [00:05:03] being is that's a lot of effort for [00:05:06] something that can be so easily debunked [00:05:09] so easily debunked and I'm not the only [00:05:10] journalist they done this too okay [00:05:12] they're sending out letters civil [00:05:14] harassment saying that it's causing them [00:05:16] stress it's causing them anxiety [00:05:17] wouldn't you just answer the question at [00:05:19] a certain point again going with common [00:05:22] sense but it gets it gets even more [00:05:25] interesting they also write in this [00:05:27] letter that what they believe to be [00:05:29] defamatory among other things is really [00:05:33] just the implication to the French [00:05:35] people that they're fraudulent and that [00:05:38] they lie so let me read that piece of [00:05:40] this to you as well in this letter that [00:05:42] I'm not supposed to publicize at all [00:05:44] these allegations are defamatory for [00:05:46] multiple reasons at the outset it must [00:05:49] be clear that there is nothing [00:05:50] defamatory or reputationally damaging [00:05:52] about being transgendered but what is [00:05:55] defamatory and highly damaging is [00:05:57] attacking the integrity and The [00:05:59] credibility of a president I like this [00:06:01] sorry I just have to chuckle at that in [00:06:03] general because I'm just thinking about [00:06:04] July 7th you brought these lies to [00:08:57] the Jimmy door show on July 8th you [00:09:00] again posted on X this time with a photo [00:09:03] of yourself in a t-shirt showcasing a [00:09:05] fake Time Magazine Man of the Year cover [00:09:08] featuring Mrs mccrone which has received [00:09:11] 832 th000 views and [00:09:14] 3,000 retweets and they actually put a [00:09:17] picture of me wearing the shirt uh in [00:09:19] this legal letter and I I wrote I'm [00:09:21] calling it now time Man of the Year it's [00:09:24] incredible shirt obviously we now need [00:09:26] to get this back up on sale I don't know [00:09:29] what is actionable in a parody shirtt [00:09:32] I'm not sure what where they're where [00:09:33] they're going with that but they wanted [00:09:35] to mention in a very strongly GED letter [00:09:37] that this is a form of yellow journalism [00:09:39] because there's obviously never been any [00:09:40] t-shirts made about President Trump or [00:09:43] Biden you story was that he was 17 [00:10:43] years old okay now we have here writing [00:10:45] that they're now adjusting that all the [00:10:47] Publications said oh he was 17 it makes [00:10:49] him sound like he's almost legal and she [00:10:52] was however I think they said she was 34 [00:10:55] and one of the things that we told you [00:10:57] was that they this whole legend that [00:10:59] they created in the Legacy Media was [00:11:02] dishonest and they allowed this to go on [00:11:03] and go on until people started looking [00:11:05] independent journalists and going wait a [00:11:06] second Emanuel mcon was not 15 and I [00:11:08] also believe there's an interview where [00:11:09] Emanuel macrone states that he met her [00:11:12] before he was 15 years old and but them [00:11:15] contacted by a French reporter [00:21:54] claiming to have a trove of evidence to [00:21:57] support the claim [00:21:59] that the first lady of France lived as a [00:22:02] man named Jean Michelle trno before [00:22:05] becoming and transitioning to Brit this [00:22:08] evidence was even complete with names of [00:22:11] doctors who worked on Brit um a theory [00:22:14] uh with a lot of evidence as to who [00:22:17] mothered the children who gave birth to [00:22:19] Brit's [00:22:20] children because I took this individual [00:22:22] to be extremely credible I got on a [00:22:25] plane and I flew to meet this journalist [00:22:28] in Europe okay we did an interview that [00:22:32] went on for about two hours on camera [00:22:35] and I collected all of his evidence and [00:22:38] apparently just 10 days after that [00:22:42] initial correspondence between me and [00:22:44] that journalist Emanuel and brijit had [00:22:47] this letter written to me it is dated [00:22:49] December 3rd so just 10 days so that to [00:22:54] me leads me to believe that somehow and [00:22:57] again I have no evidence to support this [00:22:59] claim the communications of this [00:23:01] journalists are being monitored that [00:23:04] they knew that he was flying to meet me [00:23:06] that they knew that we conducted the [00:23:07] interview and that they knew that I was [00:23:09] in communication with him telling him [00:23:11] that the interview was due to release in [00:23:13] two weeks okay he they knew that it was [00:23:15] coming out this month and that they [00:23:16] scrambled to get this out to beef up [00:23:19] this letter as much as possible running [00:23:20] the risk that okay well getting a letter [00:23:24] from the president of France is a scary [00:23:26] thing you know how much power he has [00:23:29] she'll at least press pause and not [00:23:31] release the conversation hoping that I [00:23:34] would just be scared into silence if [00:23:36] they beefed up the letter with scary [00:23:37] mentions which they did by the way the [00:23:40] bottom of the letter they told me think [00:23:41] about Tucker Carlson and Dominion I'm [00:23:43] paraphrasing here they mentioned Tucker [00:23:46] Carlson and Dominion as a lawsuit [00:23:48] billions of dollars you could lose [00:23:50] Candace if you cover this story first [00:23:52] and foremost what are you talking about [00:23:54] you're comparing apples and Lean [00:23:56] Cuisines Frozen Frozen meals at this [00:23:59] point you are a sitting president okay receiving [00:25:48] the CH of evidence they are correct that [00:25:50] I wrongly identified at that time and [00:25:52] again I was relying on a ton of reports [00:25:54] and I was clear that this was not my [00:25:56] report but rather what was going on in [00:25:57] France people were trying to answer the [00:25:59] question of okay well if brijit mccrone [00:26:02] did not give birth to
