[00:00:00] I wish you health, dear Ukrainians. The
[00:00:02] Ministry of Internal Affairs, Minister
[00:00:04] Ehhawk Clemenco, and other law
[00:00:05] enforcement officers reported on the
[00:00:07] investigation into the Leviv terrorist
[00:00:09] attack. It's hard to pick another
[00:00:11] qualification. It was clearly a cynical,
[00:00:13] cruel terrorist attack.
[00:00:16] Two explosions. The second is when
[00:00:18] emergency services arrived at the scene.
[00:00:21] 25 people were injured and a 23-year-old
[00:00:23] police officer died. My condolences to
[00:00:26] her family and friends. Now everyone who
[00:00:29] was injured is being helped.
[00:00:32] Among the wounded, some are critically
[00:00:33] injured. Doctors are working diligently
[00:00:35] to save lives.
[00:00:38] The terrorist attack organized by Russia
[00:00:40] involved performers recruited via
[00:00:42] telegram and is currently under full
[00:00:44] analysis.
[00:00:46] The Ministry of Internal Affairs, the
[00:00:48] National Police of Ukraine, the Security
[00:00:50] Service of Ukraine will present the
[00:00:51] details to the public.
[00:00:54] and I instructed today to work out such
[00:00:56] measures and such a response to prevent
[00:00:58] such crimes.
[00:01:01] Our law enforcement officers already
[00:01:03] have some experience in countering it.
[00:01:04] Dozens of similar situations have not
[00:01:06] been allowed.
[00:01:09] Ukrainian law enforcement officers are
[00:01:11] constantly countering such recruitments
[00:01:13] and more activity and more involvement
[00:01:14] of communities, the involvement of local
[00:01:16] leaders, government institutions.
[00:01:18] Everyone is needed to reduce Russian
[00:01:20] opportunities to organize terrorist
[00:01:22] attacks and sabotage in the Ukrainian
[00:01:24] rear at all levels.
[00:01:30] We have intelligence that the Russians
[00:01:32] are going to continue to do such things
[00:01:33] such actually attacks on Ukrainians.
[00:01:37] We need more protection for people.
[00:01:41] Today on the selector, not for the first
[00:01:43] time, we discussed with representatives
[00:01:45] of the regions the new Russian tactics
[00:01:46] of massive strikes.
[00:01:50] When logistics facilities, primarily the
[00:01:52] railway as well as facilities that work
[00:01:54] for water supply are increasingly
[00:01:56] becoming targets
[00:01:58] and it is very important that everyone
[00:02:00] on the ground is aware of such a threat
[00:02:02] and works accordingly to protect it.
[00:02:06] Air defense, the ministry of defense and
[00:02:08] government structures also receive the
[00:02:10] necessary tasks.
[00:02:13] I expect that at all levels the work
[00:02:15] will be joint and really prompt.
[00:02:18] The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine
[00:02:20] together with our military should also
[00:02:22] strengthen protection against Russian
[00:02:24] drones in the border areas where there
[00:02:25] are more and more attacks against
[00:02:27] civilian vehicles, against rescuers,
[00:02:29] against our repair teams.
[00:02:36] The experience of our frontline regions
[00:02:38] should be quite effectively disseminated
[00:02:40] in the Sunumi region
[00:02:43] as well as in the Churnney Hiv region.
[00:02:46] One more thing,
[00:02:48] it is worth noting our soldiers who this
[00:02:50] week increased the distance, increase
[00:02:52] the range of our Ukrainian accuracy.
[00:02:57] Ukraine is reaching more and more
[00:02:59] distant Russian weapons production.
[00:03:02] And we should be grateful to everyone in
[00:03:04] Ukraine
[00:03:07] who works for this who achieves exactly
[00:03:09] such results and precisely in the combat
[00:03:11] uses of our Ukrainian missiles in our
[00:03:13] deep strikes.
[00:03:17] At the end of this week, I will note the
[00:03:19] soldiers of the 19th Missile Brigade,
[00:03:21] Siata Vavvara, and I want to thank our
[00:03:23] unit of the Special Operations Forces of
[00:03:25] the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ballista.
[00:03:30] I thank you, warriors. Thank you to
[00:03:32] everyone who fights for Ukraine, who
[00:03:34] defends Ukrainians, and gives all of us
[00:03:36] the state faith that we will end this
[00:03:37] war with dignity.
[00:03:41] There must be peace. Glory to Ukraine.
