[00:00:00] My video last week on TurningPoint USA
[00:00:02] has been receiving a lot of attention. I
[00:00:04] will be making a follow-up video, but
[00:00:06] need more time to review some new
[00:00:08] information. In the meantime, I wanted
[00:00:11] to cover the new developments that were
[00:00:12] revealed just this month in the case of
[00:00:14] the January 6 pipe bomber. I wanted to
[00:00:17] cover this story because you never hear
[00:00:19] about it in the mainstream media. Please
[00:00:22] share this video with a friend so that
[00:00:24] more people are aware because this is
[00:00:27] shocking.
[00:00:33] >> [music]
[00:00:44] >> When the protest happened on January
[00:00:46] 6th, one of the main news stories was of
[00:00:48] the pipe bomber. Tonight, the FBI has
[00:00:51] released new video of the suspect who
[00:00:53] planted pipe bombs outside the
[00:00:54] Republican and Democratic National
[00:00:56] Committee buildings before that deadly
[00:00:58] January 6th assault on the US capital.
[00:01:01] Well, eight months later, the bombers's
[00:01:02] identity, it's still a mystery. Here's
[00:01:04] CBS's Errol Barnett.
[00:01:07] Tonight, newly released video footage
[00:01:09] shows the suspected pipe bomber, seen
[00:01:11] here in a gray hooded sweatshirt,
[00:01:13] sitting on a park bench near Democratic
[00:01:15] Party headquarters on Capitol Hill. They
[00:01:17] place one explosive device and another
[00:01:20] several blocks away at the Republican
[00:01:22] party headquarters.
[00:01:24] Found on the morning of January 6th, the
[00:01:26] bombs diverted police resources ahead of
[00:01:28] the capital attack. The FBI struggling
[00:01:32] with leads on the bombers's ID 8 months
[00:01:34] later also released this virtual map
[00:01:37] tonight showing the suspect's route and
[00:01:39] noted the individual was wearing glasses
[00:01:41] and looking at street signs, an
[00:01:43] indication they may not be from the
[00:01:45] area. Both bombs were viable. Made of
[00:01:48] galvanized pipes, a kitchen timer, and
[00:01:51] homemade black powder.
[00:01:53] >> No piece is too small. No lead is too
[00:01:55] small.
[00:01:55] >> Former FBI agent Tom O'Connor says the
[00:01:58] cell phone the suspect is seen using in
[00:02:00] the newly released footage is its own
[00:02:02] clue.
[00:02:03] >> I think it actually says that the
[00:02:05] potential is there that someone else was
[00:02:07] on the other end of that text or that
[00:02:09] phone. Now you have two people involved
[00:02:11] in this and potentially more. The story
[00:02:13] that we were all told is that the pipe
[00:02:15] bombs were placed the night before and
[00:02:17] both bombs were found within minutes of
[00:02:19] each other around 1:00 p.m. the same
[00:02:21] time that the protesters were about to
[00:02:23] go into the capital.
[00:02:25] >> So why are these pipe bombs so important
[00:02:29] to the sedition task force?
[00:02:32] >> Well, it goes Tanya to this critical
[00:02:34] window 12:45 to 1:15. And as you know
[00:02:37] from your reporting, it's right before
[00:02:40] 1:00 that that first group pushes on to
[00:02:42] the Capitol campus as they begin to
[00:02:45] breach the buildings. So the question
[00:02:47] for investigators has been from the
[00:02:48] get-go, were these pipe bombs
[00:02:51] complimentary to the breach of the
[00:02:53] building? Were they designed to pull
[00:02:55] first responders away from the capital
[00:02:58] to make the security weaker so it was
[00:03:01] easier to breach the building? or were
[00:03:02] they designed to injure and maim
[00:03:05] individuals who are evacuating from the
[00:03:07] capital and likely politicians to the
[00:03:09] RNC and the DNC? Or option two is that
[00:03:14] this is entirely separate from these
[00:03:16] groups that breached the capital. It was
[00:03:18] done to capitalize on the Trump rally
[00:03:21] earlier in the day and they decided to
[00:03:24] pick political targets on both sides of
[00:03:26] the spectrum because for them it's about
[00:03:29] creating anarchy and uncertainty rather
[00:03:31] than a political message.
[00:03:33] >> According to the news coverage, this
[00:03:35] shows a pre-planned premeditated action
[00:03:38] intending to draw law enforcement away
[00:03:40] from the capital, allowing the
[00:03:42] protesters to take over the capital
[00:03:44] building.
[00:03:46] This news story was being used to
[00:03:48] portray all the protesters as involved
[00:03:50] in some kind of massive criminal
[00:03:52] conspiracy.
[00:03:54] The news told us that the criminal
[00:03:56] responsible for all of this was Donald
[00:03:58] J. Trump. Except here's the problem. Do
[00:04:02] you remember the photos they showed of
[00:04:05] the pipe bomb? Do you notice anything
[00:04:08] strange?
[00:04:09] The bombs use a kitchen timer as a
[00:04:11] detonator. If any of you have used a
[00:04:14] timer like this before, you will know
[00:04:16] that it runs for 60 minutes. If someone
[00:04:19] was placing an explosive device
[00:04:21] intending that it would go off on the
[00:04:23] following day at 1 p.m., why would they
[00:04:25] use a timer that goes off in 60 minutes?
[00:04:29] Something about this story does not make
[00:04:31] sense. Is it possible that the
[00:04:33] mainstream media was lying to us? In
[00:04:37] fact, there are a lot of things about
[00:04:39] January 6 that do not make sense. One of
[00:04:42] the stories I covered a lot on this
[00:04:44] channel is the horrible unfair
[00:04:46] prosecutions of the January 6th
[00:04:47] protesters.
[00:04:52] >> Red, [singing]
[00:04:54] the bombs bursting
[00:04:57] in
[00:05:00] gave [singing] proof through the night
[00:05:06] that our flag. [singing]
[00:05:09] [cheering]
[00:05:11] I have interviewed them. I have
[00:05:13] researched their cases. I have gone to
[00:05:15] the vigils outside the jail in
[00:05:17] Washington DC.
[00:05:19] Most of these prisoners did nothing
[00:05:21] wrong. These were innocent people who
[00:05:24] were thrown into prison for years for
[00:05:26] simply walking through the capital
[00:05:28] building. In fact, the Supreme Court
[00:05:30] overturned hundreds of these cases
[00:05:32] because they were unfair. This is
[00:05:35] probably my biggest issue with people on
[00:05:37] the left.
[00:05:38] I have never heard anyone on the left
[00:05:41] admit that maybe they went too far with
[00:05:44] prosecuting people for January 6.
[00:05:47] Imagine if you were at the capital, a
[00:05:50] police officer waves you into the
[00:05:52] building. You walk through and look at
[00:05:54] the statues and leave.
[00:05:56] You would have been rounded up and
[00:05:58] thrown in prison. These people entire
[00:06:02] lives and their families were destroyed.
[00:06:05] One person like this was Pamela
[00:06:07] Hemphill. This was a grandmother who was
[00:06:09] fighting cancer who was sentenced to
[00:06:11] prison for walking through the cap. This
[00:06:14] was Pamela as she was about to walk into
[00:06:17] prison.
[00:06:18] >> Federal prison for women. I'm here with
[00:06:21] Pam Hempill. [clears throat]
[00:06:25] >> Mom, how do you feel you're here?
[00:06:28] >> Scared to death. I'm I'm frightened. But
[00:06:31] I know God's with me. I just got to take
[00:06:34] it five minutes at a time, one day at a
[00:06:36] time.
[00:06:36] >> Mom, what do you have to say to the
[00:06:38] American people is your last words
[00:06:39] before you go in.
[00:06:42] >> Just
[00:06:43] keep your faith that no matter what's
[00:06:45] going on in your life, God's with us. No
[00:06:48] matter what's happening to us, it's
[00:06:50] going to be okay in our lives. Just lean
[00:06:52] on God and
[00:06:54] >> trust. do what's right and and help make
[00:06:56] this country better again and support
[00:07:01] all those that are uh right now locked
[00:07:04] up in the January 6 people that are not
[00:07:06] getting any trials. God bless you all.
[00:07:10] >> Love you.
[00:07:11] >> God bless.
[00:07:12] >> In my opinion, we should not be throwing
[00:07:14] the grandmother with cancer in prison.
[00:07:18] Does anyone really think that the
[00:07:20] grandmother with cancer was actually
[00:07:22] trying to overthrow the US government?
[00:07:26] Can we please take a step back and ask
[00:07:28] ourselves, what are we doing here? Why
[00:07:31] won't a single person on the left admit
[00:07:34] that this was wrong? In my conversations
[00:07:37] with January 6 prisoners, what really
[00:07:39] stands out is the viciousness that the
[00:07:42] FBI used to track these people down.
[00:07:45] These people were hunted.
[00:07:48] Their homes were raided. Law enforcement
[00:07:50] got into their phones. That is what
[00:07:52] makes the pipe bombers so strange
[00:07:55] because almost 5 years later, no one has
[00:07:58] still been arrested for setting those
[00:08:00] bombs. The FBI tracked down the
[00:08:03] grandmother with cancer, but somehow
[00:08:05] never got around to arresting the pipe
[00:08:07] bomber. Here is the former FBI director,
[00:08:10] Christopher Ray, when he was asked about
[00:08:12] the pipe bomber by Congress. Chairman
[00:08:15] Jordan and I sent you a letter a month
[00:08:16] ago. Some of the information that we
[00:08:19] found in that interview was that phone
[00:08:21] data that could have helped to identify
[00:08:23] the pipe bomber was corrupted. It was
[00:08:26] unusable. U he also wasn't sure who
[00:08:30] found or how the second bomb was found
[00:08:33] at the DNC. Do you know how the second
[00:08:36] bomb was found at the DNC and and when
[00:08:38] do you plan on answering our letter?
[00:08:41] Well, as to the letter, I I will uh work
[00:08:43] with the department to make sure we can
[00:08:45] figure out what information we can
[00:08:46] provide. As you know, this is a very
[00:08:48] active ongoing investigation and there
[00:08:50] are some restrictions on that, but we
[00:08:52] will
[00:08:52] >> we can handle classified information and
[00:08:54] we fund your department and so you need
[00:08:56] to provide that.
[00:08:57] >> It's not respectfully, it's not an issue
[00:08:59] of classification. It's an issue of
[00:09:02] commenting on ongoing criminal
[00:09:05] investigations, which is something that
[00:09:07] by long-standing department policy, we
[00:09:09] are restricted in doing. And in fact,
[00:09:11] the last administration actually
[00:09:13] strengthened those policies partly
[00:09:14] because
[00:09:15] >> that's not our policy, though, and we
[00:09:16] fund you. So, let's move on. Do you know
[00:09:18] how the second bomb do you can you tell
[00:09:20] us how the second pipe bomb was found at
[00:09:23] the DNC?
[00:09:24] >> Again, I'm not going to get into that
[00:09:25] here. If that person found the pipe
[00:09:29] bomb, would they be a suspect?
[00:09:32] >> Well, again, I don't want to speculate
[00:09:34] about specific individuals. I will tell
[00:09:35] you that we have done thousands of
[00:09:37] interviews uh reviewed something like
[00:09:41] 40,000 video files of which this is uh
[00:09:44] one assess 500 something tips.
[00:09:47] >> Have you interviewed that devices? We we
[00:09:50] have conducted all logical investigative
[00:09:53] steps and interviewed all logical
[00:09:55] individuals at this point.
[00:09:56] >> Then you need it's 900 days. You need to
[00:09:58] tell us what you found because we're
[00:10:00] finding stuff you haven't released into
[00:10:02] the public. He says that the cell phone
[00:10:04] data has been corrupted. He says they
[00:10:07] have conducted all possible interviews
[00:10:09] and have come up with nothing. They have
[00:10:11] no idea who the pipe bomber is.
[00:10:15] That seems unbelievable to me. One
[00:10:17] person who has continuously followed
[00:10:19] this case for the last five years is
[00:10:21] Steve Baker.
[00:10:23] Steve Baker is a real journalist. Do you
[00:10:27] remember the old movies about newspaper
[00:10:29] reporters who were dedicated to getting
[00:10:31] out the truth? That is Steve Baker. He
[00:10:35] is a true journalist who will stop at
[00:10:38] nothing to report the news. And he's
[00:10:40] been working all these years on trying
[00:10:42] to figure out what really happened on
[00:10:44] January 6. He has been specifically
[00:10:46] focused on the pipe bomb. Why is it that
[00:10:50] what the FBI has been telling us does
[00:10:52] not make any sense? Why would this
[00:10:55] bomber use a 1-hour timer for a bomb
[00:10:58] that was set the night before? And why
[00:11:00] would both bombs be found conveniently
[00:11:02] within minutes of each other at
[00:11:04] precisely the moment when the protesters
[00:11:06] were approaching the capital? The Biden
[00:11:08] administration was furious that this
[00:11:10] stubborn reporter kept questioning the
[00:11:13] events of January 6.
[00:11:15] Last year on March 1st, 2024, Steve
[00:11:18] Baker was arrested and taken into
[00:11:20] custody. He was charged as a January 6
[00:11:24] protester.
[00:11:26] Specifically, he was charged with four
[00:11:28] misdemeanor counts, including
[00:11:29] trespassing and disorderly conduct.
[00:11:32] With these charges, if he received the
[00:11:35] maximum penalty, he could spend years in
[00:11:38] prison.
[00:11:40] This is outrageous because while Steve
[00:11:42] Baker was on site that day, he was doing
[00:11:45] his job as a journalist.
[00:11:48] It looks like the Biden administration
[00:11:50] was arresting Steve Baker to try and
[00:11:53] shut him up.
[00:11:55] Again, I have to ask, why is no one on
[00:11:59] the left thinking that this went too
[00:12:01] far? We are arresting journalists for
[00:12:04] simply being on location doing their
[00:12:06] job. But not just any journalist. Not
[00:12:09] MSNBC, not CNN. They weren't arrested.
[00:12:13] Just the journalists who are criticizing
[00:12:15] the Biden administration. They did not
[00:12:18] want anyone looking into the pipe
[00:12:20] bomber. Steve Baker's prosecution ended
[00:12:22] when Donald Trump took office. He
[00:12:24] pardoned all January 6 prisoners,
[00:12:27] including Steve Baker.
[00:12:29] The pardons, commutations from President
[00:12:32] Trump,
[00:12:34] they they they don't just affect my
[00:12:36] life.
[00:12:39] They affect those of hundreds hundreds
[00:12:43] hundreds of people who have been far
[00:12:47] more egregiously affected. So many
[00:12:50] others lost everything. They lost their
[00:12:53] homes. They lost their families. They
[00:12:55] lost their wives, their husbands. They
[00:12:57] lost their jobs. had lots of careers and
[00:13:02] because of the overweaponization,
[00:13:05] the over prosecution, the over um
[00:13:09] sentencing
[00:13:11] of people who did not do anything other
[00:13:15] than just walk through an open door at
[00:13:17] the Capitol on January 6th.
[00:13:21] That's all they did. They saw a line of
[00:13:23] two or 300 people walking in and they
[00:13:26] looked at each other and they said,
[00:13:27] "Honey,
[00:13:30] look, everybody's going in. You want to
[00:13:31] go in? We've never seen the capital
[00:13:33] before. We've never seen the Great
[00:13:34] Ratunda before." They walked in for 10
[00:13:37] minutes. They took a photo, a couple of
[00:13:40] selfies of each other.
[00:13:46] And their lives were destroyed because
[00:13:48] of this.
[00:13:50] I went in as a journalist. That's all I
[00:13:52] did. I didn't do anything untoward. I
[00:13:56] didn't assault police officers. I didn't
[00:13:58] uh damage any property. Thank you,
[00:14:02] President Trump,
[00:14:08] for ending this nightmare for so many
[00:14:11] people.
[00:14:15] I just want to emphasize one thing.
[00:14:18] Steve Baker was willing to go to prison
[00:14:21] to report on the truth about this story.
[00:14:24] Well, just this month, Steve Baker
[00:14:26] finally got a breakthrough in the case.
[00:14:29] He claims to have identified the pipe
[00:14:31] bomber.
[00:14:32] >> Let me let me let me just tell you this.
[00:14:34] When when I stumbled on what I stumbled
[00:14:37] on and because I as I said, I've been
[00:14:39] pulling these threads for years and I
[00:14:41] pulled one last Wednesday, a week, two
[00:14:43] weeks ago today rather. And when I
[00:14:46] pulled this thread,
[00:14:49] I was so shocked by what I saw,
[00:14:52] I immediately took it to a source in one
[00:14:56] of the most important, highest level
[00:14:59] investigative federal agencies in the
[00:15:01] country. I immediately took it to our
[00:15:04] sources there and I said, "You have to
[00:15:06] see this." After they looked at it for
[00:15:10] about two hours, the response that I got
[00:15:13] back was, "Holy f".
[00:15:18] And then the follow-up response was,
[00:15:22] "She's one of us."
[00:15:29] And when you find out the position, um,
[00:15:33] I mean, this is going to lead, it's not
[00:15:35] just this one person. This now will
[00:15:38] implicate
[00:15:39] so many people at the highest levels
[00:15:44] that had to have known because
[00:15:47] of of what happened after January 6th. I
[00:15:50] mean, it's it's this I mean, how big
[00:15:53] does this net get? I will link his full
[00:15:56] article down below because it gets very
[00:15:58] detailed. But what he found was that the
[00:16:00] person in the video had an unusual limp.
[00:16:03] And he was able to use computer software
[00:16:05] to match that limp to another video of
[00:16:07] the person. That person is Shaunie Ray
[00:16:11] Kirkoff, 31 years old, who is working
[00:16:14] for the capital police. She now works in
[00:16:17] security at the CIA. Now, before I go
[00:16:20] any further, let me be clear. Shaunie
[00:16:22] Ray Kirkoff has not been arrested or
[00:16:24] charged. These are still allegations.
[00:16:27] So, let us try to give this person the
[00:16:28] benefit of the doubt. Someone identified
[00:16:30] as her attorney has released a statement
[00:16:32] that she categorically denies that she
[00:16:34] planted the pipe bombs. So, what is
[00:16:37] Steve Baker alleging? He took video
[00:16:40] footage of the pipe bomber and another
[00:16:42] video footage of Shaunie Ray Kirkoff and
[00:16:44] did a computer gate analysis. This
[00:16:47] compares factors like knee bend, hip
[00:16:49] extension, speed, step length, cadence,
[00:16:52] and variance. The computer rated it as a
[00:16:54] 94% match that they were the same
[00:16:57] person. Adding in other factors like
[00:16:59] visual observation places the match
[00:17:01] closer to a 98% match. There is a very
[00:17:06] high probability that it is the same
[00:17:08] person. One thing that is unique is that
[00:17:11] Shaunie Ray Kirkoff was a star soccer
[00:17:13] player. She played goalie on a women's
[00:17:15] soccer team in the Atlantic 10
[00:17:17] conference. In 2015, in her senior year,
[00:17:20] she suffered an injury that required 5
[00:17:22] hours of surgery for a broken tibia.
[00:17:25] This ended her soccer career and left
[00:17:28] her with a distinctive slight limp in
[00:17:30] her right leg. This is the same exact
[00:17:33] limp that we see in the video of the
[00:17:35] pipe bomber. So, if this is true, that
[00:17:38] means that the pipe bomber was someone
[00:17:40] working for the capital police. Now, we
[00:17:44] don't know all the details, but that
[00:17:45] suggests to me that this was part of
[00:17:47] some sort of covert government operation
[00:17:49] to frame the protesters.
[00:17:52] It seems like January 6 was all a setup
[00:17:55] by the feds. But it gets worse. Do you
[00:17:59] remember Christopher Ray's testimony? He
[00:18:01] said that they had conducted all
[00:18:03] possible interviews. But here's what
[00:18:06] really happened. Just days after January
[00:18:09] 6th, FBI special agent Kyle Sarapin was
[00:18:12] doing surveillance next door to Shauny
[00:18:13] Ray Kirkoff's home. He says, "We were
[00:18:17] deliberately pulled away for no logical
[00:18:19] or logically investigative reason, and
[00:18:21] everything about that tells me that they
[00:18:23] were involved in a coverup and have been
[00:18:26] since day one." How is that statement
[00:18:28] consistent with Christopher Ray's
[00:18:30] testimony that they conducted all
[00:18:32] possible interviews? Did Christopher Ray
[00:18:35] commit perjury? if the Capitol police
[00:18:38] were involved and the FBI was involved,
[00:18:41] how many highlevel people in the
[00:18:43] government were involved in setting
[00:18:45] those pipe bombs? Now, I'm guessing that
[00:18:48] the pipe bombs were never actually
[00:18:49] really set to explode, but it was more
[00:18:52] likely that January 6 was a coordinated
[00:18:54] false flag event by the deep state in an
[00:18:56] attempt to take down Donald Trump. It is
[00:19:00] illegal for the CIA to conduct covert
[00:19:02] operations on Americans on American
[00:19:04] soil. It is illegal for the CIA to try
[00:19:07] and influence an election. It is illegal
[00:19:10] for the CIA and FBI to coordinate to
[00:19:12] squash an investigation. It is illegal
[00:19:14] for the CIA to plant pipe bombs outside
[00:19:17] the RNC and DNC headquarters. It sounds
[00:19:20] like there's a lot more to come out in
[00:19:21] [clears throat] the story. Last Sunday,
[00:19:24] Caspel announced this on Fox News. And
[00:19:27] as it relates to major investigations of
[00:19:29] public importance like the pipe bomber,
[00:19:30] again, I say stay tuned. We reviewed
[00:19:33] every single investigation of public
[00:19:35] consequence, reopened them, re-evaluated
[00:19:37] them because we feel it cannot go
[00:19:39] untouched. We are not going to let these
[00:19:41] things lay by and allow the fake news
[00:19:43] media to run rough shot over us. Our
[00:19:45] indictments speak powerfully in court.
[00:19:48] If you don't believe us, just look at
[00:19:49] the response that the Eastern District
[00:19:51] of Virginia under Lindsay Halligan did
[00:19:52] to James Comey and look at the notes and
[00:19:55] publication of evidence. That's the type
[00:19:57] of material we have. But we have to
[00:19:59] safeguard our prosecutions because the
[00:20:00] ultimate accountability is with a
[00:20:02] verdict in a jury room.
[00:20:04] >> So Caspel is working on it. My thought
[00:20:07] is what's taking so long? Steve Baker's
[00:20:11] article came out on November 8th. So it
[00:20:14] has been 2 weeks. Cash Patel has not
[00:20:17] arrested a single person in 2 weeks. All
[00:20:21] those January 6 protesters that were
[00:20:23] rounded up, the FBI didn't wait on them.
[00:20:27] What is taking so long? The American
[00:20:30] people deserve answers and Cash Patel
[00:20:33] needs to start taking some action. I do
[00:20:36] want to add that the FBI is offering a
[00:20:38] $500,000 reward for any information that
[00:20:41] helps them to arrest the pipe bomber. If
[00:20:44] you know anything about this case, you
[00:20:46] should give them a call. This story
[00:20:48] reminds me of how important independent
[00:20:50] journalists are. The pipe bomber case
[00:20:53] had remained unsolved for 5 years until
[00:20:56] Steve Baker uncovered his information.
[00:20:59] When we have so much corruption in
[00:21:01] government, sometimes the only way to
[00:21:03] push these cases forward is for
[00:21:05] independent journalists online to do
[00:21:07] their own investigations.
[00:21:09] There are courageous people out there
[00:21:11] who are chasing down the facts no matter
[00:21:14] where they lead. These warriors of truth
[00:21:17] are giving power back to the people and
[00:21:19] ensuring that we receive at least some
[00:21:21] semblance of justice in these cases.
[00:21:24] Now, I want to hear from you. Do you
[00:21:27] think that Cash Patel should start
[00:21:28] arresting people in the pipe bomber
[00:21:29] case? Let me know in the comments down
