Continued Reporting: Director Patel Defends Country Star Girlfriend Amid Jet Scandal and Attacks
Two articles from The National Desk (11/03, Mallon) reported that Director Patel publicly defended his girlfriend,
country music singer Alexis Wilkins, amid mounting criticism and scrutiny over his use of a government jet, calling
out what he described as malicious personal attacks. In a social media post, Director Patel wrote, "The disgustingly
baseless attacks against Alexis — a true patriot and the woman I'm proud to call my partner in life — are beyond
pathetic. She is a rock-solid conservative and a country music sensation who has done more for this nation than
most will in ten lifetimes. I'm so blessed she's in my life." He added, "Attacking her isn't just wrong — it's cowardly
and jeopardizes our safety. My love of family will always be my cornerstone, and you will never tear that down or
keep me from them." The articles explained that the controversy began when former FBI agent Kyle Seraphin

publicized Director Patel's flight logs, alleging that he used a taxpayer-funded FBI jet to attend Wilkins' October 25
performance at Penn State University. Seraphin criticized Director Patel on his podcast, saying, "We're in the middle
of a government shutdown where they're not even gonna pay all of the employees that work for the agency that
this guy heads, and this guy is jetting off to hang out with his girlfriend in Nashville on our dime?" Director Patel
reportedly confronted Steven Palmer, the FBI aviation unit head, following the reports, with Bloomberg Law noting
that Palmer was pressured to resign. Wilkins, meanwhile, is suing Seraphin for defamation over prior claims that
she was acting as a foreign agent. According to the articles, Director Patel's public defense of Wilkins came amid
broader criticism of multiple FBI investigations. The articles also detailed that Director Patel has faced backlash for
posting official FBI statements prematurely, including during the investigation into the assassination of political
activist Charlie Kirk. Defending his approach, Director Patel told Congress, "Could I have worded it a little better in
the heat of the moment? Sure. But do I regret putting it out? Absolutely not. I was telling the world what the FBI
was doing as we were doing it and I'm continuing to do that!' The articles noted that Director Patel has also come
under fire for the FBI's handling of the Jeffrey Epstein documents, where lawmakers accused the bureau of
withholding key files. During testimony, he rebuked congressional critics, saying, "I'm not going to break the law to
satisfy your curiosity," and later, "I'm going to borrow your terminology and call b-- on your entire career in
Congress, which is a disgrace to the American publicf Despite multiple controversies, the White House has stood
by Director Patel, with President Donald Trump stating, "I am very proud of the FBI. Kash — and everyone else —
they have done a great job."

A new lawsuit has revealed the extent of former President Clinton's friendship with a fundraiser who was
later jailed for having sex with an underage prostitute.
Bill Clinton's relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, who served time in 2008 for his illegal sexual partners,
included up multiple trips to the onetime billionaire's private island in the Caribbean where underage girls
were allegedly kept as sex slaves.
The National Enquirer has released new details about the two men's friendship, which seems to have
ended abruptly around the time of Epstein's arrest.
Naming names: A lawsuit between Jeffrey Epstein (right, in 2011) and his legal team has
included multiple mentions about the convicted pedophile's connection to former
President Bill Clinton (left, earlier this month)
Pedophile paradise: The lawsuit included flight records that showed Clinton made multiple
trips to Epstein's private island, Little St James (pictured), between 2002 and 2005.

Tales of orgies and young girls being shipped to the island, called Little St. James, have been revealed as
part of an ongoing lawsuit between Epstein and his former lawyers Scott Rothstein and Bradley Edwards.
It is unclear what the basis of the suit is, but they go on to call witness testimony from some of the
frequent guests at Epstein's island to talk about the wild parties that were held there in the early 2000S.
Flight logs pinpoint Clinton's trips on Epstein's jet Convicted: Epstein was investigated in 2005 after a

She 'was forced to live as one of Epstein's underage sex slaves for years and was forced to have sex with...
politicians, businessmen, royalty, academicians, etc,' the lawsuit says according to The Enquirer.
Epstein's sexual exploits have been documented since 2005, when a woman in Palm Beach contacted
police saying that her 14-year-old daughter had been paid $3oo to massage him and then have sex.
The claim prompted a nearly year-long investigation that led to the eventual charge of soliciting
prostitution which came as part of a plea deal. He spent 13 months of a 18-month sentence in jail and
remains a registered sex offender.
Several of his famous friends cut ties- including Clinton and then-New York Governor Eliot Spitzer who
returned his campaign donations- but not all of them: Prince Andrew reportedly stayed at Epstein's
mansion in New York in 2010, months after he was released from jail.

Keeping ties: Clinton was also friends with an unnamed woman who stored pictures of
underage girls for Epstein, and though Clinton cut ties with Epstein after his arrest, he

Clinton's connection to Epstein, who worked as a financier and education philanthropist before more than
4o women came forward with claims about him being a sexual predator, has been long-established, but
The Enquirer also tells how the former president was also friends with some of Epstein's seedy
acquaintances.
The lawsuit claims that Clinton was friends with an unnamed woman who 'kept images of naked underage
children on her computer, helped to recruit underage children for Epstein... and photographed underage
females in sexually explicit poses'.
While he cut off ties with Epstein, this woman's abuses apparently did not end their relationship as she
was reportedly one of the 400 guests at Chelsea Clinton's 2010 wedding.
Latest ladies: Clinton was pictured posing for a photo with Barbie Girl (left) and Ava Adora
(right), two known prostitutes who work at the Bunny Brothel in Nevada
Though the lawsuit may be bringing up sexual skeleton's from Clinton's past, he has added to the drama of
late by posing for a photo with two known prostitutes at a fundraiser in Los Angeles last month.
The drama of his extramarital affairs is apparently just one concern for Clinton family loyalists, as a Wall
Street Journal article released today details how

network.
As you know, over the course of many years, Jeffrey Epstein built a heinous global sex trafficking
network that caused irreparable harm to countless women. Since Mr. Epstein's death in 2019,
there is still much about this tragic case that is not known—including the names of his associates
that are listed in the flight logs of his private jet and in Ghislaine Maxwell's "little black book."
While some redacted portions of Epstein's flight logs and Maxwell's "little black book" have been
released in various lawsuits,lit is paramount that the FBI provide full transparency to the American
people and immediately release the complete, unredacted records in this case.2
Your predecessor, Director Wray, was unwilling to provide this crucially important transparency.
In fact, despite informing me during his December 2023 appearance before the Judiciary
Committee that he would "get with [his] team and figure out if there's more information we can
provide" on the Epstein matter,; Director Wray never provided any such follow-up information.
Over a year has elapsed since then, and we still do not have all of the necessary information
regarding Jeffrey Epstein's crimes.

Lawyers for a Florida attorney who is being sued by Epstein have disclosed that they want to take a statement from the
Duke because they believe he may be able to shed fresh light on Epstein's alleged sex offences.
Meanwhile the FBI has indicated that it will reopen its criminal investigation into Epstein after receiving new information. He
was convicted in 2008 for soliciting an under-age girl for prostitution. Sources in America have said the FBI could ask the
Duke to give evidence as part of the new investigation.

Epstein, 58, was sentenced to 18 months in prison after admitting two sex offences as part of a plea bargain deal. But
allegations were made against him by as many as 40 girls, of whom 17 have settled civil claims they brought against the
billionaire.
Epstein is himself suing Brad Edwards, a lawyer for several of the girls. Epstein alleges that Mr Edwards was linked to a
fraud committed by a former colleague — a claim dismissed by the local bar association — and that his clients' cases
against Epstein were therefore invalid.

Mr Edwards, meanwhile, claims Epstein is abusing the legal system by seeking to intimidate other lawyers and girls, and is
counter-suing the financier for substantial damages.
He is seeking to prove to the court that Epstein did sexually abuse dozens of children, allegedly at his Florida mansion in
most cases, where the Duke enjoyed holidays and massages. Jack Scarola, the lawyer representing Mr Edwards, told The
Daily Telegraph: "We would be very keen to speak with Prince Andrew, given his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.
"We want to obtain additional details on the scope of Mr Epstein's alleged sexual abuse of children — when, where, how
frequently and the extent to which it involved the transport of children inside and outside the United States for sex.
"We have reason to believe that Prince Andrew has been in the company of Mr Epstein while Mr Epstein has been in the
company of under-aged children."
Asked whether he had any reason to suspect the Duke had been present while under-age girls were abused, Mr Scarola
said: "That's not something I can publicly comment on. We have an ongoing investigation and an ongoing prosecution of a
civil case. These are not matters of public record and I am restricted in what I can say on the public record."

There is no allegation that the Duke had sexual contact with any of the girls or that he was aware of any wrongdoing by
Epstein.
Mr Scarola added: "Deposition testimony has been taken generally concerning Mr Epstein's association with many high-
profile people."
Documents filed in the case so far include Epstein's private phone directory — which included numerous contact details for
the Duke, along with masseuses and dozens of other prominent friends. They also include flight logs for Epstein's private
jet, which detailed a trip the Duke took with him in 2000 and a 1998 meeting between Epstein, the Duchess of York and
Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie.
Mr Scarola said he anticipated "significant procedural impediments' in obtaining sworn deposition from the Duke, due to his
ability to claim diplomatic immunity. He said he may be forced to turn to international law.
"The Hague Convention specifically outlines procedures that must be followed for the citizen of one country to be compelled
to give testimony regarding a case pending in another," he said.
A Buckingham Palace spokesman declined to comment.

Indeed, we think that some of the evidence seems to contradict the victim's claims that was present when
they, as minors, were sexually molested by Epstein.
Specifically, based on allegations in a lawsuit, one of the victims referred to in the statement of facts states that she
was abused on Epstein's ranch when she was a minor and that was present. But flight logs reflect that the first
time that the victim was on a flight to or from the ranch where she states the abuse occurred was in April 2003, after
the victim was 18 years old. Moreover, the victim's attorney has also stated that a photo of the victim and Epstein in
which the victim is smiling, taken in December 2002, was taken before the victim knew that Epstein would sexually
abuse her. This appears to contradict the victim's allegation that in the summer of 2002 she was flown to the ranch
and abused by Epstein in the presence of =.
To be clear, we are not asserting that this victim is lying about Epstein abusing her. Our point is simply that this
occurred 18 years ago and that she appears to be confused about the timing of events and who was present.
Another victim claims that that walked in on an incident where the victim was performing oral sex on Epstein
in his New York townhouse. This victim has named as a defendant in her civil suit and has alleged that this
incident occurred in 2005. During this time period, worked out of Maxwell's home and spent little time in
Epstein's townhouse. Staff, including were never allowed to roam the halls or go into private areas of Epstein's
Manhattan home unless they were summoned there. never walked in on someone when that person was
giving Epstein oral sex and believes that this victim must be confusing her with someone else.
does not doubt that Epstein abused these women, as he did with almost all young women and girls he came
into contact with, but the available evidence does not support the assertion that was present for or witnessed
any sexual abuse of these victims while they were minors. Accordingly, we do not object to allowing these women
telling their stories but we cannot agree that the allegations in their stories concerning are correct.

A former top model who worked for a paedophile friend of Prince Andrew has been questioned under oath
about whether the royal was involved with underage girls.
Legal documents obtained by The Sunday Times show tlia was asked if the Duke of York was
linked to the scandal surrounding his billionaire friend Jeffrey Epstein. is one of four women who
worked for the US financier who were named as "potential co-conspirators" when Epstein was convicted of
sex offences involving a minor. In a videotaped interview during subsequent civil proceedings, lawyers asked
"Has Prince Andrew ever been involved with underage minor females to your knowledge?"
Invoking the US constitution's fifth amendment, which protects against self-incrimination, Polish-born

27, replied: "I refuse to answer." She was also asked "Have you ever met Prince Andrew?" and "Have you ever
flown on [Epstein's] plane with Prince Andrew?" refused to answer.

Flight logs show that Andrew was a passenger on Epstein's jet in May woo. In interview it was alleged
that the former Elite agency model travelled on the aircraft more than 5o times. It has been claimed that
Epstein abused young girls on the jet.
There is no suggestion that Andrew had sexual contact with any of the girls or that he knew Epstein abused
them.
deposition will raise more questions about the prince's judgment after he met the billionaire in New
York in December following Epstein's release from prison.
Allegations have been made against Epstein by up to 4o girls, with at least 17 cases settled out of court.
Epstein is said to have abused girls as young as 12. He secured protection for his associates through a non-
prosecution agreement. The federal document names as a possible co-conspirator.
Lawyers acting for Epstein's victims in the civil courts are challenging the agreement and claim it may lead to
Andrew being asked to give evidence.
In an interview with Bradley Edwards, a lawyer who represents some of the victims, said she moved to
Florida in 2002 after Elite obtained a visa for her to work in America. The model was then hired to work in
Epstein's Palm Beach mansion and organised his diary. She was at his side in 2005 at a New York launch
party for one of Epstein's magazines. name was found on messages and notes seized by detectives from
the Florida property.
During the interview, she refused to answer any questions about her involvement with Epstein.
The other "potential co-conspirators", who are thought to have helped to procure girls for Epstein, are named
and Lesley Groff.
Epstein, 58, served 13 months in prison for soliciting a minor for prostitution and soliciting prostitution. He
will remain on the sex offenders' register for life.
His friend Ghislaine Maxwell, 49, the daughter of Robert Maxwell, the late media tycoon, was one of Epstein's
closest aides and is alleged in legal papers to have hired underage girls for him, joining in the sex games,
which she denies. one victim, told how she was kept as Epstein's paid sex slave for four
years from the age of 15.
She said Epstein introduced her to Andrew, who she says she met three times.
It emerged last week that Epstein paid £15,000 to settle a debt for the Duchess of York. Royal sources said
Andrew was "unwise" to have remained in contact with Epstein but state he has now severed ties.
Neither nor her lawyer responded to questions put by The Sunday Times.

(U/fFOUO) FBI New York Intelligence Division conducted research on suspected defense
witnesses for the Ghislaine Maxwell trial in order to identify the individuals and any related
derogatory information. FBI New York Criminal Division squad C-20 is investigating Ghislaine
Maxwell in a child sex trafficking investigation based on information regarding several victims
reportedly sexually abused by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell in the mid-late 1990s to
the early 2000s. Trial started for Ghislaine Maxwell on 29 November 2021 and C-20 received a
potential list of defense witnesses on II December 2021, listing Douglas Schoettle. This Tactical
Intelligence Report (TIR) addresses FBI New York Criminal Division Band II Threat — Crimes
Against Children.

have occurred during flights. In both cases, the flight crews inspected the =ircraft and could not find anything. Upon
return to home base, our m=intenance teams thoroughly inspected the aircraft and found no effects or =ssues and no
further repairs or remediation was required. It is highly possible that neither potential event was a r=al bird strike or a
real lightning strike. There have never been any=electrical issues with this aircraft and the two points of entry and exit
=rom the suspected lightning strike might not have been entry and exit at all, but rather just points of electrical
=ischarge unrelated and from different times. The Chevron crew chief =nd Pete from Meridian walked around the
aircraft today and neither one of =hem could find the spots that were noted as potential entry and exit points. We do
not have any proof that th=re was ever a bird strike or a lightning strike on this aircraft. The airc=aft has been flying for 7
years with no electrical issues and recently wen= through the 96 month inspection with no issues related to any kind of
P-static discharge, electrical issues or =ightning strikes.

"The FBI conducted a full and thorough investigation into the allegations that Epstein and others produced, possessed
and/or distributed CSAM. This investigation included a review of the flight logs as well as dozens of pieces of evidence.
The flight logs were used as exhibits during the trial and therefore are public record (with the exception of the names of
minor victims which were redacted).
Should OCA require any other background information, please let us know. There is no additional information which we
feel is appropriate to comment on in a public hearing, though."

This is a tasking from OCA - The director has an upcoming engagement with a member of congress where they believe the
member will ask about the Epstein Flight Logs. They want to make sure the Director has a solid response when this
question comes up and have asked us to send the latest information on an answer to the below questions. If your section
could answer the questions below, please let me know. If your section believes that we shouldn't be providing any
specifics or confirming any information, please let me know as well.
o What specifically has the FBI done to investigate the claims that Epstein's and others participated in
produced, possessed, and distributed to CSAM?
o Is there any information that can be provided on requests for Epstein's flight logs?
This is a time sensitive request, so please provide a response by COB Today if possible.
*For some reference on recent Epstein conversations w/ Congress - during Director Wray's Senate Appropriations (June
4tH) hearing the question regarding Epstein came up. The interaction can be found attached in the PDF and below:

OK. Here's my second question. We know that Jeffrey Epstein, who is now deceased and Ms. Maxwell, his associate who is
in prison were engaged in a conspiracy of sex trafficking with minors. So were others. It's been widely reported. What's
the FBI doing to investigate the other people that were involved in these sex trafficking rings?

Well, I'm not sure that I can, um, confirm any specific individual being investigated.

Well, let me put it this way. Let me give you some facts. Widely reported. Jeffrey Epstein had video surveillance in all of his
homes and on his private island. And there has been — there — there have been articles after articles from witnesses who
have said he videotaped sex acts with prominent people because he was trying to cur — with young girls that he had
procured to try to incur favor with those prominent people and potentially for what? To be able to blackmail them. Now
that's a fact. And — and the FBI and other federal agencies have raided his houses. Do you have those tapes?
CHRISTOPHER WRAY:
Again, I can't discuss the specifics of our law enforcement operations related to Mr. Epstein or Ms. Maxwell, but obviously,
we had very active investigation related to both of them. But whether it extends to other people, I'm not sure that's
something that I can comment on.
