From ABC News, I'm Sherry Preston. He's already registered sex offender now, billionaire financier Jeffrey Epstein is accused of abusing dozens of girls from New York ABC's Aronka Tursky. The defense said the indictment amounts to a do-over for the Feds, who allowed Jeffrey Epstein to plead to lesser charges a decade ago and arrange a non-prossecution agreement. They would never be daunted by such a species document. Former federal prosecutor Rachel Maiman, who's now a partner at Lowenstein's Sandler, said Epstein's prior plea is an admission of guilt. I think they'll be able to use his pleas against him, and that is really good of an evidence. Prosecutors also said they found at Epstein's home here a vast trove of nude photos of females, many of whom appeared to be underage. Aronka Tursky, ABC News New York. A guilty plea years ago involved then US Attorney Alex Acosta, now President Trump's labor secretary. Speaker of the House is Acosta needs to step down.
