Remove and discard water damage flooring in the cabana 2 bathroom. Supply and deliver Hakwood's 3 4 / " x 7" engineered, unfinished, prime grade European Oak in random lengths (6'-8'). Adhere a 90 mil membrane, which reduces moisture vapor transmission, water intrusion and sound reduction, to the concrete subfloor. Mechanically fasten a''/." CDX plywood to the membrane covered concrete subfloor. Adhere Oak plank to the plywood subfloor. Room to be covered is the pool cabana office and cabana 2 bathroom. Bag off and protect adjacent areas as necessary. Sand Oak plank coarse, medium and fine as necessary, stain to match approved sample and finish with commercial grade urethane. Rooms to be covered include the cabana 2 bedroom and bathroom and the pool cabana office. At owner's discretion. damaged boards are to be replaced on a time and materials basis. We assume the wear layer is sufficient to sand.
