PROPOSAL This document, submitted to Gary Kearney, shall serve as a Proposal for the following, Scope of Work: Finish work at Library (Little St. James Island, St. Thomas County, U.S. Virgin Islands) Subcontractor hereby agrees to perform the above referenced work under the following terms & conditions: Client agrees to pay Subcontractor at the rate of $100.00 per hour for labor performed. Client agrees to pay for all expenses associated with this Project including, but not limited to, all costs related to travel (i.e., passport fees, airfare and other transportation, hotel and lodging). Client agrees to pay for materials necessary to complete said project. Client further agrees to pay Subcontractor a $35.00 per diem for the duration of this project, to include travel days.
