We are now on a very short timeline as we plan to indict Epstein next Tuesday. While the arrest date will depend on his travel back into the US (he's currently OCONUS), we need to get the docs to SDNY in case he presses for an expedited trial. SDNY has funding and a contractor which they regularly use to scan does in for review, discovery, etc. This is something NY has done with SDNY other times in the past.
