at the end of the existing dock to provide arriving and departing
passengers with a shaded area to wait.
c). Addition of a covered structure on the adjacent land with an area of
approximately 200 ie, near the dock with similar construction, to
provide an additional area for passengers to await a vessel calling
at the dock.
The proposed development is located on Little St. James Island.
