As it turns out I see that she saw 3 times for in 2019 (12/2, 12/11, 12/20) so owe you for 3 appointments at $150/appointment ($450). I can refund that immediately to the credit card. Would you like to use these payments and apply them to the bills that are outstanding for the other victims or do the refund and them pay those separately? Whatever is easiest for you. I have attached a copy of the working spreadsheet I use to keep track of all of the billing. There is a tab at the bottom for each person. I have a highlight at the appointment that is their 12th and the last that would be charged to you. Any subsequent appointment is being billed out and not charged to you. I am in the office the remainder of the day and all day tomorrow so if you find any further issues or I can help out in any way let me know. I will process that refund as soon as I get the OK from you to do so unless you want to allocate those funds to the other bills. Thanks so much!! Business Manager Kogan Counseling Services From: Sent: Monda July 20, 2020 1:06 PM To Cc: Subject: Counseling Hi Beth, This is what I have, I show that -started counseling back in December 2019 (2 visits) (12/2/19 & 12/11/19) I then show on the invoice statement that an additional 12 sessions were attended: 1/8/20 1/17/20 2/4/20 2/17/20 3/3/20 EFTA01651337 3/26/20 4/7/20 4/15/20 4/22/20 4/28/20 5/5/20 5/13/20 Is this correct? I thought we only approved up to 12 visits, therefore we should be credited for the last 2 visits ($150 ea/$300 total). Please credit or provide verification that these two were not charged, thank you, Victim Services Division Federal Bureau of Investigation EFTA01651338
