PLAINTIFF'S SEALED MOTION TO EXCEED PAGE LIMIT
PURSUANT TO LOCAL RULE 7.1(c)(2)
Plaintiff by and through her undersigned counsel, respectfully submits
this Sealed Motion to Exceed Page Limit pursuant to Local Rule 7.1(cX2) for her Reply brief
due to the complexity of the issues raised in Motion to Compel the Production of
Documents and Testimony from Jeffrey Epstein, and because the Reply brief must set forth
certain questions posed to Jeffrey Epstein at his deposition, requiring excess pages.
For the foregoing reasons and for good cause shown, respectfully requests
that this Court allow her to exceed the page limit in her Reply brief pursuant to Local Rule
7.1(eX2) so as to address all of the issues currently before this Court.
