PLANE Aircraft PERFECT interiors Inc. 2300 N Floridity Ma.tgo-Rd, Smirk- 3.2 - WerePam, seativ, FL 334479 re& (562) 640-7900 FAX,' (5-62) 640-8018 N120JE S/N 1085 REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION INCLUDED FOR EACH SECTION Plane Perfect Aircraft Interiors, Inc will remove all items necessary to perform the interior workscope. All items removed will be logged in the Plane Perfect Aircraft Interior's Removal and Installation Log Book. Each item removed from the existing locations throughout the aircraft will be marked with an identification tag necessary for proper re-installation of each removed part. All items removed and/or stored from the aircraft will be protected to prevent damage of customer's interior items. Before removing aircraft interior items, Plane Perfect Aircraft Interiors, Inc. will inspect and provide photo documentation of interior and components. Operational and function checks must be performed on all interior items (mechanical and electrical) before the removal of any and all interior panels. Plane Perfect Aircraft Interiors, Inc will be responsible for informing the customer of any discrepancies during removal and installation of interior. Each item that does not function properly will be logged in with the proper discrepancy forms and corrected upon customer approval. Upon the re-installation of removed interior components and panels, all areas will be cleaned and inspected. The Removal and Installation log book will then be signed off accordingly to keep record of proper installation methods. CABIN WOOD WORK Per customer request the existing woodwork will be divided into two separate sections with a separate cost to complete the itemized workscope. Forward Section $72,010.00 • Forward main entrance door forward bulkhead - new veneer, moldings and finish. • Forward main entrance door aft bulkhead - new veneer, moldings and finish. • Forward left hand vestibule center bulkhead - new wood molding and finish on molding only. • Forward right hand radio rack upper and lower panels - new veneer, moldings and finish. • Forward right hand cockpit entry radio rack closeout - new veneer, moldings and finish. • Forward right hand vestibule lavatory inboard longitudinal bulkhead - new veneer, moldings and finish. • Forward cabin door aft side of door only - new veneer, moldings and finish. • Cabin Credenza top only, no drawers or doors - new veneer, moldings and finish. EFTA00793285 Aft Section $126,240.00 • Aft right hand upper galley - new veneer, moldings and finish. • Aft right hand lower galley - new veneer, moldings and finish. • Aft left hand upper galley - new veneer, moldings, tambour door and finish. • Aft left hand lower galley - new veneer, moldings and finish. • Aft left hand cabin/galley bulkhead — new veneer, moldings, mirror and finish. • Aft right hand cabin/galley bulkhead — new veneer, moldings, mirror and finish. • Forward right hand lavatory/galley bulkhead — new veneer, moldings, mirror and finish. • Forward left hand lavatory / galley bulkhead — new veneer, moldings, mirror and finish. • Aft lavatory left hand closet header, inboard longitudinal bulkhead and toe kick — new veneer, moldings and finish. The existing cabinetry listed above will be removed from the aircraft. The existing hardware, switches, fixtures, ordinance signs, etc... will be removed from the components and retained as is unless otherwise specified in the proposal. The components will be stripped of all existing veneer. The components will be inspected for damage and minor repairs will be made as required. Upon removal of the existing veneer and completion of minor repairs, the components will be prepped for new customer selected veneer (price not to exceed $40.00 per square foot). New clear Lexan Jet Mirror will be installed on the cabin, galley and aft lavatory components in the same locations as per the existing design (Price not to exceed $40.00 per square foot). The existing lavatory and galley light lenses will be retained as is. The existing galley counter tops will be retained as is. Upholstered panels or components will be removed and retained as is. All hardware and plating will be retained as is. The existing glass racks, dish and utensil storage containers will be retained as is. No provisions or modification costs have been provided or included as part of this proposal for relocation or new mounting of entertainment or other equipment. Additional cost to complete the associated task will be quoted upon request. The interior compartments of the components will be retained as is. Painted areas or surfaces requiring new surface preparation and painting will be painted as required due to veneer or mirror replacement. The new customer selected veneer will be laminated to the existing components and new hardwood moldings will be fabricated and glued to all exposed edges of the veneer. The components will be sprayed with 3-4 coats of sealer to fill the grain of the new veneer and sanded between coats to prevent sealant build-up and cracking of the application. Upon completion of the sealer application, 1-2 coats of the clear high gloss finish will be sprayed over the sealant to add depth and clarity. The new top coat will be sanded with a fine micro sanding process to remove any imperfections or contaminates. EFTA00793286 Upon completion of the micro sanding process, the components finish will be buffed with a high speed buffer to bring depth and clarity back to the finish. The backside of the panels will be cleaned and prepped for installation. The interior compartments and drawers will be cleaned and assembled. The mounting areas for the interior components will be inspected throughout the aircraft. The hardware and fixtures will be installed on the components and the components will be installed in the aircraft with existing hardware and mounting. The components will be checked for proper operation, fit and function. The following items are not included in the above work scope: • Weight and Balance Of Aircraft • Removal and Installation of Customer Belongings and Personal Items • Removal and Installation of Acoustical Insulation and Floorboards • Discrepancies Found During Work Scope: Examples: Bad solder connections, loose wire connections, pushed/damaged wire connectors, inoperable fluorescent, LED or filament bulbs, fluorescent bulbs damaged or broken by Plane Perfect Aircraft Interiors, Inc, due to improper mounting or bulb clip condition, existing stains, tears and rips, cracks to interior panels, etc... Notes: Any and all miscellaneous discrepancies found while performing the workscope will be brought to the customer's attention before any additional work or billing is completed. There will be no additional billing to the customer unless an authorized work request has been approved by the customer. In the event the customer selects a material exceeding the cost limit established, the customer is responsible for the additional cost of the material. This amount will be added to the amount of the estimate provided. Interior removal and installation is included pending the approval of the presented workscope. Additional charges may apply for removal and installation if quoted items are declined. Billin Plane Perfect Aircraft Interiors, Inc requires a one third deposit to secure time slot, transportation and consumables. The second installment of one third is due upon complete removal of the workscope. The final third installment is due upon the completion of the workscope and delivery of the aircraft.
