Hello Jeffrey,
The bedroom pavilion #2 was in the worst repair and the finishes and electrical system was
disconnected and opened up for examination, the roof gutters were also opened up. The
leaking gutters have been patched for a temporary fix before the roof and gutters are replaced
for the long term. The electrical system of switches and out lets still needs to be replaced as
required (due to age,rot and leaks) and then the holes in the wall replastered. All the electrical
parts are on the island as part of a large order of parts needed for the island. Lance first
removed the furniture and finishes in November 2008 and the electrical parts were ordered,
Gary the island electrician should be assigned to the bedroom as soon as possible. The loose
and chipped white floor tiles were removed and have not be replaced. A sample board of tiles,
the white is the only good choice, has been at the house in Palm Beach since January, I think
you have seen it. Inexpensive white tiles may be a good temporary fix until the additions to the
house arc made when the floors may all be changed.
Regards, Doug
