A couple of thoughts: 1. My biggest concern is that there is a disagreement and people get upset. We need to find a way for you to work a bit with whomever (Nick, John Nicolls etc.) to see if you guys are compatible. I have purposely thrown the idea to Nick because our relationship is way more important to me than the Stanhope escapade. This is my fear. 2. I think the specifics of having another possibility is fine as long as John Nicolls is aware and ok with it. I think forming a relationship with John is going to be the key to success. You need to understand where his head is at and whether you can find compatible ground. I am hoping that you will bring life and activity (i.e. m-o-n-e-y) to this joint. I really don't give a fuck whether you have flying pigs tacked to the wall as long as the damned thing is successful and I think you can actually do that. Now you have to figure out whether there is an overlap between the possible and the doable. 3. Don't run ahead of your intereference. 4. Don't be too far behind your interefernece. tjp "G.
