A. Job Description_
JPK Development will oversee the demolition of shelter and seating area and the construction of a new
pool wall. To complete the required work, JPK will perform the following:
I. Demolition
• Estimated 18' x 30' (540sqft) $4,860
• Coral Stone Seating Area (4' x 114'= 456sqft) $3,192
2. New Pool Wall
• 114 linear feet wall
a. 10' CMU Wall @ $30 $34,200
b. Stone wall to match existing @ $30 $13,680
c. CMU Wall with Stucco @ $22 $10,032

JPK Development stands behind its work with a one-year complete warrantee and will provide all
manufacture warrantees to the owners. All work described above is scheduled to take 3 weeks upon
receiving materials. A detailed schedule will be provided upon approval.
