A. Job Description_
JPK Development will oversee the demolition of existing pool shelter and the construction of new pool
shelter. To complete the required work, JPK will perform the following:
I. Demolition
• Demolition of existing pool shelter 18' x 30' (540sqft) $4,860
2. New Shelter
• New Pool Shelter
Footings (4) 3' x 3'x 12" - 2 yds $2,000
Columns (4) 1.5' x 1.5' x 12' — 4 yds $6,000
Roof 20' x 40' (800sqft) $24,000
Gypsum Installation $6,600
Plaster $2,500
Painting $4,800

C. Duration
JPK Development stands behind its work with a one-year complete warrantee and will provide all
manufacture warrantees to the owners. All work described above is scheduled to take 7 weeks upon
receiving materials. A detailed schedule will be provided upon approval.
