was making it clear that one investigation went to outside complainant but the other
has no complainant, which is interesting.

I think the photo should start the piece. Ask for sunshine. . that is strong. I thought
that the ois said they didn't believe you photobombed it. Add looking the student up
and down, talking about strip clubs. Show the drawing of the ass that you passed
around. Make the point no student faculty member ever filed a complaint. A
woman known for her hostility filed one against the wishes of the person actually
involved.

Yes but the point is that the OEI, which wrote the investigative report did think so. The
investigators concluded that photo was a violation of some policy. That the provost
didn't buy it doesn't change the fact that OEI is stupid and biased.
