Kimberley phone me last night and she said she thinks that is better because she can call me and tell me what the dean says and I can frame my statement accordingly. She expects the dean to simply say there can be no.conciliation, which I agree is likely. I read her the Abor doc about the charge to the committee and helped embolden her to ask some tough questions of the dean. And she had some good ideas. But of course she has no expectations. She just said if he comes in not willing to negotiate at all and i come in showing willingness she thinks that may help me later in a lawsuit. Anyway that is my news of the morning.
