To answer your questions • These 302's are still in process and hopefully completed by next week if not in the new year. • See attached copies of the notes I have since July of this year. will be able to follow up with the rest of the notes next week after her vacation. • I spoke with CART and these video files are still in process. They expect to be completed in the new year. • Today we made indirect contact with who is aware that we need to speak with her about this case going to trial. She is busy with the holiday season but agreed to call us after the new year at which time we will set a time and date for a phone call with you guys.
