Josh,
I have attached the two flight logs that Gulfstream noted. It's important to understand that these were not
discrepancies identified by GAC upon inspection but were notes written up by pilots who thought these
events may have occurred during flights. In both cases, the flight crews inspected the aircraft and could
not find anything. Upon return to home base, our maintenance teams thoroughly inspected the aircraft and
found no effects or issues and no further repairs or remediation was required. It is highly possible that
neither potential event was a real bird strike or a real lightning strike. There have never been any electrical
issues with this aircraft and the two points of entry and exit from the suspected lightning strike might not
have been entry and exit at all, but rather just points of electrical discharge unrelated and from different
times. The Chevron crew chief and Pete from Meridian walked around the aircraft today and neither one of
them could find the spots that were noted as potential entry and exit points. We do not have any proof that
there was ever a bird strike or a lightning strike on this aircraft. The aircraft has been flying for 7 years with
no electrical issues and recently went through the 96 month inspection with no issues related to any kind of
P-static discharge, electrical issues or lightning strikes.
This is everything we know don't have any further documentation that we can provide.

Perform "Aircraft Active Storage once per week. Engines / APU should be run and if possible
aircraft taxied every 2 weeks. GPU to be connected every week for at least 45 minutes.
NOTE 1: Breaks and Reverse Thrust to be activated as often as possible.
NOTE 2: All Active Storage activities to be signed off individually in the Flight Log with relative
DATES showing in the WP. New Flight Log pages to be printed as required.
2. Perform Engine Lip polishing and protection as required - every 2 weeks to check on condition
please.
3. Comply with Due Maintenance CAMP WO attached - "VP-BBJ MONTHLY JUN 2015".
4. Perform with NDB Update.

WORK REQUEST ORDER
INSTRUCTIONS RELEVANT - CERTIFICATE OF RELEASE TO SERVICE (CRS)
1. After entry of Work Request Items into MRO system, Planning or Technical
Support shall sign in the allocated space. Signature indicates that request(s)
have been transferred to the actual project.
2. Item numbers showing "*" have been amended/added after original order
was issued.
3. Certificate of Release to Service (CRS) shall refer Work Request Order
Number and encompass all requested items unless otherwise specified or
communicated.
4. Work Order entries (items) shall detail maintenance reference/specific
chapters in all cases. Generic references and vague statements will not be
accepted. AMM revision status shall also be indicated.
5. CRS shall comprise Flight Log Entry/Stamp/Signature and printed Certificate
for Aircraft/Engine/APU Logbook(s).
INSTRUCTIONS RELEVANT - CONTINUED AIRWORTHINESS MANAGEMENT
1. Before aircraft departure CRS, WO and Flight Log Entry shall be scanned and
sent to the Continued Airworthiness Manager (CAM) for review.
2. After project closing, all CAMP Cards including CRS shall be scanned and sent
to CAMP SYSTEMS for update within 5 working days.
3. Original Work Package documents shall be handed to the Operator or CAM as
arranged.
Note: There is no requirement for originals/copies of procedures used during
maintenance to be provided.

I'll see if the B747-400 simulator is available on Fri. Bring your flight log; it's a Level-D sim, so the FAA will give you credit
for type-rating, multi-engine, IFR, etc., just as if it were an actual aircraft.

Astrobiology, perhaps? Extremophiles? Air Traffic Management? We
have a lot of good folk here; choose a topic, and we may have a world-class expert available.

Below is a chart with some data from the CPB records.
1. It looks like CBP's first record for flying to the US is in 1997 when she is•
2. GM flies to London several times, including 2 trips when is years old (July 20, 1993 and November 6, 1993)

a. Rodgers's flight log says that Maxwell is on a flight on July 24, 1993 from SAF to CMH
b. Rodgers's flight log says that Maxwell is on a flight on November 10, 1993 from TEB to PBI
3. There is one trip when Maxwell flies from Cincinnati to Paris on 9/9/1994 ( is.years old at the time) and the
next thing I can see from the CPB records is GM returns to NY on 12/18/1994.
a. Rodgers's flight log: 9/10/1994 says that JE and GM flew from CMH (Columbus, OH) to PBI
b. Rodgers's flight log: 9/22: JE, GM, and 2 others fly from TEB to DCA
c. Rodgers's flight log: entries in late November show JE and GM on flights together
4. Epstein seems to be in London on 12/8/1994, but I cannot tell when he returns.
