Proposed Work to begin March.
BG has concerns regarding "Fix" & Proposed Start Date, due to
Temps. Recommend late ApriVMay. BG explained Owner would
want New Surface to Run from MH Z to Cattle Guard RC, Office to
Main Gates
BG indicated a payment of 100k, Gilbert Luna would need to sign
Legal Binder. He expressed concerns as requested work would
cost him approx. 100k. He was to review numbers & get back with
BG. As of date & time no contact has been made.
Should we contact Mountain States or another Company to see if
they are interested in providing a Proposal for a "Fix"?
