SCOPE OF WORK + Disconnect, remove and dispose of old BAC Cooling towers and remote sump. + Provide, rig and install (2) new 52-ton BAC galvanized cooling towers to roof and pipe into existing condenser water system. + Provide, rig and install (1) new remote sump (galvanized) in basement mechanical room and pipe into existing condenser water system. ❖ Change filter media on existing sand filter. ❖ All necessary materials and labor to pipe new towers. + All necessary materials and labor to pipe new sump. ❖ All necessary materials and labor to install power wiring for new towers. + Condenser water balancing. + Rubbish removal and carting away from site ❖ Factory supervised start-up, and one-year warranty on entire project. + All labor and supervision to complete the above scope of work. Price: $237,900.00 Two Hundred Thirty Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars (plus applicable sales tax) Price valid for 30 days. Exclusions: Patching, Painting, Overtime, Electrical control wiring, BMS work and controls/control valves, Filing of permits if necessary, Sales tax, and any items not listed in our proposal.
